Went to a concert and made arrangements for an uber ride and a stay to play it safe. Place was ghetto, room was dirty refrigerator made a loud sound from time to time and there was no way we were going to sleep well. Talked to the front desk and told him about the situation and was asking for a refund or partial refund and he said he would talk to his manager. We left and drove home to get decent sleep. Later on that night spoke with him and i was informed that i was not going to get a refund because the room was good. Well, $150.00 lost but at least we got a good night sleep in a safe environment. Avoid this place. For $150 a night there has to be a better place down the road from there. Be warned.

TV was impossible to figure out. Needed downloads and your own personal TV service. Never did get it to work. Refrigerator made a terrible whining noise. Had to turn it off.

The room was clean and served our needs. I don’t know about the neighborhood, I felt safe and the beds were comfortable. The noise from the street was very loud. I think if we had not been so close to the street wd would not have needed the AC to drown it out.

Loud! 2nd night a dog was locked in a room and barking/howling- very distressed- till 4am. Told front desk in morning- they said occupants were gone. They didn’t call animal services??? No sleep! Next night neighbors had a party till 2am/ loud w band.

I am not recommending this place to anyone costumer service was awful treat me from idiot and up after they ask for $90-120 to upgrade room I goth treated with police if not leave property also front desk refuse I check in and I didn’t get my money back

Actully wasnt expecting it to be that nice .. it didnt feel like a motel . It was nicely decorated and very clean . I give them a 5 star!!
