Parking super accessible, the staff always willing to go above and beyond to please your necessities, the location has plenty restaurant selections nearby. Everything was clean and neat plus the breakfast was great with waffles and pancakes not to mention the eggs.

Plentiful free parking was available. Our room was fine- nothing fancy, but basically clean and comfortable. I did appreciate the separate seating area. Room amenities were basic, but fine. Staff was friendly and professional. Coffee and water were available in the lobby. Breakfast was available in the morning but I didn't eat there so I can't speak to the quality of it.

Location – The hotel is perfectly located with easy access to several restaurants and shops nearby. Siesta Key Beach is just a short 15-minute drive away, which made our beach trips incredibly convenient. Cleanliness – Everything was spotless - from the lobby to the rooms. The property is very well maintained and takes cleanliness seriously. Property Condition & Amenities – The hotel looks brand new with a modern and stylish design. The lobby, in particular, feels upscale and gives the impression of a high-end hotel. Amenities were excellent, including a free ice vending machine, pool. Our room was spacious, the beds were cozy, and we appreciated the additional sofa seating. Having a mini fridge and microwave made our stay even more convenient. Breakfast – The complimentary buffet breakfast was outstanding with a wide variety of options including breads, bagels, fresh pancakes, cereals, oatmeal, chicken & pork sausages, scrambled eggs, fresh cut fruits, whole fruits, yogurt, and multiple juice options. A fantastic way to start the day! Overall, this hotel offers exceptional value, comfort, and service at the price we paid. We were truly impressed and would absolutely recommend Amenity Bay BW Collection Hotel to anyone visiting Sarasota or Siesta Key Beach.

The pool was closed. We had ants in the room. Had issues with the tv. We had the wrong remote for 3 days. The food was ok. Staff service was ok. Parking was good. Would I come back to stay, probably not. Good thing is that it was near airport and restaurants.

Cons: Upgrade I was given was an adjoining room (wasn’t made aware it was adjoining), people next to my room were loud at night and I could hear their conversations. I don’t mind an adjoining room, but that’s if I’m traveling in a group. Went to use the treadmill one night and it wasn’t working. With the design of the shower, the water goes out onto the floor.

It was an ok hotel. Decent bed (terrible pillows), good shower and fairly comfortable. The breakfast was not great and lacked variety. However, the staff were friendly and helpful and the location was good for being able to drive to various beaches and resorts in the Sarasota area. The hotel has a pool, but you would need to walk across the car park to get to it and the noise from the surrounding highways would make it a less than relaxing experience.

Everything was as expected, the fitness center was a little small.

This was our 3rd year staying here we love it. Our room this time was not as nice as the past years. It was smaller and seemed a little more run down. Everything else was just great!

Cleanliness was also an issue and there was hair everywhere and the towels provided were unusually small. When I raised these concerns, staff were unhelpful and at times dismissive. My concerns were not addressed, and I was told to adjust my tone rather than receiving assistance. The manager never followed up despite being asked. The property does not match its online presentation and is not worth the price. Breakfast was underwhelming, though the in-room coffee maker was a positive. Overall, this was a disappointing experience.

we've done a lot of wildlife experiences around the world from grizzlies in alaska, to the migration in serengeti and birds in colombia but the swimming with manatees in florida is amongst our favorite for the magical experience it turned out to be. we had a lot of luck going our way with a cold front in the gulf of MEXICO that sent all the manatees into the rivers and springs, and also the right time of the year. A week earlier and we wouldn't have seen much. A week later and we wouldn't have seen much. Every 2 days before we wouldn't have had quite the experience. As it happens, the confluence of events of weather, location, low crowds created some magic and we were able to swim with 20-30 manatees in calm warm conditions without too many people around. the manatees are peaceful, gentle giants that don't have the biological capability to be aggressive. they came over and swam by us and under us and turned over for belly rubs. There were big adults and moms with calves and the whole range of manatees. Never did we imagine that we would see that many, leave alone come so close to them. We spent more than 2 hours in the water with them making lifetime memories. I doubt if we can replicate this religious experience. Definitely go with Swim With Manatees and don't go to crytal river but go to homosasa river where few boats ply and tyou aren't surrounded by 100 people while you try to spot a manatee. This was truly a magnificent once in a lifetime experience.

This is not your normal BW property. It’s new, well managed and maintained, and the staff is outstanding. A big shout-out to a Tim at the front desk who took ownership of our stay and made sure everything was first rate. Our room was cleaned every day and was spotless. The location is very good - Close to the UTC Mall and only 15-20 mins to Downtown Sarasota straight down Fruitville Road. A great find!

In room coffee maker didn’t work. Would appreciate more that 2 bottles of water for a 1 week stay. None of the equipment in the gym was working which was annoying Breakfast not great. Some of the items were expired and the meats were in the same heating trays as the eggs and french toast. So that means your eggs taste of smoked sausage etc. not very good. No non dairy milk. Coffee often ran out

The staff was friendly! It is pet friendly and they serve breakfast daily. Rooms are spacious, and comfortable. Would stay again. They even came in and did our beds and set our blankets out for us! The bathroom was spacious, all in all a beautiful hotel.

This was a nice place but my room was on the second floor directly in line with the lobby and over the dining area. The area was open to the first floor; no walls so no sound barrier. The first night, i heard the tv in the lobby until about midnight. The third night, there was a young baseball team booked and they stayed in the dining area until about 1AM making lots of noise. I called the front desk about 10:30 to ask them to calm it down. They said they were trying but they were unsuccessful. I called again about 12:30 and got no answer. It was a very miserable night for me. So, if you stay there, I recommend getting a higher floor and away from the center. With those accommodations, I would stay there again.

I thing I didn’t like was that the fired pit was hitting along with the grill which when I was booking it didn’t mention anything about having a grill, which I would of loved to grill with my kids one of the night I stayed there, but other than that everything went well

I was charged $20 extra dollars once I checked in. The balcony was small and had a wasp's nest on the tilted wall. On our pillow there was insects outer shell. The rug was sticky under my feet. The room looked dusty.

This place is in a great location, I’m from the area but no longer live on that side of Florida. I went with this over a Marriott and was impressed. Love the room upgrade and how clean it was. However, the sink water pressure needs some help, also replace your Weber Grill. The igniter is broken, it only lit on one side, this may not seem like a big deal because tend to go out but if you are offering a grill to use perhaps replace it. Everything else was great and will more than likely be back.

We had to call to complain about noisy guests and dogs barking and howling in our hotel. The phone didn’t work in the room, we had to use our own phones ( it was middle of night so didn’t want to go down to front desk). The front desk person said they will take care of it and it wasn’t taken care of. We had no sleep at all , it was a very bad stay . The breakfast was also not very good at all. The hotel was clean though

nothing unique. i really liked that the staff turned my blanket into a bunny , but when i called down to say thankyou at the desk the lady at the desk was rude and short with me. idk her name but she ruined all my good feeling with her ugly tone and dismissivness (that was saturday afternoon august 9th).

Didn't like that there was only 1 drawer in the room, the half door in the shower, only 2 thin cheap towels in the room, cigarette butts on the balcony. Also, we've. been coming to this hotel for 3 years and have noticed a decline in the breakfast options each visit.

They first gave me a room with lament floors and no place to sit for a room with a king bed???? Entire property, including lobby, breakfast area, hallways, elevator, and room was extremely clean. Room was very spacious and bed was comfortable. I had contact with at least seven staff members, and everyone went out of the way to be helpful. Great location, right off of I 75. Selena Criley was exceptionally helpful with a booking conflict. We most definitely will stay here again.

The Puerto Rican gentleman that checked us in late night was excellent! He saw how tired we were and he checked us in quickly, helped us with parking and gave us great info for our vacation! Along with the great staff at breakfast made our vacation all the better!

Came for an overnight stay for the beach and was pleasantly surprised. Beautiful property, great location, nice pool and Tim at the front was so kind and helpful. Will definitely be back!

We loved our stay at Ameniti Bay! I wish I caught the name of the man who checked us in, I was exhausted from our flight with three little ones and he was just wonderful. Even opened up the kitchen to see if we wanted anything to eat since the nearest stores were closed for the night. All staff was so pleasant and went above to ensure their guests were having a good time. The rooms were very spacious as well and clean. The air worked great and plenty of linen! Was just a short distance to all the great beaches in Florida!

Mayeli was the best! She is son professional, kind and courteous. The rooms were impecable, the pool was good, the breakfast its really yummy, different things every day and hot. We sre definitely coming back!

Perfect property for traveling families with children! Large spacious rooms. Very clean. Wonderful amenities! The pool was a huge hit and the complimentary breakfast was great! Staff members were very friendly and helpful.

Great hotel

This was probably the easiest and cleanest hotel i have stayed at in a very long time. The balcony was a nice addition to the room but the spiders on there were a little freaky! I dont want to ding the rating due to this bc honestly, everything else was great. I would have liked to see a bit more bananas at breakfast but if that is the worst thing, I think it is pretty safe to say that this is a great hotel. Ill be back again in September for about a week, thus, you can tell that I actually did like this place!

One room was fine the other room flooded and they never gave us a new room. Walked on wet carpet for a day.

It is a very nice property! Very well located. Clean and very new. The only thing that I personally did not like is that the breakfast is an specific menu with no room to pick what you will like. And having picky eaters is kind of complicated. Everything else was great!

Hotel was more than perfect, staff was friendly except for one guy who spoke to us in a rude way cause my dog barked at another one. Other than that everything was excellent

I didn’t like the fact that I didn’t receive my VIP status and the original room was to have a balcony and they said there wasn’t anything they could do about that inconvenience. All they could off was 1 complimentary drink apiece for me and my guest in which the bar was not opened the entire time and wasn’t scheduled to open until 5pm because of staff person call out. That was terrible in itself and something I’ve never experienced staying at a hotel that was ranked so high on Expedia’s scale rating.

Miss poolside tiki bar but still my fav hotel in the area. Staff nice, good/hot breakfast, impeccably clean facility, comfy beds, close to everything!

We've stayed in this property a couple of times, and it is always clean, well kept, the staff is friendly, and the breakfast is good.
