Reviews
Many guests expressed dissatisfaction with the cleanliness of the rooms and common areas, as well as the condition of the furniture and facilities. The breakfast was also a common complaint, with some guests finding it underwhelming or poorly managed. On the other hand, the staff was often praised for being friendly and helpful, and the location was generally seen as convenient.
- Friendly and helpful staff
- Convenient location
- Poor cleanliness and maintenance
- Underwhelming or poorly managed breakfast

Loved everything this is my 3rd time coming to this hotel will come back ever time
- 4/5
Rooms were very nice with plenty of space

This place is a dumb!! What a poor representation of the Hilton brand. It's dirty, from the exterior to the interior. I'm sorry I booked this place. My room was change 4 times due to dirty sheets, HVAC noise, and toilet issues. Save your money and time.
- 5/5
Quiet location. Friendly staff.
- 5/5
The room was very clean . Breakfast was awesome with ordering your choice of omelets.
- 4/5
I enjoyed my stay here. The evening reception wasn't as nice as I've experienced at other Embassy's. The breakfast was good, although I think the end time should be later. The rooms were the perfect size for our stay.

Very good
- 5/5
The room was clean, I had plenty of towels, and the breakfast was excellent. I do have one suggestion: the juice station seemed a bit weak, almost as if the juices were watered down. Offering fresh‑squeezed orange juice and improving the overall juice quality would really elevate the breakfast experience. The juice was weak as if watered down.

Nothing The beds were hard. Called down to report our refrigerator leaking water and they said they would send maintenance. No one came. After an hour I contacted them and told them it is now 10 and we were going to bed. The lady I talked with said she didn't have our room number. I told her that I had given our room number twice. She admitted she hadn't take note of it. She said she was sending someone's up down. I told her we were in bed. She responded by saying there coming now. She totally ignored what I said. The maintenance guy came and took our refrigerator away. He told us he had no replacement. We then told him about a light bulb that had burned out. He told us he no extra bulbs. This hotel used to be very nice and I always enjoyed staying there. Never again. This is an insult to the Hilton brand.

Employees were dynamite. Good customer service, the maintenance staff was very helpful It was outdated. I thought I would have had a better experience with Embassy Suites. This hotel was nothing like any other Embassy Suites I have ever stayed at.

It was a nice place to stay and really close to the outlets and all different restaurants. The room was very nice, clean and comfortable. The free breakfast was good every morning, and the happy hour drinks in the evenings were a really nice way to end my day. Definitely will be staying here every time I visit Savannah. N/a

There were lots of hairs among the sheets when we pulled out the sofabed. Had to call the front desk for fresh sheets. On the positive side, the staff we dealt with were kind and we were pleased with our interactions with them. The shower was good with plenty of hot water and pressure. If the property manager or owner would invest in refreshing this location and perhaps doing a better job at staying consistent with other Embassy Suites location on the breakfast quality, this property could be much better. Until then, this property really should not be branded as an Embassy Suites. The customer certainly expects more from this chain.

Nice hotel. Toilet was a bit loud after flushing. Wasn't told that I would be charged a $10 self parking fee beforehand, but all in all, nice stay.

Great place to stay. Rooms clean. Staff friendly.

We checked into the embassy suites at Savannah airport on April 18th for one night. The room cost us almost 300.00 for one night. As we entered the room we noticed a mildew smell, my husband being an AC tech for 30 years he said it was because the AC was not on and it was moisture from the heat. So we turned on the AC because I started feeling sick, I entered the bathroom only to learn the light in the bathroom did not work, we quickly reported it and was told someone would be right up to replace the bulbs. As I kicked off my shoes so that I could shower to attend our event I noticed the carpet was wet. My husband said it’s from the moisture in the room. We left the room around 5:30 pm we checked in a little early around 2:00 no one had yet to fix the bathroom light. Before leaving I asked my husband to go down the hall to get ice as I said I was feeling a little sick from the smell, well the ice machine was broken he had to go to another floor to get ice. As we attempted to leave we noticed it took a long time for the elevator, well the elevator was down only two were working and the hotel was full to its capacity, Let me add with all of this the entire hotel especially our floor and the elevators smelled like pure weed. Let me add the lights in our bathroom were never fixed the entire stay!! I would not book this hotel under any circumstances again! Terrible!!!!
- 4/5
I’ve had better!
- 4/5
The suite we stayed in was spacious, quite and clean. The breakfast bar items were excellent. The special order. omelets was a nice touch. Only one of three elevators were in service which was a real frustration given that the facility appeared to be at near capacity on our two night stay.
- 5/5
Great location with easy access to plenty of shopping and restaurants.
- 3/5
The hotel itself is just a little out dated. The elevator wasn’t working the entire stay for the weekend. We had to use the service elevator for everyone, which was a really big inconvenience.. Breakfast was the best thing .
- 3/5
Rooms need proper cleaning chairs in dining dirty bathroom dirty and mold in shower bedding had hole in it
- 2/5
Evening check in & bar food service poor-like we were a bother
- 4/5
This is a very nice property overall, clean, beautiful lobby. Front desk staff could be friendlier, they seemed really busy. The room was clean and tidy, no smells. Breakfast Buffett was lack luster. I only tried the eggs and bacon and the eggs were just awful. The breakfast area is very closed in and not pleasant.
- 1/5
Sheets wasn’t clean
- 5/5
Everything was nice, the room was clean and the was very clean. Spacious and the breakfast was so great. Everyone was friendly. I always stay here when I visit Savannah, GA
- 5/5
The breakfast menu was very good and fresh. The room was spacious and very clean. We always stay at this location when we visit Savannah, GA
- 4/5
Overall service at the hotel was great. However, the website gives a falsehood that there is a whirlpool in the pool area and it is not and there is not. In my opinion, the pool is only kid friendly.Because it's only three and a half feet 24 and a half feet. Not very long or wide at all.
- 5/5
The entire staff beginning from the check-in service were courteous and helpful. The breakfast provided a great variety for everyone.
- 4/5
Impressive hotel with attentive and accommodating staff! The grand lobby, free reception, deluxe breakfast, and spacious pool area left a lasting impression. For an even better experience, the pool could have been warmer with better-circulated water, and the breakfast layout could have been more kid-friendly. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!
- 3/5
Overall the stay was average. Thr location was good. The room was clean. The air temperature was freezing at night and very stuffy and hot during the day. When we arrived 2 of the 3 elevators worked, but by day two, only 1 of the 3 elevators was in commission. The made to order omelets were good but the other items on the hot breakfast was fair. The only complaint I had was the fact that Conchinta that worked in the food area asked me for my ticket. I showed her my room key and she asked which room number I was in. This line of questioning made me feel very uncomfortable as if she thought I was not a guest and coming in for a free meal. Her asking me this would not have been a problem if this line of questioning was asked of all guests in the breakfast area. I'm not sure if she asked me this because we were there for breakfast the morning before or because my family was one of the very few minority families present at breakfast. My recommendation is to have someone checking all individuals coming in for breakfast to prevent practices that feels discrimatory. Overall, the stay was okay but Conchinta's actions prevented me from rating higher than a 3.
- 5/5
Breakfast was not exactly like at other embassy suites but still good.
- 5/5
My only problem was the small trash cans in the rooms that only holds trash for one person per day.
- 5/5
Yes
- 3/5
The property needs a refresh. Future old and shabby. Toilets are very low and need to be replaced.
- 5/5
It was just ok.
- 5/5
Our room was very nice, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was amazing! The evening reception time was very nice also.
- 5/5
I stay here every time I am in Savannah!! 😍
- 4/5
Room was nice, no chance at upgrading room when we checked in for some strange reason. When we say we’d like a bigger room with more money down, the option should be available on a Sunday night. Also, the eggs were watery at breakfast and the potatoes were soggy
- 3/5
I have stayed at hotel several times but this time was not the best.I stayed in room 720 the bathroom had a musty odor that linger. The windows where couch was you couldn't see out of it so was very unappealing to keep curtain open.House cleaning didn't supply clean towels or wash clothes the next day.I tried calling front desk phone was busy and housekeeping line was busy, trash was not emptied as well. When I arrived to hotel the staff wasn't as welcoming.
- 4/5
Had a nice happy hour. However the hostess is not very friendly.
- 5/5
Room was Clean. Gym was clean. Pool was extremely cold but kids loved it.
- 2/5
Shower was broken. No shampoo was empty in dipenser. Room was old and worn out
- 5/5
Bads: its not a heated pool. Water is too cold to swim. No hot tub. The staff was in pijamas and head wrap at 10pm. They a mean old lady doing omeletes, no patience at all
- 5/5
Yes indeed
- 5/5
Spacious room
- 1/5
Room was horrible spots on the walls carpets dirty, bed skirt spot up it just appeared to be dirty. Plus the blanket for the pull out bed could be used it look awful. The Ottaman had hard spots on it not sure what it was.Lighting in the room is horrible. I spoke with the manger on duty Saturday when I check out she promised me 10,000 points in 48 hours today in Firday still have not receive them.
- 3/5
The dining room was closed and the heated pool was too cold for swimming.
- 5/5
The room was spotless and smelled fresh. The staff was very courteous. We really enjoyed the homemade omelets each morning. The bed slept extremely great. Will visit this facility again soon.
- 3/5
The rest of the breakfast area was fine, but customer service at the omelet station could definitely be improved. A friendlier interaction would have made a big difference.
- 2/5
The description for this hotel is misleading. While reading the description it says self parking so you think it’s free. They charged us $10 each day we stayed. In the description it said there was a restaurant downstairs. There was no restaurant even though the little card they give you has times for the restaurant. The room we stayed in had the bed backed up to the elevator so we couldn’t sleep till it finally stopped going. It was really loud too. The room needs a lot of updates. The couch was uncomfortable. It had blackout curtains but had two clocked with bright numbers on each side of the bed and a night light in the bathroom that you couldn’t turn off. I was very disappointed with the breakfast. It had bagged French toast sticks fried, round hash browns fried, sausage, scrambled eggs, cereal and muffins. You can order a customize omelette but not everyone wants that. I was expecting pancakes or waffles, biscuits and gravy. We didn’t eat the breakfast on the second day.
- 1/5
The room was terrible. The shower and carpet were dirty, and the mattress was extremely uncomfortable. On top of that, breakfast was very poor, including a long line just to get an omelet. For a night that cost $274, this is unbelievable.
- 5/5
Very clean and quiet hotel. Breakfast selections were very nice. I would definitely stay here again.
- 5/5

I’m great stay
- 4/5
Friendly staff, clean room and amenities.
- 5/5
Clean room free breakfast staff was great at check in.
- 2/5
When we did get a room, the toilet had a broken seat. And we found the common areas to be uncomfortable. They were not well air conditioned.
- 5/5
Breakfast
- 3/5
Our room was left unclean form the previous guest. The breakfast wasn't as expected. Short staffed, no utensils, tables were left with dirty plates for a long time.
- 5/5
Very clean.
- 3/5
Air Conditioner/heating was not functioning! Could not be set at a temperature that would stay on correct temperature. Couch and living room chairs were nasty. The person we met to check in was a nice young lady who wore a mask and could not speak from being very sick! She gave us our room keys by lying them on the counter and gave us a paper to sign in without communication.
- 5/5
Breakfast. Was not up to standard. Cold food. Front desk staff were friendly. Support staff.., not very happy. Management needs some help. Room clean and comfortable. TV was missing a major network NBC
- 3/5
The room needs some upgrades. The staff was amazing.
- 5/5
Clean rooms, great breakfast and excellent housekeeping.
- 5/5

- 5/5
Clean room, engaging, warm, kind and responsive staff.
- 3/5
Definitely not what I've come to expect from Embassy Suites.

- 3/5
Hotel is old. Breakfast can be better. It is okay if you only plan to stay for one night.
- 5/5
Room was clean but carpet is torn. My wife and I are senior citizens and we found that the toilet is too low which made it hard to stand back up. Disappointing.
- 5/5
Everything was clean. Staff was friendly.
- 5/5
Beautiful hotel
- 5/5
Breakfast had many options and location is close to everything.
- 5/5
I loved the ambience of the hotel as well as the perks such as complimentary drinks
- 5/5
Clean and central. Great breakfast.
- 4/5
Bad: Only one remote for two TVs.Inadequate lighting in room.
- 5/5
This is incorrect. I told the lady when I checked in and she said she’d let a manager know. This was not a problem for us.
- 5/5
All staff attentive and friendly
- 3/5
It was not clean, weird smell from towels and flush was broken
- 5/5
It was amazing. This was my second stay.. Same location due to the previous experience. Will definitely return.
- 4/5
Yes
- 4/5
We didn't have the breakfast
- 4/5
Nice clean but you are charged $10 a night for parking
- 5/5
It was a nice experience. Everyone was nice. The pool was a bit cold but aside from that it was nice. Breakfast was great!
- 3/5
The staff was so rude. From check in to the cafe and check out the staff was short and condescending. The room was nice, but dated. Our door would stick really bad and hard to open.
- 5/5
Great!
- 5/5
The pool needs cleaning
- 5/5
Awesome
- 1/5
Spots and stains on the couch. Handle on the shower was falling off. No soap. Lighting in the bathroom awful. Leftover food from the previous guest in the microwave. Mirror in the bathroom, crooked could not straighten.
- 2/5
My meeting ran short. I was flying out the next day. I came back at 1 PM after checkout they had not cleaned my room yet. I asked if I could go upstairs to change clothes before I go to the airport. The manager on duty said no as much money as I have spent at Hilton properties 10 minutes to change clothes on a room that has not been cleaned yet. I didn’t think it was too big of an ask.
- 3/5
The hotel was nice and comfortable. The rooms weren’t as spacious as I assumed as were told, but I wasn’t cramped either. The property overall was good. The customer service was not. The staff who checked us in was not polite nor nice. She was very grumpy and did not do much to accommodate us. We had to ass for a manager in order to move forward. Despite that the entire stay was good.
- 3/5
The pool was nasty the staff upfront rude it just didn’t have that nice feeling of elegance that other embassy suites has
- 5/5
Great staff, fast check in, clean and comfortable rooms.
- 3/5
Bailey an embassy suite
- 5/5
MY go-to when heading S on I-95 - Great for traveling with your dog.
- 4/5
Need improvement on breakfast area layout.
- 3/5
Pillows weren't great but the most frustrating parts of our stay was that the air conditioner didn't work, maintenance came and fixed it but then it stopped working again leaving us very hot during the night while trying to sleep. To top it off, when we booked we booked for location and amenities, to include use of pool that was out of service. Having known this I would have booked elsewhere
- 4/5
What I didn't like was paying for parking. It would be different if the parking area wasn't on the property. Everything else was nice. I wasn't greeted as nicely as I have at other Embassy suites. I wasn't offered the complimentary water upon arrival. When I was checking out I had to ask for it. The free coffee was good. The breakfast was good. High five to the omlet maker. Pool water was cold but no circulation. Gym area was nice and clean. I wouldn't mind staying there again. It is about 20 minutes from downtown Savannah but I didn't mind the drive back and forth.
- 5/5
My husband and I always stay at this hotel when we visit Savannah. Love everything about it
- 5/5
Great staff, even though the hotel was very busy. The staff were accommodating, professional and very attentive. I work at Cornell University in the hotel management school, and I take my hat off to your establishment. A job well done.
- 5/5
Great stay
- 4/5
The room was clean and comfortable.
- 5/5
We were there for the Junior Olympics! Perfect property for traveling with family.
- 4/5
Excellent location to the outlet mall and other restaurants. Happy hour is a plus! Walmart near by.
- 4/5
Rooms were not ready on time.
- 5/5
Good
- 5/5
Great Atmosphere!!!
- 5/5
Great 😊
- 3/5
I did not like we had to change rooms we were supposed to have a walk in shower. I was exhausted from traveling and changing rooms dropped a glass bottle it took forever for someone to come to room they did not clean it nor did the bring what really needed to clean with so they had to come and only brought a vacuum nothing to mop up sticky mess. There was a rotten smell at the entrance to our hall. There's a $10 fee to use their parking lot..why?? Small breakfast than we were use to for Embassy then they told us we couldn't have scrambled eggs with veggies only omelets. Beautiful hotel, staff was nice but the one lady who apparently thought I must have been wrong about there not being toilet paper in the room?? Overall a nice place to stay. Close to food and shopping
- 5/5
Very nice hotel! Comfortable beds, Friendly Staff and Great Breakfast.
- 5/5
Clean place really recommend
- 5/5
Clean, great staff and great breakfast
- 4/5
훌륭하고 좋았습니다.
- 4/5
It was quiet and nice.
- 4/5
This is a smoking property. I didn't think those still existed. Be sure you're not on the smoking floor (7th) The staff and amenities were excellent
- 3/5
My stay was awesome as usual but going to happy hour and being judged because of the color of your skin is very ungrateful the bartender on Monday asked me for proof that I was staying there when I stood behind 4 ppl and she never asked anyone in front of me can only imagine how hurt I was needless to say she missed out on an amazing tip you should really teach your staff to treat EVERYONE the same
- 5/5
I liked the courtesy of the staff, as well as it being in close proximity to eating establishments, The suites were spacious and clean. It was a great experience.
- 4/5
The property was a perfect location with proximity to Sam's Club, restaurants, Wal Mart and the Tanger Outlet.
- 4/5
I loved the area and the service was great, EXCEPT for the check-in, which made me feel that I was an inconvenience, instead of a customer. :-(
- 1/5
We had to sit in the car for over an hour before we could check in because the room was not ready at check in time and we had just driven 10.5 hours. The lady at the front desk is miserable and obviously needs a job where she doesn't talk to people. AND we are expected to pay $10 a day for parking when we paid almost $300 for a room for a night with poor service. The breakfast was good but we had to wait for bowls for about 30 minutes and there were no spoons.
- 4/5
My husband and I both enjoyed staying at the Embassy Suites but I was surprised by the view that we had on the 2nd floor. Due to us being there from Monday-Wednesday, we decided to pull the drapes back and could not believe that we were looking at a brick wall along with the A/C equipment between the windows and the wall. Unless the hotel was full, we should not have been given that room especially since we were there during the afternoons. In the future, I will ask when I check in what type of view will we have. Brick walls are boring!!
- 5/5
Great stay! Would definitely sleep there again! Highly recommend
- 5/5
Great place to stay.
- 5/5
The proximity to shopping and restaurants. As well as the airport.
- 4/5
It was a nice place to stay except for the air and the shower could have been cleaner. There was mold in the door creases.
- 4/5
Everything went well accept during breakfast on 05/11/2025. The host was very rude and disrespectful to guests who were walking in to enjoy breakfast.
- 3/5
Room was not very clean. Few soiled towels did not clean the refrigerator out from the last person. Did not vacuum. I give them a 7.
- 5/5
Excellent hotel. The location is less than 5 minutes from the outlets and several restaurants. Happy hour from 5:30- 7:00 pm. Great hot breakfast
- 5/5
Great customer service from the front desk.
- 3/5
Cons: Got a knock on the door at 9am by a staffer, asking us when were we checking out. Checkout was at noon but this guy said it was 10am. We were exhausted from a long trip and felt we were being pressured to leave early. My husband called downstairs to confirm that we had more time to check out.
- 5/5
Great place to relax and staff service was great.
- 4/5
Stephanie was wonderful checking me in, but housekeeping started knocking the next morning at 10:30 well before check out. As we were about to leave at 11, a hotel worker came in without knocking, which startled my partner. Check out was not supposed to be until 12.
- 5/5
Excellent hotel!
- 4/5
Indoor pool and breakfast are cool
- 5/5
Good
- 4/5
$ 10.00, which i did miss but she ended up charging me $ 25.00 a day. $ 75.00 for 3 days to park my car myself is ridiculous.
- 1/5
The property was not well maintained. It was very disappointing. There was a kitchen gas smell the entire trip. It was concerning. The pool was not cleaned. The only good thing was the omelets.
- 5/5
Nice stay
- 5/5
We had a short trip for a wedding near Savannah. This was a very nice place for an overnight stay. We will likely come back if we are in Savannah again.
- 5/5
Enjoyed my stay
- 4/5
Good location. I just wish rhe breakfast options were served warm. Each morni g rhe potatoes amd french toast was cold on the line
- 5/5
The dining and bar were easy to use.
- 3/5
I was very disappointed at my stay at Embassy being I have stayed here multiple times. There was a problem with my room before my arrival it was leaking and it was a lot of back and forth on how I would be accommodated but was promised it would be be fixed first thing in the morning. It was not. I went to the front first thing that morning and was told they had to check with the manager. Meanwhile of course my card has already been charged. Finally it was fixed by noon but I was stuck at the hotel until it was fixed. I will not stay at this Embassy again.
- 1/5
Not 24 hour airport shuttle, no hot tub, ice cold pool. Staff didnt care about any concerns. Very disappointed
- 2/5
Do not mention specific prices or room rates Leave out any profanity Don't reference personal information
- 5/5
My stay was enjoyed by myself and others.
- 5/5
Great staff just a dated building.
- 3/5
The cleaning staff is amazing! They even vacuum the sofas. The front desk and other staff weren't very friendly. Overall it wasn't a bad experience. It just could have been a lot better. I probably wouldn't stay here again.
- 5/5
Nice rooms very quiet
- 5/5
Very impressed with the room. Very comfortable beds, clean rooms, spacious bathroom and suite. Loved the refrigerator, microwave, complimentary coffee. Excellent breakfast with made to order eggs and omelets, toast or bagels, coffee, fresh fruit, juice and friendly staff.
- 5/5
Honeymoon
- 3/5
Terrible traffic surrounds this property! Suburban hell! Way too much traffic for limited road network.
- 5/5
I did not like paying $10.00 for parking with no parking garage or any other benefit for this payment. This was very disappointing.
- 5/5
No heat in the pool !!!
- 3/5
Limited menu options.
- 5/5
Great property for any occasion
- 3/5
- 3/5
Hotel was clean and room was nice. Transportation from airport was convenient. However, no dining options within a reasonable walking distance, and food for an evening meal at the hotel was very limited. Employee at the bar was trying hard but couldn't keep up with minimal help.
- 5/5
Our stay was a great one. No issues what so ever. The Hotel was clean and well maintained. Would not think twice of staying here again. Actually, I will always stay here when traveling to Savannah.
- 3/5
Rooms were dark. Staff could have been more friendly. Breakfast wasn’t that great. Coffee, and food was cold.
- 3/5
There was congestion of parked cars at the entrance area which made the entire experience a bit haphazard and inconvenient The breakfast was chaotic with very limited staff, poor quality of food, different locations for plates, utensils, and items that made it really confusing to get everything for the breakfast. We have been to other Embassy Suites in D.C and the breakfast provided was excellent, the whole experience was really good. In comparison this one was really bad.
- 4/5
Hotel is located near I95 which is convenient for travelers. It’s a bit outdated but clean. Staff was not the most welcoming but not rude just cold.
- 5/5
Breakfast was great.Rooms were very nice! Great area for shopping and 20 minutes to the historic district. Prices much more reasonable than the historic disrict hotels.
- 3/5
Came for my daughter’s bday trip so it was ok for the most part. Not amazing but not bad.
- 2/5
This hotel is NOT worth the cost of it. It's listed as a 4-Star, but in my opinion, it's a 3 star at best. Everything is outdated! The carpet, the couch, the furniture, the sink, the shower....literally, EVERYTHING! I thought I was in a 70s show or something. The property has potential, but it's very clear to me that the owners are not interested in spending money to upgrade this facility. I paid almost $200 for 1-night!!! It was a BIG WASTE OF MONEY. I recommend other Hilton Suites, like Hampton or Home2. I don't want to ever stay at another Embassy Suite again, because of this place! Yuk!!!
- 3/5
The room was adequate but smelled of dogs - maybe it's just me.

The property is in a great location. This was my first time staying in Pooler. The Tangler Outlet is close by, and there are several dinning choices.

We were given a wheelchair-accessible room and located adjacent to the elevator tech room. It was extremely noisy with elevators going up and down. We requested another room and the staff were helpful with furfilling the request.

Everything was good, just a better attitude from the barman wouldn’t hurt.

Great cocktail party in the evening and a wonderful breakfast. Cook to order fresh food and multiple choices. Just fabulous.

Great property, especially for those looking for location near the outlet mall and restaurants plus easy access to the interstate. We only stayed 1 night due to our travels but the hotel has so much to offer for those staying longer.

There was not enough staff at the front desk when we checked in and they were not very friendly. We tried to watch a game at the bar and eat dinner but they did not get NBC on the tv. The dinner was so terrible we had to order out. We also did not get NBC on the tv in our room. We ate the complimentary breakfast in the morning which was pretty poor. They were not refilling the regular self-serve coffee in the dining room, even after asking them several times and it wasn't very busy. I would not stay here again.

Embassy in the past few years has continued to decline. The price and the expectations are not aligning. This is my third stay in six months at an Embassy and the omelette station has NOT been available.
