    The room looked terrible and to top it off there was a roach on the wall. If I could’ve gotten a refund I would not have stayed the night. I literally went to Walmart to buy supplies to clean the room before I could sleep there.

    They made you pay a 50 CASH ONLY security fee but yet as I walked to my room there were underwear in the parking lot, my room had roaches, there was hair in the bed and the bed had cigarette burns. Guests should get paid a security fee for staying there.

    Room was large. Heat/AC worked fine. Linens, carpet, etc., are worn. Dingy on surfaces that see a lot of contact. Located about 10-15 minutes from downtown, a straight shot down boulevards. Lots of shops around. Located next to a mil air base, so helicopters were going low overhead at times, incl. at night. Can't be beat for the price.

    Nothing. ⭐️ 1-Star Review I had a very uncomfortable experience at this hotel and would strongly caution others before booking here. When I arrived to check in, the property was extremely filthy. The lobby and surrounding areas looked poorly maintained and not clean at all, which was already a major red flag. Things became even more concerning during check-in. The staff told me there was a cash-only deposit that was supposedly non-refundable, which I have never experienced at any legitimate hotel. That immediately made the situation feel suspicious and unprofessional. While handling my payment and ID, it appeared that they were trying to capture or write down my debit card information, which made me feel very uneasy. Because of this, I told them I no longer felt comfortable staying there and decided to leave and book somewhere else. After I said I wanted to leave, the staff became rude and difficult and initially refused to return my ID and debit card, which made the situation even more alarming. No guest should ever feel like their personal belongings or financial information are being held hostage just because they decide not to stay. Between the dirty conditions, the questionable cash deposit policy, and the way my personal information was handled, I did not feel safe completing my stay here. I left immediately and would not recommend this property to anyone. Guests should feel secure and respected when checking into a hotel, and unfortunately that was not my experience here.

    Required to leave 50$ deposit and had to be cash. I had to go to an ATM because I don’t have enough. There were cob webs on the ceiling, black hair in the bathroom drain, hair dryer was covered in a layer of dust. Also saw a small Cockroach in on the side of the desk when I was sitting in the chair. I was in the room and the cleaning people came in. Told them I didn’t need it cleaned for the day but they came in anyways and made the bed while I stood in the corner out of the way. Very awkward. Did not speak English. 1 positive is the room did not have a tv remote and the cleaning guy brought me one!

    This property was not what I expected at all. There were several bugs we found throughout our stay. Upon entering the room, the room smelled of smoke, and it was obvious it was not cleaned, and the cleaning bottle was even left in the room. The toilet then started leaking water as well. There were several stains and holes in the walls.

    I was late for check-in due to a delayed flight and had to call the emergency number 4 times before someone answered the phone to allow me to check in. I requested for maids not to come in my room yet they knocked on the door daily around 8:30am. I paid for a king bed and ended up getting two double beds. The cleanliness could’ve been better when I arrived in my room.

    Its an older Motel that they are working on improving. Its very quiet and the rooms are not the top notch but, they are decent. The owners are super friendly. We enjoyed our stay and once they finish this will be a very nice place to stay

    As soon as I checked in, the front office required me to pay a $50 cash deposit. I asked if refundable, he says yes. I never got my cash back. Upon opening up my door to my room, I flipped the light on, and HUNDREDS of ROACHES were running EVERYWHERE. I 10/10 do NOT recommend staying here. It is filthy and has a bad roach infestation.

    The property itself isnt bad. The help at the front is the problem. We called and said our AC wouldn't stay on at 930- he said hed be right over. Never showed up. Then its too hot in the room to sleep if it keeps cutting off. I have tried to call 2 other times since then and no one is picking up.

    The parking at the hotel is terrible for someone with a truck. If you have a small car its not an issue. Desk clerk says the website says there is a $50 cash deposit, i didnt see it. So having to search for a ATM before check was inconvenient. Also, the office doesnt open until 8 a.m. so if you have to be at work before then, then you have to take off on your lunch break to get your deposit back. I mean..how inconvenient is that? If you are gonna demand a cash deposit then someone should be at the desk around 6, seeing as the majority of people have to be at work at 7a.m.

    Overall the room was not as clean as it should be. There was hair in the shower and thing were not dusted properly. A build up of dust and grim were on things like the doors and top of shower and the hair dryer. The towels were thin and scratchy and when asking for towels I had to ask twice and then was made to go get the towels from the office. No one would bring them to me. Beds were extremely uncomfortable and we were only given 2 pillows. For the price I was not impressed and probably won’t be back.

    Got to hotel to find out there is a $100 cash deposit due on arrival. It is in the expedia site but you have to hunt for it. Nice thing is they cut it to $50 for me and was refunded when i checked out. Room wasn't bad, just old. The problem was cleanliness. There was used tampons in the trash and something black on the sheets. Spread had stains on it. Got up next morning to roaches in the bathroom. I told the front clerk who could have cared less. Was told he'd let someone know. Glad it was only a one night stay. Will not stay there again.

    The bed had a small mattress and no box strings so I stayed anyway. 2nd day the water run slow so i told the manager and he came to the room and the knob cone off in his hand and he accused me of breaking it. He was very rude from the 1st time we arrived. I left after the first day and lost 2 days and had to get another hotel. Expedia.com should be ashamed that they let hotels like this book through their website. The pictures of the hotel on the website is false also.

    They did not informed us they had major roof construction going on. Super loud noises and limited parking and walking because roofing materials and nails coming down on all side etc. the receptionist put us in the room… that the contractors are using!!! When we let the receptionist know about it, he challenged us!!! The manager gave us a different room… right next to their room!!! We where too tried and everywhere else was booked… smoke detectors unplugged, bed was not a “bed”. You can feel the rods underneath it… drains where clogged, bed had hair (like someone hair a hair cut), carpet look and smell like it never been clean. And the list went on… the manager didn’t want to comp or say about sorry for this or that… then she spoken in Hindi to another person as if she was pissed at us… we know discrimination in any language. My wife and I will not be going back and we will share our experience. This was our first day of our honeymoon making our way to the islands.

    You can tell the room was remodeled by the fact there's still holes in the wall. There was only one small trash can in the bathroom. The shower head is just protruding from the wall, no covering. The handle that's normally in the shower was missing thus the holes were exposed and rusty. The tub was also dirty.     Do not plan to stay here again. Mattress was thin and it felt like you were laying on the floor. Pillows were half the size of a normal pillow and quickly went flat. Carpet was torn and stained. There was no place to hang your clothes in the room. Curtains/drapes were nasty and torn.Smoke detector was broken and dangling on the wall, open. There was a leak in the ceiling. The towels in the bathroom were thin and did not appear to be clean (clumps of hair on towels). Bed spread had burned holes in it. No coffee pot, cups, etc... in the room.

    The hotel room smelled like smoke. The bathroom was not clean. When we arrived they were just then cleaning the room and they knocked on the door 45 minutes before check out telling us we had to leave. It was not a pleasant stay. I definitely would not recommend.

    The furniture was stained and worn. The room was not clean. It smelled like smoke. The bedding was horrible. And it seemed like drug deals were happening outside. Cars would come up and honk and someone would come out to them all night long. It was terrible.

    As you can see in my pictures, there was popcorn all over the ground/it clearly hadn't been properly cleaned in a very long time, an insanely gross smell in the room, an absurd amount of dust - making it very difficult and uncomfortable to breathe in, it was right next to a pretty busy road so you can hear cars zooming by ALL night and the area felt extremely unsafe. I was so hesitant to leave my car here overnight and it ultimately ruined my experience in Savannah. Don't get me wrong, I love saving money and this seemed like it would have been okay, but it was truthfully miserable. Ultimately, I learned that it is always worth spending a little bit more just to have that peace of mind. If you want to learn for yourself, be their guest - but I won't ever again. (<--- That last part was thought of on the spot lol)

    Staff was rude and inconsiderate. Property leaves much to be desired. I would not stay there again and i warn anyone who is thinking of stsying here to run.

    The sign above the check in desk: ONCE YOU PAY YOU CAN'T GET YOUR MONEY BACK. Then I found out why.... The bed was an old mattress with an inch of separate foam on top. The sheets were threadbare and very old. The pillows had no conformation and were very small and quite old. There was no firmness or shape. I was fearful I'd get bedbugs. The towels couldnt dry us they werr so thin. The tv was broken and we were unable to get any news or movie channels. THERE WAS NO COFFEE MAKER but there was a frig and microwave. I imagine some people who are hard up live there. I saw several situations. I pd $135 but the room had dropped to $58 that weekend. The furniture was new so I think that was done for a photo op. I hardly slept and at 5:30am woke my husband so we could get out. One cant take photos that would reveal sheets, pillows it towels.

    I like that the room was clean and the staff was very polite. It was annoying that one of the beds is against the wall where the AC/Heater is located, so we didn't use it because it will blow directly on the person sleeping there. Also, the beds where not comfortable.
