Staybridge Suites Savannah Historic District by IHG

Loved this stay from the moment we entered. Staff at check-in were fun and welcoming. The lobby was relaxing and inviting. Our room was nice and clean. We slept great. Parking was a bit odd, but as long as you don't mind a bit of a walk for a clean and nice hotel, it will be fine.

Check in with Teresa was awesome, she’s a great asset to the hotel, personable, friendly and excited to assist you! The breakfast was awesome… nice to have healthy options (fresh fruits, cottage cheese etc). Great location & walkable to everything especially through the squares, quarter, parks, restaurants and the river front. Highly recommend this hotel.

Window shades could block a bit more sunlight and too many bright things inside room. Room was great other than that. Eggs were cold at breakfast.

The stay was enjoyable and in very close walking distance to restaurants, pubs, city bus tours, boat cruise, shopping and sightseeing. Loved it and Savannah Georgia owes us this couple on a Baecation nothing!

The room was clean, the staffs were nice, the breakfast were very good, on Monday & Wednesday are happy hour between 5:40 to 7. It was very good. However, the parking was a little expensive $32 per night & we stayed for 4 nights. Overall we will come back & stay because the location was awesome & we walked everywhere & no uber needed.

Loved the location. It was perfect for walking to all the shops and restaurants and anywhere else we wanted to go in the historic area. The room was comfortable and had almost all the accommodations we needed. The staff was very friendly. The daily breakfast was good. We definitely would stay there again! The room needed to have more USB plugins.

There was an issue with the hot water and the hotel manager totally fixed the situation by refunding me back some which is exactly the customer service I expect. I took a couple cold showers and they were able to having issues with boiler but they knew how to take care of their customers! Location is perfect. Breakfeast was great and very convenient I didnt like the lack of balcony rooms. But it wasnt that big if a deal.

Buffet breakfast is pretty good- 2 or 3 hot dishes, waffle maker and the usual cold stuff. Only issue we faced was lack of hot water. BOTH nights of our stay. Their maintenance guy needs a talking to. Apparently the hot water heater was tripping out. He might not have known how to fix it but that’s no excuse for not checking it every 30 minutes to ensure the water stays hot. Would definitely stay here again but check the hot water 20 minutes before needing a shower.

It’s located near the water front district Paid parking. It’s just another way to raise the price!

The dining options are endless! We loved the staff recommendations of B. Mathews, Pink House and Pirates House. All within walking distance of the hotel! Side note not of the hotel... we had only one bad tour on our vacation to Savannah and it was the Hearse Tour! We would NOT recommend them. I wish we would have researched more places before booking them. Otherwise, it is lovely town and we enjoyed our stay and the friendly people we met!

Comfortable room, great breakfast with different offerings each day. Free guest laundry. Lots of hot water with good pressure. Great location close to river street. The issues…. No orange juice for 2 out of the 4 days, hair in the muffin tray. Housekeeping was very late every day, like five pm so afternoon naps are out. Late checkout I asked for 1 pm denied even though they never cleaned the room until evening. The tub doesn’t drain fast so by showers end your ankle deep. Lighting in the kitchenette is burned out. Parking is expensive and very limited unless you want to use the parking garage nearby. Friendly staff, it’s a nice place, just some minor irritating things, however if ever in the area again I would consider staying again

Staff is superb. Place is in a great spot. The traffic on E bay is very noisy. Vibrated my bed. I forgot my noise machine but my ear plugs helped.

Enjoyed the property and great location

The Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Breakfast had diy waffles, fresh fruit, yogurt and hot eggs, sausage and potatoes- quite good. On Wednesday there was a complimentary cocktail hour with beer, wine, and nacho bar which was all surprisingly delicious as well. Overall great location to stay in Savannah. Only challenge was the parking- but that’s everywhere in Savannah. Once we got a spot in their lot we didn’t move our car until we left. This hotel is going to become our new go-to for Savannah.

The rooms were spotless, very comfortable, and impressively quiet, which made it easy to relax and get a great night’s sleep. We also appreciated the convenient parking and the excellent location, close to everything we needed while still offering a peaceful atmosphere. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and outstanding customer service. The only thing I missed was a pool.

We spent 2 nights at Staybridge. We arrived during social time and had a great time with trivia games and complimentary appetites, beer and wine. Anita at the front desk went above and being for us several times. We were so close to everything and fell in love with the town. We will be back and we will stay at Staybridge again.

My two sisters and I stayed in this hotel we had a wonderful experience, the hotel is impeccable so clean so well taken care off, the staff so magnificent is worthy mention some names Anita , Antwan , Theresa , Ricky , Nevada , Moesha , Zippy , Kysha , Shantell , Leslie Tina , Kiawon , Mayra , Rashel and Lawanda because they work so hard to make sure visitors are comfortable they are friendly , professional, respectful, polite, breakfast and social afternoon with wine and snacks were a plus, it was honestly a great experience to remember for life , I recommend this hotel 100 % .

We really enjoyed our stay at Staybridge Suites in Savannah. Yes, the rooms were a little dated, but the friendliness of the staff and the location of the hotel more than made up for that. We had quiet nights and rested well during our time in Savannah. For the location, we were able to walk to 95% of the things that we wanted to see.

Good breakfast, both hot & cold. Loved the fresh pineapple & ruby red grapefruit slices. Great staff! Bathroom needs new shower curtains as water goes all over floor. Windows need washing. Rear entrance should be for guests also, though most used it to exit only. Beds were comfortable & room was clean.

We did not know we would not have windows which was strange. The breakfast and location was very good.

Carpet in the room was filthy, bathtub dirty, windows very, very dirty mold very filthy, some of the hallway Carpet look like it was taken from the city dump and installed in the second floor hallway. Breakfast buffet we had to use a tea spoon to take up the fruit on the fruit bar very unsanitary. The only best thing about our stay was the front desk staff.

The room did not have a window with outdoor view. The “court yard” window actually faces directly into the hallway, so you cannot get fresh air or natural light without others in the hallway seeing into your room.

The staff made our stay so enjoyable. If you book a room here, be sure to attend the events in the lobby. Staff do a fantastic job making the activity super fun. Our room was immaculate, and honestly, the bed was fabulous. We loved every moment of our stay. We also loved how conveniently it was located to the activities on our to-do list.

Excellent location, clean rooms, fantastic staff. I travel a lot and I have never stayed at a hotel with friendlier staff. All of the breakfast attendants said good morning to us each day. They even brought around special Mother’s Day parfaits to all the women. I would 100% recommend this property and will stay here again.

The hotel is well located and has a very nice/accomodating staff. The free appetizers and beer/wine M-W were a nice surprise. The room had nice amenities. The tub had some staining but, was ok.

Tiny bathroom, no king rooms, no handicap rooms,. Only 2 queen beds in most rooms. An improvement would be to have more king rooms. Slept pretty well considering the busy street the hotel is on. Parking was difficult at best, we lucked out and snagged a handicap spot. That was under a tree.

Room was adequate and clean. Staff was a pleasure to work with. Parking was very tight, but was able to find a spot in a way back corner. Overall, we were happy with everything.

Good location. Good price. Overall, staff was friendly. Breakfast was scheduled to begin at 6:30am on weekdays, but was late which affected people attending an event. Room was dated, and bathtub had stains. Slight issue at checkout with not getting folio (they said it would be emailed) and I had to call later to get this completed.

We also used the parking garage down the street, which the hotel partners with. Each day, guests are required to notify the hotel before noon if they parked there. One day we left early and returned late, and I forgot to tell them. I understood that mistake was on me, and I contacted the garage directly and paid the $30 fee. However, the hotel then tried to charge me another $32 for the same night, saying I “knew the rules.” I did know the rule, and that’s why I paid the garage. Being charged twice for one night of parking was unreasonable, and they refused to remove the extra charge. I ended up paying $62 for one night of parking. To “make up” for the fact that housekeeping never came to our room, they removed a $32 charge for the morning we checked out—at 8:30 AM. That hardly felt like meaningful compensation for six nights without housekeeping and the double parking charge. The hotel is in a nice location and the breakfast was good, but overall the lack of service and the way the parking situation was handled means I would not stay here again.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and the hotel is in the most convenient location, right across from all the historical attractions in Savannah!super clean and great breakfast as well!!

The location was excellent and the check in was easy with a friendly and helpful desk clerk. The room itself was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was disappointing compared to other IHG properties. Counters were very dirty, coffee was meh, oatmeal was only half cooked and barely edible. The door to our room did not want to close or lock without force. Not the quality I expect with IHG in general. Probably won’t stay here again.

Nice size room, perfect location. The breakfast was probably the best continental breakfast we’ve had. But more than anything the staff was amazing. Ms. Theresa is a gem, she will get you anything you need. She went above and beyond for my little family.

The only issue I had was the the outlets on the lamp did not work which was an inconvenience when trying to plug in my cpap machine but fortunately I had a long cord and found a wall plug. The hotel was clean, the staff was great and the breakfast was good, but the rooms are another story, especially for how expensive they were. We had 3 rooms for our group & everyone said the same thing. These were the worst rooms we had during our entire trip & they cost twice as much as any of the other rooms we stayed in. They were clean, but there was no luggage racks/stands & no where else to put your luggage other than open the suitcases on the floor. If you're only staying 1 or 2 nights, it's more trouble than it's worth to unpack your suitcases in a hotel room. There was no where to sit & relax in the room, so you had to sit on the bed & lean against the head board. There were only 2 uncomfortable kitchen chairs at a table. The hotel was advertised as a newer hotel but built to look old. The lobby area looked newer, but the rooms were definitely not newer.

Nice place to stay. The staff was excellent and out going, helpful, and always asked if there was anything you needed. Breakfast was amazing and the meet and greet on Monday through Wednesday was a fun time to get together with other travelers.

The entire staff was amazing. They were all super warm and friendly. We had an "atrium" room which faced the interior of the hotel. That was the only issue. It felt claustrophobic not being able to open the blinds and see the outdoors. But the location was fantastic and so was the staff. Chi Chi, the bartender, was a riot. We had a wonderful time.

There are no luggage racks in the rooms. You have to ask for one. Our phone in the room didn’t work. We had to go to the front desk to ask for things. We were there 5 nights and it was never fixed. They put us in an atrium room. This is not a typical atrium. People can see into your room is the blinds are open. The room does not get very dark. There’s no curtains.

Very dated. Can’t believe we paid over $300 for a horrible room with a yapping dog that continued barking until after midnight when I finally called to ask them to make it stop. Room was right next to a busy street and could hear every car drive by. We’ve stayed at this chain before and had a great experience but after this would never stay with them again. We rarely leave a bad review but this place was horrible. Only redeemable quality was the friendly and competent staff.

Just finished my second stay at this hotel. My husband and I stayed here two years ago for our honeymoon trip and my daughter and I just stayed for a girls trip. I will always choose this hotel for our stay. The staff is phenomenal, very accommodating and always checking to ensure your stay and time in Savannah is going well. The hotel is very clean, in fact there was always someone cleaning around the hotel whether idly be the lobby/social area or hallways. The hotel also offers a social event Monday- Thursday in the lobby area with free beverages and appetizers- helping guests meet others which is great. It’s always a pleasure staying here and again, the staff are absolutely wonderful making each stay even better.

The entire staff had excellent customer service skills. From the front desk, cafetería, bartender to the custodians were all very pleasant and very informative. They all were very helpful and knowledgeable. The room stayed clean and the breakfast, dinner and bar was excellent. The amenities were replenished upon request. There were plenty of pamphlets for things to do. It was a pleasant experience.

For the cost the amenities in this hotel were lacking. The linens and towels did not smell clean - maybe due to fragrance free laundry detergent - and the furnishings were pretty old. The staff however was LOVELY... so kind, so helpful, and always met you with a smile.

We took an early Christmas trip with a few family members to Savannah and chose this hotel due to its convenient location. It’s within walking distance to all the major attractions and is right on the hop-on/hop-off trolley tours which was a plus. The included breakfast was greatly appreciated so we didn’t have to search for coffee or food in the morning, and there were plenty of great restaurants within a short walk. We will definitely stay here when we return to Savannah.

We loved everything about this hotel except their coffee. The staff was helpful and very friendly. the breakfast was good, the rooms were clean and nice and the kitchen was fully stocked with the necessary supplies. I would return but they need to get better coffee. It was very weak and did not taste great. I did not visit the bar but it looked nice and the menu was nice.

We had a great stay here. The location is 10/10 for walkability in the Historic district and River Walk. All the staff were super friendly and helpful with local suggestions and tips. You could not walk past a staff member without receiving a friendly greeting. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The always available complimentary coffee in the lobby was good.

The rooms, in particular the bathrooms, are tired, cramped, and would benefit from a freshen up. That said, the lobby was modern and was kept clean during our stay. The breakfast staff in particular were friendly and helpful.

Really great location, perfect to walk everywhere and appreciate that they had a curbside unload area. A bit high on the pet fee I think for a cat for 2 nights and one cleaning comment if I may, don’t use such a strong room spray, and dust the blinds once in awhile ;) Overall, this is my go to place shld I ever be back in Savannah and thoroughly recommend to anyone else to go! My stay was great! Thank you to all the staff!

The hotel is very conveniently located, it was just across the street to the river quite literally. I parked my car for the entire time we stayed, and we just walked most places ( we did get a tour or two, but the ‘meeting places’ were walkable). I also loved the ‘social time’ they had at the hotel. A nice gesture I thought. Any future trip to Savannah… this would be my place to stay.

Downside of stay is that the hotel is on a main thoroughfare and the street side rm was a bit noisy. Great location to historic Savannah

Staff was outstanding. All of the ladies were sweet and smiles for us. The room was clean and all details covered, but bathroom door doesnt open because the toilet is in the way. There was also a discrepancy with the parking situation and unexpected costs

The staff was amazing! Very courteous, helpful and attentive! Starting with the check-in process with Nevada, who is awesome, to Kiwan ( sorry if I misspelled his name) who helped us get in our rooms, and the rest of the team at Staybridge who were always willing, ready and able to help address all our needs. My mom needed a stool in the bathtub and they were able to provide one! It was a great surprise😁. The rooms were clean although they are starting to show signs of wear and tear. Free breakfast buffet was an added bonus. The hotel is pretty quiet at night which was great and the room temperature is comfortable. The water pressure in the shower wasn’t as strong as I would like but surprisingly, I still had great showers! Having a full size refrigerator and a microwave in the room was very useful especially on days where the weather wasn’t great to dine out. And the hotel location was convenient, close to most of the sights we wanted to see and walking distance to great restaurants and shopping. Highly recommend!

We had an exceptional experience at the Staybridge- spent the weekend. The staff was extremely courteous and personable. The room was spotless and bed was very comfortable. The hot breakfast selection was everything- shout out to Ricky! The location was perfect- just steps to River street- literally across the street and down a flight of stairs. Enjoyed the cozy environment, not big and busy. Parking was easy and convenient. We will definitely be returning to this location. Again, loved the staff!

Location was fantastic! Staff were outstanding, very professional and friendly. Daily Breakfast and the Socials on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday were outstanding! Rooms were cleaned daily! A great property to stay at while in Savannah.

Room was clean and good and staff were very courteous. The hotel is also very well located. The breakfast could be improved. There was very limited food selection and not everything was available (e.g. juice machine didn't fully work one day, the one waffle maker broke on the second day).

Wonderful location and breakfast. The bed was not comfortable to me but I am not going to use that as a basis for my review since that is a very personal preference. The breakfast buffet was delicious and fresh. We had a room that overlooked the street and had a beautiful view of the bay. We wanted a place where we were convenient to everything in the historic district. A lot of construction traffic and louder vehicles pass by at all hours of the night. If you want a location convenient to walking everywhere, a no-noise evening is most likely not going to happen so come prepared if you are a light sleeper. Also, this is a historic building. We stayed in a non smoking room. However nonsmoking rooms have not always been a thing so there is a slight smell that is ingrained in the walls, however, the room was very clean and sanitary. Everything worked as it should. The employees greeted us each time we walked through and were so pleasant. For those reasons, I give the place a 5 star rating.

Cons: I requested a top-floor room with an atrium view weeks in advance, ideally in a quiet area. Instead, I received a room on the same floor as check-in, directly next to the breakfast area, which was noisy in the morning, and it faced the street. I couldn’t open the window due to visibility into the room. While I could have asked for a different room, I arrived late and was too tired to move. The room was not always serviced but the reception staff kindly provided fresh towels and trash bags upon request.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was typical nicer fare. They have a social hour which is great. I was very happy with the majority of my stay. The downsides...the dryers took 4 hours to dry my laundry. They seem rather neglected.

Second trip. Last was pre-kids fifteen years ago. Breakfast was just ok (typical roadside fare). Coffee was not caffeinated enough. Typical complaints generally shared with all mid level hotels these days. We had a corner standard room. Beds in standard room were only full size which is tricky if everyone has to double up. (I am used to sleeping in a King and expected a Queen.) Our suite footprint was a little cramped for two adults and two tweens. With that said the location and customer service was great. We asked for an extra set of sheets for the kids since they have trouble sharing and our request was promptly addressed. I’d probably would stay elsewhere next time we visit in a few years. On site parking is limited and a little tricky to check in/drop off/ and park. Good idea to check out the street grid map and ignore your gps as you approach the hotel.

Very convenient location. Several restaurants, Christmas market, ferries, dinner cruises and trolley stops within walking distance (less than 10 min walk).

Everyone at the hotel was very pleasant from Theresa at the front desk, all the housekeeping staff, Rickey during social hour, the breakfast crew and even Zippy at the hotel bar. It was a wonderful experience and all the staff guided us to local favorite places. The hotel was well kept and even our dog had the time of his life with belly rubs and treats. Thank you to everyone for a wonderful experience.

Great environment, very professional help. They are always looking to assist you with anything that you may need, doesn’t matter what you need to make sure they get it for you and they have great recommendations. The hotel doesn’t see much the outside but once you see the inside and the rooms and interact with the staff, it’s a great place. It is very pet friendly, and you will not believe that it does not smell at all, that a pet hasn’t even ever been there so is the best. I love that when I stay with my kids it was awesome.

The room was adequate w/kitchenette but tight quarters. Bathroom small and hallways needed to be brighter or updated. Elevator seemed dated. Limited breakfast choices but okay. The neighborhood was okay. We overlooked a parking garage which had lights on all night so room was lit up, hard to sleep and racing cars during the night but it is the city. Probably not stay there again.

Other than that front desk staff was great. Super friendly and helpful. I needed a later check-out after a long drive in and they were accommodating, especially considering the time of year. It will definitely be at the top of my list for my next visit.

The room is worn out (but acceptable), the heating is loud and not very efficient - setting for 72F made it run non-stop and still not getting it. The breakfast is limited but it could be expected. Parking lot behind the hotel was constantly full, they suggest using the city garage instead. It's still a good value for a very modest price, and if no for disastrous check-in experience, it would be fine.

Everything was really great. Its great value, close to everything easily able to walk to see the sites. Very good for families the only reason I didnt give an excellent rating was we hardly slept rowdy teenagers on our floor.

Location was perfect just across road from River road. Only things negative was that they left coffee in your room, but no coffee cups. There were no bars of soap by the bathroom sink.

2. Rooms need updating, but beds are comfortable and linens were fresh. Shower had mild mildew and curtain was torn. 3. Bartender in the evening was awful. Dressed inappropriately and never smiled. Was eating popcorn and just brushed her fingers off before making drinks. 4. Hotel is dog friendly! With the exception of a few barks here and there, you wouldn't know the property was full of pups! And, dog people are very friendly! 5. Hotel is across the street from River Walk and extremely convenient to shoppes and restaurants.

Hotel was excellent. I was overcharged for parking through Expedia when I booked the parking it said $71 a day when I got to the hotel it was only 24 and nobody wants to take responsibility for it. I don’t think that was very fair.

when we first checked in the air conditioner, didn’t work, but they moved us to another room and it ended up being a great stay

We really enjoyed our stay. The people were so comfortable with my dog. Usually the places we have to stay with our dog are not terribly nice, or stinky. This was very nice. Thank you!

Social hour was very nice

Great location. If you’re just using this hotel to drop your bags and sleep than it’s the place for you. Rooms were a bit outdated and beds were lumpy. We stayed there for 4 nights and got no housekeeping. Had to ask for extra pillows, towels, toilet paper etc. the staff was super responsive when we needed things but overall it’s an average stay and a you get what you pay for situation. Location though again 10/10

Location and staff were spectacular. Breakfast wasn't the greatest and the walls are not really soundproof, making sleeping a struggle without a sound machine. Overall things were decent and we had a wonderful stay. The location really sold the place and the staff were the friendliest.

The service was great but had to wait to request to get a hair dryer. Trying to drop off bags and park at night was very confusing. Breakfast was great and heard they do a nice receoption Mon-Wed but unfortunately we weren't around to experience it. Great location being one street away from River St but not handicap accessible.

Great location! Front desk staff was friendly! Didn’t realize “atrium view” means you are looking across the hall at other people going in and out of their rooms. Wish we had an actual city view because we kept the blinds shut the whole time. Breakfast was just okay, one day was better than the other. Social hour was nice to get a free drink but the carrots were questionable. The bartender at the bar gave my husband a flat beer and when he let her know she was rude and didn’t apologize. He settled for a bottled beer instead, which I’m sure was cheaper, but she didn’t offer to compensate him the difference in price. It wasn’t much so he let it go but still not great service.

Room smelled of dogs. Room key constantly did not work. Felt boxed in. No privacy with the atrium view. Could not open the shade on the first floor.

The hotel was very old and in need of a full renovation. Flooring in reception was lifting and a hazard. Everything in the small room was old and marked up. The bathroom was tiny with no shower curtain so everything got wet. The windows were not insulated and being only feet from the main road the traffic noise was 24/7. We would never stay herw again.

Breakfast was too basic, quality was a bit below average, and items were often out or empty.

Breakfast was quite good overall. But one morning they had run out of waffle batter, eggs, and forks. Other mornings were fine.

The staff and location were great! The bed was super comfy. Breakfast was just okay!

No Netflix or anything on TV - just cable and HBO but if you’re exploring the city you don’t need it. Breakfast options were okay. Typical waffle, sausage, eggs, cereal. Sausage was really good.

The hotel needs some renovations and some deep cleaning in the rooms. Carpet, LVT flooring and furniture in the lobby need to be repaired and cleaned. The front desk staff was awesome! Teresa is a jewel! Breakfast food was undercooked and too much water was added to waffle batter. Bar music was way too loud and the bartender needs to dress appropriately for an upscale hotel. We enjoyed being close to River Street and all the offerings of the historical area.

The hotel is clean, and the rooms are spacious. We had a kitchenette with double beds. The staff were very friendly and made our stay even more special. I have never been to a hotel that had a complementary social hour. The appetizers were very good, I could have made a meal off of them for sure.

Sorry to say this, the carpeted room had a potent mold or mildew smell. Was unable to change rooms, requested and got a refund. Rooms should be updated to not carpeted

Loved this hotel. It was in an excellent spot to walk to River Road. The bed and pillows were soooo comfy. Staff was always friendly and cheery. Our room had a small kitchen with everything you need. Free parking was right behind the building. Very save area

Everything about this Staybridge was great. We were just surprised that Savannah has not done more to eliminate vagrancy and solicitation in its historic and tourist areas.

The room had strong smell of bleach when we first checked in. Bathtub looked dirty. Housekeeping skipped our room 1 day and the mattress had a sunk in place on one side. The carpet looked like it needed a good cleaning.

This is a great option if you are wanting close proximity to River Street. There is plenty of restaurants and shops. This property does not have a pool or restaurant on site, they do have a bar on the property. I liked the managers reception on the week days starting at 5:30 pm until 7 pm. Which is free with your stay. There is parking available for a price. We enjoyed our stay.

Conveniently located...staff was friendly and helpful answering many of my questions as this was my first time visiting Savannah. Room was very clean, bed comfortable, quiet except for a fire alarm and was NOT notified that it was in error and I was very upset for quit a while. At 70 I didn't need that ....especially with high blood pressure.

This place was ok. But it could use a refresh. Chairs in the dinning/lobby area where dirty. Lobby was well used and could use a refresh. Bath tub looked dirty, but I think that it was just old.

The hotel was very nice, but it’s old. You can use a new paint job. It can use a better bathroom. Other than that. The hotel was not bad. It’s just old and can use some updating.

Theresa at the front desk was the best! In the morning the hotel was out of some basic items like butter and juice in the bfast bar- But the staff made up for it by explaining and offering other options. When the staff is this nice some things just don’t matter!

My room was on the mezzanine level and was very noisy and bright with all the hall lights shining into my room. Overall the hotel is tired but still comfortable enough. Location of the hotel is very good within walking distance to a lot of restaurants and attractions.

The continental breakfast was the best part. But we were lucky to get the last parking spot in the lot, even though we paid for parking. I am not sure what would have happened if they ran out of spots. We tried to check in at 2:57 for a 3pm check-in and our room wasn’t quite ready. The lady at the front desk said she would get an update for me but didn’t really. Not a big deal but we ended up checking in a little late. We were disappointed with the windows overlooking a hallway. Couldn’t keep our blinds open to get any sunlight without awkwardly seeing other guests walking down the hallway. And the paint was chipping badly on the floor of the bathtub. Just not as nice as we hoped.

Excellent location for walking around Savannah. The room was clean and the staff were really friendly. Appreciated the free breakfast and when we got there on Wednesday they had a happy hour with nachos and wine/beer. Will definitely stay here again when we return.

nice location, good hotel

This was in a great location, close to the River Walk and a hop on/hop off bus. Breakfast was great. Room size was decent. We don’t love that when we opened our blinds we overlooked an atrium and looked straight into other room doors. Just kind of weird that we could have the blinds open at all as people coming out of the rooms across the narrow atrium could see into our room. Great for a quick visit to the River Walk area of Savannah. We would stay there again. We had paid for a city view room but unfortunately there was an issue with previous guests in some of the rooms and so we got an interior room with the atrium view.

Great location, excellent service, clean room and excellent breakfast

The only complaint is how extremely busy and noisy the street is, almost scary! The room we were in was dated and somewhat cramped. The bathroom wa very, very small. Housekeeping was spotty at best. We were there for 6 days and the room was never thoroughly cleaned. E had to ask front desk for amenities refreshed.

I don’t understand why you have to charge for parking, it’s ridiculous, the lot is not guarded, has no arm that goes up or down- no protection at all but you charge 25.00 per night, but if anything happens to your car you are Not responsible
