Best feature was a quiet comfy bed AND reliable shuttle bus from hotel to airport (10 minutes)

Fast, easy check-in. Very quiet

I only dropped by one day,and grabbed some eggs and breakfast sandwiches, which were good! First of all, the gym needs some serious upgrading. There was only one exercise bike, and part of the cover was missing, and there were some weights,and that’s it! Secondly, the shower curtain is too short, thus causing water to get all over the floor. There should have been a shower door installed instead. Thirdly, there was only one chair in the room. With two people in the room, it only makes sense to have two chairs, especially when you are eating. Finally, the bed was too soft, and the bathroom door didn’t close securely.

This is a convenient location for travelers, especially those traveling with pets. I found it quiet and clean.

Property under remodling, lot of dust

It took 25 minutes to check in. She had to go upstairs and see if our room was ready. It was not, then she said she had one other room. So, we finally got to that room. There was NO hot water. Again in the morning, no hot water and nothing they could do about it. She would not even put the manager on the phone, who was “busy doing paper work.” Construction on first floor with debris all over floor.

Very nice. Close to airport so perfect fir midnight arrival. Water pressure in shower was awesome. Nice size suite with kitchette. Outlets in desk are too loose, couldn’t get a charge

Our room smelled like someone had been previously smoking in it and we are both asthmatic so we found that to be disappointing. There also was no plastic matress cover to protect from bed bugs. The smell iteself was disappointing .

Our room was quiet & comfortable. The only problem was that there was no hot water the night we checked in, so we couldn't bathe or fully clean our baby's bottles (they provide dish soap in the kitchenette, but hot water is safer than cold). The front desk said it was a problem across the whole hotel & maintenence was working on it. They had it working again when we woke up the next morning. I would've given this stay a higher rating if this didn't happen, hopefully this won't happen during your stay.

This location was very convenient to I-95. We don't like being on the 1st floor.

I arrived and was told I had no room even though I had a confirmation.

The lady that checked us in. She was awesome and super polite and helpful. Give that lady a raise in her salary.

Great visit bed was comfortable but I don't understand the extra charge for room. The front desk lady I spoke with wasn't very friendly had a issue with extra charge. I hope someone will take care of this issue. Breakfast was ok brown sugar or honey for the oatmeal we would appreciate it. Overall great stay...Thanks

Room not ready at check in, received a call when it was, picked up keys and it still was not cleaned until 1 hour 45 min later. Manager apologized and promised a free night. No ice available. Asked the next day for the room to be tidied up during my absence, returned to nothing being done. Checked out the following morning and was told I’d receive points but could not be quoted how many points

The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was good.

Took 22 min to check in. And the room was musty.

Decent room for the price, but had issues. NO lighting (2 small lights on each side of bed and one at the desk) for very large high ceiling room. Too dark to sit on couch and even read. We had house keeping issues. We understood covid policies, no houskeeping and to request if needed, and had no problem asking for towels. On 3rd day of 5 day stay asked for room to be done, towels and garbage were piling up. Room did not get done and we were told we needed to bring garbage to front desk ouselves. Person at front desk was not very friendly about it. Asked again the next day and were told they could not do it unitl the next day (the day we were checking out). When we returned to our room we found all the wastebaskets sitting out and no sheets on the bed with comforter rolled up onthe couch (we thought they weren't doing anything to our room). When we talked to the front desk we were told it would be a little bit because their one housekeeper (who came in at 9) was working her way down from the top floor (we had been out of our room since 7). Location of hotel was convenient to airport and interstate to get around. Day desk person was very friendly, others not so much. Housekeeping situation was totally not acceptable. And lighting situation in the room definitely needs to be addressed. Simple fixes would make it a great room, but for now you get what you pay for...

Very nice property, the only thing I would change would be to have the bed on a platform. Our cat enjoyed the room so much she didn’t want to leave and hid under the bed. It took a while to get her out and into her carrier.

The staff was friendly and helpful.

Specifically was looking for hot tub though was not open due to covid was at ajoining hotel and has not been attended to in awhile. Also had a gas grill out front but no propane tank attached. Could have booked something else for cheaper if knew did not have amenities that were looking for.

Very old building that needs to be painted and upgraded. Room wasn’t very clean. Very uncharacteristic for a Marriott.

Coronavirus negative impact on breakfast. We’ve been guests here for past five years, except for 2020 of course. Sometimes I think that hotels are curtailing services so they make more profit

Excellent access from highway, quiet surroundings. Many shopping opportunities

First room I was placed in was clean but the AC/heat was not working properly and was difficult to turn on. Finally I was able to get the heat working. But I noticed the AC vents were disgustingly filthy. I did not want to use the air like that. The front desk lady, who was nice switched my room. The heating system in this room worked. But after transferring all my things, I realized the room was not actually clean, after careful inspection. I switched a cold room for a dirty one. At this point, I was not going to change rooms again. I got my Lyssol and chlorox wipes and did the best I could. There was a urine spot on the toilet. Debris in the toilet seat. Debris in the chairs in the room. Floor not vacuumed. A brown sticky substance on the side if the chair. Disgusting that a housekeeper would present this as a clean room. I would never recommend this place.

The window unit loud and I was locked out my room at 11:00 but I had a late check out had to go to the front desk twice cause keys did not work. My minor child was sleep in the room. I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN

I felt that the overall cleanliness of the room was only ok. I was surprised that they did not provide wrapped disposable cups in the room, as is recommended during COVID. Although the facility is pet friendly they charge a non refundable $50 deposit. Breakfast items were limited and the milk was curdled.

Extremely friendly staff. The room was large, clean, and very modern. The breakfast was called continental, but there were hot foods as well. AND the coffee was excellent. I would definitely stay there again.

When we walked into the room, we were met with a musty smell. There had apparently been a major leak in the roof, because the ceiling had a really bad repair job. Then, when we went to get into bed, there were hairs on the sheets! My wife and I were so tired after an 18-hour day that we slept there anyway.

Comfortable beds

Like all Towneplace suites the breakfast was good the staff was friendly and the room was excellent. I just wish the pet fee wasn’t so high ($100!). My only suggestion for improvement is better pillows for the bedding. They wee limo and unsupportive.

Very convenient for having early flight, free shuttle to SAV airport. Our flight was too early to get the free breakfast but the friendly staff gave us some muffin/yogurt and apple to go.

The smell of the room

We are displaced due to a fire. They have been awesome here and it's been comfortable since we can't be at home.

But overall I would rate as a safe area (as any large city may be) It is close walk to the river front and also close to the DOT and Trolley stops. Our first room did not have power. We were quickly changed to another room (not an upgrade). Coffee, eggs, oatmeal and waffles were very good and convenient.

One night stay traveling home from Orlando. Bed was pretty uncomfortable and AC couldn’t cool the room below 74. Housekeeping staff tried to enter the room 3 times before checkout. Wouldn’t call the stay terrible but it was pretty rocky.

Very clean, large room and pet friendly. Staff was nice and breakfast fairly good. Restaurants nearby.

Close to airport for early AM flight. Comfortable and clean - good value - just what we needed before heading home from vacation.

The staff was nice the rooms were clean we really had no complaints. We would most deffanatly be back.

Room service was not good they haven't come after two reminders so we were forced to sleep in an unclean room. That was a setback when you want to give your family a cozy and comfort feeling. Everything else was okay.
