Room was okay Breakfast was underwhelming. TV was terrible. There wasn't a guide for channels, channels very limited. Remote was dirty and the instruction sheet had old liquid stain. Very gross.

Clean . Quiet. Breakfast was as hotel breakfast is but kep stocked & had coffee, tea, water available 24/7. Vanessa was very helpful & knowledgeable from front desk to breakfast area. Seemed to care and took her time to answer anything she was asked. Always smiling.

It was just what we needed to get out of the hot weather on our travels home. It was clean, bed was comfortable and it was quiet.

Rooms were clean and stocked well. We reported a drain issue and the staff dealt with it quickly. All 3 mornings, the breakfast area was well supplied and ready to go. All in all an excellent 3 day stay.

We were on our way through, checked in late with two small children. Front desk attendant was pleasant and effective. Appreciated that as we were all obviously tired. Our room was clean and comfortable. We all got a good night's sleep. Shower had great water pressure. Spacious counters were a plus in the bathroom. No issues for us. Pleasantly surprised. Seems there is always something "amiss" at hotels. But, not during this stay.

Comfortable beds, nice shower, Toilet needed repair, gum stuck to bathroom floor, Free breakfast was the worse of Free breakfasts I have seen, Orange Juice was out, front desk was told and they did nothing to correct it.

Staff was courteous and room was clean. The bad part was the continental breakfast was gone at 7:05 am. No coffee, milk or anything else. Thankful to have packed an “in case bag”.

The tv didn’t have internet only has 23 channels the breakfast was just a slice of bread and apple juice for the price they charge should at least have wifi and smart tv minimum staff is wonderful helpful

The lady at front desk was Excellent and very polite. She was also who made breakfast in the morning and service and food was Excellent. Will be staying here often in bad weather.

Breakfast was a good variety. The hot tub was relaxing and peaceful. The party in room 217, were noisy and disruptive up to 1 am. It was constant, but when the banging happened it woke us up.

The breakfast was a good plus. The amenities were appreciated and staff were friendly. I didn’t like that our room was located next to the exercise room and our sleep was interrupted by people dropping weights on the floor loudly.

This was perfect because it wasn’t too far from the campus and had plenty of food options.

We had selected this hotel as it was pet friendly and close to where we wanted to be. The room was a "pet" room and smelled like a wet dog. The good news is that it was on the first floor and close to the door, so it was easy to take the dog out. There is also lots of grassy area around the hotel, so plenty of room to walk. They need to install a pet station to encourage people to pick up after their pets. The rooms are dark and need to be updated. The location is good. You can even walk to the Bowling Alley. Their pizza is rated the best in Champaign/Urbana.

There was a strange green stain on the bed sheets. Thankfully there was soap, shampoo and conditioner provided in travel sizes because I was not expecting the attached dispensers in the room to be completely empty. You could not log in to any of your own personal streaming services because despite the tv offering the capability to connect to wifi or cast from your phone, it cannot. The front desk was helpful with any of our questions despite how disappointed we were with the answers. In the morning before we checked out a woman, whom I really hope worked there, unlocked our door without knocking and started to come in our room before I said something to let her know we were in there and shut the door. That is unacceptable and I am very upset.

Hotel was very clean and quiet. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Hotel was very convenient. It was only a few miles from my destination. The beds were very comfortable.

A underwear was found left in the bed, which was disgusting. It suggests the room service was not properly done.

Good value for the price during a busy week for the university. Clean place to sleep and shower. Not much to complain and not fancy. They do have free breakfast; we only had coffee.

We stay here every time we visit our daughter. I have not had a bad experience. The hotel was crowded at night and you could hear people leaving in the early morning, but that’s to be expected. Staff was very friendly. Easy to check in and check out.

We stay here when visiting family in Savoy.

We got to the hotel late but it was nice and quiet. We had issues with the washer to do our laundry but it was user error and the man behind the desk was very helpful.

The room was clean, the breakfast good, and the staff friendly. The only objection we had was the noise from the periodic railroad trains that passed just across the highway from the motel.

They had excellent breakfast and we liked the 2pm check in.

Room kind of smelled like wet dog/cat fur. better after the air was on for a time. We were near the indoor pool and could not hear the kids playing. Pretty quiet at night.

Anyone who stays here needs to be prepared to pay extra for services you never used! I had to cut my stay short, due to a death in the family. I checked out early on a Friday and paid of course for that night although I didn't stay. Then the rude manager refused to refund me for Saturday! The staff working on Sunday claimed they don't have anyone as a Manager in Sundays. Definitely do not recommend this Hotel.

I was in town to run the marathon and just needed a place for the night before. It was convenient, clean, and quiet. I have stayed here before and i will stay here again unless it gets too expensive.

It was so close to food and other shopping it was great. We literally pulled out of the parking lot and everything was on that road.

The only good thing about the property was the breakfast.. Good options and food tasted great. I'm extremely displeased with the front desk staff. They were not helpful at all. Poor service from them.

I was there only to sleep and shower. Visited family until 11:00 or 12:00 p.m. Up the next morning, shower and then drive home. Very convenient location for me. I don't travel much, but I found the accommodations perfect for my purposes and at a fair price. I'll stay there again.

Nice and comfortable motel near UIUC campus. The room was spacious and clean with a comfortable bed. It worked out nicely that there was a small desk and enough seating in the room that we could have a small get-together in our room for our family. Definitely would stay here again.

I had to wait a couple hours. Buffet is nice, rooms very nice.

Front desk staff decided to give my room away even thou I had a card on file and selected to pay pay for my stay upon arrival at the property via Expedia. Apparently they don’t abide by Expedia rules. The hotel was completely sold out and they told me I can stay in there motel property in the back of building. Motel was a complete disaster and disgusting. Stay away from this property. They are unprofessional and will give your room away at any given moment without calling or emailing you.

Did not realize "Accessable" ment physically challenged. The room described as Accessable was connected to an adjacent room through double lockable doors that might have been curtains for all the normal level of speech that could be heard coming from the other room.

Visiting for u of i parents weekend. This was a little further than most hotels, but not much. It was clean, the bed was comfortable and it was MUCH cheaper than hotels that were one mile closer. Very worth it to drive or Uber the extra mile.

This property was nicer than I expected for a Best Western. The breakfast was good, not great. There also were not enough tables to sit & eat breakfast. The room was clean and relatively modern. I would stay here again.

On the plus side, the location is great, the room is clean and the staff is pleasant. However, the room is noisy due to proximity to the train tracks, the breakfast is bad and they are stingy with the towels. They dont clean your room for long stays

The first room we were given smelled like pets had been in it. We requested a different room and they were very friendly about giving us another room. The second room was very nice.

Great location for our needs when visiting Champaign Urbana. Staff always pleasant and helpful and rooms clean and in good condition.

My only disappointments were the breakfast was a bit lacking. Staff seemed over worked (one person doing many different tasks) and I was not asked if I was eligible for any discount (AAA, military, first responder). Overall I enjoyed my stay and would recommend. Staff was friendly and rooms were clean

Hotels.com failed us and this hotel. This hotel suffered a power outage, so we did not want to stay. The hotel had no solutions for us, even as a Diamond Select member. But once we said we booked and paid through hotels.com, we were even less interesting. It took 1.5 hours on the phone for hotels.com to cancel and refund our stay. Because we used our loyalty points, hotels.com thought we only paid $29 for our room and did virtually nothing for our rebooking. It took 4 phone calls with hotels. And we asked that they rebook us into the country inn and suites. The representative lied and said they had no rooms available. We later called on our own and not only got a room, but also had a phenomenal stay at Country Inn and Suites. To be fair we’ve stayed at this BW hotel in the past and had a 4 star stay. My current rating is really a non rating as they had no control over the power outage. And it’s unfair for me to complain about the lack of support, my frustration is really at hotels.com - They get a 0 star rating.

The only problem we had was originally they put us in a room on the 1st floor and there was a sign saying pets can only stay on the 1st floor. My husband is allergic so we asked to be moved.

Bath water was not as hot as hoped for earlier in the evening but improved later Only item I would have liked to see is sanitizer to pre-wipe and post wipe the exercise equipment. Liked the paper and not styrofoam breakfast dishes. The breakfast was very good. A big selection of items.

I would definitely stay here again. The bed was super comfortable. The staff was very friendly. The only thing that was not great was the breakfast. Ready made biscuit sandwiches to me is cheating. I have however had worse, so their are doing a good job.

Their swimming pool policy is absolutely absurd. Still have to sign up for 1 hour time slots with a limit of 5 families at a time. We signed up for an 8:30am time slot, lost track of time and at 9:45 an employee came to the pool to tell us our time had run out. Never offered another hour or anything. We watched, and for an hour no other person or family entered the pool. We literally had 1 morning to swim and they took that way from us. When asked why they still had that policy, I literally received a shoulder shrug. Highly disappointed

Check in was quick and easy. Room was spotless. Bed was very comfortable- all the pillows were hard- very disappointing not to have a choice for type of pillow. Then came breakfast- it was very disappointing- it consisted of bagels, toast- only 1 toaster for a lobby full of people, dry cereal with no milk, a couple apples- one waffle maker - which at that time was occupied by a gentleman making 12 waffles!!!! We were there at 8:30 and breakfast went to 10! No one insite managing the area to complain to and no one at the desk- just a box and note to drop keys in box on departure. For $130 we expected more. Sad to say we won't be back.

Property is very clean & well kept. The gal who checked me in seemed a bit aggressive which was odd. I'm also confused as I have 2 $50.00 incidental authorizations, one on my check in date & then one today. Please tell me this is a mistake.
