    The pool was disgusting mess, beer everywhere, leaves and dirt in the pool. The elevators were disgusting. Horrible experience, my sleep kept getting interrupted by men yelling in the hallway and slamming doors. I will never stay here again.

    The staff handle breakfast was panting her nails, did not restock anything.. went done for breakfast at 830 and nothing was stocked, no more justice or milk .. I’ve stayed at hotels and they stocked everything until it closed.. very disappointing, to where I would not rebook .. had no hot water just like warm

    Our room smelled like a dog , the carpet was filthy and had big stains on it. The tile floor had big cracks in it. We were only there for 2 days and the second day the hot items for breakfast were not available, only cold items. The bed was so so, and only had a very thin comforter on it. We booked this hotel because it got good reviews, but we were not happy with our stay.

    Didn’t service the room more than once over four nights. Cable wasn’t working. They just made up there is outages in the area instead of saying they were being cheap and using the previous owners direct tv account. The prior owner canceled service. It was obvious the new owners cut a lot of corners to run the property.

    My stay was horrible. I found a used condom in the bathroom. I have my 10mnth old daughter who crawls and walks and what if she had found it? Could she have contracted a disease, gotten sick in some other way and choked on it? Absolutely disgusting!! I can never stay there again!!

    Breakfast, location and the staff was very friendly and nice. Answered our questions we had. The bed was uncomfortable, false advertisement because we thought our room had a couch and it didn't so all 3 of my kids had to share a bed. The water spout was broken, remote was broken, and the water for the shower wasn't that hot. Was not worth what I paid.

    It was in a great location not too far from our attractions we visited. There were a lot of nearby fast food and a Walmart all in walking distance. Umm there seems to be construction going on, lots of dust and paint on the floors. Some elevators were out of order. The pool was not clean so we couldn’t even use it, that was a big bummer for my kids since they were looking forward to the pool area. It was green and just dirty with trash in it.

    The elevators did not work and we were put up in the 4th floor had to care all of our belongings including my baby every time we left the disgusting Hell hole the lobby was full of screaming kids at all hours of the day the lobby smelled like fresh paint there was drywall visible all over the lobby. Breakfast was atrocious and housekeeping didn’t even make our beds or come I the room for that matter. I will never stay at Wyndham hotels let alone à la Quinta was the worst hotel stay I’ve ever had

    We really enjoyed our stay here, it is nicely located near plenty of restaurants and a Walmart. They're pet friendly which is a MUST for us! I feel like the front desk staff could have taken a bit more pride appearance wise. The daytime staff wore jeans and any t shirt they could find, while the overnight gentleman was very professionally dressed as a hotel host.

    The hotel must have been under construction. One elevator did not work that other sounded like it was going to break any minute. All the baseboards were torn off. It was not very appealing when we walked in. Rooms were quiet and clean and breakfast was good.

    Only elecators were out. No advance notification sent out ahead of stay. Staff lied about elevator repair time in order to keep guests. Next morning while complaining to manager, he kept stating he couldntissue refund or cancel dates because I booked through hotels.com. When i told him i'd done so through a different hotel only a few months prior when i had to leave early, his desk minion jumped in and called me a liar if I didnt show him my bank records of that stay as proof!! Horrible experience and trash staff.

    We arrived to a broken elevator with no rooms left on the first floor, room was dirty, no linens for the fold out couch, only 2 towels when reservations clearly stated 3 adults, room was never vacuumed as there was dirt, dust, and trash on the floors, sheets had dark hair in them with a blood stain on the sheet making me believe they were never changed before arroving, zero housekeeping service provided even though it was requested, and much more. We have stayed here numerous times but this last time i'm pretty sure it will be the last time after how bad it was and for 2 nights was almost $300!! Absolute no longer worth the price! I did complain to the front desk, even asking to be moved but was told they couldn't make any changes which was ridiculous considering the hotel was absolutely not sold out, but got nowhere so corporate will be contacted!

    I’ll start with the good things. room was nice, clean, beds were really comfortable and it’s a really quiet place. breakfast is okay, not a lot of variety but everyone can find something nice to eat. a lot of stores are close to the hotel and it was very easy to check in and check out. Now, I reate it 3 stars because if you pay in cash you’ll have to leave a $100 deposit (that wasn’t noticed two days before when I called them to ask them) and then the really bad part was the elevator. they have two, one was not already working when we got there and two days later my family got stuck in the elevator (it made loud noises the entire time since we arrived) and they couldn’t fix it so we had to use the stairs from the 4th floor. that was not good at all. I know I wont stay here again, but if they get to fix it, then this is still a good option to stay.

    Rooms were clean. Small, but clean. Staff was nice. Not the best breakfast however very limited on breakfast choices. And packet oatmeal. Which is not what I like. But we made due. Our stuff in back of the truck was safe and not messed with all night long which is cool, considering we were pretty much in the city. Easy check in and out. I’d stay there again.

    I usualy dont comment my complaints against hotels, but thus time is different, our room was still a little diry, like carpet was not vacuumed good i saw fet seedflower around the bed. The bathroom shower- shower does not drain water, some water stays on top same with sink. The breakfast dinning area was a little disappointing, couches were dirty.no complains with desk assistant.

    Bed was "made," but there were hairs on the sheets; shower had hairs in the middle of the tub and odd dirt (sort of in the shape of footprints) inside the tub. When I put the TV on, it had an incessant buzz, so I couldn't use that either. Musty smell --- may have been the A/C --- I just opened the window to air out. Staff was incredibly courteous and helpful --- the housekeeping / room just was lacking.

    The hotel itself was nice, everything was clean, A/C worked good, the food at breakfast was good, and great verity. The bathroom in the room needed to be updated. I think they went pretty cheap when it came to the not having a counter top in the bathroom. The paint was sloppy and the caulking was applied messy. I will find another hotel in the area next time. If your not there for five day or more they do not clean the room, unless asked to do so, and if you need new towels or toilet paper you have to request it before 10am. And to add to the bathroom, there was hardly no toilet paper on both rolls, and there was no extra rolls at all so I had to ask the front desk for more toilet paper and towels.

    Overall, this hotel experience for us was poor. The first room we were assigned had a strong cigarette smell. The overall cleanliness of the room was poor. There were leftover cheese crackers on the floor, the window was covered in mildew/stains, the curtains looked visibly soiled, toothpaste splatter was visible on the wall/mirror in the bathroom, and the carpet appeared outdated and dirty. The front desk graciously moved us to a different room on the 1st floor, which appeared much cleaner, but still had a strange smell. The second night we were unable to access our room and the front desk had to re-generate our key. This was inconvenient as we were tired and wanted to go into our room. The overall noise level in the morning was extremely loud due to our room being nearby the main lobby. We were unable to sleep in due to the noise. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone as the outdated/uncleanly environment is not worth the price.

    Check-in took a little long and the lady at the front desk was babysitting either her child or grandchild who was running around the lobby and then behind the desk. When we went to the elevator we discovered that only one of the cars was working and this remained the case for our entire two day stay. Upon arriving in our room we discovered hair on the bathroom floor. This is notable as the flooring was grey wood grain and still the hair was obvious. Later we also discovered long strands of hair in our bed and noticed stains on the sheets. Our room was never serviced. We didn’t need the beds made or new towels, but emptying the trash would have been nice. The TV was satellite and required two remotes and it took some trial and error to find the proper connection on the menu to actually watch television. It was a busy weekend with several soccer families staying in the hotel. Breakfast was sparse and seemed to lack what I’ve become accustomed to in other La Quinta’s. Overall this property was serviceable but I doubt I’d stay here again.

    The room was quiet until a fellow customer decided to deliberately stomp around their room during the night and down the hall early in the morning. Also, even though the bed was very comfortable, the pillows were hard and extremely uncomfortable. Carts were available for moving luggage which was definitely a plus. The breakfast choices were varied and tasty. The food was in a separate room from the dining area which was nice. Also, both of those areas were very clean.

    The property and my room was very clean. I enjoyed the multimode shower head and the water pressure was the best! It feels like an older property but it's well kept. The property's convenient location was also great, there's a Walmart nearby and plenty of food options. It was also inbetween or close to the places in my itinerary. The only thing I didn't really like was that the pool was closed without prior notice. For the price and convince, I would stay again.

    Roaches, 1st room was not cleaned, asked for room to be cleaned in time; however, when cleaning staff came we hadn't left our room so they marked us off the list. When we left a little bit later the lady was still on the floor cleaning. I tried to speak with her and let her know we were out of the room. Unfortunately, she didn't understand English and I guess when I showed her on her chart the room number, gave her a thumbs up and smile, she didn't understand that she could clean the room. For the third day in a row, I didn't have a clean room or beds made. Won't make that mistake again because I won't be staying at a La Quinta.

    Bathroom tub was dirty, bathroom counter stand is old and deteriorating, microwave door handle is broken and the mattress is very hard. Beds came with small pillows like for a couch. Asked for bedsheets to be changed, and they fixed the bed with the same sheets instead of changing the sheets like we asked. Didn’t get to swim because the pool was dirty.

    Great location right off of I35. Lots of places to eat and a Walmart in walking distance. (The family owned pizzaria next door is AMAZING!!!!!!). Staff was incredibly polite and helpful. Breakfast was above average for your simple free hotel breakfast. Pool/patio was unimpressive. Some chairs were broken and pool was dirty. Mattresses were comfortable. Rooms were spacious. Expect normal older hotel issues like chips in the paint or a potential small stain on the carpet.

    Breakfast was wonderful with a lot of variety. The coffee bar near the front desk apparently is not maintained after breakfast is ended. The Kleenex box in the bathroom is no longer used for Kleenex so we had to ask for a box which was promptly provided. One of the two elevators was out of service. If staying multiple nights the rooms are not serviced each day unless requested. We will probably stay here again on another trip.

    It was convenient for where I was visiting and the staff was friendly. They have a goid breakfast also. The only bad thing was the TV in the room had big black lines in middle of the picture so kinda annoying to watch TV.

    My room was very clean, but, all other areas are very run down and in need of attention. The carpets are ripped and stained. There was a huge, dead, roach in the waiting area for the elevators, the elevators are just run down and filthy. My room was clean, but, again, stained carpets. I chose not to eat at the hotel after seeing the dead roach. The staff was great and aside from the stained carpet in my room, it was very clean. They provided plenty of clean towels, soap, shampoo and conditioner. If i could base my review on just my room alone, it would be very good. Once walking out the door, the common area are lacking.

    Looked to be somewhat in disrepair...only had one working elevator...broken pipe situation infront...That aside breakfast was well stock. Impressive for a holiday .yalls employee NICK was wonderful ...friendly and helpful

    It would take an hour….next day they waited till we left. Only 1 towel per person and washcloth. Had to take two from housekeeping cart since didn't see anyone to request additional towels.

    When we got to the room, the TV was on which is never happened. And the heater was on. It was 80° in Texas heat. It took us hours to get it down to an acceptable temperature just so we could try to go to sleep. In the bathroom around the toilet was disgusting. It had pubic hair everywhere. The only reason why I gave the service a two star is the gentleman in the morning with breakfast was very kind and accommodating. He was the only thing good about our stay.

    This property put us within a mile from our intended destination. The hotel was clean, beds were comfortable and check in and out were easy. I would stay again and I would recommend.

    There was black mold in bathroom and tub, dog poop in corner. Not helpful when complained, advised them that black mold was harmful and he advisex well its because of COVID, i said that was two years ago. Said poor help, this place needs to be inspected, have pictures. Couldnt take bath, i usually sont complain and give good repirts, but i wont tolerate this. Took pictures.

    This is the worst la Quinta/hotel I have ever stayed at. There was MOLD in the shower, frayed carpets, stains in carpets, dirty windows. Sticky floors, damaged furniture, damaged a/c, dirty a/c, broken thermometer, broken elevator, and a broken door handle for closet. They offered another room and that other room had MOLD also!
