I've very rarely been disappointed.

Great location and very convenient for getting around. The hotel is new and well-maintained. Overall, a pleasant stay and I would recommend it.

Parking is $30. That’s surprising for its suburban location.

Standard hotel experience. Ideally located across from popular outdoor malls. But the front desk staff are apathetic and dismissive. Clearly do not like their job or perhaps just their personality. Either way, should not be the client facing employee interacting with guests. Made time there somewhat uncomfortable.

Very clean rooms with a nice view of the country club and palm trees. Area is nice with a lot restaurant to dine in or grab a cocktail. The hotel also has a bar passing the lobby and pool. Receptionist was very helpful and polite.

Convenient location. Bright lights OR no lights, nothing in between. Amenities were in odd places. Because the decor was mostly black, it was difficult to distinguish objects in very little light.

Poor room cleanliness upon arrival. Booked Mountain View room but looked at parking lot. There 3 day and received NO services, No clean towels, finally after multiple asks, had to go to reception 2 times to get towels. Room never cleaned/touched up despite 3 night stay. Just very poor customer service overall. Breakfast buffet was a joke. No cups in room for coffee maker. Bad experience.

I absolutely loved my stay here! The motel is quaint, super cool, and full of character. The decor was thoughtful and stylish, giving the place such a unique vibe. My favorite part was starting the morning in the courtyard—stretching by the fountain, listening to the water, and sipping the most delicious coffee from The Sentinel Coffee shop right next door (hands down the best coffee in the Texas!). It was truly the best stay ever, and I can’t wait to come back.

The reception staff was friendly, and I liked the small but practical gym. The water dispenser on the guest floors, comfortable sofa, and plenty of towels were also nice. There’s a little convenience store right by the reception for quick snacks or drinks, and if you need more items like medicine, sanitary products, or souvenirs, the Westin Kierland is just 3 minutes away. Uber pickup from the hotel was super easy, and both Safeway and Walgreens are about 18 minutes away. nothing in particular

We staycationed here for our son’s 21st birthday over Labor Day weekend. We were able to check in 5 hours early and everything we wanted to do was walking distance! Clean, quiet, friendly staff, super nice pool and lounge area. The beds were fantastic.

FAIRLY NICE BUSINESS HOTEL WITH ULTRA DIALED BACK ROOM AND BATH. IT WAS SPACIOUS AND THE VIEW FROM FLOOR 5 WAS GREAT. THE BATHROOM HAD NO DOOR BUT A SLIDING GLASS PANEL THAT GAVE LITTLE PRIVACY AND WAS VERY HEAVY TO MOVE. THE BED WAS TERRIBLE AND THE A/C RATTLED AND BANGED ALL THE TIME. I WOULDN'T EVER RETURN DUE TO TERRIBLE SLEEPING SITUATION.

This property was clean, the staff was amazing, the pool was comfortable, the bartender was wonderful. I’ll definitely book again. The Mountain View was beautiful.

Overall we liked the property especially its location, but hotel needs to heat the pool because it’s too cold to use.

Near shops like Malbon, Wilson, Alo, Lululemon and more. Walking distance from steakhouses like Dominic’s or even fast food like shake shack. Drivable distance from old town and most golf courses. I’m staying here again for sure

Comfortable beds Most of the sun beds were in the shade all day. Very poor positioning/ location of swimming pool. Hotel charges 25 dollars a day for parking. Only 2 lifts ( shared with hotel staff) so often had to wait

The shower had 2 heads but only one worked, the shower floor was super slick and couldn’t stand without slipping, had to brace yourself one the sides

This is a great property and it’s in a great location. The staff are terrific and it was very clean and quiet. The only drawback is because their pool is situated where it is most of the time it’s in the shade, which is not ideal.

The front desk staff was very good. The room felt very stripped down. Very industrial. I really dislike getting out of a bed and stepping on a cold floor (vinyl planking). The shower was the nicest part of the hotel. The walls were all dinged up from suitcases being set on the “benches” in the room. Pillows were super hard. The worst part was the treatment we received from the breakfast staff. It was not clear this was a pay breakfast. We entered the area and saw a very limited breakfast bar. There were five danishes, four yogurts (which were warm), some sliced meats and sliced cheese (also warm). Oatmeal that looked congealed. Coffee. Water but the glasses were filthy. Three ladies were in the area and we thought they were there servicing the buffet. They never approached us after being in there for five minutes. We got our danish and warm yogurt and went to a table to eat. I needed to take medication and went up to get a clean glass. While waiting to speak to a lady I heard them say they could charge a la carte. I looked up and saw a very small sign that said the self serve breakfast bar was $18.99 per person. I was appalled this buffet would cost $18.99 as it was severely lacking. I stood there waiting to be helped as I didn’t want to interrupt the ladies. Then all three just stood there ignoring me. I finally got their attention. Nanette finally came by to try to fix things. Overall very frustrating. It was the last thing we experienced there. Bad taste in our mouth.

Property was excellent - night staff not happy to be there - otherwise, nice and clean and near a great part of Scottsdale.

Everything was wonderful except it was a Monday & the kitchen was closed all day. Not ideal when traveling with kids.

AC Hotel Marriott was in a great location for tourists. Several shops and restaurants were across the street within a 2 minute walk. The location was beautiful and safe. A 10 minute drive north gives you several more excellent dining and shopping choices. A visit to the Musical Instruments Museum is a must! The room and bathroom were very spacious. Great staff and service!

Our second stay at AC. First stay was amazing. This time around the bed was not as comfortable and felt old and worn out. But overall a great stay.

New, clean, modern When we checked in they asked us if we wanted the room to be cleaned every day or every other day. We requested every day cleaning. It did not happen. Next day we had to ask them to clean the room which happened at 3:30pm when we wanted tp take a nap, so we had to leave the room.

They only clean every two nights....I stayed two nights so they didn't clean until the morning we left. Doesn't make much sense. I wasn't let known of this at check in

$25/day parking was a bit of surprise but not a deterrent.

I really liked how walkable it was to Kierland Commons and Scottsdale Quarter, that's actually why I booked it. The distance to restaurants and shopping was perfect! The beds and pillows were so comfortable. I don't care for modern but the bathrooms were very nicely done and modern. I don't think the modern design is meant for people with young children or babies but I still had a comfortable stay with my little ones. Security seems good. A person has to have a room key to get on the floors. No fault of the hotel but there was a guy who forgot his room and got locked out at 230am and was knocking on my door thinking it was his. I called the Front desk and they acted quickly to get him back to his room. Overall, great location, beds were clean and very comfortable, and room had a nice and big shower. I booked a mountain view room and I would stay again if I wanted to stay in the same area. The hallways are too dark at all hours, would be nice if it was a little more lit up. There was a problem with our toilet hitting the wall when we sat on it and me and my family are not obese. The toilet would still hit the wall when my 40 pound 1st grader sat on it and so that's a problem with how close the toilet was to the wall. I didn't like the sliding glass door to the bathroom, mostly because it could be a problem for children under 4 years old wanting to play with it.

Why don’t you advertise the $25 parking fee when you book. Was not a fan of the mattress. Overall it was an ok stal

Hubby and I absolutely loved this property from the location, cleanliness, friendly staff and being able to walk over to Kierland Commons and the Quad was the cherry on top! We’ll definitely be back !!

It smelled terrible , the rooms were not clean, the staff were rude at the front desk , perhaps the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had in my life and I’ve traveled worldwide. Not a fan of Cockroaches dead or alive , the smell was horrible, noisy , - I’m not sure how this place got a 4 star review .

Nice clean well designed interior We went downstairs after our first night to extend our stay for 1 additional night (3 total) in our double queen room, paid in full. Come to find out the next day around noon, while we are not on site, that the dimwit at the front desk booked us for A SECOND ROOM (a single King at that) on our second night and wanted $600 for the third night instead of the $250 we had agreed upon and PAID IN FULL. While were refunded in full for the room we never even entered or knew we had, we were out of a place to stay unless we wanted to allow ourselves to be brutally price gouged.

To expensive for what was offered. Bathroom needs an exhaust fan.

The front desk staff, and particularly the bar tender on Saturday evening (7-9pm) were very thoughtful and friendly. The bar tender was the only person working and she was doing amazing, communicating with everyone, and not skipping a beat.

The staff were welcoming and helpful. Great hotel option for conventions nearby and at a much more affordable price.

Apparently you have to ask to have your room cleaned if you stay more than one night. I have never stayed anywhere that you have to request that previously. Hotel was clean and quiet. The bed was super comfortable.

Great staff, exemplary on how to engage with customers. Rooms are spacious,updated, large bathrooms. The negative point is lack of covered parking-summers in AZ are really hot reaching 110F easily. On the positive side -a lot of free parking spaces.

Very clean, friendly check in and easy access. Crisp beds, no stinky carpets, and nice amenities in bathroom, room overall. Please with the cleanliness here and the smell! Beds could have been a little stiffer, but that’s pers preference.

Love this location. Walkable to Kierland Commons - Tommy Bahamas and Mastro’s Ocean Fish House is across the street. Quick car ride to many other restaurants and the 101 highway. Smells very nice as soon as you walk in to the building. Property very well taken care of. Highly recommend!

The staff at the front desk were amazing and friendly!!! Housekeeping was the only thing I can complain about. We had to ask for towels everyday. One day we asked for clean towels and they did bring them. However, they left the dirty ones on the floor. Just not top notch for whey we paid for the room.

Lobby is gorgeous. Room has a nice set up. Our bathroom sink had a drainage issue (appeared as if prior patron smoked and put ashes in sink). Midway through the night it stopped draining. Room was fairly spacious. I could hear my son cough in the room all the way at the elevator (we were at the end of the hall).

For the price it’s not too bad. We like the amenities and the convenience. Staff is decent and friendly. Breakfast was pretty delicious!

I found room a little bit loud with traffic. Overall an easy stay, close to a great street of pretty shops and restaurants.
