Beautiful, relaxed property, we had an amazing honeymoon! We loved Proof and Onyx bar. The only negative was I fell in love with your turkey blt at proof, the most amazing sandwich I’ve ever tasted and they then took it off the menu half way through the holiday!!! We were so looking forward to it at lunch so we left. Apart from that amazing and we’ve booked the second part of our honeymoon at your whistler property on the 18th September! Can’t wait. Also booking to go back to Scottsdale early next May and stay with you again. Thx Charlie

Beautiful location, but property getting a little tattered around the edges. Constant background music playlist intrusive and annoying. Food a bit overpriced and underwhelming.

Have stayed at that particular resort about 8-10 years ago and my previous stay was way more special - personal attention, better service, etc.. Also, nothing changed, this particular resort needs a facelift.
- 5/5
It’s impossible to identify anything standing out. Every part of the experience, every interaction, conversation, meal, room, facility was perfect. After several decades of travel and vacations, this was single most professional and comfortable resort experience we’ve had.
- 5/5
We had a blast, didn’t even bother leaving the resort. Excellent property, great service, steakhouse was very good. I have a bad back and their plush mattress is very good, the best of any hotel I’ve stayed at, and that’s saying something.
- 5/5
Beautiful hotel that lives up to the 4 seasons standards. Room was spacious and elegant, very clean. Landscaping around the premise was nicely done. Pool was warm and pleasant for a swim even though the weather was in the high 60s. Will be back.

We had the most incredible time. I was traveling with my mother who was going through a recent loss and the staff went above and beyond to make her feel so special. I was really blown away as was she. Thank you Four Season.

This property was absolutely stunning! The service from check in to checkout was incredible ! We loved every minute of our stay at this Four Seasons resort! The entire staff met our every need and more. Catherine from Talaveras was amazing. Race from the pool was very accommodating, and Robert from the front desk made us feel completely welcome and at home. If you have the opportunity to stay at this resort, we highly recommend it! 10/10!

Proposed to my future wife- staff fantastic with helping.
- 5/5
This is a beautiful oasis, no notes except for the restaurants. The food in the Spanish restaurant was not the best, but service was great). The Proof restaurant was good, but not what I expect at the Four Seasons.
- 4.5/5
Wonderful hotel with a very large room, spacious bathroom, and well-planned walk in wardrobe. The service was excellent and made the stay even more enjoyable. Everything was good, but for a 5-star hotel I was expecting a small complimentary touch such as fresh flowers, fruit, or a welcome gift, which would make the stay feel more special (most hotels in Europe do this) For a 5-star property in such a warm location, the pool seemed quite plain and the sun loungers rather outdated. An upgrade of this area would greatly improve the guest experience.
- 5/5
Had a very relaxing stay. The Spanish restaurant was excellent!!
- 3/5
Very disappointed… this stay did not live up to the usual Four Seasons hospitality. The property was clearly understaffed, and the team seemed untrained. Towels at the pool were scarce, and the pool area itself was dirty. We visited in the morning and returned in the evening for a night swim, only to find the same used towels still there and the area not maintained. Sadly, we won’t be returning.

Four Seasons never disappoints. This property is no exception. Worth the splurge.
- 5/5
The room was very well done, and extremely comfortable and the fireplace was a nice touch since the weather was on the cool side at night and mornings. The outside patio was beautiful and relaxing. We've traveled at other Four Seasons and Ritz Carlton's and have been given daily credits to use for food or activities, I wish the breakfast was included or was given a daily credit of some sort. The breakfast was just ok, nothing special. Some of the food was just quickly put together, Proof Restaurant was a little disorganized. I had to wait in the morning for breakfast for a while when the tables were empty. We had about 3 different servers, had to wait, and finally catch one to give us our bill. The breakfast was nothing special.

I have been staying at this property since I was little. I have never been to a property that is a 10 out of 10 every single time. Everything is most literally perfection. Relax and enjoy the Four Seasons Scottsdale!
- 5/5
The resort is just amazing, definitely living up to the Four Season standard. The room is so cozy and clean, the bed is very firm. The resort has everything you can ask her, great hiking trails around, good gym, amazing spa with sauna and steam rooms, and a relaxation lounge. Multiple pools and a hot tub are available as well. The staff is just so friendly and eager to help. This level of excellence is pretty much what you would expect. Food is amazing, we love both the Proof and Telavera. We were there to celebrate our wedding anniversary and we came home feeling that this is the best celebration. And of course the amazing view from the resort.

this place was wonderful amazing staff amazing everything once you step in you greeted by the most respected valet One of the Best hotels I have stayed at in a while. Have nothing bad to say about this hotel has been great. I would highly recommend it to anyone that’s in the area worth every penny.

The Four Seasons in Scottsdale offers amazing rooms and grounds that don’t disappoint! Our room which had its own private plunge pool was amazing and aided in our ability to truly decompress and relax. The staff is top-notch!! We also thoroughly enjoyed our time at the serene and peaceful spa as well. We can’t wait to go back!
- 5/5
Love the resort, its amenities and staff!
- 5/5
Best experience in a resort. Helpful and friendly staff from the moment we arrived. We left extremely satisfied with our stay.
- 5/5
We ate at proof for breakfast and dinner. Overall service is slow and not clean. There is greasy odor in the restaurant when you walk in. I had to ask for a new glass of water because the glass was dirty. It is slightly disappointment for four season level hospitality.
- 5/5
Best service and food was amazing
- 5/5
The property is a like a serene desert botanical garden. Food and service is top notch.
- 5/5
Beautiful grounds, exquisite dining, exceptional service!
- 4/5
Location and Natural Beauty Pricy for a Four Seasons. Usually you expect a bit more in FS.
- 2/5
Disappointing stay. Every time the heater fan kicked on, the sprinkler head in the room would vibrate and wake us up. I went to open the shades, and realized that the entire screen door was off the track and standing there loose. Only two restaurants and a lounge, all connected and food presumably out of the same kitchen with limited hours. Nothing else notable for dining within easy driving distance for quick options. What dining they had there was very good, but expensive. The worst part was waiting on a bellman at checkout time. I had a half hour wait, and that was after calling twice, and my husband walking through the rain all the way to the car since we were on a tight timeline. And, by the way, numerous bellman were standing at the front door with no one apparently making a move to actually go get those that were calling for assistance. Many other hotel options much closer in and with more convenient accessibility to other activities and dining options. We won’t be back, especially at that price.
- 3/5
The friendly staff made up for the small and limited spa space. The treatments were wonderful. We had Christmas dinner at the Talavera restaurant and it was crowded - we were prepared for that, however, the food was awful and very pricey. We spent our dinner watching other tables complain and return their disheand we fely so bad for the hardworking staff that we didn't complain, we just left the uneaten food. I'm all for pushing the boundaries on a menu, and trying for signature dishes but........just sooooo bad and we spent a small fortune on that inedible dinner.
- 5/5
Resort is great but staff did not meet the standards of a traditional four seasons

I really like the chat feature. Everything is fine but the food is a little bit questionable.

The entire place was beautiful and serene. The restaurants were fantastic, and the entire staff was amazing. The room patios need a circulating fan.

Wonderful trip!! Had two amazing services at the spa, both Art (massage) and Kem (facial)were wonderful!! I would highly recommend them.
- 5/5
Top notch facility and service - of the best I’ve ever experienced. Pricing of drinks seemed excessive when I was charged $27 for a dirty martini.

The beautiful landscape and the casita was extremely comfortable! Loved everything about it including the amazing staff!
- 5/5
We loved everything about the property. Beautiful and well kept. Close to shopping and other dining, but definitely must dine at the restaurants on property. The Proof was amazing, and we loved the atmosphere. Marcel Smith at the concierge desk was so friendly and took time to ask about what brought us the resort. He even surprised us with cheesecake delivered to our room to make our 30 year anniversary a little sweeter. 5 star all the way. Thank you!

Beautiful property
- 5/5
Tucked away, quiet, GORGEOUS, and the best staff we’ve encountered at a luxury resort.
- 4.5/5
We have been coming here once or twice a year for about 15 years. It's our favorite hotel in the world. However, the prices have developed exorbitantly after the Corona period. Whether overnight stay or the restaurant prices have increased by 20-30%. But the little things that used to make it special are missing: a greeting card in the room with for example: Homemade salsa, quality cosmetics, open fire on the patio in front of the bar, etc. The rooms have been redesigned, but the small chest of drawers in the storage area does not correspond to any attractive design, nor is it practical to use next to the suitcases and shoes. The new tile design is certainly a matter of taste, but so much white gives the bathroom the impression of a hospital. I don't want to say in general that everything was better in the past, but we liked some things better.

- 1/5
I have been to most of the four seasons hotels over the last 20 years and unfortunately the service and my requests were not met, if I had not been paying over a thousand dollars for one night I would not have worried about the poor service, but for the cost, the service, food and cleanliness were very poor Poor service, poor food and a different menu as advertised on the website, cleanliness not up to four seasons standards, my room requirements were not ready on arrival despite being told they would be, not enough staff to cope with all the guests, the two, four seasons hotels in San Francisco we stayed at after and before our night at the scottsdale hotel were far superior despite being a third or more cheaper

Solid hotel but due for a face lift. One of the most outdated Four seasons I’ve stayed in but the great service fixed that. Overall lovely stay and I would def. Recommend.
- 5/5
I have stayed at this property before, but many years ago. The service, food and accommodations are unsurpassed. If you are staying here, please keep in mind that it is a bit remote, but that is part of the uniqueness of this property. Looking forward to another stay in the future.

Very nice and clean. Staff was more than accommodating. Enjoyed my stay!

- 5/5
Top-Notch service and accommodations. I used the Four Seasons App to chat with the on-site Concierge and just as soon as I would type my request or question, someone local at the property was "at my service" and completing my request. I cannot express enough the level of perfection that is strived towards by Four Seasons brand and always have an excellent experience. This is because even when something happens that isn't ideal, if I bring it to their attention, they make it right. That is service!
- 5/5
This is simply an amazing resort. The views and vistas are amazing. The location. The staff. It truly is a place where you can unplug and simply relax.
- 5/5
The Four Seasons Resort in Scottsdale at Troon North is absolutely breathtaking. My best friend and I went to celebrate a birthday, and upon arrival (which was at midnight), they even made sure a complimentary birthday cake was in the room. Everyone we encountered was so incredibly kind and genuine, just overall a magical experience. The views are even more gorgeous in person than over photo. The pool is saltwater, not chlorine which was also a lovely touch.
- 5/5
The pool area was overall lovely, but the water could have been colder.
- 4/5
I have stayed at many Four Seasons properties throughout the globe and you can always count on their service and wonderful staff, great amenities, and overall luxury experience. I was certainly appalled to receive a plate of food with a pepper black mold on it. Despite this the pool manager, Lenny, was incredibly accommodating and went as far as to offer the luxury cabana for the following day. Lenny also found us the day of our cabana reservation to ensure he had checked the produce himself. I say this to be objective in my review that although there service following the incident was attentive it was absolutely appalling that there was food served in that state; for a pepper to mold in that way it takes weeks, it was clear the hotel was at a very low capacity and I feel that should've given theme even more availability to be on top of their food. Other than this the resort is lovely but a very TRUE resort -- the closest alternative dining options are 10 minutes by car so if you are not driving or do not have a car expect to spend the majority of time on the property or using a ride-share service to get anywhere/everywhere.
- 5/5
Great property, very clean and beautiful. High standard of customer service
- 5/5
It was peaceful , beautiful and the employees were very friendly and helpful.
- 5/5
It is a stunning desert property. Our suite was very private as I requested. The services were excellent including a sensational breakfast. It was a lovely and romantic couple’s getaway.
- 5/5
Spectacular desert setting. Right beside Pinnacle Peak hike, location was perfect. We came for exercise in the morning and pool time relaxation in the afternoons and we received it! Great food at the on site restaurants - we didn't leave the property except for Pinnacle Peak. We will return.

Luxury in the desert.
- 5/5
Beautiful resort!
- 4/5
In general the property is ok, good restaurants (Talavera is great) in a ver nice spot. While I understand it is located in the dessert, they have a big problem to keep crickets out of the rooms. I saw 5 in my room including one in one of the drawers when packing my stuff back to our bags. At night the ones inside your room can be annoying. In general I could describe this resort with just an OK, property OK, service OK, restaurants ok to very good. I really expected an Outstanding grade being a Four Season Resort
- 5/5
Exceptional service and accommodations. Relaxing atmosphere. Close to hiking trail.
- 5/5
Excellent as always!
- 5/5
The resort is absolutely beautiful and we did not need to leave the property the entire weekend. Every staff member we encountered was so welcoming and friendly. Manny, a server at Proof Canteen, and Grace, a server in the pool area, both were particularly helpful and made our visit really nice. We stayed in a Premier King Casita, that had a beautiful view of the mountain. I doubt there are any bad views on this property, where you are surrounded by nature. We ate dinner once and breakfast twice at Proof and enjoyed all 3 visits. The Onyx Bar was also a perfect place to enjoy a happy hour cocktail or two. We will definitely be back!

Hands down best hotel we’ve stayed.
- 4/5
The spa was very nice however there was a guy on a ladder blocking the way both on the in and ladder still there 90 minutes later which took away from the comfort of the locker room and Lounge at the spa. The property was beautiful. All the staff was very nice. Would consider returning but may try somewhere else next time.
- 5/5
The resort was excellent. Highly recommended!
- 5/5
Superb service as usual.
- 5/5
The Four Seasons at Troon north is a beautiful property nestled up against Pinnacle Peak. Our second story king room was very comfortable, spacious, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, which was a priority since it was 112° for the three days that we were there. The pool was a refreshing spot at the end of each day, and the poolside drink service was great. Proof, The indoor outdoor restaurant on site is excellent. I had two memorable breakfasts there and was able to be outdoors in the shade.
- 5/5
It’s a great spot for relaxing.
- 5/5
Beautiful and unique getaway. Staff and hotel were top notch as you would expwct at all Four Seasons.
- 2/5
Property beautiful. Pool service was terrible. Nobody around to help get chairs set up. Dinner at Talavera sucked! We ordered dinner and the server never came for our drink order. There was terrible communication with host at restaurant and the server. Overall never experienced a stay at any Four Seasons like this. Cut trip short and left that morning. Not worth the price of $800.00 a night!!!!!!!!
- 5/5
Absolutely amazing experience! Gorgeous grounds and wonderful, attentive staff! We went for our honeymoon after post covid wedding which was very stressful.. our room was upgraded and we were met with kindness and professionalism. The restaurant Proof was also amazing. Every meal, breakfast, lunch and dinner was delicious. Highly recommend this beautiful resort!

People were very friendly and accommodating. Food at restaurants was very good.
- 5/5
It’s a beautiful spot. So nice to be back and wish we had more time this time around. Staff is very welcoming and accommodating. We had some difficulty cooling the room and the A/C and ceiling fan stayed on all night.
- 4/5
First, I would like to mention the hotel took covid very seriously. The staffs wore masks covering themselves and took precautions. Thanks you, Four Seasons! This property is beautifully situated in a dramatic landscape and has beautiful gardens. The salt water pools were great. If you are looking for this type of experience, I would suggest staying here. However, I was disappointed by the level of service I received. The towel service was poor. One morning I got frustrated waiting for a towel and helped myself. Another morning around 8:30am, they were out of beach/pool towels. Additionally, when I called the front desk, often no one answered the call( especially mid-week). This is not the level of service I would expect from Four Seasons. The rooms are spacious with an outdoor patio area with seating. I would suggest asking to stay in the part of the hotel near the pool accessible by walking or a golf cart ride. The rooms could use some updates. The carpet was especially warm. Someone should be inspecting the rooms prior to check in. The room could have been cleaner and there were bird droppings on the outdoor seating which they cleaned up after I said something. The room had a Nespresso maker. The food in the restaurant is so so. I would suggest eating offsite some nights. I ordered fish taco which were particularly disappointing. The margaritas are very good. I stayed for 7 nights. During mid-week the hotel was empty.
- 5/5
Very professional. Love the people there. Everyone is friendly
- 5/5
great food! great staff .. and even though we are living in Covid times they still made my stay feel special.
- 5/5
This is the standard of excellence. In spite of limited staff and social distancing requirements the staff was great and did their best to make it a great experience. The property is beautiful and very unique. Highly recommend
- 3/5
We had to visit during the Covid outbreak...thinking Four Seasons would take good care of guests. I booked knowing there was no pool, spa, restaurant. I was assured a 1:00 check in the day before, as the hotel was nearly empty. We arrived and had to wait until 3:30...again...there were only a handful of guests in entire property. There were only a few employees tackling all jobs...front desk, room service, etc. It was pretty unacceptable. We paid $950 for our room, full price. Room service was a limited menu, arrived 40 minutes late, was billed for full price big tip without ever signing a tab. The room wasn't in top condition during this virus...bathroom not sparking, toilet paper half used. I had to chlorox the room myself. Then the front desk DOUBLE charged me for the stay. My comment is that if a Four Seasons cannot maintain its top quality it should not open to guests. Very disappointing.
- 5/5
Due to the C Virus, and due to the very special circumstances, they did try to accommodate us but....room service breakfast was horrible!!! Dinners were B. They left alll the dishes from each meal until we called for them to clear, plus clean the room! VERY limited staff.
- 5/5
Stunning views, excellent service. The casitas are gorgeous.
- 5/5
Breathtaking views and rooms were beautiful and so private!
- 5/5
I read a few negative reviews of this property about the staff and facilities. I found them all to be false, the staff was awesome, the rooms were clean and very nice. The bedding was very comfortable and we enjoyed our stay very much.
- 3/5
It's the Four Seasons, so my expectations were high, and they were not met. It was nice, but not great, and for the price, it should be great.
- 4/5
The low, adobe style buildings were beautiful and fit in with the surrounding mountains. Landscaping and decor really made it feel like you were in the desert - but a posh, elegant desert! Our casita was on the ground level, which felt secluded but we could hear noise from the room upstairs, including the sliding door to the porch and water in the pipes in the bathroom. Would opt for a second-floor unit next time. The pool area was large and we appreciated that there was an adults-only space separate from the main pool where kids and families were. Didn't cancel the noise entirely, though. Service was what you would expect at a Four Seasons - attentive (sometimes to a fault) and conscientious. Unless you're there for only a couple days, a car is necessary; dining options at the property were very expensive, even for small plates and light fare.
- 4/5
Very beautiful resort with lovely casitas. We were there for Christmas holiday. They offered a very nice buffet on Christmas Day. What I didn't like about the property was that all of the facility was dedicated to the buffet for the entire day. The other restaurants were closed and the lounge was a skeletal staff. So not much in the way of ordering anything else. However room service was very good. They also forgot to service our room on one of the days.
- 5/5
Wonderful hotel. Beautiful nature. Excellent service. Food could improve. Overall a great resort.
- 5/5
Had to cut our trip short due to emergency at home and the staff was amazingly helpful and understanding with our situation. That you everyone at the Scottsdale Four Seasons.
