- Clean and comfortable rooms
- Friendly and helpful staff
- Noise issues
- Breakfast offerings could be improved
- 4/5
No hot breakfast but muffins, bananas, yogurt. Staff was always helpful. Better than a two star, half the price of a lot of other options. I would stay again
- 5/5
No frills but clean, comfy, and walking distance from some amazing bars. Staff was very sweet, free coffee all day, and it was surprisingly quiet. We will definitely stay here again.
- 5/5
Very clean and convenient. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Appreciated the free parking and the free guest laundry! The neighborhood is industrial but just around the corner is a very arty interesting row of shops and bars/restaurants.
- 5/5
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was basic, but good. We met interesting people in the lobby at breakfast and shared travel tales. The room was nice. We slept with the window open. That is just something we like to do. We had a 4 day trip.
- 5/5
Very clean room, quiet, comfortable.
- 4/5
The room was average, but the shower was great. It was within our budget, the staff was helpful. However, there wasn’t very much to do within walking distance and it said free breakfast but it was more so a light quick thing. Muffins, yogurt, fruit, tea and coffee.
- 4/5
We were very comfortable at this hotel. I only wish that there were more hotels in this area! The staff at this hotel were nice and helpful.
- 4/5
Everything was great. Room was super clean, location easy to get to, staff was super friendly. Lots of traffic noise though. I had a room facing the street. I had to put in ear plugs and the door was thin so I could hear fellow travelers pretty easy. I will stay there again though and maybe ask for a room facing the backside so it is less noisy.
- 5/5
Great stay with a wonderful caring staff.
- 3/5
Neighborhood is terrible. Breakfast was terrible.
- 4/5
Friendly staff, easy parking, clean hotel, breakfast is just muffins and coffee. Good safe area.
- 2/5
I did not end up staying at the is hotel. It was in a sketchy neighborhood. I checked in and went to my room. It had an awful smell. The bed was super lumpy. I immediately checked out and went somewhere else.
- 5/5
Decent hotel, reasonable price, stayed one night.
- 5/5
Very clean, newly renovated utilitarian room. Not fancy but with surprising immenities and friendly staff.
- 3/5
Very basic. We couldn't call "breakfast"--just snacks. some fruit, some yogurt, muffins, that's about it. Okay and convenient to downtown and airport and great gardens.
- 4/5
Perfectly acceptable accommodations
- 5/5
One of the cleanest hotels I think I’ve ever stayed at. Great job to the cleaning crew!
- 5/5
Super clean, cool staff.
- 5/5
Friendly staff and clean room.
- 5/5
The staff was as good as I have ever experienced, very courteous in some trying circumstances I couldnt ask for any thing more
- 5/5
Courteous staff
- 4/5
Clean, comfortable and well outfitted room. Reasonably quiet notwithstanding proximity to I-5 and Boeing Field.
- 4/5
The people that worked there were great! I appreciate them. The first room we got to the TV didn’t work, the second room we got into because they switched us had water draining issues in the shower and sinks.
- 4/5
Room was ok, breakfast was small but good quality.
- 4/5
Room very clean, staff nice, breakfast minimal, quiet rooms on freeway side.
- 4/5
Clean room, comfy mattress and pillows.
- 4/5
Clean room, comfortable, a bit loud outside, no real breakfast to speak of, we were on the second floor and it did take a while for the hot water to reach our room.
- 5/5
Always a great stay rooms clean staff is friendly. Good location to get into Seattle fun time in Georgetown. You can’t go wrong life good :)
- 5/5
All good!
- 5/5
Great staff. Clean and quiet room. Easy parking. Near everything.
- 5/5
The room was excellent, and the staff was very courteous. Couldn’t ask for a better service. Went to the Seahawk game close to the stadium all good time
- 2/5
Quality of the bed and the WiFi were horrible. I've been to this place before but it was over a decade ago. They haven't improved anything since then. In fact, it's become worse
- 4/5
Nice people.
- 5/5
Everything was great.
- 2/5
The room was noisy but clean. The work out room was in poor shape with little equipment for use.
- 5/5
Clean, convenient and great staff
- 5/5
Easy check in, the staff was professional, the room clean and there were two chairs.
- 4/5
Clean room. Nice staff.
- 5/5
Just needed to be close to VA for an early morning appointment
- 5/5
Only my second visit and the front desk staff person remembered my name when I checked in. Impressive. Felt welcomed.
- 5/5
Clean, cozy room with friendly staff and pleasant cold breakfast. The neighborhood is industrial zoned, but a very convenient location where there are not many hotel rooms available. Easy drivability. Excellent value for money, especially with the free parking.
- 5/5
Room is great and check in was smooth and the gentleman was awesome very helpful
- 5/5
Everything was great! Thanks!
- 5/5
Comfortable place to rest. Slept really well - bed and linens very snuggly. Loved the walk in shower. Good desk for work and appreciated having a lounging chair so not relegated to sitting on the bed to watch tv.
- 3/5
Nice front desk people, they’ve tried to do some updates. Good basic stay!
- 4/5
The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly! I would definetly stay there again!
- 5/5
The room was immaculate, the staff were phenomenal, and the location was great! If given the chance, I would stay again in a heart beat. I cannot brag on the staff enough, they were truly the kindest, most respectful, and accommodating people I have encountered in a while! I hate writing reviews but I couldn’t not say something about how great Georgetown Inn was!
- 5/5
Close to showbox sodo. Great place to stay
- 5/5
A little noisy from the road noise, but walking distance from good food and beer. Super friendly staff and comfortable beds.
- 5/5
Great staff.
- 5/5
Clean rooms, friendly staff. Good location outside Seattle proper.
- 5/5
The room was clean & comfortable. Staff very friendly & welcoming. This was our 2nd stay in a month & we will be back again. Thanks 😊
- 4/5
Nice clean room. The neighborhood isn’t great but not dangerous.
- 4/5
We enjoyed the fresh muffins and fruit each morning. We also appreciated the recycling program that the hotel uses. The location is very convenient to I-5, but there are some homeless camps surrounding the property.
- 5/5
Everything was great! Location was great and close to the freeway! Staff was friendly! Rooms were perfect!
- 4/5
Nice room, reasonable price, with parking. Breakfast wasn’t quite what we expected, but the muffins were good.
- 3/5
Clean but modest
- 4/5
The rooms were fine and we slept well. But the lobby was a bit sketchy. The only two public bathroom stalls had locks on them and you had to ask for the code. When we tried to check in early and drop off our bags, we didn’t get a claim check for our bags. They said they would put our names on them, and they did and we got our bags without a problem. And if you came in after 10 pm, you had to show your keycard at the door to get in the lobby. So, it didn’t seem like the best neighborhood.
- 5/5
Staff are friendly, efficient, helpful.
- 5/5
Front desk was friendly, kind and helpful.
- 3/5
Noisy (airport nearby, so I should have expected). No desk in the room which I have not encountered in over 20 years of travel, so if you are a business traveler, be sure to check on this.
- 1/5
After showing up and seeing the site I took the loss of room cancellation fee's because it was not equal to the rating for price. This was an old motel with limited parking, and I would say it should have been rated a 5 out of 10. I did not go to our room because it didn’t appear to be a good location. Front desk was nice and they did refund one room out of two for me to cancel. I paid a little more to go to a much better Hotel, (DoubleTree).
- 5/5
Very clean. Great front desk. Fruit, yogurt, and muffins for breakfast. Although it’s in an industrial area, restaurants, bars and some shops are within a five minute walk. We enjoyed our stay.
- 5/5
In Arts district. Access to bus line. Great staff
- 5/5
Great location and setup, especially with onsite parking.
- 5/5
The room was small but very comfortable and what we expected for the pricepoint. Beds were comfortable, there were breakfact options and lots of food/bars/shops in the neighborhood. There is a small gourp of homeless tents down the road but we never saw anyone and it was easy to cross the street. We never felt unsafe.
- 4/5
The hotel is a bit dated but clean. It's on a busy street but road noise isn't too bad. The neighborhood has lots of small bars and restaurants and easily walkable from the hotel. The homeless situation here is nowhere near as bad as downtown Seattle. Freeway access was very convenient. I would likely stay again. Breakfast was mediocre, just coffee and muffins but there are several coffeehouses within a 3 block walk.
- 5/5
Great straight up hotel. Excellent staff.
- 5/5
Clean hotel, nice staff, great location for Georgetown.
- 3/5
I stayed here about 9 years ago. It seemed to be in much better condition at thst time. No restaurants within walking distance. A convenient store right across the street which generates a lot of noise and traffic. The whole aera was run down. Front desk staff were friendly.
- 2/5
Hotel is not is the Georgetown historic district as prorated in the advertisement data/photos on Expedia. It is about 1/2 mile from the photo it shows of the rehabilitated pub/restaurant. The Georgetown Inn is a relatively non de script square box without outside or inside architectural interest in an area on an busy intersection that has a modern strip mall, gas station, harbor freight store and a recycle facility on as its neighbors across the street. Lots of trash on streets and sidewalks and homeless encampment about a block away.
- 5/5
Good location. A very responsive 24 hours reception with a good people.
- 5/5
It was close to the home of some family members.
- 4/5
Property is good staff is good area around the property is not very desirable with a nearby homeless tent area.
- 4/5
Nicely situated inn just blocks from the main drag of Georgetown. A perfect little getaway. The service people are kind, the hotel quite pleasant and inviting and the rooms just about as simple and lovely as can be. There’s even a nice little sitting area in the lobby for drinking coffee at any time, or eating the free continental breakfast. A great stay!
- 5/5
There is nothing fancy about this hotel. Clean quiet place to stay at a lower price than most other hotels in Seattle.
- 5/5
Nice clean hotl. Decent parking, and Free! Friendly staff. So many places close to hotel. Beds ok. Muffins yogurt and fruit for breakfast. Tv had issues reportes it. They attempted to fix. Offered to move us.
- 5/5
I like that it was a 10 min drive from where we needed to be.. checkin was easy got in before checkin time.. easy to find.. staff very friendly and helpful..
- 5/5
The immediate location was decent. Couple blocks walking in the evening felt a little unsafe (we were out late one night and only used SeaTac transport so the drop off for the bus couple blocks away). We had a noisy neighbor that kept slamming their door. But overall we loved our spot!
- 4/5
Staff excellant, convenient to ballparks, easy access from I-5, and easy parking. Felt unsafe area to walk around in at night.
- 5/5
Fun location walking distance to shops and restaurants. Room and common areas are small and basic, but everything is very clean. Nice extras like free breakfast (just beverages, muffins, yogurt and fruit, but good quality and tasty) and free laundry. Would definitely stay here again.
- 5/5
Difficult to navigate to if you miss the entrance. Google takes you back onto 5 instead of around the block. Staff at check in and check out was great... Efficient and friendly.
- 4/5
Breakfast was just muffins, yogurt, and fruit
- 5/5
The staff were absolutely lovely. The property and rooms where clean and nice. Breakfast was very basic, but really all we needed. No extra facilities like a pool or gym, but if you just need a bed to sleep in, great prices and facilities.
- 3/5
No way
- 5/5
Great staff.
- 5/5
Great spot to stay for a Mariners game. No frills, just a solid place to stay.
- 5/5
Room was a bit loud with outside traffic but everything was clean and staff was super helpful.
- 5/5
Comfortable, easy access to much of the city, friendly staff.
- 4/5
Friendly staff, high traffic, some dining opportunities nearby, some homeless nearby, And declining community
- 5/5
The front staff was so friendly and kind
- 5/5
Excellent staff. Conveniently located. Modest hotel but it was well run and appeared to host many return guests.
- 5/5
Clean, safe parking, convenient
- 4/5
Convenient location to the VA hospital and places to eat.
- 5/5
Nice break from the chains, nice folks great restaurant advice. Bed was very comfortable, slept great.
- 4/5
It’s good overall!
- 5/5
Great spot for a
- 5/5
Second time I’ve stayed with them snd will be back next year.
- 4/5
Clean room.
- 5/5
Parking was easy. Cookies, coffee, tea available. Clean. Not a great area.
- 5/5
Love staying here, staff is great, location is great, free parking is a real plus. Near Georgetown bars and restaurants, not far from downtown. Have stayed here many times. Only complaint is I find the beds her to not be very comfortable but I keep coming back because everything else is great.
- 2/5
Gave it a shot. This place is a bit threadbare.
- 5/5
Bathroom was spotless, towels were surprisingly soft. Breakfast options were limited, but exactly what I wanted (tea/coffee, muffin, banana, Greek yogurt) Staff was friendly and check-in/out was efficient. Would absolutely stay again!
- 4/5
front of house staff was ex exceptional
- 4/5
Nice place to Stay
- 5/5
Unique area and walkable to several bars, restaurants and breweries. Hotel was clean and safe. Staff was nice.
- 5/5
Good
- 5/5
Front desk was friendly and engaging. The hotel is under renovation and they went out of thier way to place me as far as possible.aupwr great staf. Lots of room. Very centrally located. Will be back
- 4/5
Overall, property was very good. There is a problem with finding the only entrance to parking and the property as it can be entered only from a side street away from a major intersection.
- 5/5
Lovely place, we stayed there for 3 days. Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and quite. Place is in a convenient area and parking is free
- 4/5
Standard hotel experience.
- 3/5
I was disappointed that the gym was not available for use because of the construction. I would have brought stretch bands with me if I had know so I could still do workouts. The website should have listed this accurately. The staff was nice.
- 1/5
This hotel smelled like cheap air, fresheners, and old carpet. Their reviews on here are obviously fake because this hotel is a two out of 10 not a nine I paid full price was in the room for less than two hours and checked out knowing I wouldn’t get my money back because it was that bad.
- 5/5
Jersey was awsome even when working on Christmas she was helpful and in good spirits
- 5/5
I loooved the front desk attendant, her name was Jersey and she was SOOO welcoming and sweet. Told us about the amenities and whatnot and seemed genuinely happy to have people come through. She let us know of some places around the area (though there’s not really much) but everything is a decent driving distance. We stayed here for a Billie Eilish concert and was able to drive to where we needed to go and back with sufficient parking. Honestly would love to stay here again.
- 4/5
Top notch staff! Rooms were nicely decorated and felt clean. Location felt a bit dodgey. Noise between the rooms and from the street would stop me from staying here again, unfortunately.
- 5/5
N/A
- 5/5
Staff was very courteous, room was clean. No issues
- 5/5
We found the location to be very convenient for our visit. The room was newly remodeled, very clean and modern. I found the bed/table lamp set up to be one of the most convenient I've experienced. The bathroom was no frills but for what we wanted to do it was great. The customer service was helpful and friendly. We'll be back.
- 4/5
Excellent customer service, extremely clean, comfortable and reasonably spacious rooms, convenient location. They’ve done everything to make the customer happy and comfortable. The walls are thin so you can hear your neighbor and airplanes. Still, good value.
- 5/5
It's a cute boutique hotel with lots of character and great staff. Quiet, comfortable room. They were undergoing renovations when I stayed, so unfortunately the fitness center was unavailable, which was disappointing, but everything else was great.
- 4/5
Morning breakfast was basic and just enough for us. Parking was free which was also appreciated.
- 5/5
Our stay at the Georgetown Inn was great. The room we stayed in was clean, quiet, and had everything we needed to be comfortable for our 2-night trip. The front desk staff were friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable. The continental breakfast was good too, stocked with coffee and pastries from a local bakery. If you’re looking for a comfortable stay, this is a great choice!
- 5/5
Will be back! Have nothing negative to say.
- 5/5
The staff were all friendly and helpful. The decor around hotel was nice.
- 3/5
Basic place with a nice staff, but the hotel needs a major update! Old everything, bathrooms, fixtures, paint and bedding.
- 4/5
This place is loud and way overpriced. Needs new baths in a big way. #interiordesigner
- 5/5
The hotel was in a unique area of Seattle. The area around the hotel was a bit busy, with standard shops such Harbor Freight around it. The surprise was the unique street that was within walking distance that had great dining options and shops. The staff were very personable and welcoming. The hotel was clean and comfortable.
- 5/5
We spent one night here to attend a concert at Climate Pledge Arena. The check-in person was very friendly, and fresh coffee was appreciated. The room was simple but clean. Easy drive into downtown Seattle. We would stay here again.
- 3/5
We booked a non smoking room, but the room has strong smoking smell. The good thing is that it is not noisy, even close to the highway 5.
- 5/5
This hotel is a hidden gem. The staff is super nice and professional, the hotel is well thought out, they even had makeup wipes for my wife. Very clean and just overall a great experience. You can even wash clothes for free! Will recommend!
- 4/5
Clean and comfortable with a very friendly and helpful staff. It’s not fancy but not bad either. Restraint recommended by the staff only a short walk away was great. I would stay there again.
- 5/5
Great
- 5/5
Staff was amazing! Nice and clean room!
- 5/5
I loved this place! The staff was amazing, welcoming, and genuine! Easy check in, loved free onsite parking (one of the main reasons I picked this place), close to where I was going about 4 miles from T-Mobile park, and clean rooms! My only con was the bed wasn’t super comfortable, very thin, but considering the pice, how close it was to downtown, clean rooms/bathrooms, and free parking it was still great!
- 4/5
Nice hotel near bus route. Staff were brilliant especially Jersey and Sean
- 5/5
Always a pleasure staying here. Staff is friendly. Manager was great. Room is clean.
- 5/5
The staff was so wonderful! The hotel was sold out all weekend so they were really busy but they were amazing and helpful the entire time. Really recommend.
- 3/5
Although it was close to my office, the hotel was dated and had a smell
- 5/5
Stayed for one night, the staff at the front desk was wonderful through any interaction. Called ahead to see about checking in early and they accommodated us no problem. The room was super clean. Will definitely recommend this hotel.
- 5/5
I had an excellent stay. Every staff member I came in contact with was friendly, courteous, and helpful. Thanks for the great stay.
- 5/5
Was very clean and felt safe! Loved the mini vintage looking fridge in the room.
- 4/5
Definitely an older property that could use some updates, but the staff were super friendly and helpful, and our room was clean.
- 3/5
All was good
- 5/5
Super welcoming and helpful front desk, may become our go-to for event trips to seattle!
- 5/5
Was safe and had excellent team experience would come here again when I in Seattle!
- 4/5
Other than that very nice and excellent staff
- 4/5
Staff really friendly they needed more selection for breakfast
- 3/5
Hotel was ok but it was extremely loud with road noise most of the night since it is in an industrial area. I travel with a sound conditioner but it couldn't even begin to drown out the outside noise. The large homeless camp on the street behind the hotel is concerning but the hotel does a good job with security. Not much for food nearby so plan to drive to eat.
- 5/5
Shawn at the reception was very helpful and jolly.
- 4/5
.
- 5/5
A real shower.
- 5/5
Food options nearby are incredible!
- 4/5
Georgetown Inn is in the perfect location for what we needed. We arrived late (9:45) and staff was friendly and efficient in getting us checked in. The room was basic, but clean and equipped with the essentials.
