The staff were very friendly and welcoming, especially Angel at the front desk who accommodated our early check in. Took advantage of the complimentary wine hour. We used the valet service and requested the EV charger. Unfortunately the car didn't get much charge overnight so it would be really nice if the hotel upgraded their chargers. Everything was really lovely.

Staff are exceptional - from Stephen greeting us at the door, the porters, the lovely receptionists, cleaners and bar lady. Everyone went out of their way with genuine enthusiasm and a willingness to please and ensure we had a great stay.

I like the property, very good location. A lot of shops are walking distance. I was disappointed in when checking in. I was charged twice attendant did not check Expedia. My room did not have a tub. Need one after walking all day. Overall, the people were great and room was clean.

It was a beautiful hotel with great service. We did have to extend our stay for one night due to me getting sick with a stomach bug and it was quite pricey! A total of $500!

Good position. Friendly staff. Has changed owner. Booking did not transfer and sorting out ( however pleasant) took 30 mins after a long long flight. No hot water in shower due to broken thermostat.

I started my search for hotels on Tik Tok and narrowed it to about 3. It ultimately came down to location. This was a 6 minute walk to Pile Place Market, the waterfront and the ferry to Bainbridge island, and short drive to the Space Needle. Customer service was great my room ready when I arrived around 11 am, I thought I was just going to leave my bags and get my day started until check in. I was on the 10th floor with beautiful views of the water and the Ferris wheel. Nice spacious and clean room with a tub separate shower and an enclosed toilet. Bed looked lumpy but was soft and comfortable. Room included a mini fridge with stocked drinks for a few, a robe, iron, and ironing board, coffee station , tea bags (fee), and bottled water (complimentary) but I don’t recommend drinking it. Bathroom had a see through window into the room which was so beautiful. Overall beautiful hotel with two restaurants and bar, a gym and cellar a 10/10 stay!

The hotel location was great but I would appreciate it if they have more than one restaurant within the hotel Work with Booking.com to confirm the payment made in advance by the guests so that you won't have to double charge the guest again during the course of staying at the hotel

It took until after 8:00 to get the refreshments that I had previously arranged ( confirmed in the email when I booked ) prior to arriving. And there's no room service available. The valet area is small and difficult to maneuver. And there were cracks in the tub on the side and cracks in the bathroom door.

The staff was very welcoming. They let us borrow umbrellas. They have a bar, restaurant, spa on site. Very nice rooms too with a peloton.

The staff was wonderful and friendly. The rooms were nice and comfortable. The sink water was scalding hot and it was difficult to even get cool water to wash your hands. I would have just used the faucet from the tub but the water for the bathtub pours from a hole in the ceiling like a fire hose so I would have drenched myself and the room just to wash my hands. A creative idea but not very practical! Overall it was a lovely hotel. We were disappointed there was no room service because we wanted the room service breakfast experience, but there was a restaurant where we could order to go.

The room was gorgeous and very clean! The staff was friendly and the location was perfect, we traveled on foot to the pier and to Pike Place Market with ease. We loved everything about it and had a wonderful time relaxing while in the room and exploring the city that was so accessible to us!

Really one of the nicest stays in Seattle in a long time. I give it a 4 star because valet costs of $75 are too steep. The room was excellent and the restaurant too. Love the environment and the rooms are quiet and very comfortable bed. 100% will stay again.

We enjoyed our stay here. The staff were nice and very helpful. The location of this hotel was so convenient to places we wanted to go. Our room was very clean and it has two big closets and lots of drawers to put and organize our stuff.

It was terrible. We had to wait over an hour (we arrived before 4 PM) for our room,to be finished cleaning when we were told if we come at 2 o’clock that will be ready for early check-in. Which was a lie. When we got to the room, the shade didn’t work for in the bathroom to let in natural light. Also, the phone didn’t work as well. We had to use our cell phones to talk to the main desk. I was extremely disappointed in this so-called high-quality hotel. We tried to make the best of our Christmas day, but it was nonetheless dissatisfactory. I would hope after finally getting into the room after 5:30 that there would be some type of discounts applied for the huge inconvenience that we had to deal with.

This hotel was hands down one of the best stays I’ve had. The customer service was 10/10 from the valet to the front desk. They were convenient, helpful, and welcoming. We stayed for my partners birthday and they went above and beyond to make him feel special. Overall the hotel was a great experience and the fact that it’s in a safe, walkable area of town and a few blocks from pikes place made it that much better.

Rooms are not in the greatest condition- looks nice but don’t look too close. The staff service at front desk was just ok - not great. The people outside / bell hops are excellent. The AC in the room works terribly- the beds are also older not great.

Amazing selection for bar and everything worked! Privacy screen for bathroom didn’t work but that wasn’t the biggest issue and a quick fix for the hotel.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The soaking tub is great, and one of the main reasons I booked a room here. I will say having a 4pm check in time is rather annoying. We arrived in Seattle around 12:30, and were told they would text us when our room was ready. We killed a few hours downtown, and returned at 3:30. We still had not received a text, but the front desk said our room was ready. Got to our room and it was one with only a shower (not tub as clearly stated in room description). The manager, Heather, was great and we were able to change rooms to one with a tub. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. I’m not sure I would stay here again just due to late check in and initially not receiving a room I had booked. It kind of put a damper on our anniversary stay, but I’m grateful for the manager who helped us

The views on the photos of this hotel are not accurate! You cannot see the water or Pike Place Market. They charge you an additional $70 to park. The bar was great the bartender was amazing and the valet guys were so nice! We booked services at the spa and the front desk lady was not super nice, she was actually very rude and i would never go there again or recommend. Overall the rooms were nice, the photos misleading, and most of the staff was great!

The staff was so accommodating. Got a coupon for a discount at the spa. Valet parking prior to and after checking and check out, so we could go walk and sightseeing.

It was good. But they took more than 30 minutes after the advertised 4pm checkin time. Not just for my room but for every single person that was checking in around that time. Taking away a couple stars for that long wait. Otherwise great place.

Booked a corner suite. We arrived very early but expected an early check in since this is a higher priced room and not very many of this category. It was after 4 and still no room available. I was then told that check-in begins at 4 and goes up until the room is ready. This agent was not helpful in getting anything accomplished. I am assuming hotel was understaffed due to holiday weekend. I had to call corporate service number to see what could be done. We were granted a larger suite at no cost but had to cancel our dinner reservations with friends. Tub fills from ceiling and splashes everywhere. Cool design but not practical. Bed was comfy. Decent location in relation to Market and other sights.

Carpeting was spotted and worn down in places in the room. And parking was outrageous. 84.00 for one night of parking.

The hotel was amazing all around. From when we arrived. Bringing us anything and everything we needed up to the room. Very informative on where I could park my car and showed me how to get there. Asked how to get to certain places and they were spot on how to get to everything and made it super easy. They are the definition of professional! The only down side was there were stains on the sofa couch. But other than that the room was perfect and not touched when we didn’t want it touched. Then when we wanted turn down service we took the sign off and it was the BEST turn down service ever. You guys are 100% spot on with your customer service and thank you guys for a great time!! Hope we can come and stay another night.

The hotel is very nice. It’s located in a good spot by the waterfront lots of shopping. Lots of restaurants I would highly recommend to stay at this hotel in the near future for anybody who’s coming to Seattle? It is worth the money to stay and for the convenience.

Amazing hotel. Can’t wait to come back. We had a king + sofa bed with a water view. It was perfect for myself and my 16-year old. Comfy bed, good AC, lots of nice “extras” like the extra large towels, frette robes, wine fridge, in-room espresso maker and tea kettle. We appreciated all the little touches like good lighting, makeup mirror and large bathtub. Definitely worth the upgrade to stay in this room. The staff went above and beyond. Special thanks to the concierge and Ellie (sp?) in the restaurant who went and asked the chef exactly what delicious pepper was in the halibut ceviche. The room service was prompt and excellent. The poke bowl and the oysters at the restaurant were so delicious we went there twice. Definitely planning our next trip! Can’t wait to come back.

Shower water could be warmer. I was the fourteen floor and it took the shower temperature at least 5 minutes to get warm enough to get in but not hot.

I booked King Deluxe with Bay View. Problems started when I checked in “your twin will be ready soon”, nope booked a King Deluxe with Bay View…ok fixed. Got room key, no view, 5th Floor staring at a wall (room 503). Gave me a $100 credit, but not acceptable, reason for the problem “it’s cruise ship season”….

Staff were supposed to call me when room was available. They didn't. I didn't appreciate that since we had a long day flying and had to walk around and wait for our room. They didn't seem considerate.

The room was beautiful and clean. But the phone in our room didn’t work, the corkscrew broke and the food was mediocre at best. The view of the harbor A++. Room gorgeous everything else not so great.

I just stay one night for the Blue Jay's game, and if was the perfect location for getting to the stadium and for explore the city.

Everything went really smooth staff was nice and place was really nice and due to the way I ordered the room the helped me fix it and gave me and my wife some chocolates and champagne on the house for our anniversary it was very nice .

I did not like the fact that I had to ask for towels and coffee refills - removel of cups and glasses. Turn down service seemed to be hit or miss. Not a regular part of my stay of 3 days. Everything else was very good.

Our room was in the corner of the building and had a beautiful view. Everything we wanted to visit was near by.

I booked a sea view room, check in for almost an hour, and told me that there was no sea view room and only city view. The so-called city view does not have private, because you need to pull the curtains and you will not be seen by the windows in the opposite building.

What I did not like was I was going to a mariners game with my wife and I have never stayed here before I came in at 3:30 hoping I can get early check in you don’t offer that fine no problem he took my information and my id validated payment so I figured that I would come back at 4 to check in ok np 4 came around and now the room isn’t ready I waited in the bar. The staff was great. I got free drinks because of the wait I understand things happen but what’s the point of having a 4 o’clock check in time thinking that you’re gonna get your room and it’s not available you’re not gonna let me stay after my check out time just not a very good look for the first time I’ve ever stayed in your hotel food. Great drinks. Poor management.

Stunning rooms and the service is amazing! Every employee we encountered was incredibly helpful and kind. The tub is gorgeous and the views are perfect. This was the first part of our honeymoon and we felt beyond pampered. Thank you all so much for an incredible week!

I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel 1000. As a solo business traveler, feeling safe is a priority, and this hotel delivered. The staff was friendly, the restaurant downstairs was delicious, and my room was both spacious and comfortable. I loved the large windows with a beautiful city view, and the unique ceiling-fill bathtub was a standout feature! The hotel offers great amenities and is in a perfect location—just a short walk to the pier, market, and city attractions. I never needed an Uber except for the airport. With fantastic shopping, activities, and dining nearby, I felt I got an amazing stay for the price. Highly recommend!

Loved this hotel. It was very similar to my stay at The Ritz-Carlton in Portland but half the price. The staff were nice, the property was beautiful, my room was amazing! Would definitely stay here again and again.

The hotel was nice. I didn’t like the fact that we paid $700 for a nice room but with no view. Also, the tv wasn’t working so we had them reset it, but it wasn’t a smart tv so we couldn’t cast our phones. We ordered cheesecakes for a room order and we never received them.

Property was great, and honestly the lavish treatment in the bathroom is note worthy more than the rest of the room. Great fixtures, walkin stand-in shower (wishing it had a bench tho) separated toilet area with door and the ceiling fed deep luxury bath are enough to say hey now . Only problems we encountered was the room service (albeit 24/7 with limits after 11), the menu, pricey, is somewhat limited due to being anchored to a Seattle / Seafarers style restaurant. We did try and assorted bunch of items from each of the mealtimes as well as snacks and drinks. Three items needed refunds due to just not delivering on the order despite calling more than 2x to remedy the problem before the food arrived. What we did have was plenty ample, mostly tasty and for the most part enjoyed with no further complaints. That said... Many will find the Hotel 1000 a great stay.

First off just book it! My stay here was AWESOME… first time in Seattle and staying here made it worth this trip. We were there for our anniversary and I called the day before arrival to ask about transportation from the airport this lady was very helpful in explaining how to get from the airport to the property from the train ( thank you Iris) the moment we walked in we were greeted (thank you, Stephen), and from the front desk ( Thank you sweet Krystal ) who checked us in and helped us to know the city by showing us where was what and food spots and transportation, we decided we wanted to be like the locals and get around on city bus/ trains and eat at the local spots and it was the best decision we thank her for that. THE ROOM was so clean and comfortable, and the view was decent ( bay view) we got a complimentary bottle of champagne and chocolate and a sweet card from the hotel for our anniversary, my favorite part of the room was the soaking tub perfect addition to my stay well-well-needed relaxation that came with a sash of lavender every night before bed after a day downtown, you get bottles of water and Ice for turn down. Mostly the Main attractions are within walking distance ( pier, aquarium, Pike market, and more ) hotel food from the restaurant downstairs was also good. All other employees we came across spoke and were polite Overall stay no complaints I gave it 5 what I disliked was we had to leave lol. Thank you for such good hospitality and customer service.

Hotel 1000 was lovely. Checking was fast and polite, the lobby is beautiful and the location can’t be beat. We stayed in a corner junior suite. The view wasn’t much, but the room was stylishly decorated and very cozy. The lavender on the pillow and ice in the ice bucket upon arrival were nice. The bed was lush and comfortable and the bathroom was huge and luxurious. The ceiling filled tub was fun, if a bit loud to fill. The room was very quiet and we enjoyed our stay very much.

The top golf suite was a little lame versus what it is advertised to be. Late night room service was not good at all and waste of money.
