Reviews
The hotel is generally well-liked for its cleanliness, comfortable rooms, and friendly staff. However, guests frequently express dissatisfaction with the high cost and availability of parking, as well as the lack of free Wi-Fi and complimentary breakfast.
- Clean and comfortable rooms
- Friendly and helpful staff
- High cost and limited availability of parking
- Lack of free Wi-Fi and complimentary breakfast

The staff was incredible. They were so helpful every time we talked to them.
- 5/5
The property is well located in the heart of Seattle, the rooms are comfortable and clean. The best part of our stay was the staff. They went above and beyond. Special shout out to Crystal at the front desk who took such good care of our family, including booking our shuttle service, restaurant recommendations, and overall helpful and friendly demeanor. Thank you!
- 5/5
The staff were incredibly helpful when I got there with my party. The breakfast was also absolutely delicious. There weren’t too many amenities to use, but it’s fine because we didn’t need anything extra. 10/10 would stay again.
- 4/5
Staff was very friendly. The restaurant had a good food selection but seemed to be short menus. There was only one wrinkled used paper menu floating around the bar. Hotel Room had dirty windows , a hard bed, and no information about room service or amenities in the room. Not enough elevators working so everyone was crammed and long waits to get up to room. Great location. Just expected more for the price.
- 4.5/5
Breakfast was very good and more than expected in quantity. Location was fine. Parking garage is awkward and a bit confusing.
- 4/5
Not all elevators working bathroom problems
- 3/5
The staff was extremely helpful and the rooms were clean. The rates are quite high and there are add on rates for parking (very steep) and breakfast (no complimentary continental breakfast) so this is not perhaps the best choice for leisure travelers. This would be better for business travelers or those with a generous vacation budget.
- 5/5
Close to highway,
- 5/5
The hotel is ideally located and has immaculate staff and facilities.
- 5/5
All was well and met my expectations
- 2/5
Breakfast staff on June 8th,2026 was rude. Only the lady (African American) was kind. Several staff were suffering from cold but still serving. Julio is an exception. She is very good.

- 2/5
Disappointing
- 5/5
Other than the half the elevators not working, it was great
- 4/5
Parking was horrible unable to accommodate a full size vehicle
- 3/5
电梯大问题要下楼永远没有机会都是等待20分钟每次开门都是满员,必须按上楼键从你所在的楼层不情愿的上到顶层然后到大堂。
- 5/5
Quality service Will stay again
- 5/5
I wish I had more food options but you could literally walk to anything that you needed. Great place, friendly smiles!
- 5/5
Great staff
- 5/5
Staff were super friendly and courteous and the hotel and the room were super clean and upgraded. The location was excellent!
- 5/5
The only meals we had were at the coffee bar, the heated sandwiches were tasty!
- 1/5
The bathroom was dirty...BLACK HAIR IN TUB.....GROSS....Elevator was 30 minutes waiting....front check in was a long line with only 1 staff working the desk...
- 5/5
Everyone was helpful. The property was clean. The only issue we had was the car service they ordered for us arrived over thirty minutes late but the hotel was nice and located in good spot
- 5/5
Lovely hotel, walkable to waterfront.
- 5/5
Staff was great
- 5/5
Good location, super staff
- 5/5
Exceptional
- 5/5
The lobby was clean with available open seating just to relax. There was a bar that had happy hour. And many more places to just sit back and relax with your family or friends. The food was a bit pricey but that's what you'd expect at a hotel. The lobby staff was very welcoming. Our room was clean, bright, & spacious. My only negatives would be that I wish that the hotel had Airport transportation or cruise port transportation.
- 5/5
Good location before catching cruise ship.
- 4/5
Love the location, close to the downtown area.
- 3/5
And I didn’t mind this, but this hotel is at the top of a steep hill and most attractions are at the bottom. Overall, it was an OK stay. I probably wouldn’t stay here again.
- 4/5
Check-in staff was helpful. Room was clean and the location is downtown near plenty of shops and restaurants. Microwave was only available on one floor. Ice was only available on 3 floors. Breakfast buffet was $34 plus 20% add on fee and 10.5% tax. Our breakfast for two was $85. Gymnasium was adequate but leg machine was broken. Bar was nice with helpful bartenders just expensive.
- 5/5
Location is ok. A little distance from the main attractions but doable.
- 4/5
Clean
- 5/5
Fantastic hotel well situated near the harbour in Seattle. Great staff and facilities
- 4/5
Let’s start with the front desk staff, they were amazing, very attentive and helpful, the room was clean and besides one of the beds that had a mattress damaged, (but was reported to the front desk staff) and it was replaced in less than 30 minutes. The food at the bar, food was ok, bar staff not that ok, we used it to eat dinner the night we arrived and service was horrible well “terrible” to be fair. But the property is beautiful and most of the employees are great.
- 4.5/5
The breakfast buffet was delicious with good variety and was included with our stay. The hotel location was excellent to walk down to Shoreline drive and to Pike Place Market. Also it was close to the public transportation to access other parts of Seattle itself. One of the female servers actually charged us for the buffet and did not check the guest list who had the breakfast package. Annoying to have to go to front desk to correct it. Also the front desk did not provide us with any bottled water when venturing out for the day. They kept saying they were out when other visitors seemed to get them. Our room faced the I5 freeway so it was noisy.
- 5/5
Nice hotel, good location… drinks at the bar are a little pricey but other than that it was great.
- 5/5
There is no self park for large SUVS

Hotel is aging and could use a refresh.
- 1/5
Parking fee was too expensive and they charged even wi-fi.
- 5/5
Great Downtown Seattle hotel with excellent breakfast restaurant and very friendly staff.
- 5/5
Clean room, nice professional staff. A bit noisy from close proximity to highway if used to quiet spaces.
- 3/5
Female staff is very friendly and helpful, male staff could be improved
- 4/5
Great
- 5/5
Property was clean and the staff were very helpful. Nice that they had on-site parking
- 5/5
The property was pretty nice and clean. The water pressure in the shower was very weak. Overall good stay.
- 5/5
Good selection
- 5/5
The smell of the lobby alone is reason to come back. Parking garage was easy, staff was friendly!
- 2/5
Caution if you value quiet and sleep. They will put you right on I-5 with constant freeway noise even if you specifically make a request to be away from the freeway.
- 2/5
There was no hot water for showers. I had to take a very luke warm shower. If I had know the water was not going to heat up I probably would not have showered. Two more in my party declined to shower because of the water temperature. The hotel sent up an "engineer" who turned on the hot water in both the sink and tub with the explanation that the hot water had to travel quite a distance. He walked out leaving the "hot" water running. After approximately 5 minutes of the water running there was no difference in temperature. Things were great until then. But I do expect a hot shower with my accommodations.
- 2/5
Had expected there to be free parking when I booked, got charged for parking. Ordered room service and asked on the phone for hot water, was told that could happen and when the food was delivered it was ice cold water, I had asked the lady who delivered it if we could get the hot water I asked for she said no and walked away immediately.
- 4/5
I liked the view and location. Setting up the WiFi was annoying and I couldn’t figure out the AC or how to open a window.
- 5/5
Beautiful Hotel, Amazing Staff, Comfy Beds, and Great Restaurant.
- 5/5
Amazing location, great room, and service
- 5/5
They were all very helpful and polite.front desk was the greatest
- 5/5
Slightly the location at first but got used to it.
- 5/5
Great stay, everyone was courteous and professional. From the doorman to the concierge service. Excellent!!!
- 5/5
They were able to point out places of interest to visit. The only issue I had was with the hotel itself. It would be nice if they offer airport shuttle or free parking for those that rent a car.
- 5/5
Great and enjoyable stay at the renaissance! Staff were extremely helpful and ready to assist at any moment. Would highly recommend this place!
- 5/5
They make good use of an old building. The gym was nicer than expected for a hotel
- 5/5
Very good place
- 5/5
Perfect for touring Seattle and not too far from cruise ships
- 5/5
We had a wonderful stay at the Renaissance. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the overall ambiance of the hotel was sophisticated. The biggest highlight though was the incredible staff. Each staff member we engaged with was warm, sincere, and helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure that we had a good stay. We’d definitely recommend booking here.

Location was perfect for our trip

The rooms are clean. The staff from front desk to the dining area are very accommodating and helpful. They made our stay at Renaissance a wonderful experience. And the hotel is walking distance to Pike Market and St James Cathedral.

Staff tried to be helpful as much as possible with language barrier. Not a lot of workers spoke english well.

The staff was super helpful and assisted us with checking in early before our scheduled check in time. The room was very clean upon arrival.

- 4/5
I feel for the price of this hotel should include a continental breakfast for guests. Also the price for overnight parking in the garage is crazy. If your a guest should be free or at least no more than $20.00. $55.00 is crazy.
- 2/5
Paid extra for breakfast. There's was never any reference to it being a continental buffet. Only that it was 2 cooked breakfasts. I wouldn't have paid for it had I been aware that was the situation. The bartender was extremely slow. The drinks have an absurd mark up. For the price I paid to stay here. All I saw was mediocrity in a fancy looking package. I've worked for years in hotels and restaurants... This is one I without hesitation will say that I'm never coming back to.
- 5/5
Clean rooms 10/10
- 5/5
Great hotel I recomendded
- 3/5
Only complaint is you have to pay for WiFi use per day.

- 4/5
Price was good
- 5/5
Clean room, breakfast great room
- 5/5
Excellent location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Many ancillary services provided. Excellent breakfast buffet if you sign up for breakfast when you reserve your room. Hotel is maintained and it was a pleasure to stay there.
- 2.5/5
Nice room Parking should be included and not have to pay extra to park in their garage
- 5/5
Clean rooms, small bathrooms compared to size of room, but overall great stay and location
- 5/5
Excellent
- 5/5
Staff was very nice and swift with the process. Very well maintained hotel. Nicely clean.
- 3/5
No free wifi is not something I expected
- 5/5
We attribute our wonderful stay at your hotel primarily to your front desk employee, Crystal Camacho. Her suggestions for how we could maximize enjoyment of our limited visit to Seattle, helpful directions, and her cheerful, sincere, and caring personality far exceeded the often impersonal treatment given at other hotels.
- 5/5
Our room was clean and the staff was excellent. My only regret is not using the available amenities offered. I do suggest planning meals and transportation accordingly as most of the local restaurants are limited and there’s a lot of hills and etc.
- 5/5
Dinner was amazing and staff was so helpful ☺️
- 4/5
The elevator situation was nuts, but otherwise great
- 5/5
Clean and comfortable
- 5/5
Great stay ! Enjoyed all 👍
- 5/5
The restaurants were lovely. Quiet halls and no foul smells. Stay here, It’s beautiful.
- 4/5
Parking is a pain. Didn’t want to pay $65 a night
- 4/5
Everything was fine … bathroom needs to be updated.
- 5/5
Wish the elevators worked better. Second time I’ve stayed here when it was packed and two elevators were out of commission.
- 5/5
Everything was great the only thing I did not See valuing charging six dollars For a small bag of chips Filling forced to buy them because that's all there was But other than that I enjoy staying there every time I go
- 5/5
I got a room with king size bed. Room was spacious and clean! Be prepared to walk up hill to get to this hotel if you are in foot! Overall, great stay! Would definitely stay here again
- 3/5
Clean hotel BUT there was always a line for the elevator. Took very long to be able to get to your room. No matter what time of day it was. Five elevators and probably had one working.
- 4/5
Room was very clean, staff was very nice and food was excellent.
- 5/5
Nice hotel located in a central area close to the market and shopping. The rooms are spacious.
- 5/5
Friendly & helpful staff
- 5/5
Clean, in town and very affordable.. Thank you
- 5/5
Great location, friendly staff, nice rooms. Rooms could use a bit more lighting.
- 5/5
Clean room and friendly staff! Great location!

- 3/5
Our room was dirty. There was urine all over the floor in the bathroom. The wooden cabinet that the heater is in had the door broken off and sitting on the floor. Housekeeping never came in the 3 days. We asked for towels the last night at 9:30. They said they would bring them up and nobody ever brought us any. The rest of the property seemed ok. Would not stay there again

- 5/5
It was a great night in the city!
- 3/5
The shower plumbing is defective and unsightly. The shower head was replaced, but the hole in the tile was not covered. The toggle to turn the shower on was defective, with water constantly leaking out. The shower toggle did not turn off properly, so I got sprayed with cold water.
- 5/5
The staff was exceptionally kind and professional. Room was very nice along with a nice bar and breakfast availability! Lots of things to do close by.
- 5/5
From check in to check out the whole process was seamless.
- 4/5
Clean facility, great location, helpful staff.
- 5/5
Staff were extremely helpful for places to go. Loved the bar atmosphere and hospitality. Great location for downtown tourism spots.
- 5/5
Clean room. Great staff
- 5/5
Clean, comfortable, close to downtown activities we traveled for. Walkable to several restaurants.
- 4/5
It was good except valet didnt tell us no one knew how to drive a manual and I told them I didnt want my room cleaned because I was leaving my purse while we attemded an event but they did clean our room.

Capucino was extra ! Cheap american breakfast, not even crosaints were avalible !
- 5/5
Beautiful hotel, staff was friendly and nice, location was good. Elite member lounge is one of the best I’ve seen with a great view and food
- 3/5
Highway and Ac was very loud, they were kind enough to switch room for us, which ended up the same. Electrician was very patient and nice, just the noise wasn't the best.
- 3/5
Stayed here recently for New Year's. We booked mainly to have a nice dinner in the restaurant with the views of the city. However, we found out the restaurant was closed, only the bar was open. Parking is pretty difficult at this location. There is also only one elevator to access the parking garage. So lines for the elevator are pretty substantial when everyone is checking out at the same time and there's no other way to get to your vehicle. Make sure to not get a room near the freeway as you will hear traffic all night. Soundproof rooms are also not soundproof. You can definitely hear others next door. We also had an issue with our heater where it wouldn't shut off and the room got up to 94 degrees where I had to call the front desk at 2am to come help. Nice staff but with the all of the above I will not stay here again.
- 5/5
Staff are tremendous and the hotel and rooms are extremely cleans well kept. Excellent location.

Great location
- 3/5
The bar was good, although it was a very busy night. There was no breakfast service available for me. I understood from my booking tjat breakfast was included They also charged $12.95 for wifi. Any hotel i have been to offers basic wifi for free.
- 4/5
We arrived early and the check-in staff was very gracious and helpful with getting us checked into a room and locating our Marriott membership account. The room was very clean and adequately furnished. The pillows were a bit uncomfortable for sleeping and there was no extra blanket. When we asked for one we were brought the thinnest of all blankets - which we had a laugh about. The hotel lobby/bar decor is odd and not very inviting. The food (bar & restaurant) was surprisingly good but the service was inconsistent. All-in-all it was a good stay and we will return.
- 1/5
I got charged way more than my bill . Dealing with all that now . Vallet hit my car and scratched it
- 5/5
Clean room
- 5/5
We had a short stay for a football game. Front desk staff was excellent. Gave us some tips, a map, and upgraded our floor as a first time customer. It is very high on a hill so I don’t recommend if you are not fit to walk a lot. Otherwise I would recommend this hotel.
- 5/5
the room was clean and the staff was helpful and friendly.
- 5/5
Clean. Friendly staff.
- 5/5
Parking fee though was just crazy!
- 3/5
I booked king/queen bed but upon arrival was given two double beds and then told they were all out of rooms. They gave a free breakfast voucher for the inconvenience. Nice hotel but not sure I'd stay there again.
- 5/5
Excellent
- 5/5
Great service!
- 3/5
Not up to par with other renaissance hotels I’ve stayed at such as Edmonton, Montreal, Baltimore, Cincinnati
- 5/5
Good
- 5/5
a very friendly place to stay the staff is awesome.
- 5/5
Room was clean. Elevators fast. Beds comfortable. Shower hot and good pressure.
- 5/5
Friendly staff and clean, spacious room. We arrived early and were able to check in. We felt secure and still close to the Boardwalk and Pike's Place.
- 5/5
Great place to stay for a weekend in Seattle
- 5/5
Great service and hotel. Early checkin at 10am, what!? Amazing. Customer Service above and beyond! A+++ Thank you!!!
- 5/5
Clean, comfortable
- 5/5
Internet was fast, check in was easy and pleasant. The drinks in the bar were mediocre.
- 5/5
It was unbelievable overwhelming but great overall
- 2/5
Equivalent to staying at holiday in, better of trying something else. Hotel is getting hold & you can tell, they will soon have to Reno or I hope so. Parking is ridiculous at $66+ USD A day! Another +$10 for Valet parking.. Over all decent hotel nothing amazing.
- 5/5
The service and rooms were really good. It was a great location and close to the Safeco.
- 5/5
Excellent
- 5/5
The staff here truly care about their guests. I had an incident occur and Dora was a God send for my predicament. She had answers and was so caring. Thank you to the entire staff. Just a comfort.
- 4/5
The buffet breakfast was super expensive-$90 for 2 of us and there wasn’t even a made-to order area, just “blah” pastries and okayish other items.
- 5/5
I have stayed here many times and live it. Very comfortable bed and great bar.
- 5/5
Everytime i come to Seattle I absolutely must stay here. The property is immaculate. I always come for football games so sometimes i show up at 8 am and i always get an early check in. The staff is also always very friendly.
- 5/5
Everything was and went smoothly thank you. We had a great time in Seattle
- 5/5
Awesome Hotel!
- 3/5
Maybe offer free WIFI…
- 5/5
Great staff and super clean!!
- 5/5
Room very nice, clean and well appointed. Front desk help excellent.
- 5/5
Super clean, close to lots bars and restaurants
- 5/5
Clean room, they allowed us to check in early, complimentary drink at the bar, great location!
- 5/5
Great hotel
- 5/5
Because there was a delay in my checking in, they upgraded me to a corner room that had a separate living room. Quite nice!
- 4/5
They are definitely running short staffed. Our dinner host running the bar was up to eyeballs in guests, and needed a second assist. He was lovely in the face of the demands on him, even so. Twelve floors up I felt we were on the freeway, not above it. Our room was very clean and well attended with items for bathing.

- 4/5
It was a great stay, but I was not happy about the bar charging a 20% service charge (for just 3 drinks), and then not telling me about it when handing us the bill. I tipped on top of that and nothing was said. This was an asian guy working the bar. Most establishments tell you when there's a mandatory service charge already added and seemed quite shady that nothing was said (the bar wasn't busy either so it wasn't an oversight).
- 5/5
Clean, good helpful staff! Overall great experience.
- 5/5
Amazing customer service! Thank you Sarah for being extra great❤️
- 5/5
Comfortable, clean, spacious, excellent steelhead dinner at the lounge
- 3/5
The vibe is the nice. The staff are not super accommodating.
- 4/5
Very nice rooms.
- 5/5
Nice walkable area
- 4/5
We did not park or shop. There is a public market about 6 blocks awsy.
- 3/5
Unfortunately, when we checked in at 6 PM, our room is still not ready because they allowed people to check out so late. The staff was very friendly and handled it professionally however we were very disappointed because it made us late for our event that night and we ended up even having to change our room type just to get our stuff in a room. Since we were gonna be arriving back to the hotel, so late at night.
- 5/5

- 3/5
Friendly staff but I had to call multiple times just to have housekeeping come during our trip. For the price I’m paying, I shouldn’t have to beg for towels. Luggage storage was very useful and great bar.
- 5/5
Nice place self parking works well
- 5/5
Our room was nice and clean and the staff was very friendly and informative.
- 5/5
Very clean and spacious and convenient location.
- 5/5
Great service, love the water in the lobby.
- 5/5
Everyone was so kind and professional. They all helped me navigate the area very well. All the staff were hands on and very friendly. My only concern would be when I first got into my room, the conjoining door was unlocked on my side. I would’ve felt more comfortable if it was locked upon my entry.
- 4/5
AM ok
- 5/5
The rooms were great. They were clean and comfortable. The view was awesome.

It was a nice room , clean & nice view. Would have liked a detailed statement when checking out. Feel like there were charges on my visa which we had no idea for what, also the lounge never told us there was a automatic 20% tip fee on our bill so we ended up double tipping. Crazy!
- 3/5
Parking was expensive ($74/night), and valet took over 20 minutes to retrieve our car. The bed was the most uncomfortable I’ve ever slept in—my back and neck were so out of whack that I needed a massage after my stay. Sleeping was really painful. Everything else, however, was wonderful—beautiful, clean, and very well-kept!
- 5/5
Beautiful lobby, clean room, very comfortable beds. About a 7 minute walk to symphony station for the train.
- 5/5
Easy access and friendly staff
- 3/5
No car charger option for valet for EV’s
- 5/5
Stayed here the night before our Alaska cruise. Hotel check in staff were excellent and we were able to check in early. Room was very clean, comfortable and a great value. Would stay here again.
- 4/5
Super tacky. It’s September, so it’s weird and tacky.
- 5/5
The staff was amazing, fromm check in to check out all the way to the valet, they always were welcoming and smiling.
- 5/5
Easy to get to and still close to everything. The showers are the absolute best!

Nice hotel, room was available for early check in
- 5/5
Everything was excellent from check in to check out.
- 4/5
It was an above average hotel in a decent location. Put that on a billboard expedia
- 5/5
Location was very centrally located, attentive staff, nice complimentary 515 happy hour. Rooms were vwry well appointed.
- 4/5
Nice
- 5/5
Great location to Pike Place Market and other downtown areas. Easily walkable to public transit. Room was very clean. They will store your luggage before/after check in so you have more time to explore before your flight.
- 4/5
An adjoining room for the kids would have been nice or just a cot in the double room. Family of 5 needing 2 rooms is a bit much.
- 5/5
Close walking distance to pike place market
- 3/5
This hotel is not a good value at all. I could not believe you had to be a Marriott member or you had to pay $12.95/day for WiFi. I have never heard of a hotel doing this before, but maybe it’s because I mostly travel internationally. The room was dark but clean. The front desk staff were friendly.

Staff always had an attitude no matter what time of day. And extremely expensive for what? They do not have a pool and no complimentary anything, you have to be a member or join their rewards program to even get free WiFi. Ridiculous. And the prices at the Bar? Grotesquely pricey for mediocre drinks. Can’t imagine staying here again.

Great location. Staff was friendly.

Not very walkable for someone with mobility issues…staff were wonderful, kind and attentive. Accommodated us with early check ins and late check outs and when a previous guest in an adjacent room left an alarm set for 4:00am (!) they responded immediately.

Didn’t love that the cleaning lady, on the morning of checkout, pushed her way into the room when we answered the door saying we weren’t ready for a turn down. She came by at 9, check out is at noon. We had plenty of time. She literally pushed her way into the room when we answered the door.

Everyone was very friendly and very helpful

The staff is excellent. Location is very convenient.

Very very friendly staff. Walkable to Lumen Field and Pike Place. Comfortable rooms.

Staff was great

Unfortunately we did not have a good stay. We paid for a room with a city view. Instead we could see another building and the windows were filthy. On the second day we got to our room and the room was not done.

Hotel is ok
- 5/5
This is a very nice upscale hotel. The staff are very helpful and cordial. Overnight parking is a bit pricey but you can self park or valet. Hotel amenities about. There are two dining options on site. The hotel is about 5 blocks walk from the Pike Market Place, big Ferris wheel, dining options, art, and about 8 blocks from aquarium. Be prepared for steep walk uphill back to hotel.

Service in the restaurant was lacking during breakfast time
- 5/5
Staff was very professional. I was very impressed that you could not get on the elevator without a room key card
- 1/5
Our hotel room was very dusty, and the wall was sticky and dirty behind the desk where it looked liked someone dropped their coffee or sods and it was never cleaned up.
- 1/5
Had to cancel and no credit or refund
- 5/5
We only stayed for an overnight to see a concert at T-Mobile, but it was comfortable and had everything we needed. It’s about a 20 min walk to T-Mobile and Lumen Field with some hills so really fairly easy.
- 5/5
Would have liked breakfast included for this price. Otherwise a solid hotel.
- 5/5
Very pretty and clean inside. Many homeless outside. But like any big city , I realize they can’t do anu
- 3/5
Hotel is right off of the freeway so there is the noise. Our room was dusty, remote for tv didn't work and couldn't reach back of wall to unplug the tv to turn it off, tried calling the front desk and room phone didn't work as well.
- 5/5
Staff was wonderful. Very friendly. Let us check in early. I really don’t like the city so it was a great place to stay in my cozy room and order delicious room service.
- 5/5
Very nice hotel big and busy but really cool spot
- 5/5
Very clean, staff was very helpful. Easy to get transportation if too far to walk.

Great stay

Rooms were nice, clean and comfortable. The front desk staff was wonderful in checking us in early and holding our bags. Would stay here again!

Bus transport is easy to find

Stayed at hotel to attend Morgan Wallen concert. To access the hotel you have to come up a one way street, then turn left onto the street the hotel is on. The problem is that the valet staff advised guests to leave their vehicles with flashing lights on the road. This caused a traffic jam for 5 city blocks up to the turn. We waited 50 minutes to park. Then you thrown in the ride share and cab drivers who do not follow any rules, drivers had to jockey the lanes with them. It was unreal. Next we got to our room and it was not what we booked. However, we went to the front desk and they immediately took care of us, no questions asked. Overall the time to park was the biggest headache. Staff was professional and curdious. My recommendation would be do something about the parking, I used to do valet and there is no way I would park a customers vehicle down the street and hike up a hill 50 times a day.

For a hotel at this price point and brand level, you expect certain basics like toothpaste and a toothbrush, yet none were provided. The location itself is not in the best part of town. Internet is advertised at over $12 per day for non-members—something that feels outdated in today’s hospitality standards. Even bottled water was only available at an extra charge, though the front desk kindly offered one complimentary bottle as a “members-only” perk. It’s small details like these that make a difference, and we expected more from a hotel under the Marriott name. To add to that, the beds and pillows were not comfortable, which made our stay less restful than we had hoped.

Pretty average 4 star hotel.
- 5/5
Great walk to the piers
- 5/5
Great location and cheaper than other hotels in the area. Chose to dining and bars. Easy to get on and off the freeway to go in any direction. The staff was very helpful and professional. I would stay here again in the future.

Friendly staff and clean room.
- 3/5
Service was hit and miss. -Train staff better for the dining room Elevators were insufficient to their workload and waiting long periods to get one was a regular annoyance several times a day. -Make sure they're all in service and maybe adjust their programming -or at least put ice machines etc on every floor so people don't need the elevator Beds were hard. -invest in comfortable mattress Room AC was super loud for sleeping. -Quiet ones exist Buffet breakfast included was standard hotel buffet mediocre. Coffee was good though. We wanted room service but couldn't find any information in the room on how to get some or a menu - it was hidden on a transparent QR code puck. Delivered the wrong thing. They were out of what we asked for but didn't communicate that at all or ask, just sent us something different. There was no easy or obvious way to reach them OR the front desk! -Better training No QR codes to tip - who carries cash anymore?? - post clear QR codes on the door for room service, check out info and how to reach the front desk and for tipping cleaning staff -Post QR tip codes for valet as well

Not worth the expens

AC was broken in our room. Family got no sleep. Hotel manager was extremely unhelpful. $385 was way to much for the help we received
- 5/5
Great customer service and comfortable hotel.
- 4/5
One complaint: our room was sprayed with some type of room spray or cleaning product, either near the front door of our room or bathroom? It smelled so strong - every time we walked into the room it was like a wave of bad perfume. Neither of us have allergies to fragrance but we found it irritating & probably would’ve asked to change rooms if we were staying longer than 1 night.
- 5/5
The staff is very accommodating and the hotel is very nice and easily accessible to downtown and some attractions

Bathroom was a little dated but everything was very clean. Staff were excellent.
- 5/5
The beds were comfortable, our room was clean and very nice. Staff was helpful and kind! It was a great stay, the only issue was how expensive the parking was for one night. Other than that it was a great place to stay.
- 3/5
Average stay. Hotel was overbooked due to concert and cruises.
- 3/5
Coffe maker was dirty and hadnt been touched in months given the dust and bad creamers. Lotion in bathroom was obviously used from previous guests as it was dirty with makeup or something. Bathroom curtain had old shampoo on it. Same color as what they provide. Unacceptable for over $300 night. Service was pretty good from staff otherwise.
- 3/5
Helpful staff. Drains clogged after first shower. Bathroom counter appears to be separating from wall. AC losing power.
- 5/5
I think the property is fantastic and well designed. The staff was friendly. The food looked fantastic and the bar was fun. Here before a cruise and I would stay again. The rooms are adequate for a stay, weekend or not and I didn’t have one complaint.
- 3/5
I thought that the a/c would eventually catch up but the room stayed hot all night. Way too expensive to be this uncomfortable.
- 1/5
Check in process was awful
- 5/5
Very nice hot and friendly staff
- 4/5
Really nice hotel however walking was uphill from Pike Street and a little tough on this older person. The staff was very helpful and friendly.
- 4/5
Not much around the property. Be prepared to walk and Uber/Taxi. We had to have several things repaired in the room. Cleanliness needs to be stepped up, but the staff more than makes up for it and is willing to help out.
- 5/5
I was coming off of a cruise ship at 7am and was able to get into my room much earlier than check in time. The room itself was clean and comfortable. Every staff member that I encountered was extremely helpful, welcoming and accommodating.
- 5/5
Staff is great!
- 4/5
Breakfast was good and had a lot of options. Room was very spacious
- 4/5
Staff were friendly, close to the cruise port and taxi only took 5 minutes to get to us. Restaurant food is good as well.
- 4/5
The hotel was great but they cannot accommodate pick up trucks.
- 5/5
Your concierge was a sweet and kind woman. Loved the staff. 10/10
- 5/5
We liked our stay, but there is a little traffic noise coming from the nearby freeway.
- 3/5
I booked a double bedroom unfortunately when I arrive, they informed me that all the beds have been spoken for due to a concert being in town. I was a little confused as I didn’t understand if people didn’t pre-book these type of rooms. Why would they not have enough at any rate I was provided with a credit for breakfast, which was really nice, but we had to utilize a rollaway bed to accommodate us for not having the available room type.
- 3/5
The hotel is understaffed, it needs more people working at the front desk. My original room was also dirty and smelled of strong chemical spray to cover up odors. The staff were nice enough to move me to another "chemical free" room which was much better.
- 5/5
It was a amazing stay for us
- 4/5
Hotel was busy due to cruise ships and proximity to Lumen field. Good size rooms, clean. Elevators were a little slow but staff was friendly.
- 5/5
Location was amazing
- 3/5
I felt like that upholstery in the lobbies were very dirty, we went to have a drink and an appetizer at the bar.And there was only one man working and there was a line of people waiting to order. And get drinks so we went somewhere else, the lines that the elevator were sometimes ten minute waits, the room was very muggy. And uneven on the floor, the lamp in the bedroom sofa area had to be plugged in behind the couch. There was no switch on Ito, say the least. We were not impressed for the price of the room.
