Hotel was ok clean for the age of it. Bed was super hard. Pillows as well. Great dog run/potty break area.

The rooms are very clean. The entire staff is friendly and helpful during each of our stays.

We had a quick stay at this hotel, we got to our hotel dropped off our luggage turned the AC on and left to a party when we got back five or six hours later the room smelled like pee. I woke up in the morning there were Roaches in the bathroom. I woke up my family,packed everything up and we were out of that room in five minutes.

Breakfast was amazing!! The pool was great!! Everything was clean and the staff was so nice and amazing!!!

We were treated great and had a good time. Easy to get to the national parks, ocean, everyone there was very nice.

Room stayed cool, quiet, the bathtub creaked like would eventually fall through.

The overall customer rating, photos, and room rate made it seem like the hotel facility was going to be very nice, however, there were many issues that didn’t meet our expectations. Some issues were the obscure location behind the Walgreens and Taco Bell Parking lots, the unpleasant smell in the room, and even more so in the elevator, the shower floor was creaky and felt like it was going to fall through, an the shower water temperature never got hot enough.

Breakfast was okay. The guests there were the reason I couldn’t have coffee and I couldn’t find a staff member. But it was fine. Again, it was a guest that ruined my stay really. The van whose alarm went off at the crack of dawn for like 10 minutes then went off again not long after made it hard to feel rested.

I was traveling with my 90-year-old parents and reserved wheelchair access shower and handicap rooms. When we arrive the room had a plumbing issue in the sink and was filled with disgusting water. My parents had to change rooms. I had a room of my own, and was placed in a room that had overwhelmingly Chemical smell pumping through the air conditioning and saturated the room all night. I felt nauseated. Had a headache and my throat was irritated. The next day I was moved to another room. The room my parents had been in had an issue with the toilet and water was running from the base of the toilet onto the floor. I was staying next-door and the carpet in front of my bathroom was saturated with water from my parents next door toilet .with what kind of water I do not know. The next morning,My mom tried to shower,she pulled the shower curtain and the shower curtain rod hit my 90 yr old mother in the head because it had not been anchored or secured to a wall mount. This hotel is extremely rundown and was not at all the rating that it had been given. This was not an enjoyable staying nor would I recommend it to anyone?

Good breakfast around many places to eat Jist the area to eat is so tiny, the area was full and people have to eat in te waiting area (no tables ) and if you coming here my recommendation is bring you own personal kid to the showe, because the shower have bottles but you have to press many many times to have a little soap, shampoo or rinse not good for my with long hair 😐

The only issue we have is the room smells musty when aircon is on.

Then got settled into another room and at 11:30 they called room asking for my last name. The room was booked under my name, they took a copy of my credit card and my DL when I checked in. Cherry on top was the view from my window... a chained in maintenance yard with trash cans and misc garbage. I will not be recommending.

The door to the bathroom wouldn't close, the whole bathroom area needs a complete refurbishment, mould and holes in the wall where the hand rail was readjusted. The interior of the hotel needs to be updated. Not worth the money

The inn was well staffed with very pleasant ppl. I do wish they knew the total set up of the TV equipment. They helped as much as they could but it didn’t get the TV working

Stay was ok. The pool was closed but they didn’t let us know until we got there. The second night the DIRECTV didn’t work so had no tv to watch for the remainder of our stay. Other than that it was alright.

The staff were kind, friendly and professional. Breakfast was very good and one of the staff was there to refill whatever item was getting low. The location was perfect, all kind of food were in a walking distance.

Quiet stay aside from a couple annoying trains. Dog friendly with nicely kept grounds. Staff was quick to swap me rooms after I discovered mini fridge was dead.

The place was good besides the ac/heater being very noisy when in use. I’ve stayed and many hotels with a noisy AC before but this was surprisingly noisy.

Our stay was good. Everything was fine and comfortable. We stay here because it allows pets and a reasonable pet fee.

Bathroom floors including shower wasn't cleaned propertly. Hair in the shower and floors. Rusted shower door and a tiny shower. Supplies like shampoo, conditioner and bodywash were not working properly. Beds were a little uncomfortable, my body was sore the next day. Front desk staff was great.

Had a room at the end, not much disturbance during my stay. My room had two windows to let in naturally light, so that was nice.

The staff were scooting tables and yelling at early in the morning at like 7:30 in the morning they were very loud they were yelling from one to another across from the desk into the dining area they weren't trying to be quiet at all and when I said something about getting people up and getting them out they started laughing

We stayed here for a band competition. The hotel was clean, quiet and very much uneventful. Staff is available pretty much all day and night. The only recommendation would be improve the breakfast area. It was too small and not enough tables for everyone to sit and have breakfast.

The downside was the condition of the hotel. The elevator was not running well and it was rather scary ( the buttons don’t light up and the rides are shaky) and the bathtub in the bathroom was not stable and made the noise every time you step inside the tub. But overall, it was a good place for the price.

Was a basic room had microwave and fridge. Was clean had a coffee maker. Was a nice stay. Breakfast was nice enjoyed our stay.

Close to the airport with ground transportation

Made a mistake of booking a hotel in Fresno and didn’t like it so we had to book a different one, luckily there were still rooms left at this one. Check in went smoothly and had a lovely conversation with staff. Everything was really nice!!

Things to check: the sink in the room leaked water and it was difficult to turn on. In the lobby, the automaric front door worked great for the wheelchair but the door that follow was not auomatic and i needed assistance opening which was difficult to do when dealing with a wheelchair. Staff wascgre great when i checked in.

i found condoms and others nasty items, i did tell the front desk to talk to the sanitation department . also is not a parking security, i did see many homeless walking around and checking all the cars. it was nasty

This is the second time we’ve stayed at this inn for our Golden Selma high school reunion. We like the facility and always feel welcome, enjoy the breakfast, and are close to where we are having the reunion.

The Colonial Inn was a really clean facility. The one thing we didnt like was the fact our room didnt have exhaust fan in the bathroom.

It's an ok place for a night's sleep, but a bit on expensive side for what you're getting.

You can tell that this was a once beautiful property. It has been remodeled but everting was done as cheap as humanly possible and it shows. The room was also not clean. Carpets needed vacuuming, and the room smelled of pet odor. I also think it’s the same box spring mattress for when we last stayed there in the late 1990’s- very uncomfortable.

What a great property! No wonder this one had such great ratings! We came here for a wrestling tournament. It was a little ways away from where the tournament was but it had great ratings so that's why we chose this one. The room was very nice and big. Staff was nice! The included breakfast was probably the nicest included breakfast we've had. There were so many options. Nice hot breakfast! The staff kept coming to replenish and clean up as well! And the best part was that it started at 6am on Saturday which is so helpful when we have to leave early to go to the tournament. I will definitely keep this hotel in mind for the next time we are in the area.

No shampoo, no hair dryer, extra $30 for dog, over $200 for one night in Selma. How? In the end, it was a place to sleep.

We were there to visit with family in the area. We also have our small terrier dog with us. The hotel have a great dog park area. We felt comfortable and safe.
