Very clean place has a deck above the river. On the deck there is a bbq chairs tables and the river view is marvelous. This hotel was better than the other hotels in the area and a lower price. Oh yeah it is next door to an excellent restaurant that also has a bar and slot machines. Easy and short walking distance to everything in the cozy little town. Everybody seemed very friendly and helpful. One of the best ways that you can enjoy fishing for trout and salmon in the Rogue river. Local guided fishing trips also available across the street from this hotel. Was running late, called the hotel my check in time would be after hours and my room was already booked. Without hesitation the staff told me what room was mine and the would leave the door unlocked to the room. They even left a six pack of bottled water in the room for me. Highly recommend!

Cute place, very peaceful stay, we stayed 3 nights close to Grocery store and a few restaurants, Miguel's restaurants was our favorite.only thing I would recommend is adding some light curtains in the middle of the blackout curtains to let some light in the room without everyone outside being able to see inside. 1.5hrs away from Taketee falls.

The location was good. Although this is an older property, the inside had been refurbished and was clean. I had to request more toilet tissue- one roll was not enough. Aside from Keurig-type coffee (which we didn’t use)and supplies there was NOTHING in the kitchenette. Not a towel, not a knife, not a glass, nothing. There was a sign near the door, that you may not take anything that is not yours, so maybe they have had a problem with stealing.

Nice location next to River Shower was unusable if over 5 foot 4. Bed uncomfortable. The sound of a sliding door went on and on for a couple of hours around 10pm at night to midnight, then stared again at 8am. Staff was nice, offered another room but we had such a miserable two nights in the first room they gave us we decided to cut it short, even if we lose money. It’s cheap but not worth it, unless you are prepared: this is one step above camping.

It’s right next to the Rogue River. Our room had a view and balcony. The staff was friendly and helpful. They were able to accommodate our need for early check in. The restaurant nextdoor was fabulous!

For the location, the price was decent. Shady Cove is a small town, and the hotel was nicely centrally located. The staff was very helpful in checking me in. My main complaint with the room, is the small shower. It is probably half size stall. At 6 foot four, I had some difficulty with it. It also could be updated with fixtures and the stall itself.

This is an older motel. It was in great repair for its age. Staff was very helpful and courteous. Would recommend and would stay there again.
