We thought we would have at least a queen bed, and it was a full instead very hard for two adults to sleep on, very dirty and uncomfortable, also check out time is at 11 am and ladies were knocking on our door at 845 am, Windows were left open to anyone to climb in the building and very dirty area

Room was clean, beds are comfy, stuffy smell, key cards quit working a couple times. All in all it's an OK place to stay but price wise to expensive.

SOMEONE BILLED SOME KIND OF CABLE THING TO MY CARD, AND TRIED IT AGAIN WHILE I WAS TALKING TO MY BANK AND THEY BLOCKED IT. MY CARD HAS HAD TO BE FROZEN BECAUSE OF THIS. VERY INCONVENIENT!..NOT SURE IF ILL RETURN TO THIS PLACE AGAIN NOW...

The staff was amazing and very helpful especially. I only stayed for one night, not to sure if they are remodeling but there was a fan in the main entrance which was loud they were maybe drying paint. Once I walked into the room I could immediately smell mold, bed was uncomfortable. I didn’t get that much sleep I could hear everything since I was on the first floor and close to the check in desk. I only seen one security camera ( facing front door ) nothing to the parking lot. I only booked because I seen good reviews but I won’t stay again.

It was okay not the best but there wasn’t many options. The beds were too small, the ac unit was so loud, and the rear entrance of the building didn’t even locked.

This facility was great for a quick night's stay while traveling. The room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. They didn't have a lot of amenities, but when you just need a bed to sleep in, it's great!

Liz at the front was wonderful and polite. The room was clean, fridge and freezer worked very well. It was an overnight stay and close to an event. The outdoor lighted pergola was nice to sit outside and chat with family.

No we were not happy at all with our stay. We arrived at 4:30 p.m. to check in and they had given my room to someone else. The front office clerk was very apologetic and tried to find a room for us, she found one. We went to the room put our things in it. A few minutes later we realized someone was in the restroom. The room was occupied by another guest. Since we had a lot of family in the motel we were able to stay in a room with some of them. Later that night they found a room for us but I was told I had to repay for the new room and they were not going to honor our reservations. This was told to me that the Mgr. Liz Cantu had told the receptionist. the next morning spoke to the owner and he told me that should of not have happen to us they should had honored the reservations, that's why I will never again use this Motel 6 and I will let my friends and family know of our experience. One more thing trying to get a number to Hotels.com in impossible.

The check in process was messed up. My key didn’t work then when I got the room it had mold ! I was told that there was no additional rooms and I got another that was in terrible conditions

The room was small, but very clean. Love the LVT flooring--no carpet is wonderful!

The staff was very nice. The room had a bad odor. There were bugs on the floor moving around. It was the only place that was close to where we needed to be and plus it was late. We sprayed perfume to help with the smell and was stepping on the bugs to kill them. Loved the staff.

My issue is I pay with a different credit card upon arrival every time and this time the front desk person didn't bother asking she gave some story that her boss said to use what was on file. Funny she didn't ask anyone anything while we were checking in she just did it and was not friendly about it at all. I'm not a very happy customer and I stay at your hotel at least 4-6 times a year and I know how it works and for her to tell me some BS story like that it pissed me off. Plus I'm really tired of her eating while checking me in.

Stayed there with my bestie before my wedding and it was perfect! Just check if your windows are locked bc ours wasn’t and neither was my sisters in another room lol so be careful and there NO ELEVATOR lol anyways yea peace out

Easy location

I did not like the furniture or the dark halls. It would be nice if you had a swimming pool & hot tub. There were no pictures on the walls.

Comfortable , affordable for a two night stay. Usually is very quiet although you can hear others easily slamming doors and arguing. Would stay again if on a budget or just need a last minute room.

I had reserved a king size bed for my reservation. And did not get it, also the bed was very hard Not a comfortable sleep.

12/31/23 basketball being played in the parking lot around guests cars from 830-10pm then the fireworks started around 10pm and lasted until about 230am. These were being done next to guests cars and the gas station next door. We got maybe 3 hrs sleep. A full refund of both our rooms should be given. 108 T Maxfield & 110 TJones. Worst visit ever.

The bed was very comfortable which is really important to me, good quality sheets. When I was cold I was given extra blankets. Front desk help especially Ayesha and Michelle were great. Housekeeping was hit and miss but that wasn't a big deal.

We were out there for a quinceañera. It was a big family. Wish we could have been offered a discount and close by rooms

Had stayed here about 8 years ago & let's just say that it was a place to sleep for the night. I walked in & although it was not the Hilton, it was much nicer than last night. Seems that the owners decided to remodel to where everything was much nicer, more modern, cleaner, & had a better appearance. Long overdue, but done. It was very quiet so I had a pleasant stay. Will be back whenever in the area.

Check-in was easy and quick. The room and lobby were clean. Bed was comfortable. Dining options within 2 miles was limited but that is not the motel's fault--just the way it is.

Bed was advertised as a queen bed, but was a full size. Didn't bother to notify staff, they probably don't have a queen size bed hiding in a closet somewhere 🤔. 👎

It was quick and inexpensive clean room

Overall fairly clean inside. Parking lot slightly less clean...there was an air conditioning unit on the sidewalk on the south parking lot, also, there were spots on the sidewalk where bird poop has dropped from the trees, so, don't park your car there! But these were minor; overall, it was a positive experience.

Everything was perfect, we had gone for a family funeral. The room was very neat and clean. There were some Mexican men (workers) outside drinking and they had the music real loud & it was kinda late, we hate to complain but had no choice . The young lady at the front took care of that. PERFECT!

Bed was clean. Unknown odor. the sink faucet sprayed out wetting our clothes. Bathrm door had white stains. There was only 1 small bar of soap. And Strangest thing was car freshener(pinetree)hanging from a/c wall vent

Everything was fine but the one thing I couldnt get over is the smell of the hotel room 122 I don’t know what type of smell it was but it was horrendous I really think it smells like mold or smoking something but the smell just stayed there all night it needs to be checked out because I really wanted to leave but I couldn’t get my money back so I felt like I had to stay there

Place was ok needed better maintenance in cleaning, there was hair and dust in bathroom, pillows were very uncomfortable, and room was not cold enough..

Poor lighting in room would send sparks when trying to turn on bed lamps, huge light behind TV would not turn off and only had 1 mirror in bathroom. Would have been nice to have more pillows and another blanket.

No elevator

Room was clean and bed was comfy. However, mini frig looked like it had been left in the weather and was all rusty. Microwave didn't work either.

We did not get to stay there. The power was out to the whole building and was no timing back on until about 3:30-4:00 in the morning. We had to find another place to stay.

We tried to call office to get pillows and wifi password noone answered.

I was somewhat disappointed. The only soda machine was out of order. Why do decorators put black on/off buttons on black backgrounds for lights that are off in a dark room? I had to fumble to find any light switches between the beds. I must have been near the laundry because it sounded like I was listening to the dryer all night. There was no "guest guide" in the room to let me know where I could get a meal or get the cold soda I would have significantly enjoyed after a 300-mile drive. On the plus side - I slept well. The bed was comfortable. The corner design for the tub/shower combination was excellent. But, as with virtually all motels, no plug for the tub. After my journey, I would have thoroughly enjoyed a soak in a hot bath.

I liked that is was close to the highway. I didn't like that the lock from the door was broken and the first thing we saw walking in was a roach on the floor and it had a bad smell.

This property was pretty much what I expected from a Motel 6, as just a motel where I could rest while on a long road trip / move. The main issue I personally had was that the air conditioning unit was vibrating. I arrived at the hotel too late in the evening and did not realize the AC vibration/noise issue until it was so late that transferring rooms would have been extremely inconvenient. In the stairwell, it appeared that there was a white powdery substance (perhaps some kind of cleaner) on the stairs - perhaps they did not vacuum there often enough. The staff seemed nice from the limited interaction I had with them and I felt safe at the property. I wish they would pay more attention to the air conditioning units. Otherwise, this is a basic economy motel that pretty much 'gets the job done'. In my opinion, the quality of the bed in the room was fair, but probably about average for a motel (and not at the average level for a Hilton, Courtyard, or Holiday Inn).

Checked in my first room had mold on the ceiling with smell being as soon as door was open . Manager was polite though when I told him . He offered me another room which was double bed . Had reserved queen. Had no option but to take it sense when I made reservation it said no refunds.

DIRTY!! Pubic hairs on sheets, sink and toilet seat. Roaches all over!! There was a dirty sock from previous guests on the floor in plain view. Horrible place to stay!!

There was no coffee firsf room was dirty bed and tv didnt work. Next room toilet backed up. There was no one workin front desk. They had quit.

Dirty roaches the sink was dirty had roaches on the wall and the headboard move us to another room in that room had roaches I wanted my money back but they told me if I got my money back I had to leave and I didn't want to wake my kids up at 1:00 in the morning so slept in a roach fest room constantly looking over to make sure no roaches was not crawling on us they contact the head person and he never contact back because he didn't give a s*** you just want our money

Grounds unkempt. Only one bolt holding the toilet seat on. No coffee available. Window cracked by what looks like a gun shot. WAAAY overpriced. I really just didn't have a choice, so we stayed.

This hotel was awful. Upon driving up to the hotel, there was trash all over the parking lot and all of the trash cans were overflowing. The hallways reeked of cigarette smoke as this hotel still has smoking rooms. There was trash outside our room as if they swept out the room into the hallway and didn’t clean it up. Next, the room had an overwhelming scent of Clorox that never subsided. This smell left us all with a headache. The toilet never quit running, the tv remote didn’t work which was inconvenient since the tv was mounted near the ceiling. The beds were small, hard and both sets of bedding were stained. This place was so uncomfortable, we ended up paying to stay somewhere different. Save your money and stay somewhere else!

You charge me 211 dollars and never send me my reservation or confirmation number and I try all the opcións calling your numbers and I couldn’t talk to anyone or fix it on your automatic machine and I had to stay in my car

Absolutely horrible experience. My family and I booked this motel for 2 nights. Upon entering our room, you could feel some sort of mustiness and moisture in it - it did not smell clean at all. Not even 5 minutes into settling in, we noticed a couple of small baby cockroaches climbing across the wall - at first I thought it was no biggie. But after leaving the room and coming back after 2 hours, we counted more than 15 different sized cockroaches walking in different areas of the room (the window, the mini closet/hanger area, behind the mini fridge, on the table, bathroom, above the door, and even IN BETWEEN the sheets). Immediately went to the front desk to ask for another room, and the lady was kind and empathetic enough to offer us another room and refund, however, there was only smoking rooms available when we had originally booked for non. We ended up taking the smoking room which still did have a couple of roaches roaming but nothing like the first room, nonetheless, it’s obvious there is an infestation. By the morning, we decided to check out as we could not bare to stay for our second night due to the rooms smoke smell and previous room experience. For as expensive as the motel was priced, it is definitely not worth it at all due little/no sanitation issues and cockroach infestation.

Only saving Grace was Jackie at the front desk who seemed to generally be concerned and also embarrassed when I showed her the pictures of the issues with the room. Worst motel / hotel experience I have ever had. We did not stay, we left within 20 minutes of checking in.

I honestly didn’t feel safe. It felt like someone attempted to open my door at night. We got in real late at night around 2am and were planning on doing a late check out at noon to really rest but we felt so scared we left at 9am. I’m a single mother and even my daughter didn’t really sleep because she was afraid. The lady in the front desk honestly seemed like she was on something. There were huge spiders in the stairway and we told the lady in front desk she didn’t do anything about it. There was no elevator so we had to run upstairs with the big spiders with luggage and backpacks. It was not cool at all.

As for a female alone was very scary. I felt like i was in the hood. The bed was hard it slide back and fourth pillows were very thin. Not a family place or a business place. Its more for men workers coming for work. Like i always say " you get what you pay for" willnever stay there again. Ill take the drive to Portland.

The only acceptable thing was the checkin at front desk . The person was friendly and welcomed us promptly . It was a very late checkin around 10:30 pm she advices us our room was still available . Entered our room checked bathroom , the floor had tiny black bugs in floor thank goodness they were not moving . Floor was like it had not been swelter or mopped . No shampoo, no hand soap , no cup to rinse when brushing teeth . Thank goodness I had taken body wash used my personal bottled water to brush teeth . The towels were dingy looking but had to shower so had to use the we just wanted to sleep after our long drive . Bed was so uncomfortable. There was a wooden chair in room I would not have sat in there for the world it looked nasty . Weather had gotten bad outside we really just wanted to leave but since it was so late we stuck it out till am . This was a terrible experience the nastiest place I have ever seen . I have had to stay at other Motel 6 before . We understand they are not rated the best but at least they were clean enough to rest for the night . This place was not . Please someone needs to check into this ASAP. I did take a few pictures if you need them .

Filthiest hotel I've ever stayed in! Just because it's a little cheaper than other hotels, does not mean it's worth the savings! Awful place to stay! Spend the extra hundred and go somewhere else!

The rate is fair, so I know, you can't expect a lot, but the air flow engine was making so much noise in my room, that is was really difficult to fall a sleep. I had requested a room as far away from the highway to avoid noise, and then I ended up in a room, which had much more noise than one of the rooms closer to the highway.

Room had toxic black mold in restroom, around shower, and on wall beside bed.

Upon arrival found out my reservation had been canceled by the clerk who had been on duty earlier
