    Good restaurant—food and our server, Jerrod, were the highlights of the stay. The bathroom was new and clean. Bed was clean and comfortable. Air conditioning worked well. Breakfast starts sort of late at 6:30– maybe a coffee station earlier would be helpful for early risers. The carpets need to be replaced, or at very least—vacuumed thoroughly. TV had no signal, which we reported in person and by responding to text message with no help.

    We originally were given cards to a room that was already being occupied, so the security in that way doesn’t seem secure, it made me uncomfortable thinking that could have happened to us while we were there. Then I asked for an extra towel later in the evening since there were 4 of us and only 3 towels, and it never got delivered to the room. Overall I didn’t feel very safe or comfortable/clean there. We became quite paranoid for the rest of our stay, feeling like we needed to check for one way mirrors and cameras, and we’re not usually like that.

    I am really happy that I went with this hotel for my stay. It was in a good area. Great parking. Staff was dope. Room was big and clean. It was quiet and one of the best stays I have had in my adulthood! I wish I could give it more than 5 stars! Yall should take pride in how comfortable you make your guests! I’m looking to travel again to Illinois next year again and you will be my first place to check for availability! I would DEF stay there again

    The room was clean, the location worked well, & enjoyed the heated pool. Was very pleased that my request for adjoining rooms was honored. I liked staying within walking distance of some good restaurants. I don't like staying at a property that allows pets. I heard a dog barking one evening, but the owner was able to quiet the dog at least. The mattress & pillows could use replacing.

    Feel that they are short staffed. Very hard to get anyone on phone. Took over 20 mins to get towels. Staff at bar louie for dinner was rude. Staff needs to be reminded that they have a customer service job-treat others how you would expect to be treated!!

    The exterior of the hotel presented an impressive and well-maintained appearance. However, as soon as we got into our room we realized it was a connecting one—connecting door was unlocked and open. The door only had a basic sliding lock instead of a deadbolt, which raised concerns regarding security. After checking our room throughly we up pushed the desk in front of the door. Additionally, we encountered several issues, including a broke hand soap pump, inadequate water pressure, and a bathtub that failed to drain properly. During use of the shower, we found ourselves standing in ankle-deep water, indicating a significant drainage problem, and the AC wasn't working so our room was hot. We won't be staying there again.

    The location was convenient. The hotel was very noisy. The halls were full of loud and drunk people Saturday night/Sunday morning until 3:00 am. I had to get up and ask people to be quiet several times. There was no hot water on Sunday morning, so no showers.

    From my experience, a great deal of staff training is required to ensure that the staff truly understand "customer service" and how a smile, an acknowledgment, a "hello" can make such a difference. From the moment I tried to check-in to be told, bluntly, that check was not until 3 and I should wait "over there". No "welcome", "how was your journey", "nice to see you", thanks for choosing us", etc... It became clear later that this was the Owner's Son - there is clearly need for a great deal of "customer service" training ...

    Anyway, the shower/ tub did not drain so you have to take a shower in your own dirty water. I asked 2 times to fix it. If the shower is running and you use the restroom, you can’t flush the toilet while the shower is on. The room next to us had to change rooms because saw roaches. The customer service is not bad, it’s just average. No one is rude but they aren’t super nice either. You can tell the hotel is locally owned and they are working in the hotel, watching every single penny spent to the point that it affects the guest. $574 for 2 nights, I am not from Chicago, maybe I could not get better for the money, I don’t know but I do know if I were to come back to Chicago I would not stay here.

    The night staff was nice, but he told us that we could use the backdoor to get back into the hotel after putting the parking pass on my truck but it did not work with the key and we had to walk back around the entire hotel. The receptionist in the morning, despite hearing that we were going to the hot tub, and getting bracelets for it, decided to let us find out on our own that it was not working. Had we known, my fiance wouldn't have specifically gone out at that moment to get a bathing suit. Instead we found out when I went to try the hot tub. When I reported that it did not work she said, "Oh, I know, they are working on it" . This was extremely frustrating. This looks as if it could be a gorgeous hotel, but stuff like that, especially since the hot tub was one of the reasons I booked that location, really brings down the overall quality of the location.

    The staff was great, the facility fine, just a couple of minor things. The toilet paper holder was quite inconveniently placed, and there was plenty of hot water, but the temperature kept changing. The doors and stairwells are a bit weird. For some reason, the door for the stairwell to the second floor didn't unlock with the card key for the second floor room, but the door to the first floor did. All pretty minor things. We didn't visit the bar or restaurant so I can't speak to those.

    Our AC was broken and it was probably about 80 degrees in the room, we notified the staff and requested maintenance and the front desk staff said they would send someone and/or change our room but neither happened and it wasn’t followed up with so we had to keep our room door propped open to get some air. Housekeeping also never came to our room so we had to go ask for garbage bags to discard our trash. We also requested more towels and instead of the front desk giving us a few, they said they would be sent to our room and again, never came. Horribly inattentive staff and not at all worth a $500 2 night stay. Please do better

    I reserved and paid for ahead of time through Expedia for two nights the luxury room with two queen beds. Upon arrival I was given a room that we could not get into because it was an adjoining room and the prior occupants had flipped the security latch over that is on the inside of the door that prevents people from coming in. The room he sent us to next was small with two standard beds. The AC had not been turned on and the refrigerator did not work. I went up to the front desk and explained the situation and he said he would move us to a different room. He asked me to follow him to look at the room because he did not want to continue to move me from room to room. So room number three was exactly the same set up as room number two. Then he suggested I go to a standard room with one bed. At that point we had spent way too much time walking around this hotel while he tried to put me in every room other than what I had purchased. He told me because I booked through Expedia. I would only get a standard room or basically just get whatever they had available because Expedia does not forward the booking information to them that the only information they get is that I booked a room. I have used Expedia They are awesome and I have never had a problem before at any hotel that I have booked through them. He said in the future, I need to call the hotel directly if I want to make sure and get the proper room. It was a terrible experience.

    Is the would re clean in 2 to 4 hours after the spray had a chance to work. Luckily we had a concert so being out of the room wasn’t an issue. When we returned all seems better. When we got up in the morning we found more ants which I took to the front desk. All we got was an I’m Sorry. I requested the room be thoroughly clean and we headed out for the day. When we returned 6 hours later the room had still not been cleaned. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Staff was not helpful and no consideration given to extreme inconveniences that the situation caused. Poor customer service and very bad experience. They offered to change our rooms but had nothing comparable to what we paid for nor did they offer any compensation for the trouble and stress. Worst experience I have ever had. Would have found a different hotel but the room was prepaid and no way to get refund.

    The receptionist was not helpful a few times. I had a few issues since the beginning of my stay there was no power on the side tables to charge phones but maintenance came to fix that issue. Later on my bathroom door didn’t close and didn’t lock and was told someone from maintenance would come they never showed up. The laundry room has signs on the dryers saying only quarters because the card machine wasn’t working. I went to the reception after waiting and waiting they had me going all over the place because reception has no quarters to change. I went to the bar where they told me to go and they also didn’t have quarters. I went to the little store and they didn’t have any quarters. After I find out the card machine did work. I felt frustrated

    Our room was not being cleaned regularly. When we spoke to housekeeping staff, they mentioned they were too busy and couldn’t return later. They typically came around 9:00–9:30 AM, which wasn’t always convenient. Some days, it was even difficult just to get fresh towels. We raised the issue with the front desk multiple times. Although they assured us someone would come to clean the room, by the 4th night it still hadn’t been done. At that point, they offered to move us to another room. However, it was very late in the evening, making it inconvenient to relocate all of our belongings. We ended up moving to the new room just to sleep, leaving our belongings in the original room and asking them to clean it the next day. The room was finally cleaned on the 5th day. Out of a 6-night stay, we only had our room cleaned once, which is unacceptable. They offered 1 day of free breakfast. Overall, this experience was frustrating and fell far below expectations.

    Well when I arrived it was a nice atmosphere and the front desk was friendly. I had booked a room with two queen beds. When we got to the room we unpacked the beds were clean and the room seems to be in order even though it was alittle bit outdated. Turn down service didn't really happen. I had to go to the front desk to ask for more towels our second day. The beds left alot to be desired. The tvs were old. The bathroom needs a fan so that there is airflow because they had mold problems. The pillows were surprisingly comfy. The beds were the wrong size. They gave us a room with two full beds not two queens.

    Everything. The staff was very un-interested in helping what so ever. I went to take a shower 2 hours before check out & my water was freezing cold!! Obviously I went to the front desk & the maintenance man didn’t show up until 30 minutes to check out hence I already showered in the cold water !! They do not answer the phone & if you wanted to use the hot tub it’s run by 6-8 KIDS. My coffee machine inside my room did not work, the tv wasn’t even hooked up to cable. I could go onnn. Please don’t try to save a buck with this place splurge on a nicer place that actually cares about their customers.

    We encountered a few problems this time. The design of the walk in shower drained water outside shower base. Hazardous. Water was barely warm enough. The electrical plugins weren’t working by both nightstands. Keurig coffee pot inoperable. We were too tired to request another room. In the future, will inspect room before bringing in luggage.

    I arrived to the hotel and was immediately informed that the room that I reserved was not available. He then stated that he would be giving me a double queen size room, back actually gave me a double full size room. I returned to the front desk and informed the agent of the issue. And he then said that he would give me another room, that would actually be the double Queen. Size I then go to the second room. Only to learn that I had been given a handicapped accessible room. That smelled horrible. I once again had to return to the front desk. And inform the agent of the situation. He then tells me that he does have the room that I initially booked. And he sends me to a third room, which I eventually stayed in. Nevertheless, this whole back and forth check in process took over forty five minutes. I was extremely disappointed in my stay and expected more from a Hilton property.

    Not greet us or explain anything about the facility nor its amenities. She did not give us the pool wristbands and she put us in a USED ROOM. When we entered the room another guest was living there but we were able to enter. She did not apologize or say anything. The walls are not soundproof at all btw.

    My room was so dirty when I arrived. Hairs on the toilet seat, questionable stains on what I thought were “clean” towels, some sort of liquid on the mirror, and dirt all over the white shower curtain. When I called the front desk to ask for new towels, the employee that answered sounded like they could not care less and never acknowledged my ask. The towels never came so I had to grab the towels at the front desk 5 hours after I called.

    The hotel overall condition is very poor. The elevator was not functioning properly. The overall hotel ambience is of a marriage hall. The rooms are very old and the carpet is sticky. The overall price per night is ridiculously expensive.

    We stay here all the time, but the property let us down royally this time. The hot water did not work. I had tepid showers. The last shower (after we complained) started hot but wound up ice cold -- and I don't take long showers. My husband and son, who also take normal-length showers, had similar experiences. My husband never got a shower one day because the water was ice cold. The pool, on the other hand, was pleasantly warm again after several years of being very chilly. Truthfully, I'd have rather had a warm shower! We otherwise enjoy the property because it's big enough to walk in extensively (perfect for exercise during cold weather), and it has a pool. Our son liked the exercise room. We unfortunately are always there on New Year's Eve as we celebrate a late Christmas with family, and the place is always toooo loud on New Year's Eve... people let their children (very small children) run amok well after midnight. We're kind of used to that, but add that to a chilly shower, and it was a very raw evening indeed. At checkout we mentioned the hot water again, and the clerk (very kind) said we should have moved rooms. They didn't offer that earlier. We were also dismayed that when we asked for more towels, we NEVER got washcloths. It was awful using a big hand towel as a washcloth with a cold shower. It seemed that much colder. This is normally a good property, but what could go wrong, did, this time.

    There was no hot water in the room for my entire stay. Staff said maintenance was working on it, but judging by past reviews, this has been an issue for some time. I don't believe they were working on a solution to this problem. I also paid for an extra breakfast through out my stay, but then had to go back and forth from the breakfast area to the front desk multiple times to prove it. I asked them to remove the extra breakfast fee for the remainder of my stay as I was no longer interested. They said they did, but it was still on my final bill. They offered a 20% discount on my stay due to no hot water (the best they could do?) But, I was still charged the full amount. I feel totally scammed by this hotel and will never return for sure. The fight is not over, I still want my discount.

    the whole hotel was a mess from the past, everything is shoddy, old dirty looking. the staff is unprofessional, it's a depressing atmosphere. Every thing looks dirty. The bed wasn't bad but I have moved out to a new decent hotel. you should not have this hotel on your site. they charge just as much as a nice hotel in the area I am now in the Hampton inn on North shore.

    The mattress in our room needed to be replaced causing terrible back aches for both my spouse and I, the temperature control until wasnso loud when it would kick on it sounded like we were on a rocket ship ready to take off. The hot tub (the whole reason my husband wanted to stay here) once the jets were turned on created a layer of filthy foam, despite being over chlorinated which caused skin irritaion. Otherwise, the facility and our room was clean and the staff was polite and professional.

    We had 2 drinks at the bar in the hotel on Friday totaling $23 and received $5 in change when we paid with two $20 bills. When we complained, we received an additional $4.There is an automatic 18% gratuity on services. Breakfast was a small buffet of scrambled eggs, sausage, fruit, breads in the hotel bar; the cost for two was $29. Coffee wasn't available when we were there. The room was bare bones and the bathroom had ants. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

    Room was ok, could have been cleaner. I noticed dust on the baseboards and sink. I feel like this hotel wasn't at the usual Holiday Inn standards. However check in and out was easy.     I traveled with 50 lbs of equipment. So I unload it all, finally connect all the batteries to charge, look up and realize the room was disgusting. Kept waking up at night, not sure if it was because I was traumatized by the disgusting setting or what. For this room to be THAT dirty, they must have some serious issues. Condom wrappers, dirty cups, chip bags, food crumbs, ants.... Waste of money... I shoulda just forced myself to pack everything up and cancel my stay. IHG shoulda paid me for damages to my psyche

    The place is DIRTY! They never vacuumed the lobby in the three days I was there. My room was dirty, mirrors dirty, former occupants cuff link in middle of floor so obviously it wasn’t vacuumed in between guests. Did I mention the BUGS, including cockroaches. Can’t speak to breakfast, no way I’d eat there! If I had been staying longer I would definitely have moved to another hotel but my schedule was already tight.

    Older hotel not well maintained. The staff wasn’t super friendly and tried to avoid. The way to the room wasn’t well explained and when asked staff again was hateful. There was some kind of argument going on in lobby as we were leaving and a guest took over calming the lady down.

    This hotel was okay but we couldn't figure out if it was the sheets, or just the age of the property, or if ventilation system wasn't great but the room almost smelled a bit like stale cigarette smoke. It's a non smoking hotel, but it definitely had some stale smell like this to both my husband and me. The rooms had some updating, but overall it just felt more worn than we thought it would be. We would choose another place rather than stay here again.

    The room was just so old. the bathroom was so old and dreary. The floor flooded when we showered. Some kind of hotel machinery was loud and steady all night. At least that functioned as white noise. The biggest problem was that even though the maid cleaned nicely, the room was shabby and the bathroom grout has been ugly for years. I will not stay there again. I found out that they offer a complimentary breakfast that somehow we were not eligible for? It's a Holiday Inn. How can I have to pay extra for yogurt and toast in the morning.

    When we pulled up & walked in, there were events going on which is amazing. However, once we got to our room, it was very musty inside. I turned on the a/c which helped. Bed posts under the frame were oxidizing, bathroom shower was leaking, furniture was outdated, the tv had hardly channels to watch & the hallways/elevator was humid & hot. I was certainly expecting a lot more for a hotel that hosts events. Super disappointed. Couldn’t find the pool either.

    When we checked in everything went okay when we entered the room the door was opened which is okay but we didn’t know what to think secondly the covers had multiple stains and we had to wait a whole day to receive more blankets n sheets which was frustrating because we had to go all the way home to get covers and we felt uncomfortable to sleep on the bed which is very frustrating other than those two complaints I made which they didn’t take the initiative to fix we still made the best of it.

    This room was not handicap accessible. The water release button for the shower was too high to reach and the soaps were out of reach. The bed was too high and the shower was not roller access. There wasn't a blow dryer and the breakfast voucher wasn't mentioned or brought up by concierge. The safe was not operational either. There maintenance staff are not available after 7PM.

    I’ve stayed in some nice holidays inns from the pictures this looked like it would be one but it wasn’t. The hotel had a general overall smell in the rooms and in the hotel overall. It may have been the cleaning products they used because it was overwhelming. My mom refused to stay there and went to my brother’s hotel. Also the fire alarm went off repeatedly while there. Sometimes in the middle of the night as well. When I spoke with reception staff they said that it seems it was a guest pulling the alarm and they were dealing with it. Yet the alarm went off at least 2 more times. They can tell which alarm was pulled and they have cameras so not sure why the person wasn’t dealt with immediately. The room allow appears fresh in the pix just aren’t appealing

    Hotel was easy to find, although there was no signage on the building itself so I had to double check the address to make sure I was at the right place. The room was ok, the shower head had a part that was falling off the wall, there was a small stain on the bed sheet, and a loose bandaid on the bathroom floor (full disclosure, I thought it was my kid's at first but as we were getting ready to leave, I told them to pick it up and put it in the trash and they told me it wasn't theirs so that grossed me out.) The common areas were well kept and the staff was very nice.

    We contacted management immediately after arrival, but they were no help. We contacted them five times about the issue and they were reluctant to resolve it. Apparently, there were no other rooms available, but we were seeking a price adjustment / refund for the queen beds that we did not get in our room. We also had a room that did not have an outside window, and that was unexpected. We spent most of our trip trying to communicate with management about the issue, with no resolution. That definitely made the trip less relaxing and fun than it should have been. Our last communication, they told us the manager was coming to the property, but they would not let us speak to the manager, and kept insisting that they would contact us. They never did. They told me again they would call me 15 minutes later, and I have yet to hear back hours later. We won't be back again.

    Room wasn’t in the greatest condition. Paint peeling on the walls, lots of marks on around doors and walls, bathrooms were dated and not wiped down well. Beds were very comfortable though.

    We booked connecting rooms and they didn’t have anything with the style of room that we booked. They said the only connecting rooms were a downgrade. Then they ended up downgrading us anyway and not giving us connecting rooms. We figured this out when we got back to the hotel at one in the morning, I’m too tired to do anything.

    Love this hotel! Stay here quite often! Staff is great! It is very clean. Easy parking. Best food and drink at Bar Louie in the hotel. Love that they have a clean pool and hot tub.

    The property was a good price point for the distance from Chicago and conditions of the room (things could be a little more updated/cleaner). The hot tub and pool were very relaxing! The staff was attentive but could have been a bit more pleasant with their interactions. Overall good experience.

    The bed spread was covered in brown stains and the bathroom was covered in black mold. The smell was so rancid; I got sick and had to leave the hotel after 30 minutes.

    Terrible hotel. Stay away. The staff is awful especially the maid staff. We ran out of towels before everybody could take showers so I sent my son (18) to ask the front desk for more. They told him they didn’t have any and basically we were SOL. I’m not happy about this. What do they expect us to do? Dry off with hand towels. What hotel has a front desk without access to any towels. Unbelievable. So I personally went up. I was kind and ask them to get ahold of house keeping so we can get towels. Apparently this was a huuuuuuuuge deal. So we waited…. And waited….. and continued to wait. So I called and asked when they would be delivered. She wasn’t sure. Shocking. Finally the guy brought us some but with the worst attitude. Not only did he roll his eyes, he walked away as I was thanking him. So, we head out and spend the day in Chicago. I want to note that before we left I ENSURED there was no any indications that we didn’t want our room cleaned. This is our 4th night here and we haven’t had a problem. Well we came back after 9PM and our room hadn’t been touched. It was exactly the same as we left. I can 100% tell it it was that rude housekeeper that was trying to “stick it to me.” So I called the front desk and she said there was nothing she could do but she told me they would come tomorrow. That would help when we want to take showers in the morning before we head out! I absolutely expect management to contact me to make this right.

    When I extended another day to my room, I wasn’t told that I will need another key card until the one that I had for my 1st day staying wasn’t working. Also, I wasn’t given a new authorization letter to park my car and it would’ve been an issue. It would’ve been helpful and easier that they know how to remind the customers the policy information to prevent any problems or inconvenience.

    The room was kind of dirty and the upgrades are cheap. The floor was dirty and hair was in the bathroom. The staff was nice and the beds were comfortable. The location was great close enough to the city but enough of stuff around it so you don’t have to go to the city.

    We stayed here a month ago and we really liked it. The only 3 issues i will mention is that my friend had a hard time getting back into her room because the key stopped working. The restaurant it mentions on weekends that it’s open till one and me and a friend went down there when we got back from a concert to eat something and the restaurant was closed early. We were really disappointed.. My friend also found a spider in her bathroom. And I noticed some grout in our bathroom as well. Other than that it’s very close to restaurant and stores if needed. People where nice and beds very comfortable

    Front desk host Ms Nadia was excellent from my check in until check out. Even when seen around the hotel area she remembered my name and greeted warmly and held a polite conversation!!!!

    The breakfast buffet with styrofoam plates chintzy, food reasonable for price but buffet area NOT maintained - messy. The heat & smell from the indoor pool as walking to the elevator (a significant walk with luggage) was long & warm in summer. Beds made nicely, appreciated the room fridge. NO shower curtain which we report at night but did receive until after we showered in morning!

    So the facilities were excellent however getting any staff to respond was a nightmare. I booked a 2 queen standard room for 4 adults and was inly provided with 2 towels. When I politely asked for a few more I was told that "they didn't have any". I asked again and got somewhat of an attitude. After asking for a third time, I was finally provided with them quite a bit later. There were no towels at the hot tub or pool and there were unattended children there with no oversight from staff. We tried calling the front desk before our checking to see if the rooms were ready (as we were coming in from out of town for a funeral) and couldn't get anyone to pick up. 3 calls later someone answered with no clear answer if our rooms were ready. They just told us to come in and see. Finally, the toilet in our room clogged and yet again, no answer from the front desk. It was hours before someone came to the room to fix the toilet. I'm usually not a picky person and the hotel was in great shape but it seems like the place was either severely understaffed or the staff just didn't care. Sorry to say it but I was disappointed in our stay.

    The unfortunate problem we had was our next door neighbors were loud and running around the halls until midnight. Then they were continuing to open and close the doors until 2:30am. We spoke with the person at the front desk who said they would talk to their manager. The manager said they would take 20% off our bill (per the person at check-out reading the notes). At check out they assured us the manager would take this discount once they arrived at 1pm and we would receive a phone call. However, we have yet to get the discount or the phone call and that was 5 days ago.

    The property is not at all what the pictures online on Expedia showed. My room had ceilings that were peeling , holes in the walls and a continually running water in the bathroom tub. If I hadn't arrived at such a late hour from my flight, I would have left even earlier than 7a the next morning. Thankfully I was able to book another hotel which was way better than this one. I barely slept at all. The bathroom was very small and it was a little noisy in the middle of the night. The customer service was nice, much much nicer than the room.

    I don’t know how to start with this review I was looking forward for a relaxing couple of days but the hotel made that impossible. First I gel or like I was catfish with what the picture on line it’s definitely doesn’t look like that after you check in. The pool is tiny and constantly lots of people in it, children yelling playing which is fine but if you’re looking for relaxation. It’s not gonna happen. I booked a two queen bed but they gave me a single queen bed on 1st floor on a handicapped room so taking a shower was hard because the shower was really low I had to bend down to take a shower, then after you shower all the water gets outside even with a curtain and doesn’t drain all the way so halo of the bathroom is flooded and wet. Third they out chairs and tables right in front of the rooms so when people sit and talked you can hear all the conversation inside your room it’s so noisy you can even hear the yelling of the kids all the way from the swimming pool. I asked for a different room but they didn’t have any they said, because the sheets has lots of hairs inside and they’re is a blood stained in one of the pillow cases. They had to changed all the linens but house keeping manager didn’t not even apologize and just gave me a cold look like i inconvenience them for having to change the sheets. I checked out one day early because of all these experience. I will not come back I wasted my money here. I wish I can post the pics here of the sheets with blood and hair.

    Seems to be undergoing a remodel so some mess is expected. Love the location and looks like this property will be spectacular once the remodel is complete. Attended a beautiful wedding here years ago so update will be icing on the cake. Staff is knowledgeable and very accommodating. 5 stars!

    Pool was nice, but not open enough hours to enjoy. Seriously dirty in the room. Remember to dust on top of furniture! Gross. Staff was unfriendly. Restaurant: eat anywhere else! Overpriced and not good quality, plus very forgetful staff.

    Check in was typical. The room was old. Both the tub and ceiling in the bathroom had rust stains. The noise on Friday night didn't stop until 2am. Kids running around the pool area. Parking was free but never available. I was giving a sign to put in my window for the pancake restaurant parking lot. I went to an event at 9 AM Saturday morning and asked for more towels. I got towels in Sunday at ,10:30 from house keeping down the hall. If I had gotten the towels earlier I would not have been 30 minutes late for an event.

    They are doing renovations so it will look nice some day. I liked how all the room face in doors- problem - no window to outside. The fire alarm went off - false alarm but still need to wear warm clothes at 11 pm to go outside. Overall it was good

    Room: Old and entry door doesn’t open properly and very heavy to open. Toilet: very bad exhaust and smelly after the use. Everything is old in it except the mirror Bed: makes noise, pillow are flat, old bedding except the covers. TV: does not have YouTube AC: make very loud noise and could not get proper sleep at night. Overall: not going back every again.

    This was the worst property. It is old and outdated. The decor has to ve at least 20 years old. There was electrical tape holding the shower rod up. There appeared to be water damage in the walls. The carpet looked disgusting. Had to play "hot lava" to avoid the carpet. The people at the front desk were nice, but I was overcharged. It was resolved, but by another people. I will NEVER stay here again. Awful!! The hallway was hot as Hades!!

    When we got into our first room, there was men's dirty clothes hanging on the restroom door. I asked to please be moved. Our 2nd room was hot! AC was not working properly. We asked to get it checked twice. It was hot that it made me feel so sick, I even threw up. We had to sleep without the blankets. It was not a good stay.

    We got stuck in the elevator for about 10 minutes. When I notified the front desk, they just said “oh it’s fixed now”. No apologies, no check in, nothing. Housekeeping only drops off fresh towels: no beds made or anything wiped down. Bar Louie attached to it, poor quality food that is overpriced. We got chicken nuggets that were dried out, spinach artichoke dip was cold, and fries were season less. In my opinion, for the price per night, not worth it. You additionally have to pay for breakfast at the restaurant, so being breakfast or be ready to pay at least $13/person
