I really liked the hotel’s convenient location. It’s within 0.5 miles of Starbucks, Dunkin’, gas stations, and various stores, which made everything very accessible. The ballpark is also just about a mile away, and the hotel offers easy access to the highway, making it a great option for getting around.

The room was nasty. The toilet didn’t flush, the towels were wet, and one had a long hair on them. The fan was so loud in the bathroom I couldn’t think to myself. The tub looked like it’s been used for the last 300 years. I woke up with a spider crawling on me. The sheets had dirt (I hope) on them. There was a big dead wasp on the floor for everyone to see. When I walked barefoot on the floor I felt like I needed to cut my feet off with how gross they felt. The bed was lob sided so when I rolled over I literally was forced to roll off the bed. Also blood on the pillow case. In other words save your money and don’t go here.

One word of warning, a dog barked for about 4-5 hours almost non stop in the middle of the night and ruined my sleep. I was very frustrated, to say the least. I reported it to the front desk staff the next day (nobody is on duty overnight so I was unable to report the offender while it was happening). I would ask the staff for a room away from any folks with pets if at all possible. If not for the dog barking, there were no major downsides to the stay. I wasn’t expecting much for the price. If you want something nicer, there are plenty of properties nearby that are two or three times the cost of this place, and some more than that.

We were horrified by the conditions at this location. We have been coming to Atlanta for several years and have always stayed at the N.Interstate location. We decided to give this one a try. We got in really late and tried to use the phone to contact the front desk but it didn't work. I had to call from my phone. The front desk receptionist was very polite and understanding since it was so late. After we got checked in we drove around the back side of our building to make sure we knew exactly where our room was. It was 1:00 am and there were several young people in front of the rooms smoking pot. When we got to the room the keys didn't work so we had to get another set of keys. Once in the room it was so disgusting. The refrigerator didn't work, the bathroom sink ran non-stop, there were backsplash tiles broken in the tub, the wall behind the missing tiles were moldy, there was a couple of shoe prints on the bathroom door where it had been kicked, the vent above the bed was covered in dust, there were spider webs everywhere, the floors were super sticky, the bed was the worst I had ever laid on, and you could smell the pot in the room all night long. We almost slept in our car. If it had not been so late we would not have stayed. It was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. I would RUN from this place!!
- 3/5
Check-in was simple and easy. Staff was nice. However the room was very old and in disrepair. Shower/tub very stained, cabinet doors falling off, carpeting was stained and coming apart. Toilet paper holder missing completely. Needs serious remodeling.
- 1/5
Lady that checked us in was nice. The grounds were not kept and are horribly dirty. Get to the room and the floor had all kinds of trash, grass, stains and not sure what else it was all over it, the dresser top was dirty with grass and dirt, the bathroom sink and shower were dirty, towels in the room and beds had hair and black stuff all over them. Absolutely the worst place I have ever stayed. Went to see front desk and no one was there, lights off. So we packed up and left.

Convenient to Truist park, lots of things nearby. It was quiet Well for a baseball roadtrip their location relevant to Truist park is great. Affordable amongst the bigger names and seemed ok based on others. I didn't dig too deep. Checked in late, woman at the desk said she just checked the room. We were here 2 nights. The "closet" shelf/rack won't hold a suitcase or carry on but probably would hold your shoes. The shower curtain is about a foot short, and from the looks of it the walls and floor have gone unnoticed. While packing up and making sure my dog didn't leave a toy under the bed. I discovered the housekeeping has been sub-par as well. There is literally trash and food scraps under the bed. As well as a quiktrip cup with fluid in it.

This was the worst Extended stay I have ever visited! It’s very close to the Braves Stadium that’s why I was so shocked at its poor condition and unprofessional management! I have stayed at the Extended stay at the Vinnings and it’s top notch! I don’t understand how the Cumberland location is still operating in such poor conditions! It was so bad I asked for a refund and I left! I didn’t feel safe with the sketchy people walking around and the stairs way to my room smell horrible! That place is not what an Extended Stay should be!

This Extended Stay compared to others in the area has to be the most dilapidated and antiquated. Wish that I had taken pictures, place was horrible in appearance and need for a renovation. For the money definitely not worth it better off in a decent motel Another hotel which i got after the second night
- 1/5
Thankfull it didn't have bedbugs. But the whole area smells like pee. People actually live there, not your ideal stay for a business trip. They are loud at all time of the night, my room was super dirty floor was sticky, hole in the couch, ac super noisy leak in the shower tiles off super out dated and people use the wall as cigarette stray.

The room size and affordability were the best thing! Room floor was dirty and carpet should be replaced. Wall had a hole and seemed like water was leaking when showering.

The respect the great customer service . I loved it
- 2/5
It’s close to Truist Park, stores & food spots which is great but everything else is a no. When you first walk in the smell of the room hits you like a brick, please change the carpet because there’s an obvious smell stuck in it. It was a cigarette and seafood kind of smell going on, it needs more lighting as well. The bathtub was dirty and the room looks NOTHING like the pictures. The pull out sofa had holes in it so we didn’t even use it, we slept on top of the covers because the sheet under it was dirty. The staff was excellent though & they deserve to work with better conditions.
- 3/5
Had cob webs that look like they haven’t been cleared in months, my tub has some slipper residue.
- 1/5
The worst hotel ever! Steps smelled of urine, the room smelled of cigarette smoke and it took over 30 minutes to get a check in attendant not to mention had men walking around outside at night.

These issues made my stay uncomfortable and frustrating. I hope you will take this feedback seriously,

No nothing at this place no coffee, no clean sheets or utilities unless your paying extra everyday. If all you want is a bed this is your place if you want coffee, clean sheets, towels, or anything else for a week don't stay here. They don't care at all. Walk to target it's very a mile away.

Conveniently located near truest Park about a 20 minute walk . A decent stay for a two-star hotel

I gave 2 stars only because check-in with Bri was amazing and throughout my stay Jorielle, Shelly, Latoya and a young lady can’t remember her name was great. BUT the manager of that property Beckford tries to be belittling, arrogant and condescending. The first day in the hotel I kill a spider in the room, my partner kill two insects crawling up the wall (roaches). I was ready to change room but because it was late I just cleaned everything with my Clorox disinfectant spray and went to sleep. Second day I woke up to a swollen lip which never happened to me in my life. Immediately went to pharmacy for Benadryl I didn’t report anything because I didn’t think it was the hotel, next day I woke right arm swollen, red. my partner similar red marks inflamed areas on his back. I went down to office reported this and requested and new room, I also called beckford, he stated there was nothing he could do until his exterminators conduct a proper investigation. I said okay, expecting to hear something within 24-48 hours, Heard NOTHING and they booked the room less than 2 day later. When I say the room being rented I assumed I’ll hear something soon, obviously if renting that room they conducted this inspection. Heard NOTHING, called Beckford I said you rented the room, what happen in the inspection. 1st he said they nothing was found after questioning he said the going to have the inspection (He lied) and became angry, rude when I called it out. He replied my issue was not important.
- 3/5
What I did not like about this property was the rooms did NOT look like the online photos. The room old and questionable. We had to stay because we had no other options but would go visit first for updates before booking ever again.

My experience started absolutely amazing, Bri was quick and inviting at check in.

- 3/5
Do not ask to check in earlier, called front desk and had made arrangements but as soon as i arrived they said the room was not ready. Did the upgrade for a room that was ready only to find leaking faucet, broken doors and the fold out couch broken as well. Glad to have stayed one evening only...
- 3/5
Good value for the money.
- 2/5
Rooms outdated.......plumbing was leaking and not working properly......over-all grounds on the outside of the rooms was filthy and dirty. Hallway and stairs smelled of urine and were filled with trash.
- 1/5
I reserved the room for 3 people, when I asked for a 3rd towel they wanted me to pay $2 for it. The pull out bed was worn out and beyond filthy. No sheet or cover so we were supposed to sleep on this. Both the website and ad on the tv said cooking utensils are provided free. Not only did they have none but if they did I was told I would have to buy them from the hotel. So False advertisement. The fridge didn't close so nothing stayed cold. I expected more from Extended stay as I have used them in the past but this location needs new management and a major renovation. Or at least decrease the price to match the expectations.

- 4/5
The bed was comfortable and the microwave and refrigerator were in working condition and that's all I needed we were out most of the time. The desk hours said they open at 9am but I waited until 9:23 to check out and was told I could've just left the card keys on the counter. That shouldn't be an option if I'm checking out early that means my card key is still able to open the doors so someone can just grave it and use it and I wasn't the only person waiting.
- 2/5
It was terrible, the bathroom door was broken, the sink barely worked and only few of the outlets worked
- 1/5
This is a beat up hotel .I arrived here at 1am to find the office closed I had to use an outdoor phone which had to reach attendant it took 20 minutes for them to get here got room key got to the stairs to go upstairs and there's a bum passed out I had to wake him up to walk by then I get to my room and opened a wobbly door the room smelt like there was a fire a while ago (my wife and my clothes smelt like burnt wood we had to throw away by the way) the floors were filthy exposed wiring in the wall woke up to a spider on me .I was supposed to stay 2 nights we left the next day. "App is not letting upload any pictures"
- 3/5
The staff is very nice and helpful however the location is not the safest for women. The door deadbolt did not work and the door seemed warped and did not fit securely (light coming through door trim). Also, there were people constantly roaming the parking lot and lots of disturbances at night (yelling, fighting, banging on walls, car racing noises).
- 3/5
I don't think I will return in the future due to security issues. Beware that the door may bolt lock from the inside and lock you out of your room. I experienced this during our stay. We left out to grab some food and upon returning our room was locked from the inside. After reporting the matter to the front desk clerk, who was extremely helpful, I had to personally pop the lock with this special tool they had available. The property does not have a maintenance worker on the property. On top of this, we were currently experiencing a severe thunder storm, so we were left without cable and internet. The rooms are dirty, the spider webs are everywhere. My three year old son spotted a huge spider crawling up the wall. Made us sleep with the lights on. The property did compensate us by providing us with a small partial refund..
- 1/5
From the moment we walked in the room to smell like cigarette smoke. We could see all of the little burns from cigarettes that had burned down on the table. Lightbulbs had burnt out. The floor felt disgusting and sticky. I did not even feel comfortable using the bathroom to shower. That was the most awful experience experience we have had in a hotel in a very long time.

Dirty and sticky carpets, stained walls, smelled of cigarettes. Floor peeling up in bathroom. Bedding was probably the only clean thing in the room

This was the filthiest most run down hotel I have ever stayed in. It makes Motel 6 look like a five star. The tub and bathroom were disgusting. Homeless guy living in the passage way was scaring guests.

Very disgusted. I have voiced the uncleanliness and the danger in which there was a strange man knocking on my door at 3:47 am. Check in was extremely easy. The representative who assisted my was very insightful and the property itself was well maintained and fairly quiet. I would definitely recommended this property for solo trips or a quick staycation
- 3/5
Room was missing all kinds of lightbulbs. Microwave dangerous. Just in a little rough shape but probably expected for the type of place.
- 4/5
The staff in the lobby were so welcoming and kind. The property needs to let people know though that there is a $100 hold fee when you go to check in. That should be included on the post on the website so people are not caught by surprise. It is unfair to the staff for them to have to deliver that surprising news to guest. However, the staff was very kind and understanding but the hotel needs to let visitors know that ahead of time instead of waiting to inform them when they check in. It's not fair to staff to have to inform the guest about that. Transparency is key!
- 3/5
Very noisy.

Staff was very friendly and saw to our needs. The first room we were assigned to was not ready. One bed was not made. The room was not cleaned at all, dirty, not enough towels, no remote control. Overall it was was a dump.
- 2/5
I smiled when I saw the decal on the bathroom mirror indicating that anyone who smoked in the room would be subject to a $250 charge because our room reeked of cigarette smoke. We stayed 1 night for a baseball game. This facility is being used for a housing project for the poor and hotel guests seem to be the minority. The smell of urine was present outside on the walkway and stairwells and we heard an early morning altercation. It is a place to spend the night and leave early the next morning. Period.

I was locked out of my room after 10pm on my second night of my stay. No personnel in the office, so called Extended Stay customer service number. Was told personnel would arrive in 10 minutes. Over an hour later, the night clerk arrived. Two other guests needing keys, and a couple requiring a late check in as well. At my morning checkout, front desk personnel were rude as was the night clerk the night before. This behavior is totally unacceptable, as was the condition of the room. I had stayed in this very hotel for a business trip 6 months prior and had a great experience. So sad that this property has taken a huge fall in room disrepair and disrespect to its guests.

Without missing a beat, she said “Oh, you too good to say good morning?”.I stated that I said “hi” upon entering, at which time she turned to her co-worker and asked if she heard me say “hi”. This property was overbooked after they made a reservation for us to stay. Charged us for room and cancellation and we didn't even stay at hotel.

I honestly was content and was willing to deal with the minor thing but the manager was just rude and i can no longer take his rudeness. Nobody explained policy to us. My son was outside with no shirt on getting something out the car. Instead of the manager stating he os the manager and hotel policy is that when outside a shirt must be worn he just walked up to 15 lyear old no badge or clothing that shows he works there and told my son he needed to have shirt on. My son of course reacted thinking he some stranger walking up. I explained to my son that was manager and both my son went in apologized and explained he should come to prople with different approach. Today I asked for towel and was told i needed to pay a fee for exchange of towel or wait til next week to get house keeping. This is ridiculous!! I told him since im doing a brand new reservation and basically paying more can you switch my room b3cause the bathroom has hole in the wall and before i can explain that the curtain was also too short and water goes everywhere and i seen a roach the day before which i did not report because i was in hopital the day before. By the time i got bck office was clothes so my intention was already to request new room whichnis why i did not extend my stay but book new reservation. The man had cut me off and said im playing with him like what...im a geown woman i dont have time to play. I have 6 weeks before my house ready. So if im going to spend almost 600 on room i want respect

It was like a episide of cops..loud music and numerous underage youth drinking andnwalking around in the parking lot and in dron of the rooms..Dangerous

An extended stay hotel should have dishes, pots & pans, silverware, etc. This place had none of these. No hand towels in the bathroom. TV did not work, microwave did not work. All the smoking outside the room made the room stink & butts were everywhere. The carpet was filthy. I don't have a problem with a place being a little worn but this place was dirty. People staying there would fight, play loud music at 1:00 a.m. I should have stayed at a much cheaper hotel with better amenities.
- 2/5
The room was not the best. Beds clean. Floors were dirty. Counters falling apart. 2 microwaves because one didn't work. The bathroom had stains on counters and walls. Mold around windows. The outside sidewalks never swept. There was nothing but dirt and trash. Cigarettes everywhere. The people were nice. The pictures on the website are definitely not accurate. I do not plan to ever stay there again.
- 2/5
It smelled like roach spray as soon as i walked in. There was still trash from the previous guests. When i woke up there were roaches in multiple places

The condition of the room was not good. The carpet was disgusting, making your socks dirty when walking in them. The faucets continuously dripped and the sink and countertops were stained.

Dirty room, strong smell of marijuana that stayed on our clothes even after we left. Overall bad experience because of the la k of cleanliness and comfort in the room.

All the rooms smell like smoke. Much of the property smells like urine. That’s because I caught employees urinating in the stair wells. I woke up sick and ended up looking in the air conditioner and it was absolutely caked with mold. When I checked in, the guy checking me in stepped away to answer his cell phone and came back with an earpiece in and continued to have his conversation while checking me in. I found, what appears to be blood stains by the front door. There was blood spatter on the bathroom wall. The door was separated, probably from someone kicking it in before. There was black mold in the shower and on the shower curtain. I tried to complain to management but I went in the office and it smelled like someone was smoking pot in the back room. I, absolutely, did not feel safe at this hotel. I would stay away. This place is dangerous and unfit for people to stay.

The rooms were good, but Terrible Services. The lady at the Front Desk was hardly up front and act like she didn't want to be there. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone

No housekepping. You have to buy your towels for new ones. They dont take cash.

the worst hotel I have ever stayed in to date. the environment is horrible, I liked the extended stay America chain and trusted it, which is why I stayed, but I can't imagine having this terrible experience. When we arrived to check in there was a couple already complaining about the bad smell, I don't know what I heard, but when we got to the room I almost vomited, without exaggeration it was an unbearable smell, dirty with cockroaches, dirty walls, drug smell from the rooms next door , it's not a family hotel environment, I wanted to run to another hotel but we were tired and I went to study on a course and I couldn't waste time on that because it could harm my grades if I arrived late.

I really enjoyed my stay here! We were here for a Braves game and it was the perfect budget friendly option. The area was very nice, the front desk man was wonderful, and there were a ton of options in the area to keep us busy for our time there. It was about a 15 minute walk to Truist Park, which helped out a lot so we didn’t have to pay for parking. The only downsides was that the room had a scent to it and the bed had a bit of a dip in it on one side, but nothing bad enough for us to complain to the front desk about. I will definitely stay here again next time I’m in Atlanta!

The room was small and crowded. The carpet was filthy. The kitchen area was said to be fully equipped, it was not. No utensils, or anything to cook or heat up in. The microwave was rusty. The refrigerator was clean and functional. The outside of the building needs cleaning and painting. The lobby was dirty. Will not stay here again, will not recommend.

I cannot fault him since he had so many duties.

Everything was average. Buildings and grounds not the cleanest as cigarette butts and trash were on the ground. The carpet in my room was dirty and smelled moldy. Good thing I had shower shoes. No shampoo or hairdryer provided. Surrounding area had lots of convenience stores and restaurants. About a 20-minute walk to Truist Park.
