Reviews
The Salish Lodge is a beautiful property with stunning views of the Snoqualmie Falls, offering a relaxing and luxurious experience. Guests consistently praise the friendly and helpful staff, comfortable rooms, and delicious food. However, some guests have expressed disappointment with the high prices and lack of availability for spa and dining reservations.
- Stunning views of the Snoqualmie Falls
- Friendly and helpful staff
- High prices
- Lack of availability for spa and dining reservations

This property was absolutely stunning with stellar service. I recommend seeing the Snoqualmie Falls at different times of day - we saw multiple rainbows and the sunsets were spectacular.
- 5/5
Highly recommend Salish for a luxurious, clean, and relaxing stay. The property is well maintained all throughout. You cannot beat this location in Snoqualmie. The restaurant had excellent food, but make sure to make reservations (even for brunch) well ahead of time. Having a Spa onsite was a nice benefit, also.

Plan to stay again

We stayed at the lodge for our 32nd wedding anniversary and we were not disappointed. The lodge is truly an unforgettable experience. The hotel is beautiful, as are the spacious and comfortable rooms. The hotel is located overlooking Snoqualmie Falls and offers stunning views from the restaurant. The staff was extremely hospitable and attentive. The restaurant offered amazing food and service, but it was insanely expensive, which was our only complaint. The mains didn't come with a side, and the sides were expensive. The same can be said for breakfast. We have stayed in many five-star hotels all over the world, and I can truly say I've never paid as much for a fairly simple breakfast as I did at the Salish Lodge. I'm sorry, but I think the restaurant was way overpriced.

beautiful property! Amazing stay!!!
- 5/5
Clean, comfortable room; comfortable bed; nice walk-in shower; friendly, courteous, helpful staff. The apartment was excellent.
- 5/5
Our stay was wonderful! The room was beautifully appointed and very spacious and comfortable. The setting is stunning. The staff were very friendly and helpful also.We reserved the waterfall pool in the spa which was Very private and relaxing. You can even enjoy a cocktail while you soak. It was easy to explore the nearby town and visit Twin Peaks . Our trip was topped off with a mama black bear and her two cubs crossing ahead of us on a trail walk. We would love to go back!
- 5/5
A magical place. Was here for my daughter’s wedding on 5.22.26 and the staff were absolutely top notch. The falls were the perfect backdrop for our perfect stay. Highly recommended, and the Spa was not to be missed.
- 5/5
Beautiful and very restful property with excellent service.
- 5/5
Gorgeous. Breathtaking. Staff was amazing. Valet service was immaculate. Only downside was the unavailability for the soaking bath (hot tub) you would think its not completely booked for your entire 2 night stay huh?
- 5/5
Went for our anniversary, room was clean, bathroom was clean with a huge double head shower, overlooking the spillway to the falls. Food was delicious and staff were very helpful. Enjoyed a trip to the spa where the staff was also very helpful.
- 5/5
Lovely place
- 5/5
What was not to like about this beautiful place overlooking the great snoqualime falls
- 4/5
The room did not have heat. We ended up with a space heater. The staff gave us a modest (15%) refund on expensive room rate. The restaurant was VERY expensive yet both the duck and the steak were tough. Disappointing. Out server Nelson was great though. Message at the spa was REMARKABLE. Lindsay, the Masseuse, was delightful and very skilled. Spa desk staff were very friendly. Room view of the waterfall was obscured by bushes that could have been trimmed. While we had great anticipation, the experience overall came up a little short of that - I’ll say good.
- 5/5
Beautiful location with friendly, helpful staff!
- 5/5
This was my best staycation place..the spa staff are amazing and so are all staff we interacted!
- 4/5
Excellent food and wine Beautiful balcony view of Snoqualmie Falls Excellent customer service Prompt and friendly valet
- 5/5
Book a spa treatment early and plan to visit jacuzzi and pools for a truly wonderful experience.
- 2/5
Unfortunately, the stay was very underwhelming. The front desk staff were excellent, but the lodge itself did not meet expectations. We paid extra for a waterfall view room, yet the view was mostly blocked by trees and rocks. The room was comfortable, and the bed, pillows, and pillow menu were standout features, but overall it felt more like a nice $300 room than a luxury $700 experience. What surprised us most was how little there was to do without paying extra. Aside from the gift shop, lobby, and bar, public space felt limited. The hot tub and lounge area required an additional fee, which felt unreasonable at this price point. Food and beverage were the biggest disappointment. Drinks were expensive, dinner was bland and unimpressive, and my salmon was slightly overcooked and flavorless. Breakfast was worse: soggy French toast, overdone pancakes, and flavors that did not work well together. Overall, Salish Lodge felt like a property relying on its reputation more than delivering a true luxury experience.
- 5/5
Food was super good. And the Waterfall was beautiful. Great trip.
- 5/5
Absolutely wonderful! The rooms are so comfortable, the staff are friendly and helpful, the restaurant is tasty, and the spa is outrageous! Pricey, yes, but well worth it. I spent an incredibly relaxing four days there over my birthday and recommend it to anyone!
- 5/5
Spendy but good for a much needed quiet getaway.
- 5/5
We adore staying at the Salish! The service is excellent!!

Our favorite place to stay. Second time here and we will be coming back. I can’t say enough positive things about Salish. Everything is perfect. Staff go above and beyond.
- 5/5
Worth every penny
- 5/5

- 3/5
It was OK. Meh. Spa was so-so. Restaurants disappointing all around. Yes, the view cannot be compared or copied. Without that, NBD. Definitely not worth all the money
- 5/5
This was a great place to just relax and take in the waterfall. Can't wait to go back. Top 5 best rooms I've stayed in.

This place is beautiful. Very clean, quiet, and amazing staff.
- 5/5
From the minute Prayer at the reception desk greeted us, to the exquisitely remodeled rooms, to the five star dinner at the new restaurant, to in room breakfast the service and quality of everything was over the top. The property is the perfect place to getaway and relax. Highly recommended!

This was a bucket list trip and it did not disappoint! The staff was so friendly and helpful and the accommodations were lovely. We had a delicious dinner and breakfast. Hope we can return again so day.
- 5/5
It was just perfect.
- 5/5
Amazing stay! Staff is friendly and helpful the entire time. They even provided us local tips about the best eateries and hikes. Rooms were spacious, spotless, and comfortable. Absolutley amazing stay!
- 5/5
The only thing we would suggest is that the balconies have a lot of hornet nest being built, and it made it uncomfortable to sit out there. They were actually building a nest directly under the end table on the patio in our unit 215. We swatted it away, but they were active in other areas on both side sides of the patio.
- 5/5
Great people amazing location
- 5/5
Breathtaking views from both inside the room and on the viewing deck of the restaurant and nearby trail. Wonderful staff and lovely, well maintained grounds. Highly recommend this location. I will definitely be back, this was a great getaway to just detox and unwind with some wine and a book.
- 5/5

- 5/5
Absolutely loved my stay at the lodge! The spa treatment was amazing ❤️
- 2/5
Do not recommend especially for families
- 5/5
The Salish Lodge is a great weekend escape from Seattle or any other location. The level of service is impeccable...some of the best I've experienced. Every staff member strives to make every request possible and to ensure you are well taken care of. The rooms are spacious and beautifully appointed in that classic Northwest style. The hotel's bar spaces are warm and inviting, and the cocktails are top-notch. Really can't say enough good things about this place, other than you'll love it!!
- 4/5
Construction in front of building made valet inconvenient. Bar closes too early.
- 5/5
We found the staff to go above and beyond in making guests feel welcomed. My wife has Celiac and they provided the best gluten free bread and food options. My wife saw some guests wanting to have coffee outside and the staff showed them the falls and spent time with them. We told the server how wonderful she was and was very happy to have our acknowledgment. We felt it a perfect sanctuary. Loved our stay.
- 5/5
The facility is amazing!!! The entire staff do an incredible job.
- 5/5
It was an incredible experience that i stayed here. I’ll definately be back next time. I love everything staying here
- 5/5
Salish was 10/10! We can’t imagine it being any better. The waterfall was beautiful, the inside of the hotel, our room, the restaurant was amazing. We decided to purchase the club 268 and it was the best decision we made, it gave us access to the spa with unlimited use, free snacks/ small plates, and free alcohol drinks at set times. We loved the Salish so much that we decided to extend our stay.
- 5/5
Can’t wait to return!
- 5/5
Beautiful place and the food was amazing
- 5/5
Other than the waterfall, there isn’t much to do around the hotel. Many restaurants are closed on Mondays so dining choices were limited. We ate breakfast and dinner at the hotel. Breakfast was excellent! But dinner was average considering the price. Two meals for 3 people without any alcohol was more than the cost of the one night hotel stay.
- 5/5
This is the most incredible place hubby and I have ever stayed! I wish I would have known about this lodge when we had our honeymoon! The service was excellent. The food was incredible. The room was exceptionally clean and the bed was incredibly comfy. The soaking pool was amazing as well. Highly recommend staying here! It was worth every penny!
- 5/5
The stay was amazing on all aspects! The food was delsih. Not one miss. Customer service was top notch. From receptionist, to valet, to the maids. The lodge made you feel welcomed with a charcuterie board as you enter the room to a welcoming note. Surprised to have a bathrobe that fit a bigger guy like myself. My friend said the massage was one of the best she's ever had. Needless to say, ill definitely be back again!
- 5/5
The location for this property really can’t be beat. It’s gorgeous. And the room and the hotel itself is great - very clean and stylish. We ordered the cherry pie from room service and it was delish - the best cherry pie I’ve ever bought - Agent Cooper from Twin Peaks would be proud.
- 5/5
Worth every penny! We’re already planning our next trip.
- 5/5
Fabulous place.
- 1/5
they would not let me use their doll's to unload my car
- 5/5
They were great getting us a reservation for our birthday stay
- 5/5
Great stay
- 5/5
Very nice place and valet parking is included
- 5/5
This property is stunning any time of the year, but rooms with fireplaces when there is snow on the ground makes it even more special. Everyone was so attentive to each and every detail. There's a reason it is ranked as #1!
- 4/5
The food was way overpriced for the quality.
- 5/5
Stunning location, we requested adjoining rooms and friendly staff accommodated our request without hesitation. Dining is a little expensive but is excellent quality.
- 5/5

- 5/5
Great service
- 5/5
What a lovely place in a beautiful setting. The fireplace in the room was a welcome sight on the chilly, wet, January evening. The spa felt like a warm embrace to counter the rainy days. All the staff was so helpful and friendly.
- 5/5
The view on the 4th floor restaurant is breathtaking. the proximity of hiking to the foot of the water fall makes our life simple.
- 5/5
We stayed with our two dogs over Christmas and it was lovely! Our room was cozy and quiet. The food was delicious and we really had no need to leave!
- 5/5
We are so grateful our annual anniversary stay at the Salish! It is excellent in every way!!

- 5/5
The staff was first rate, the room felt warm and inviting, and the weather was beautiful. We were able to see Snoqualmie Falls and the leaves on the surrounding hills were just starting to change. Beautiful. I also enjoyed the food and especially the local honey used
- 5/5
Loved the hospitality and staff were so kind and friendly. Food was delicious!
- 5/5
Complimentary valet parking.
- 4/5
It was nice
- 4/5
The hotel was really nice- staff was very helpful. We had a couple of small hiccups along the way, and everyone I spoke to was very helpful and eager to find a solution. The Food options were a bit limited since the main restaurant is under construction- but that will solve itself at some point. The location is good- between a few charming towns, but you def need a car to go anyplace. I'm glad we stayed there for this trip as the location was super handy for the event we were in town for, and my Hubby was a fan of Twin peaks back in the day. Not sure if we'd do it again just because it is a little pricey for what is offered IMO.
- 5/5
Beautiful accommodations!
- 5/5
amidst the Snoqualmie falls!
- 5/5
Nice property, but no late night dining/drinking.
- 5/5
Very comfortable room. Spa amenities and soak pool are available. Make sure to make reservations in advance. The food is amazing, loved relaxing in the lounge too. We were able to easily walk to the falls, and experienced a beautiful night view!
- 5/5
We loved our stay. Room was very nice, complimentary valet and our waitress was excellent. I wish I could remember her name. We will stay here again next year.
- 5/5
Great stay!
- 4/5
Was ok for price your not getting moneys worth
- 5/5
The staff is an 11 out of 10 not only in terms of helpfulness but also personality. Just a great group of lovely people catering to your needs and seemingly enjoying their jobs as much as we enjoy their service. On this same trip we stayed at a waterfront hotel in Seattle operated by a major brand, and the difference in quality and attention to detail and warmth was night and day. Give me the Salish every time over places like that. It is the best-run hotel I’ve stayed in since our trip to Italy some years back. Thank you, Salish!
- 5/5
Simply exquisite!
- 5/5
