It was fast and easy, staff where nice..

The first room was full of bed bugs. While the front desk did not want to give a refund, I decided to stay in a “cleaner” room. The rooms are run down and some have bed bugs. Didn’t expect much but doesn’t mean we should lay down with bugs.

It was so quiet I slept like a rock, well when fiancé let me. We work a city apart and when our days off collide we will visit each other. It was my turn to head to LA so we wanted a quiet simplistic spot nothing fancy. This was it. And the bed had a cute nostalgic squeaky sound to it and it’s those mattresses that sleep very well aside from memory foam lol. But this is a nice spot. I would rent a room again.

The staff is nice . The room is clean the only issue I had was the remote for the tv didn’t work not many channels to watch either.

When you enter the lobby, it looks pretty neat so it is deceiving. The hotel was filthy. There were roaches. The ice machine did not work. The outside grounds was filthy. The bathtub was filthy. It only had one face towel, one hand towel and no cups..

Parking was OK and secure. Very low budget but you get what you pay for. Room was clean but very minimal. The only amenity was a small soap bar and a packet of shampoo. TV was all commercials. Poor lighting. Electrical switch in bath was hanging out of the wall when I got there. Very loud at night as it was right along the busy road. First day my room was not cleaned. Manager told me it was because I never asked them to clean it. If you can afford better, keep looking around. Would definitely not stay there again.

I never checked in i ghought it was canceled and i requested to change the date but no response i wasnt supposed to get charged untill i checked in and the payment should of not been conpleted till after 7 days or upon check out so i have no idea how you were able to do that without me showing up at all it was first tkme using app and didbt underdtand how it worked i was paying it as a loan wich made all confuding with affirm but i requested refund you guys refused and then i was told to dispute the purchase because the room was never used and the charge should of been partially refunded for not checkkng in but i asked support if they can give me at least a half day stay in a room since I still have to pay the loan for it its kind of messed up i dont have alot of money struggling to get by and then paying for something like this for nothing really makes it much worse for my situation i was hoping hotel will let me book since the loan was already charged to me and they got paid but nope they said you have to pay 90 dollara to stay here and i said can you please make a exception just for lkke 4 hours so i can shower and sleep at least 1 hour and they said no so now i have to pay the loan that put me in worse situation just because they decided to check me in and check me out without me even showong up or providing id i feel robbed still debating if i should dispute this again i really need a room to stay and have exhausted my funds

Hotels.com changed me $86 but when I got to the hotel they said all the rooms are occupied. Why the confirmed booking and took? The they had no rooms available.

When I got there to check in, they told me that they were booked and expedia was still allowing people to book. I was turned away and had to fi d other accommodations.

Horrible! I’f I could give 0 stars I would! Room was very smelly, dirty sheets still had stains and hairs from the previous people. Horrible service. They left toilet paper half ways. No shampoo and no soaps. They asked for a deposit in cash seems very sketchy. Area very loud at night you can’t sleep. Do your self a favor go somewhere else.

Staff was nice and service was quick. Room was clean enough. There was some dust on the floors. Outside is very loud and the refrigerator makes a noise every so often, but we were still able to get a decent sleep. Mattress was VERY firm. For those who prefer a soft bed, you will not be comfortable here. Not perfect, not bad either.

Worst filthy hotel terrible dirty towels hotel dilapidated place graffiti everywhere disgusting air filter dirty sheets pillows there was hair and smudges on it very bad the most awful ever rude staff nothing good no English. Do not stay here. Disappointing customer service bare bones garbage piled up around the property it was gross Will never stay here I left. And they didn’t want to give me a refund. Cheap thieves treat people like nothing just take your money room is definitely not up to Covid standards there was a rat there. This place should not be on this app and the board of health should pay them a visit I’m serious.

There was a used condom by the bed, the shower was dirty, the fridge wasn’t plugged in, all bedding and towels were stained, and just very run down in general. Not a comforting experience!

Better options near by for same price or better ! The room was smaller than we expected and owners were not very friendly and couldn’t even have guest stop by real quick cause they were all in the business

Overall, our stay was very disappointing due to the lack of basic cleanliness and hygiene, which we expect as a minimum standard. We would like a refund if possible.

I love the place there little son had great customer service still speak English very well and the women were very friendly I felt like the dad and elder son didn’t trust us dad was always watching us maybe because we were black we keep are room clean because the dad was always telling us bed were clean and felt good and comfortable shower was nice and clean the refrigerator is big and clean nice we had people knocking on are door for lighter we don’t smoke and the dad said not to but yet he gave them a lighter so I was confused on that they told us to clean are own room knock on the door so we got up to clean it ourselves my husband said they made him feel uncomfortable like he a monster or something we paid in cash for 7 night they didn’t ask if we need toilet paper or toilet so we bought are own

It was very dirty and the microwave looked liked it exploded from the inside.

My experience is very bad they refuse me room when i show up even though i showed them my booking thru the app.

There was many instances of old dried snot on the wals, did not like that i had to go to the office and have them unlock my door each time. I'm sure tho, they've had a chance to fix this

This is the worst motel I’ve ever been too. I’ve came from out of town and just wanted to rest. The whole room is disgusting. The bed sheets were really dirty and there were hairs all over the bed you can tell the bedsheets haven’t been changed

I like that the process is easy and basic amenities are decent despite the conditions.

Roaches

I frequently stay at this motel while traveling for work, and I have nothing but positive things to say about it. I adore the setting. My stay is always enjoyable, and the staff at the motel is great to work with. Very accommodating, and booking is simple. Five stars for sure!!

I would say this one was OK. Aside from there being blood in the shower and under the faucet by the wall it wasn't such a bad stay we had our privacy , or any interruptions whatsoever during our stay at the local eateries are amazing and so convenient to walk to

It is what it is. WiFi was pretty decent. No connectivity issues. Television did its job without issues. Shower curtains couldn’t keep water from spilling towards sides. Some extra towels would have been nice to have.

The people running the office tried scamming me. Saying I didn't have anything from expedia and wanted to charge me more. Even with showing them my booking from expedia. They ended finally accepted the expedia booking but wanted to round up to the nearest dollar in their favor. The room didn't have hot water.

No wifi. There was a TV, no picture tho. The staff charged me $25 deposit and refunded only $20, they won’t give me a reasonable explanation. They actually didn’t say much in English. There was this beeping outside my window the whole night. Roaches come out at night. My bed was LOUD. Pillows were dirty/smelly.

Expedia showed that there was a room available, but the front desk attendant claimed they were full. He was extremely rude and offered no explanation.

It was the most disgusting place I had ever seen in my life, there was brown stuff all over the bathroom walls, shower, shower curtain, and sink. I don’t know if it had anything to do with the roaches they are infested with but it it’s my working. The shower head was broken off and management just handed out an old shower head and told me to put that on as of it’s my job. Putting it on was unsuccessful because the broken one that was on was screwed on so tight.

The staff was EXTREMELY RUDE , PREJUDICE, RACIST, ANDNALL AROUND HUST A BAD PERSON PERIOD. the first night I was here the hot water wasn’t working properly so around 1am mind you the advertisement for the room says “24hr front desk” however when i went to notify him of the issue he screamed at me told me I was stupid and walked away. On the second day of my stay I went up to pay for the room at 11 am and I rang the bell and rang the bell with no answer so I went back to my room hence it was 90° outside. On the second night of my stay I stared to see COCKROACHES all over it literally was so disturbing that I had to physically leave the premises that night and stay else where. (See attached photos)

We like the hotel

They accused me of stealing their QUARTERS! From the vending machine. The whole room had graffitii on it and marijuana and tobaccoo in the cabinets. Worse place ive ever been to.

First off I didn’t stay the employee on night shift was a complete jerk he demanded I change my room to a single bed when I needed two he then demanded I pay in cash when I told him I’m no longer going to stay he then followed me to my vehicle demanding a cash payment

The toilet wouldnt flush all the way. The walls are extremely thin, you can hear EVERYTHING everyone else was doing and saying. The traffic was also very easy to hear. The staff is a bit rude despite things being their fault, not very friendly.
