    I liked the size of the room, pillows were comfy and ample parking. The front staff is great! The entrance and hotel areas were very clean. Unfortunately, the bed was uncomfortable and the bed sheets didn't look clean. We had a two queen bed room and the other bed seemed fine. My partner slept well. I found a hair on one of the bed sheets and other dirt markings. The toilet had a low flow and it broke the morning we left. I think we just got unlucky with the room assignment and can imagine that it was just a fluke. You will hear airplanes flying over which is to be expected so close to the airport.

    The hotel is very old for a Hilton hotel. The bathroom and rooms are reflective of such. It’s due for a huge renovation for the price it costs. Don’t mind my stay but would not go again.

    I am reaching due to our experience when we arrived to our room. We checked in around 9 and got to our room @9:12pm as we were putting our stuff down, we realized that there was already an open bar of soap in the shower…mind you it had a piece of hair on it…which looked like a pube hair…We have a picture to prove it… We had told the front desk that we seen that and she just apologized and told us she will send someone to clean it…. They had came when we went to go get food but they still left the dirty soap…. It’s unfortunate to have an experience like this when my son in law recommended this place… I just wish to be accommodated because honestly that was disgusting to find… imagine a bar of soap being open and A PEICE OF HAIR ON IT…..On top of that when I checked my bank account , I saw that you guys charged me $6.60 for something when I had called and you guys tried to say that we took the water bottles but we in fact did not. $3 is way to expensive for water and I would never pay that, that’s why I brought my own water. Again I just wish to be accommodated because I am truly disappointed especially coming from a Hilton hotel. I expected more from this hotel who promotes being one of the best in the business. I will never be coming here again. Thank you for your time and whoever this may concern.

    Es una buena opción, económica, segura y limpia. Solo si le faltaba una mejor limpieza en el baño, el rimer día el refrigerador tenia mucho olor a cebolla, lo reporte a la recepción y enseguida lo limpiaron. El cafe muy bien, dejan azúcar y crema todos los dias. Se descansa muy bien 👍 muy cerca de restaurantes. Me pareció excelente ubicación lejos del ruido. Si lo recomiendo.

    Overall it was a clean enough hotel. The staff was also pretty nice. The hotel is a bit outdated however. It’s also really unfortunate they don’t provide free breakfast but not only that their breakfast was EXPENSIVE for just a small breakfast.

    I’ve stayed here about 4 or 5 times now while traveling. Seven minutes from sfo (no traffic) and in the tech area of south SF so it’s quiet and safe. My only complaint is the property could use a refresh. The staff obviously takes great care of the hotel and rooms but it is outdated.

    Parking is $27 per night, there is no pool or spa, breakfast is not included and the buildinf rooms are very basic. Substandard for a Hilton branded property in my opinion and we stay in Hilton brands all over the world.

    Great central location to the city. About 1 hr drive to the East Bay and roughly 30 mins drive to other neighborhoods. Staff were fantastic - friendly, had a positive attitude, and helpful. Price is very fair for the area. Proximity to good food, cafes, etc. The hotel itself felt clean and well kept, nothing fancy but very solid. Cleanliness for the most part was great, but noticed the remote control in my room was covered in a sticky substance. While I believe they clean their rooms well, it’s probably not as detailed as one might expect. However, nothing to cause great concern.

    Very little handicapped parking, which was seemingly always full. On Saturday and Sunday, the cafe is only open for breakfast (no dinner and no bar). The reading lights in my room didn't work and the bedside lights had stained shades. (I reported this as I was leaving as I didn't want to be bothered during my stay.) Overall about what I expect from Hilton Garden Inn.

    There was mid matched End Tables only one trash can for king bedroom the carpet was not super clean the room and shower was dated the refrigerator took about six hours to get cold, but the overall day was a great day. It was quiet. The front staff was very friendly plenty of parking.

    Good stay overall & very close to the airport obviously. Friendly and helpful staff. There is on site parking, but you do have to pay for it. Only downside was the water pressure in the shower is crazy powerful! Would stay again next time I’m in the San Fran area.

    Room was clean and comfortable. The beds were a little older but still slept well and the bedding was great. Bathroom had been remodeled in past 2years or so and had great water pressure which is hard to find in California. Staff was very nice and accommodating when we had questions. It was also only a 15min drive into the heart of the city because it is right off the 101 & 280. We will definitely stay here again when back in the area. Thank you!

    This Hilton is a clean and comfortable hotel. The room was spacious with good amenities including eco friendly toiletries. The bed was comfortable and the sheets and towels were fine. It was very quiet. Only comment is- we were disappointed we had to pay for parking in the big parking lot.

    Our stay at the Hilton Garden was just okay—nothing particularly spectacular about our 3-night stay. We noticed a few things: 1. None of the staff members we encountered smiled. They completed their tasks, but the level of friendliness and warmth we’ve come to expect from Hilton was missing. There was no “wow” factor. 2. We tried the cook-to-order breakfast, which we initially thought was complimentary. When I asked if they had decaf coffee, the server said they had run out. Unfortunately, they continued to be out of decaf for the rest of our stay. 3. It was disappointing to learn that there was no streaming service on the TV in our room. For a Hilton-branded hotel, we expected modern amenities and the ability to stream. Overall, our stay was fine, but it did not meet the level of service and comfort we usually associate with Hilton.

    The room was in good condition; however, flexibility of the hotel is outright deplorable. When our job was cancelled and we had to leave we asked if we could be refunded for the last two days of the five, we booked, thus giving them an additional 24 hours' notice of the departure, this way they had time to rebook the room and they would have zero discussion of it.

    This hotel room was very spacious. The staff very Friendly . All the things you would need in a room biggest TV ever. Nice area for breakfast outside area very clean and safe easy access to many things in the area. The rate was very fair. I was unaware of the parking fee, and the manager called me one night, which I thought was very gracious of him.

    While our stay was nice, calling room service multiple times with no success was inconvenient. Have stayed at other hotels where they have extra towels under the sink ...unfortunately no extra towels at this location. You will have to request them at the front. Which is no problem, just defeats the whole purpose of room service.

    I would not stay here again. My room was semi-clean. The bathroom floor was dirty and there was a strange smell in the room. We were told the breakfast hours to be until 10am, but when we arrived at 9:02am, the server was very rude saying NO MORE service available. The front desk ladies were really nice and helpful.

    Some maintenance issues. Shower didn't drain and toilet had trouble flushing. They quickly fixed the drain. Toilet never completely clogged so maintenance wasn't called. Did ask for the room to be serviced while out. It was not done as they ended up being short staffed. They indicated it would be done the next morning. Nothing was done until late afternoon.

    The fastest check-in ever in my life. My one and only complaint is that I could only watch Direct TV and could not connect my Netflix or Prime Video, maybe needs a TV upgrade there.

    Nice TV, soundproof rooms, Disappointed that breakfast buffet was not available because of private groups. Dining choices limited and closed on weekend. Heater was noisy and overshot desired temperature causing A/C to kick in. No instructions on how to operate it. Stupid multi-function keys that do nothing. Tiny sink in bathroom. Overpriced hotel with no pool.

    The front desk person, Lauren is really nice. We booked two rooms and when we arrived early, one room was not ready but she lets us go into the first room. She is very informative and helpful. The rooms are large and clean. We had connecting room.We had a good stay and will stay here again.

    DO NOT STAY HERE! Management doesn’t give a crap about its guests. They’re trying to charge us $800 for a TV that was broken before we even got there and even though we told them immediately when we saw it when we finally got and stayed in our room because we were only there for 5 minutes all day and didn’t get back and check anything until 3am. (And also if we were the ones who broke it, why in the hell would we come tell you about it…)Shampoo and other soaps weren’t refilled and they told us we had to leave even though we had another night in the city. Trying to take advantage because we’re young and they think we are naive. But that’s not the case.

    We found the hotel to be a good location for our 4-day family trip to San Francisco. It was close enough to the tourist spots, and far enough from the city, which is what we wanted. The hotel manager Mark and staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was a little outdated, but clean and quiet. We would stay here again.

    The hotel room was good/comfortable. However, they charge you $25 for your parking which was not mentioned in advance. Also, we had to do our laundry but their washer and dryer need coins to operate. We asked the front desk to break our $20 into quarters to allow us to wash out dirty clothes but they said they do not have quarters and directed us to the 711 store 2 blocks away. They could have opened the washer/dryer to recycle the coins or better yet, upgrade their washer and dryer so guests can use credit card instead.
