Shower head arm broken so you needed to hold it up. AC was noisy. NO ELEVATOR. Carried luggage up stairs to 3rd floor

I was looking for a low-cost hotel that felt clean and safe. The SilverStone Inn & Suites in Spokane Valley was a great choice. The clerk at check-in was efficient and friendly. The room was clean. The free continental breakfast was from 6-9 AM but they also gave a voucher for Denny's (in the same parking lot just a short walk away). Denny's breakfast was from 6-10 AM. The voucher enabled me to choose 3 items plus a drink. I chose eggs (2), french toast (1), and french toast (1), plus an orange juice, all free. It was delicious. Other options on the vocher were bacon, 2 pancakes (counted as 1 item), biscuits, toast, and maybe oatmeal and maybe some fruit? Alternatively, I could have chosen something off the Denny's menu and received $7 off. I got a room on the 3rd floor away from I-90 and with the air conditioner on all night, I didn't hear anything. As I walked in the hallyways, the building was quiet. I didn't want to be next to a noisy ice machine, but the clerk told me that all ice was on the 1st floor. There is no elevator, so be prepared for that if you have a lot of luggage or knee problems. The parking lot felt safe. There was an indoor pool but I didn't use it, but others seemed to be enjoying it. There was a guest laundry room with 1 or 2 washers and dryers. The bed was very comfortable. I would highly recommend the SilverStone Inn & Suites in Spokane Valley.

Staff was very helpful

This hotel is old and in desperate need of updates! The photos online are not accurate! Our room was quite frankly disgusting; the headboard and chair are old & cracking, nasty unwashed bed skirt, blood on the lamp shade, the other lamp shade is cracked, unwashed or pee stained sheet covering the comforter (we were able to get a clean comforter thankfully). I asked if we could be moved and was told they were full and didn’t have any other rooms available. They were also not willing to issue a refund so we could find another hotel. Very dissatisfied, I would recommend not booking with this hotel!

For the price, very clean, nice staff, bed not super soft, lots of pillows, and you get breakfast voucher to Dennys!! Totally worth booking! I would say it looks dated, but very clean. Also, price much lower on Expedia vs the website.

For the price you get what you pay for. It is a very good deal on breakfast because you get a voucher to eat at Denny’s which is located very close to the hotel. No elevator so it’s hard for us to always choose this property because my boyfriend uses a cane. But overall a great value

There were squishy toys under one of the beds, but other than that the room was nice. Breakfast: Misleading you get 2 vouchers for 3 items each & need to go to Denny's to get your food, not enough for my wife & I & 2 small kids to eat. Ended up going to Mcdonalds. Pool: The pool & hot tub were nice & clean, kids enjoyed it. Overall the stay was nice.

Only downside is the short small toilet and didn't like the shower. But great place for a short stay in Spokane.

Older hotel right off the freeway. The rooms were clean, bed was just ok. There isn’t really breakfast… but they do give you Dennys coupons to use.

The stopper in the vanity sink was not connected to any mechanism underneath and was settled into the drain closed position. To let the sink drain, you needed to pull up the stopper and place it to the side. Sure seems like something the management would want to repair!

Nice quiet, neat and clean room. Loved having the vouchers for Denny’s next door. The pool looked nice, although we never had the chance to use it.

Great staff and excellent service. The only downside was the elevator being out of service, which made carrying two large containers of clothes up to the third floor difficult. Overall, a positive experience.

I just extended our stay here. It's clean, quiet, helpful staff. Denny's for breakfast is definitely a plus. Only down side is no elevator. On the plus side, grandson is learning to navigate steps.

They gave you a voucher for breakfast to Denny's or $7 off your meal. Keep in mind you need to also be able to tip the waiter who serves you. If staying on the first floor you will smell the pool through the whole hall and the laundry room through half way through the hall. Very strong but once in the room you won't smell the chemicals. Started to get sick after the 2nd day after going to take a bath I noticed there was a ton of Black mold in the shower. The lights are so dim in the rooms so when I pulled out my flash light you can tell they dont clean very well at all. I would not recommend if you have allergies or health issues to stay here at all. They need to do better job with chemicals and to clean their rooms. When we checked out early I told the staff why and they acted like they knew and wouldn't talk about it.

It looks like it was a newer facility. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. They provided a voucher for breakfast at the Dennys the other side of the parking lot, though they had simple choices in the building. The staff were very friendly.

We found rodent droppings under the pillows of our room. We were switched to a new room but when we asked to speak to manager we were told a manager wasn’t available, a number was given. But we can’t call them until next week?? A pretty bad experience.

Like in the pictures everything was kind of torn up, holes The walls were scratched up I have a picture of someone carving out f*** you and I think is a stub in the bathroom there's a lot of like graffiti and stuff around the room The chair was broken the microwave was ancient I'm not sure why some of the rooms are really nice looking when you pay $90 for them but then when I got my room valued you know discounted at $60 they gave me yeah it was like a value room everything was torn up the TV didn't work right at the chair was broken the sheets were torn there were so many little things that it was just way too much to complain about but the staff was friendly.

No vending or toothpaste

We found dirty underwear in the closet when we checked in. No elevator. No big deal but it was not something I recall seeing prior to booking. Hair dryers are available upon request from the front desk. So don't forget to get it if you need one! The room was cleaned by staff with the do not disturb on the knob. The mattress needs to be changed. We rolled to the center all night.

Very clean n nice place

From the first moment we checked in to the moment we turned around and checked out we felt very unsafe. When we checked in the front desk lady was very short and you could tell we interrupt something and she was annoyed. Then we got to the room. Smelt of mold, bed were curved in the middle, was not very clean and you could see were water leaked from the ceiling and they did a temporary fix to rent the room. In the other bathroom you could see a black substance underneath the tile of the shower that was lifted. Overall I would not recommend this hotel.

I would give it a negative 5 stars if I could. No elevators, no cots, snack as breakfast (literally apple chips). The games room was a joke and the staff couldn't help with anything.

It was nice and clean. The staff in the afternoon was rude, they made assumptions didn't know facts and wouldn't help with some issues. Very very poor front desk staff. Another customer at the same time i was there had same issues and she got no help at all. She tho paid for room hand confer # but they didn't let her stay.

I purchased 2 nights , the room i purchased which was the suite ended up not being a suite at all , the room was dirty, and I had to leave after the first day and did not get a refund for the second day which they said I would get back and never did I would never stay at this hotel or use this company to purchase a hotel ever again. Breakfast was the biggest let down. A full hot buffet turned into all the instant oatmeal you could eat. Plus a few granola things that were not that great either. Definitely not what was advertised. Talked to the staff, and they were no help at all. The tickets to dennys was a nice touch, but they only gave us four tickets. We have five people for two days. Three of which were adults. Also, one shower was broken, and the other was dirty. We had a double room, so we had two bathrooms. I would not recomend this place. The location was good, and the pool was acceptable. Other than that, no good.

Super out dated , alot of dust in the rooms . It’s so old it grosses you out . Has a nice pool but super strong smell in chlorine ! Tbh wouldn’t stay there again ..

The pictures online definitely gives a different “picture” than what you find, when you get there and see it. My credit card was charged twice. The hotel reception said they could not give me a receipt. The spa spouts were just about not pumping any “stream/water” and when I asked for an extra chair to sit at the table in our room, to play games, the lady at reception said they cannot give me another chair. Supposed to include a breakfast but they do not do breakfast at the hotel - you get a $7 voucher for a meal at Denny’s. It needs renovations/upgrading because everything looks old. The beds were clean. The water did not want to drain from the sink. It was not terrible but I will not go back.

You could have allowed cats or at least make it very clear that you are pet friendly but only dogs! It should be dogs and cats that are fixed ! If they don't have proof of being fixed f hen they don't stay . Male cats that are not fixed are the ones that spray . I

The free breakfast choices at Dennys were OK. The staff were very friendly. Our microwave was broken. I reported it to the front desk. While she was very friendly and concerned, the microwave was never fixed over the 3 remaining days of our stay.

The room was small but clean and quiet. We slept real well. The breakfast was a wonderful surprise. We were provided with vouchers for Dennys which a hundred feet away. We would stay with them again when we visit family in the area.

I appreciate the kind staff. I always have a good experience getting a stay here. Affordable and clean. A little rundown in some places...but its clean! Pool is warm. Breakfast was a little misleading so I missed out on that. But I am still happyand rested.

Breakfast options were great, pool and hot tub clean and at perfect temperatures, Staff was exceptionally kind and helpful. Everything was very clean. The armchair and headboard could stand to be replaced (vinyl wearing through and headboard looked like a cat had scratched into it on one side. I know they don't allow pets and the damage was by a guest who clearly broke the rules.Location was great and the price matched the hotel. It wasn't perfect, but it was what we paid for. Something more modern would have easily been at least $50 more/night.

Hidden gem in Spokane valley. Stay here every time when working in this area. Staff is always great! Beds are comfy.

My husband and I stay here once a month and usually enjoy our stays. But, last time we stayed here we reserved a queen room and got a full bed. Not very comfortable for two people to sleep in. I will not stay again unfortunately. It was our favorite place until our last visit

Their listing said they were pet friendly but arriving with a small well-behaved dog, they said they weren't pet friendly and refused to give a refund. They also refused to give a receipt for the money I had paid. Also, they don't have an elevator so you have to lug your baggage up the stairs.

I wish I could give this less than one star. The room had a weird odor. The microwave had scorched food previously. The "onsite breakfast" is a coupon to walk over to Denny's. The ice machine didn't work. The road noise (interstate) was awful. The pool was slimy and the toilet clogged. There were no other rooms available so we had to change hotels due to the toilet issue. This happened at about 4pm. They refused to refund that night (we were supposed to stay another 2 and they did refund the final night). Oh, and the housekeeper referred to me with an expletive in front of my minor child. Also, the name and photos are misleading. This property was a Super 8 that was split in two (the other half is still Super 8 and right next door). Do not book a stay here, if at all possible. The only bright spot was the Front Desk Manager, Samantha, who was cheerful and helpful, despite the uphill battle of having to represent such a subpar property.

Breakfast was grab and go packaged items, nothing fresh, pretty disappointing should not be advertised as breakfast. We paid for multiple nights and were given a coupon a real breakfast next door. That offer was good for the morning after check in, however we had prior other plans Hotel would not forward the offer to a different day in our stay. Everything was just ok. Everything was clean, but the place is pretty worn down.

The hotel is disappointing and that it didn’t even have gel to bathe with. It had a bar soap. It did provide shampoo and conditioner. Very low accommodations. The pool and Jacuzzi were OK but very disappointed with the quality. I didn’t choose super eight rather I chose silver stone and was not happy.

Did it feel cheap? Also yes Place was super run down, dingy hotel Room was “tidy” enough but pretty run down, the pictures from the Expedia site really should be updated as they look like they were taken over 20 years ago, everything looks very aged now. The bed was super creaky and uncomfortable. We had pillows that were all mismatched, one was super flat and hard, one super fluffy and one smelly. Wish I had brought my own pillow. The walls are so thin I was kept up all night, either kids crying or people in the hall, loud noises of toilets flushing in other rooms. I could go on but you get the picture, super run down “you get what you pay for” kinda deal. Will definitely not be back. Also, before you get excited about the pool, like my son was… This place shares a pool with the Super 8 next door so had it been open I am willing to bet it would have been absolutely packed with two hotels able to use it. Unfortunately someone had puked in it before we got there so it was closed. The best part of the stay was the breakfast at the Denny’s next door!

The room was clean and the bed comfortable. We used the breakfast vouchers for Denny's which worked well. The room was devoid of any amenities. No hairdryer, not even a piece of paper to write on much less a pen and not even a Gideon's bible. After our long drive I was looking forward to using the hot tub. The pool and hot tub were over populated! Those services were also being used by the Super 8 nextdoor! There were young children in the hot tub which shouldn't be allowed. I believe that to be a safety factor. Though it was posted "No lifeguard on duty." the hotel staff was located directly across from the pool room and did not monitor for over population or small children in the spa. Also, the chlorine odor was overwhelming when you entered the lobby.

The "full breakfast" advertised was only granola bars and there was less than 20 of them. One of the rooms had mold in the bathroom and the front desk did not allow the guests to switch rooms for the first night. Only offered to move them to a neighboring hotel for an extra charge. Were able to move to a different room for the second night.

Breakfast at the hotel was cereal bars, instant porridge and coffee. However, we also each received a Denny’s voucher (which was next door) for three items free or 7.00 off a breakfast.

The room seemed clean but it smelled like someone had recently smoked. The mattress sunk in, the water in the sink didn’t drain and the TV didn’t work. I would definitely not recommend staying here.

Extremely disappointed that I was not able to get my Denny’s breakfast when I checked out. Turns out, breakfast ends at 10 AM, so pay attention to that. It might be something I would’ve thought about if it was a hotel breakfast that gets put away, but not a restaurant which is continuously serving breakfast. To the hotel, please consider getting that extended until noon.

Hotel was clean but very dated. There is a minimal free breakfast (coffee, juice annd oatmeal packets) so instead they give you 2 free vouchers to Denny’s next door per night no matter how many people are in a room. Pool and hot tub were nice but shared with the Super 8 next door so very crowded. Overall, would not stay here again.

The room was very dated and the bathroom tub was peeling and caulking was dirty; the keurig didn’t work; hair dryers are not in the rooms and the front desk clerk is very busy and doesn’t need to walk dow the hall to retrieve a hairdryer; the pool is shared with the Super 8- way too many people for the small pool…the pictures and reviews on Hotel.com were not reliable:(

The hotel is run down. The room was just unclean with mold in the shower/bathtub. I was honestly afraid to sleep in the bed or take off my shoes. We went to a different hotel after the first night and just ate the loss.

Silverstone is my go to place to stay in Spokane. Great value for what you receive. The rooms have everything you need and are clean. Complimentary breakfast at Dennys is a surprise bonus.

Terrible experience. Did write headquarters and have not heeard anything about my experience. I will never stay here again and will not recommend it to anyone the worst stay I have ever had and I travel alot for my kids stuff. Great place to stay at. However, the drug problem in Spokane is everywhere. Try and not judge based on the surrounding area(the valley) and your stay will be very pleasant.

First room we were given had a plugged sink which was dealt with next day. We were moved quickly to the next door room once it was mentioned though. At check in we were given coupons for breakfast for 2 of our 3 people for Dennys next door. I had believed the hotel had inhouse free breakfast which is much easier for everyone to get a bit of food. Picky kids and selection was not as broad at Dennys for the price.

Witch is nice but whats the point of getting a room with certain services and those services arnt there. As well as I really wanted to work out and when asked they do not have one.

The workout room wasn’t available, but we had a blast in the pool. Breakfast is outsourced to the adjacent Denny’s, which was super convenient. Overall, a solid experience – we’d likely return for the comfort and service!

Check in was great. Samantha was very kind and helpful. The room was clean and it was quiet. The staff at check out were discussing another roomand continued their conversation for several minutes while I stood there waiting. I do think they could have paused for a moment, but overall it was a great stay.

We had a room that was extremely quiet, did not hear any road noise. We were happy of this, we read other’s reviews and were kind of nervous. It was an all around great 3 night stay!!! We will definitely book again when we go visit our daughter!

The hotel is 3 levels with no elevator. The rooms are cramped and there is no way to adjust the room temperature. We booked multiple nights but they didn't see the last day in their system. I had to call Hotels.com multiple times with no solution provided. The hotel gave me every excuse possible "my manager isn't answering", "we have to go next door to use that computer", "we need to get the phone from the cleaning ladies". They were quick to get me a refund authorized. I then booked a hotel on my own instead of using Hotels.com. I would not recommend this hotel and i would think twice about using Hotels.com in the future.

No breakfast was offered. Staff was very unfriendly and appeared to be telling stories about themselves that were not true. No help was offered when room appeared to be occupied and the woman cleaned could not be reached to give help for an item lost in the parking lot. Next night five miles down the road the exact opposite of each statement!!!

Everyone seems to have a story of a company that hires people down on their luck and gives them a job—but I don’t think that anyone necessarily needs a new heart transplant should be working except for the fact that there is a tax incentive to hire these kind of women or men so the bulk of the wages paid are substantially paid by a reduction in taxes

Called right after my booking as my booking said i couldnt check in until 4pm , i was only 2 hrs out so i called to see if i could check in still when ever i got there , before 4pm , the employee was super cool and told me its dependent on vacancy and told me he had a room available for when ever i got there, when i arrived , brandi the weekend supervisor told me I couldnt check in until 4pm , and the previous employee isnt supposed to do that and unfortunately was just very rude, especially with her tone as i was just trying to explain what i was told, so i ended up having to wait 2 hrs in the parking lot , not to mention the WiFi is terrible!! Kept kicking me off every 2-5 minutes!! Also theres no elevator to go to the second floor, it said silver stone was the better version of the super 8 as it is more expensive, but yet the super 8 right infront is cheaper, has nicer staff, and an elevator and theyre wifi works great as ive stayed there multiple times, i also dont necessarily understand how u cant check some one in until 4pm as what if someone is traveling and its 2 am or something and they want to get a hotel? Youre telling me you wouldnt be able to check them in??! Thats basically what brandi told me when i asked that same ? In person she said yes that would be correct , ive seen brandi attending to the super8 a few times and shes always seemed to have a very negative annoyed tone, i feel she needs to be talked to about that!

Hot tub was barely warm, the bath tub was not dirty but i wouldn't call it clean either, lots of paint chipping and rust in the bathroom. There was barely anything for their "grab and go" breakfast. Our family of 5 just went to Dennys. They did offer vouchers but that was even so limited we didn't end up using them. Honestly it's not a bad hotel at all it just needs a little work.

It wasnt realy the partiers fault. More the fact that the wall's are not soundproofed at all. Was a horrible night for me and my daughter. Had to get up and drive 10 hours. The AC worked intermittently the room had a LOT of wear. Headboard was damaged. Armchair looked like it was found in an alley. Fridge made noise untill I unplugged it. The clerk that checked us in was amazing. A great employee. Pool was good. Overall I would have drove through the night instead of getting a room for rest had I known I wouldnt get any sleep. I was fooled by the hotel name. Thought it would be better than an Econolodge or Motel 6 but the name just sounds fancy. Night clerk could have been more firm with the drunk and loud "guests". For me it was a complete waste of money and left me driving all day super tired.

I had booked a room twice once for four nights and then again for two nights. Out of all those days, there were some Wilcox hard boiled eggs that were available on two of the mornings. We stayed at Silverstone hotel Inn and suites for three nights. The staff was great and very accommodating. Our room was clean. Wasn’t a far drive to get everywhere we needed to go and the price was very affordable. I would definitely stay there again and recommend to friends and family.

Great value. Only thing I didn't like was the fact that the picture was different than our actual room and no elevator. Cant beat the price and overall value. My number one criteria is cleanliness and it was clean.

The room itself was comfortable, however, in the middle of the night, the smoke detector started chirping. I was going to call the front desk, but the phone didn't work. So, after heading down to the lobby, I informed the front desk about the chirping. They didn't have any way to fix it. I still had that night and one more to stay at the hotel. The smoke detector (nor phone) were ever fixed during my extended stay. The bed was comfortable and the shower was great, but the service was terrible.

We had 4 adults 2 couples. We got a 2 room suite. There were glass French door between the rooms. No privacy once you were in bed. The lights from bathroom would light up the other room. You had to change in the bathroom also. There was a lot of hard water on the shower head and mold on the shower in-closure. There were also homeless families living in the field next to the hotel. The king bed had no head board. There was a large photo on the wall you would rest your head on if you wanted to sit up in bed. I would not stay here again in a suite. Breakfast was at a restaurant across the way but it was slow service and a very specific menu. You can order what you want and get a $7 credit. Be aware It took an hour to eat. If you’re in a hurry to get anywhere not a good choice.

Advertised full breakfast. Then when checking in was told we have coffee here but here are vouchers to get 3 free items at dennys which was next door. However the voucher was really a $7 discount. Which was fine but I remember the days picking hotels with full breakfast to save money and this would have ruined the trip.

We stayed for 2 nights. We were gone all day and when we returned, the bed had not been made and garbage had not been emptied. I talked to the receptionist and everyone had gone for the day, so there was nothing she could do. When you pay the same price for each night you would expect that housekeeping would at least do the minimal and make a bed and empty the garbage. This is a hospitality industry and you would think that in order to encourage people to return you would provide better service.

The hotel is a little hard to find because it sits behind another larger hotel that’s more visible. Once you find it, everything is great!

Room was extremely musty, when I turned on the A/C . The smell of urine and must just got worse. It appeared that the bed was only dressed up, and sheets had not been changed.

While the facility was in decent shape it was an old super 8 with the sign still up which gave the appearance of a run down motel. They had updated the rooms but the bathroom could use some new caulking etc. Doors had holes that showed repair etc. The main thing was the receptionist/desk clerk was somewhat rude and not that helpful. We never had any room service for the 3 nights we stayed. Had to go and ask for fresh towels and beds were never made. Disappointed over all.

Check in time was 4pm. We arrived at 4:10pm. We requested a first floor room when we reserved. I have issues with stairs and there was no elevator. We were told the 2 rooms on the first floor were not clean yet. (Poor management). Another couple was waiting as well. We sat in their coffee area till 6:20. FINALLY we were imformed that the other couple would receive the first floor and we could have a second floor room. Reason the other first floor room was not cleaned staff had left for the day. (Poor management). Desk clerk was doing her best. The room was okay. But trying to shower and getting luke warm water was just another sign of yet again poor management.

The staff was friendly, the room was clean and nicely decorated, it was close to the interstate and the voucher for breakfast at Denny's next door provided a great breakfast. And the price was extremely reasonable--perhaps the best deal on a room in a two week road vacation. We highly recommend it.

1. The neighborhood is sketchy asf, checked on my car continually throughout my stay. Could not relax about it. Another guest's vehicle was broken into during my stay. 2. Dirty, so extremely dirty, wish I hadn't already paid in advance. Linens were gross. There was definitely mold in the room. You could smell it in the air and I had a pretty significant allergic reaction to it that "magically" disappeared within hours of checkout. 3. The fixtures, furniture, carpet, paint, etc seemed decades old, not kept up at all, and run down. 4. The FEMALE staff is friendly overall. The MALE staff is definitely not. Overall, I could not wait to checkout and booked a different hotel for the duration of my time in Spokane.

Driving through to take my son to college and was only looking for a place to sleep. For the price you could not beat it. We were worried about leaving stuff in the car, but there was absolutely no reason to be at that location. And then to receive the credit for each of us to eat at Denny’s made it absolutely worth the price we paid. Right off the interstate in a very well lit parking lot.

Needed a hotel in a bind when done wrong from another hotel. Made my reservation online and was able to check in within 20 mins of making the reservstion and no hassle.

The bed in our room was very comfortable and clean. The linens were quite nice. The microwave and refrigerator were in good repair. The housekeeping staff was friendly and accommodating with our needs. Breakfast (NOT) was only bags of Apple chips, instant oatmeal, coffee and cream. The advantage was daily vouchers for Denny's across the same parking lot. We thoroughly enjoyed breakfast daily which also was a money savings for us. The freeway access is excellent. It backs up to another hotel. Dollar store, numerous restaurant choices, gas/ car wash within a block or two. We were able to park our car right outside our window which we prefer. The front desk staff was pleasant and accommodating.

Went to check in at 3:30 pm. We were told the maids were not through cleaning the first floor room we requested, because my wife has a bad back and can not walk stairs. We were told to wait in the breakfast commons area. Another couple came in shortly after us and requested a simular room.They were told the same thing. 4pm we were told the maids were cleaning the upstairs rooms and the maid supervisor would have them come back downstairs and clean rhe 2 rooms that customers were waiting for. 4:30 pm we were told the maid supervisor was on break by the check in clerk and she didnt know if the 2 downstairs rooms had been cleaned. 5pm we were told that one room had been cleaned and one room had not been cleaned and the maids had gone home for today. We got the clean room and the other couple was offered a room on an upper floor.

I used to love this hotel. My 13 year old and I ran from a domeatic situation and over the last year I had a variety of things including black mold give me severe respiratory issues. However, my lungs were just starting to do better. We have been selling things daily to try and make money for another hotel stay so my child could be clean and go to school and at 75- 100 per night we could only do every other night. I sold my grandmothers jewelry yesterday for a room to get my chikd to school today . Within an hour of being in the room I started coughing and I had already given the room a quick inspection so I thought it was just the air quality outside which has been at warning level for being out and I needed to be inside safe. I was safer outside! I tried to sleep but my cough got worse and I started wheezing and my chest tightened in pain! I I got up to go to the bathroom and my cough got worse so I looked around got down on floor and to my suprise under the toilet and behind and up the wall was an ungodly amount of black mold! For me it was a deadly amount had I not found it and I stayed a few days;(( I took some pictures and went to show the manager. I had not slept due to coughing and chest pain and it was almost checkout time and I was afraid to shower now. The manager offered me only 20% back that takes 10 days or the $12 on another night! Gave me 10 xtra min to get out! Sold my jewelry for nothing. Their fans went out long ago. This mold has taken over. Beware

Corridors felt like a walking to your death, dark, dank dirty, worn out. Room was stark nothing like photos. Air conditioner was noisy but fantastic. There is not breakfast onsite, they had coffee and instant oatmeal THATS IT! upon check in you are given a $7 voucher for the nearby Denny's. I selected this facility for the BREAKFAST and location. Both were the poorest I have ever encountered. Not a repeat!!

Everything seemed very clean. Staff was helpful. The jacuzzi was a nice option while the kids swam in the pool. Kids loved it and the Denny's vouchers were a nice way to enjoy breakfast before checking out. Enjoyed being able to sit and have coffee downstairs while others were still sleeping.

Bed comforter had dirt/stains. Found hair in bed that did not belong to me/ could not have been mine. Shower head broken so had to squat/hold it to get any on my head. Overall not the best first impressions. Front desk was nice and helpful in trying to resolve, just wish after a long day of traveling, that I didn’t have problems to need to resolve

Good location, fair price. Beds were very springy and uncomfortable and the ac was extremely loud

From the moment we walked in it smelled musty and almost moldy. The bathrooms were gross and we found many large spiders in our room. Never again.

Hard to find

Staff is friendly and helpful. Grab and go breakfast is good. Location is convenient.

The rooms are clean, mattress wasn't bad. The bathroom is tiny, there is no hair dryer and you only get a small bottle of conditioning shampoo. There is also no elevator, you have to access your room via stairs.

Perfect for our one night stay. The location was close to everything so we were able to run out see Spokane Falls and do a little site seeing. We used the jacuzzi and several were enjoying the pool.

An older property but that's why the price is so reasonable. This hotel is clean, beds and showers are comfortable. Quiet, friendly, safe. That's all I need when I'm business traveling.

Not worth half of the price

The property is nicely kept updated. Spotless. Soft bed but still comfy for a rock hard mattress lover. The fridge is small but adequate for a few snack items. The freezer was barely big enough to accommodate the freezer block that takes the place of ice cubes in my small cooler. The bathroom is nice. The area around the sink accommodated all our toiletries. The front staff was very friendly and helpful.

Our vehicle got broken into, they smashed in our window. And the front desk knew about it, but yet didn’t bother to call our room to tell us about it.

It was very comfortable

Was a convenient stop along the highway. Had a pool and hot tub which were decent. Free breakfast at Denny’s was a nice touch too. Was an average hotel. Front desk attendants were alright at check in.

No fans in the bathroom making it wet and steamy. Toilet was even sweating. Smashed bugs in the wall.

Property had a nice little to go breakfast and gave you a voucher for a small meal at the Denny’s next to it. Had a nice indoor pool. Staff was helpful and polite
