Microwave is having issues and the hotel walls have damaged in the room horrible bed and smells. They charged me for my tiny dog $45 and still wanted $50 deposit
- 2/5
The air conditioning socket doesn’t work, had to run a spot . The curtains were ripped up. The continental breakfast was a joke. There’s one bar soap for everything.
- 4/5
Overall decent place to stay
- 2/5
Never going back It was dirty and tv was broken and there was shit in the bathroom on floor and was dirty
- 5/5
Clean room. Quiet. Weren't bothered and had no problem during our stay
- 5/5
It was clean and didnt have any troubles with our room
- 1/5
The smell was absolutely horrible - and it lingers on everything I had with me on the trip. Carpets were filthy & stained. Comforter & blankets had numerous old cigarette burns all over them. Mattress VERY old and worn out. There was a wooden block under my bed holding the middle of the sagging bed up. The upholstered chair was covered in stains. The towels were very small worn and scratchy. There were gross fingerprint sized globs of an unknown substance on the remote. I was supposed to be in a non-smoking room but the overwhelming smell of old cigarette burn was everywhere - in all the halls and entryways and throughout the room. The smell was so bad in the first room they gave me that I asked the front desk for another room. They were gracious about it and on inspection agreed that the cigarette smell was very stong & I did later see them bring fans into that room presumably to mitigate the smell. The second room still had a very bad smell that never got better. I picked this motel due to proximity to the venue I was attending. It was in a nice neighborhood that felt relatively safe and has great proximity to restaurants & shopping - but that in no way made up for the lack of c & smell. I have not yet been able to get horrible smell out of my luggage and gear. On the positive side - the shower had plentiful hot water and the shower curtain was clean and appeared new. I think it is just a very old property with furnishings and interiors far past their useable life.
- 5/5
Good
- 0.5/5
Nothing
- 3/5
All and all, it met our expectations and served our needs. If you are looking for a modern motel with great amenities, look elsewhere. If you are looking for a great price for a place to sleep, shower, and move on, this meets that bill.
- 4/5
AC cooled the room down nice, kinda squeezy, but we were ok with it. If we had 4 people in the room it would have been too small, but we only had 2 of us.
- 1.5/5
There is a coke machine in the building. The room smelled.like a herd of cats lived there. The sheets were stained. They were washed, but badly stained. The mattress was quite old and broken down. While outside the building smoking, I was asked by some dude if I needed any "crystal". It is better than sleeping in your car though.
- 5/5
Economical and most importantly safe. I felt secure with friendly residents who return iften
- 0.5/5
Nothing. Required a $50 deposit even though I booked through Booking.com. Air conditioner did not work. Shower did not work - only put out scalding hot water. Hazardous and completely unusable. Facility was not secure and felt very unsafe. Incredibly bright lights were pointed into the bedroom windows from outside and made it impossible to darken the room for sleep. The hotel served more as a homeless shelter than an actual hotel. Room smelled strongly of Marijuana and other drugs. Facility was incredibly dirty. Not safe or suitable for families with children.
- 1/5
There was a kitchen in our room..the faucets were dirty...tge tv did not work and tgey would not fix it...i needed a room on the 1st floor being disabled....and had to go up stairs to get to our room..and it was hard on 2 disabled people....i would not recommend staying here ever again
- 1/5
I thought the convenience... Well, there wasn't a door on the bathroom. The towel rack couldn't hold anything or it would fall off the wall. The TV would turn on but you could not access any channels. Then, the worst thing was that everyone has to leave a deposit of $50. Which I'm completely fine with doing. My deposit was broken down into twenty on cash and thirty on card. I received my twenty as soon as I checked out ... The thirty remaining tho I never got. The front desk said they released it the day I checked out... WRONG! they said it was my bank...WRONG! They said they would email me the receipt from that... WRONG! Never received it ... Shady business dealings for sure.... Can someone say AUDIT?!?! My advise is if you MUST stay here pay cash on your deposit and be prepared to have jail cell like accommodations....BIG FAIL!!!
- 2/5
The lighting was terrible to tiny lamps in the main part one of which was a strobe. The toilet was broken; at first it wouldn't flush, then it wouldn't stop running, I left for hours at a time to find puddles on the floor, I was able to find the problem and fix it. The floor throughout the room was sticky and dirty like it hasn't been cleaned in years.
- 2/5
Staff was Friendly. I had a Toilet overflow, I had to stop the water in the Toilet, wall valve would not shut all the way. I had to clean up the resulting toilet water overflow as no staff was available early on Saturday morning. Room other wise was clean, Microwave for heating food, my food items were cleaned from the refrigerator mid stay, so no midnight snack that night, when I got back at midnight. Breakfast was packaged muffins, Oatmeal packages, Apples, Coffee and Apple Juice in shot sized plastic cups. Would I stay there again, maybe not.
- 2/5
Kitchenette with no accessories. Property and rooms very rundown. Breakfast very limited.
- 0.5/5
It RSS disgusting SC no electricity no tv no sc
- 4.5/5
Staff very accommodating Nothing
- 0.5/5
Everything. The place was disgusting and the staff was rude. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.
- 2/5
Once we paid the additional price, we were given a decent sized room. The shower didn't drain, the toilet gasket leaked, the wall boards were moldy, someone else's food was in the kitchen, the dishwasher was not anchored and almost fell on my daughter, there was glass on the floor of one bedroom, lightbulbs were missing, one step on the stairs is halfway broken off...we paid for one more night while we made other arrangements. The new guy at the counter was just as rude and entitled. I see now why this hotel is more known for drug dealers and prostitutes. Not family friendly or any other kind of friendly.
- 4/5
The rooms were good size and bed comfortable The tv was too small and some fixtures needed to be replaced
- 0.5/5
The atmosphere
- 5/5
Amazing staff, room service, clean room, easy check in and out!
- 5/5
It is clean enough and a great price. It isn’t a five star hotel, but it is staffed by five star people.
- 1/5
Very old, outdated. Bedding stained
- 3/5
Lots of road noise
- 4/5
Didn't have breakfast I was supposed to get a smoking room and I DIDN'T get one
- 2/5
Lights didn’t work, stove top was dirty, counter was broken looking like it was chewed off by a big dog, bathroom sink wouldn’t drain, the whole room including the sheets reeked of smoke, even though the windows were wide open when we got there. The staff was tired but understandable because it was late, the property was at least quiet and the bed thought stank of smoke was comfy. Overall terrible
- 2/5
The location was far from downtown Spokane and tourist activities, but close to restaurants and grocery store. I liked the spacious double room and full kitchen. They provided a simple breakfast included in the price. The room, although clean, was pooly maintained. Several aspect of the motel room were old and worn out. The bathroom door was falling off the hinge and the towel rack was falling off too. I could not figure out how to control the thermostat. The TV stopped working partway through our stay. The breakfast choices were sparse. No tea, milk or eggs were provided.
- 2/5
They tried keeping $10 of my $50 deposit for a stained towel that was not true.
- 1.5/5
Outlets did not work
- 3/5
Out dated
- 5/5
It was spacious and warm. Met all of our needs for our trip and the staff was nice and accommodating. Out room had a pungent cigarette smell… but nothing some fabreeze couldn’t fix. Would definitely stay there again.
- 3/5
There was a lot of foot traffic at night. A large amount of the traffic was drug dealing. We did not know that a week before, there was a homicide there on the property. It was verified on the news station.
- 2/5
I had the deluxe smoking room and pulled it itself. It was OK, but there was some blood on the wall and some cigarette buns on the sheets and they make you do a $50 deposit and they have not given that back to me. I’ve called them and they keep dodging my calls.
- 5/5
Apple Tree Inn, it was a old-vintage vibe. I can tell these used to be apartments. We rented a room that had 2 queen size beds and 2 twin beds. The layout was indeed spacious. It had a full kitchen (microwave, dishwasher, stove, oven, full refridgerator), the beds were not horrible (firm), clean. The property was not in a bad area of Spokane, quiet on the property. I will definitely go through them again with myself and my kids. The breakfast was basic (muffin, granola bar, hot cocoa, juice, water, coffee, oatmeal). Luckily, very close to a walmart, safeway, mcdonalds.
- 2.5/5
breakfast didn't have many options

See other review.
- 5/5
Appreciate that they were so patient with us, as we decided 3 days in a row to stay again at the literal last minute. The only thing that kind of bothered me was this one housekeeper, she could have been a little friendlier and she didn't need to stop whatever she was doing to just stare at us while we were packing up our car. She didn't crack a smile or even blink. But that's not going to stop us from coming back. Thank you for the great stay, clean rooms.
- 5/5
If staying more than 3 consecutive nights talk to them about housekeeping if you dont want it.
- 1/5
Terrible experience. I booked a reservation for my son who is 20 years old. After a tiring day of hiking, he was turned away given the excuse that he isn't 21 years old. I was told that the clerk wasn't kind about it and rather rude. The hotel rules and restrictions do not reflect such clause; it was nowhere to be found. The hotel has not responded about a refund. I ended up getting a room in the Marriott without a problem. Terrible misrepresentation!
- 5/5
Staff do nice and helpful Shuvro and Sikander amazing guys thank you so much
- 3/5
Room was clean, staff friendly. Breakfast poor, rock hard, inedible muffins, no spoons, no hot water, no tea. Staff is friendly but stretched too thin to provide help.
- 1/5
Staff came out to my car to yell at me when I cancelled due to another tenant being verbally sexually provactive towards me. He was fuming towards me and not the guy who did it. ridiculous.
- 5/5
Location is great, price is good, service very nice.
- 2/5
Heat worked, was as clean as it could be The non-smoking room smelled like smoke. The breakfast, was not a breakfast. The room was right next to a very busy road. The window had an advertisement for the hotel on it that was illuminated all night. The WiFi dropped out for one of the two days i was there.
- 2/5
When parked by the room, there were two steps up to the door which led to a landing where the choice was 6 steps up the stairs or 5 steps down the stairs. Room was not what was expected - Just generally unsatisfactory. Did not meet the expectations of the descriptions in the advertisements.
- 5/5
Spacious, and comfortable Need to clean
- 4/5
Only a wall heater, but the room eventually gets warm.
- 5/5
The staff members were super nice and courteous. The room size was big for the price of the stay. Thank you for going a very good job ....
- 1/5
It was double booked. This should not have happened considering in this computer age.
- 1/5
The room lacked an operable smoke detector. I assume the battery had been stolen. I informed the front desk. The desk manager shrugged and stated he did not have a battery. I stated I will not stay in a room without a working smoke detector. He shrugged again. I asked for a refund. He informed me that because I had booked on Expedia I needed to contact them for a refund. When I contacted Expedia they offered only a $50 refund on a total of $90.75. I will dispute the charge with my credit card company. Additional information on the hotel. Stay at your own risk. There was trash outside in bags and boxes, When I first went into the room a window was wide open and it was below 30 degrees outside. Probably trying to rid the room of a smell, I do not know. The neighborhood looks unsafe in my opinion. And the clientele milling about outside in freezing temperatures looked unsafe as well.
- 5/5
It's a motel in Spokane
- 5/5
Really so nice staff
- 5/5
Yes
- 2/5
Wasted 2 hours trying to get the TV to work and when I wanted to call the front desk THE PHONE WAS DEAD. The refrigerator had not been defrosted in weeks. I kept my shoes on until I went to bed because there were gooey spots on the carpet. All-in-all it reminded me of 1967 spending two nights in Calcutta.
- 5/5
Staff are nice and accommodating. Easy check in and check out.
- 5/5
Friendly
- 1/5
The room had cockroaches barely any heat no tv and it was over $700 for a 3 night stay in that hell hole
- 1/5
Rooms are old and shabby, staff adds unexpected fees at check in, and upon being less than a half hour late to check out, management called police, tried to steal deposit money, and shouted on the phone. These people are unprofessional and psycho. Do not recommend.
- 1/5
TV didn’t work, got moved to another room and that tv and heater didn’t work either. Very disappointing
- 3/5
We found a cochroach in the room
- 3/5
Staff was amazing
- 4/5
Clean room and nice staff.
- 3/5
Yes
- 3/5
Clean ,poor service, staff got bothered when I asked not to be put on the noisy side the room was 30 ft from a main very busy road
- 1/5
The area is sketchy. The room was filthy broken chair broken lamp. Also there was no breakfast of any kind.
- 1/5
Tub didn't drain during a shower. Towels looked dirty and stained. Definitely won't be back again
- 2/5
Room smelled like dog. My eyes itch when there is heavy dog smell. I'm fine around one dog. My eyes only itch when there is HEAVY dog smell. My eyes itched all the time in the room. TV had two remotes, wasn't sure how to get it going, no instructions, picked up the phone to call the office to ask, phone was dead. Either the fridge or the AC made a noise that sounded exactly like someone tapping on the door with a room key card off and on all night.
- 3/5
The room was “clean” but in poor condition. The carpet squares were frayed and stained. The chair cushions were so gross we would not sit on them. The valance over the window was torn with stuffing hanging out. Neither the exhaust fan nor the heat lamp in the bathroom worked. The mattresses were broken down and needed to be replaced. A very uncomfortable stay. The only positive was that at least the other surfaces were clean and the shower was hot and had good water pressure.
- 1/5
Our installer was looking foe something g close and this was a mistake. The rooms were not clean. Will not be using this place again.
- 1/5
They know they have Cockroaches and still see know problem with it
- 1/5
They were very disrespectful and refused to change me rooms when I brought them proof of cockroaches I didn’t have a shower curtain or cookware for my kitchen net that I paid good money for that room. Instead, they canceled my booking. Left me stranded with nowhere to stay and at the end of it all they refused to provide the number to get my money back
- 3/5
It's a pretty aged property & shows it too. The bed, the room furniture, the carpet & all were all pretty bad & quite frankly, dirty. The breakfast was very bare bones, with not even milk available! They could do a lot better, if they could find the motivation.
- 2/5
Room was not cleaned before I got there.
- 5/5
They wotl with you
- 2/5
I have been staying here for years. But this last time it juat aeemes run down and sad. I use to pive staying here but this qull probably be my last.
- 5/5
We got the suite with 3 rooms for the weekend. Upon checking in, we found a small issue. I spoke with the front desk and they immediately sent up maintenance to fix the problem. Half an hour later, issue was fixed and our weekend went beautifully. Amazing service overall, clean, and comfy.
- 4/5
Cleaner then last time
- 3/5
It was alright for price
- 1/5
sadly no hot water!
- 4/5
Friendly staff.
- 5/5
Very nice people and informative
- 1/5
The property itself is dated. This property and the room needs maintenance. Multiple broken or missing items. Located in a noisy street. Very limited items available for breakfast.
- 4/5
The motel was older and could use a facelift but it was very clean, comfortable bed and OK for a good nights sleep which is all we wanted. It was very affordable and the front desk lady was nice and helpful.
- 1/5
NO NO NO DO NOT STAY HERE THE CARPETS REEK OF OLD URINE THEY NEED TO REMODEL OR QUIT RENTING ROOMS THIS IS A DIVE
- 1/5
The breakfast was just a nature valley bar and the ac barely worked
- 5/5
Good hospitality
- 3/5
For the price, it was not terrible...you get what you pay for, but even running the AC full blast day and night for 3 days straight, it never got below 75(ish). Only 2 washers and 2 dryers for the entire hotel, had to wait in line to use them. The complimentary breakfast is minimal, again you get what you pay for.
- 3/5
For a non smoking property my room reeked of cigarette smoke when I checked in
- 2/5
“Breakfast” was either a frozen muffin or instant oatmeal. With snack sized apple juice.
- 5/5
A very nice hotel. Close to so much. We will put this hotel on our favorite list.
- 3/5
.
- 5/5
Worked out perfect. Got a suite with three rooms for three adults.
- 5/5
Everything is super clean and the Wi-Fi works great Surprisingly, it was also very quiet! The staff are very kind and helpful My only complaint is that they advertise “ continental breakfast” which in every motel and in every country I have ever stayed ( including across the USA) there was tea!
- 4/5
Everything else is as expected at this price point.
- 1/5
There was bed bugs and it smelled funny
- 3/5
The rooms are not well marked. The bathroom needs work but was clean. Went to check out this morning, no one around. Waited 15 minutes and still no one. Coffees were all empty, says there was supposed to be breakfast and everything empty.
- 5/5
Super clean. Front desk guy was great. Good guy.
- 1/5
Taking 100 deposit for extras when I did not use any . Bathroom sink cracked . Dirty carpets
- 2/5
Dirty stairs, too many people standing or seating on the stairs until late in the night. No one was at the front office to check me in for at atleast 20 minutes. The beds are horrible, the pillows are even worse.
- 1/5
We didn't like it it was unsafe and the room wasn't clean. They gave us the wrong room also the people around were too noisy.
- 1/5
I was not allowed to stay bc I did not have the physical card, only a virtual card. I was told to cancel immediately as I had accidentally booked 2 rooms instead of a 2bedroom suite and they were not available. Since they were not available and they allowed me to book them anyway I was out of luck, they would not help me to get my money back, I was left outside in the cold with no instructions on how to proceed. I feel they intentionally allow people to book rooms that are not available and that they do not give information necessary in order to ensure their guests are able to access the rooms they have paid for so that they can keep the money and then resell the room again.
- 1/5
Cockroaches
- 1/5
The room smelled. Television didn't work. Lamps didn't light.
- 2/5
Hotel didn’t have active WiFi as advertised. They also advertised a pool and had it emptied. Rooms were very outdated, with warped laminate flooring in the bathrooms with broken plastic inside of the shower paneling. Floors were tattered and old, bedding felt the same.
- 3/5
There were at least 2 derelict motorhomes parked on the property. My room faced the noisy, busy street. They did give me a slightly improved location upon my request but the room was terrible. It had torn and stained upholstery, broken and worn furniture. The dresser had a missing drawer front and was a piece of junk. Both chairs had damage and stains. The walls also had damage and were dirty with gouges and stains. Everything about this room was worn or broken. I believe the linens were clean, otherwise I would have left. I would never stay at this hotel again.
- 4/5
Staff helpful and professional. Room was basic but roomy. The facilities were a bit worn. The fridge freezer in our room was defrosting and leaking water into the carpet. It seemed odd that the staff hadn't dealt with that. But, overall, clean and inexpensive when you just need a place to get a few hours sleep before the 6am flight.
- 5/5
Very clean friendly staff
- 5/5
Was very easy to book a room and find it for our overnight stay.was very quiet and the beds were very comfortable
- 2/5
Friendly staff but dirty dingy rooms with very unpleasant smell. Greaae on walls and ceiling of kitchen and a cold room without enough working heaters to warm the whole space. Cigarette burns in comforters and overall i felt uneasy sleepiing in the blankets ptovided. If it hadn't been late and i wasn't so tired i would've gotten a refund and paid the extra $20 to stay elsewhere.
- 5/5
It was all the above.
- 2/5
The photos are misleading. The place reminds me of a hotel you would see in a movie. The room was musty, the bedding from the 90’s and the beds had a sag worse than the old grey mare. The bathroom was worn. After taking a shower, I realized the walls had not been cleaned near the toilet and blood was on the walls. The toilet seat was broken and all the fixtures were rusty. The shower was a slow drain and the rust in the tub was excessive. Walking the hallway to the room smelled of cigarettes and musty. The only real positive is the parking lot was clean. However after looking at the parked cars, this place is likely a long term stay for transitional residents. I would never recommend this place. Oh and the continental breakfast was an oatmeal bowl, cereal bar and a wrapped muffin. The TV turns on, but no amount of button pushing would get it to work.
- 1/5
Very gross and sketchy
- 5/5
While the area was acceptable the staff demonstrated authentic customer service for their property and policies.
- 1/5
I showed up to appletree in spokane and was greeted by friendly staff. I have no issues with them personally. They put me in a room in a detatched building across the parking lot. Immediately as I walk in I am overcome with the stench of fish, marijuana smoke, cigarette smoke and liqour. The air was stale and smoky, the fact that i was in a non smoking room was concerning. The carpet is absolutely disgusting in the hallways. When I opened my room I was greeted by another stench. Its like an art class portable building mixed with mold and grapes. Disgusting. The lamp is covered in degraded plastic and looks like it hadnt been dusted in decades. The toilet and bathtub had obvious pubic hairs in plain sight. At this point i was afraid to check the bed. I walked out, returned my key cards and left. The staff refunded my deposit but the manager said they are not refunding the room fee. I doubt I will be getting that money back but its a small price to pay to learn this valuable lesson. Dont try to save miney by staying at this type of motel. I didnt ask for another room because there is no fixing the core problems with this motel that would be present in all rooms. This a long drive away from the highway (26 minutes), its old and smells disgusting. Its not a great part of town. Theres a lot of foot traffic and i wouldnt feel safe if i was travelling with my kids. I have stayed in some pretty ratty barracks rooms in the army and this took the prize as the most disgusting room.
- 4/5
The price was quite affordable, the staff was very polite, our room was clean but did need a few things fixed. Right next to a very busy road so was quite noisy all night. All in all what you would expect from a less expensive motel. I would still consider staying again
- 2/5
Most definitely a dated property. The building/room had a stale cigarette smell. The shower faucet ran the entire three day stay. The window drape was stuck closed. The AC unit was plugged into a broken outlet. The bed was comfortable enough, however, the blanket was perhaps a full sized blanket on this queen bed. I had to get an extra roll of TP as the supplied half roll wasn't going to last three days. Because there was no water in the vending machine, I had to get some from another building. I never found an ice dispenser. This review won't allow me to post photos I took of the room. I would not choose to stay at this property in the future.
- 4/5
The room is very big.
- 3/5
Who the hell charges $15 for not returning one of the two keycards? These guys do!
- 5/5
Nice
- 1/5
Awful experience and huge lack of professionalism. Save yourself the hassle! Terrible facility.
- 4/5
It is great for the price
- 1/5
Had bugs all over, could hear every whisper any neighbor made and staff was very rude.
- 1/5
They require a deposit and did not return it in a timely manner
- 4/5
It seems that several residents might be weekly/monthly guests although we did not find that to be a problem. The greatest disappointment was the advertised breakfast. It amounted to a muffin and granola bar doled out in a paper sack. Coffee and hot chocolate were also readily available. To their credit, this was more than was offered at comparably priced facilities. The $100.00 deposit was inconvenient but I suppose understandable because of some clientele. I would have hoped to see it returned at checkout rather than waiting for an inspection after our departure. As a budget option, we will probably return in the future and caution others to be just a little wary.
- 4/5
Did the job. Many WiFi issues
- 2/5
It was a convenient spot for a last minute stay. But wouldn't be back. There were cockroaches in the room, mold in the washroom, the bed covers had holes and the mattresses and pillows felt like they really needed replacing.
- 4/5
the maintenance was a little lacking as there were fixtures that were ready to fall off the wall and the floor ha not been vacuumed in a while. the breakfast was non-existent. by the time we got there all they had were apples and coffee. but the price was good and you get what you pay for.
- 2/5
The carpet was dirty and had a greasy feel to it. The tv was not working and the staff was unavailable to unavailable to fix it when asked. There were no outlets available without unplugging a lamp or something else near the bed and night stands
- 4/5
Great stay on a budget, room had lots of space, would be great for extended stay
- 1/5
Waiting for my refund because we walked right back out that place was absolutely disgusting
- 5/5
Safe
- 1/5
Absolutely nothing was at all enjoyable about my stay at this property. Other than proximity to where I was going, there was nothing pleasant to comment about the property. They were advised things were dirty and didn't clean it till the second day. No one bothered to come clean it even though we advised we were leaving for the day and wouldn't be back till the evening. Super surprised that Expedia even has them listed as a property. Someone needs to be reviewing the engagement with this property. Couldn't even stay the second night I had booked. Checked out early and got another place to stay.
- 1/5
They had a $100 deposit that I wasn't aware of and I feel it should be in the booking information.
- 3/5
Things did not work in the room like they were supposed to
- 5/5
location and bus transportation, good food choices
- 5/5
good price clean rooms
- 5/5
Very nice lodging.
- 1/5
It was very smelly I mean the smoke smell was saturated into the towels that were supposedly clean but dark yellow I coughed all night long and so did my fiance which smokes so it was very bad and couldn't get any sleep had to open Windows just to be able to breathe it was the most horrible dirtiest hotel I've ever been to I would like a refund however they don't call you back
- 1/5
I was sick w pneumonia and both my fiance and I are handicapped and had to carry things from way away no handicap parking available and when I got into the room I could not breathe it smelled of smoked so bad that I had to open the windows and spray for breeze Lysol anything and everything even it was saturated into the towels into the bedding it was just the grossest smoking room I've ever ever encountered I kept having coughing attacks due to the smoking being so bad and I did ask her smoking room however I had no idea that it was saturated in smoke and had not been cleaned or deodorized in so long even the towels in the bathroom above the tub cleaned house supposedly were yellow and we're so bad that we couldn't use them I will never stay here again I wish I could get my money back this was a horrible stay at a very very bad time
- 4/5
Kids for my kids to play with
- 1/5
I do not recommend!
- 2/5
The only good thing about this hotel was that they allowed dogs. Every thing is old ugly and stained. We got a non smoking room with cigarette burns every where. The bathroom ceiling was about to fall on someone's head in the shower! Gross, gross!
- 4/5
A decent clean place to overnight.
- 1/5
Holes in the walls, dirty bathroom, blood on the ceiling, no heat or temp control, smoking room was too smokey telling.
- 2/5
I regret deciding to stay here. Beyond sketchy guys in the parking lot, overall cleanliness was very poor. It has been a long time since the room had gotten a deep cleaning. The heater didn't work, we couldn't figure out how to make the tv work, there was a mirror or picture that had been taken off the wall, and there were conwebs and dirt no one had bothered to clean off. Breakfast was the bare minimum. Also, I booked a room with 2 twins and 2 queen beds, which wasn't available, so we just had 2 queen beds then they sent up a roll-away bed.

Great service at check in. Large room, older, but everything was functional. Had fridge and microwave. Breakfast only had oatmeal and granola bars. Coffee and hot chocolate for beverages. Fair price.

There were a bunch of people standing around outside which seemed either neighborly (which would be strange for a hotel) or like something was happening. I felt somewhat unsafe. However, nothing happened and I got an excellent night of sleep. The gentleman behind the counter was very nice and welcoming.

Breakfast could be improved, rooms need to be freshened up a bit. The place could be cleaner.

We complained and got a room next door....again stained carpets, dirty bathroom, worn linens, non working tv. This is not a bargin hotel....but it is a solid dive hotel.

Location was clean and convenient. Wifi quality was poor as it was not stable.

There are many sketchy people living in this hotel we believe. Rooms are not very noise proof and the air conditioning units are extremely loud. We didn't spend much time in the room, we were glad we just had somewhere to stay during the duration of time in the USA.

The smell in the hallway was horrible.

By far one of my favorite inn experiences- uniquely its own place in the best way! Customer service was amazing, and it was a refreshing experience after having stayed in multiple motel 6’s. Forever glad I took the risk on a new place! 10/10 would recommend if you’re visiting Spokane.

Sticky carpet, noisy AC, smelly tub, smelly hallway, microwave partially melted, bed falling apart, non-working cable box. This is a hotel for long-term people who get an extended stay discount and need a short-term place to live. Not for travelers passing through, unless it’s your only option.

Rooms were so smelly

Old place. Tough for seniors to get around. No real breakfast. Refrigerator in room leaked water on floor and we had to put down a rubber mat to walk on. Ok for one night but won’t be back.

Numerous homeless people frequent the area. Many residents appear to be one step away from this situation. The staff take advantage of this opportunity. Their took my deposit.

Excellent value. Very clean and safe with lots of amenities for the price.

It has changed since we were there last. Freezer was full of built up ice. Cant watch the small tv that is not even inline with the bed. Fairly clean for the price. Probably will stay somewhere else and pay more

They asked me to pay when I checked in. I already had. It was eventually resolved.
