We would like an elevator.

Everyone was nice, but the parking lot had a lot of homeless people or at least people living in their cars. No one bothered us. The tv did not work unfortunately. Would stay there again bc we had a smoking room and we could have our dogs.

The staff was amazing but the first room we stayed in had bed bugs but when we pointed this out they immediately moved us rooms to one that didn't have any that we're visible at least

The room had knots flying around. The TV did not work and the manager did not know how to fix it. Very frustrating. The people around us partied until wee hours of the morning in the hall going in an out of their rooms walking up the hallway with music blaring.

Really dirty, Random hairs in the bed, people screaming in other rooms, sheriffs being called, men telling you to “stay safe pretty”, all around horrible for solo travelers. Unsafe and unsanitary.

No ice machine, holes in the sheets, wifi broken, drug deals and cookers in the open, noisy dogs, rude maids, no screen for the windows. Door lock was broken.

After being turned away from my pre-paid room and not even allowed to shower and freshen up for 2 hours, I will never stay at a Motel 6 again. In my 6 decades of experience on this earth I was never made aware that I had to check in with the night audit before 3AM or I'd forfeit my right to my pre-paid room. As disappointed I was in this display of "customer service", I guess my $90 will at least buy me the right to tell this story any colleague or client who should be warned about this supposed "policy" that this attendant stuck to on this day and the terrible inconvenience caused me this day.

The room was clean. Check in & check out was smooth & the reception’s were both nice. Good for just needing a place to rest for the night & move on.

The employee at check in was polite, efficient and still smiling in the morning. The room was a non-smoking room and had been smoked in recently, we slept with the window open and heard all of the outside noises. The entire hotel smelled like smoke. The carpet in the common-areas had holes and stains, there were fist-shaped holes in the drywall of the room as well as in multiple areas of the bathroom door. The toilet had cigarette burns on the seat and was stained. The floor in our room was sticky. Each bed had worn-out mattresses and the mattresses did not fit properly on the bedframes so when we got out of the bed, our legs hit the bedframes. There were multiple outlets which did not work so to get our phones to charge, we had to unplug the t.v. and a lamp.

I ordered another room for the next night and they denied me when I went to confirm at the front desk and wouldn’t let me switch rooms plus they were very rude about it and almost kicked us out because I had my girlfriend go to check us in and not me…

You get what you pay for. Walls are a bit thin, but whatchu gonna do? Nothing unhygienic about the room. Might be nice to bring a throw blanket with. Fine if you just need somewhere to sleep that’s cheap.

We had two rooms. In one room the wall air unit didn't work at all. In the other room the door wouldn't lock and it smelled like urine really bad. The window opened easily from the outside. There were quite a few people loitering around outside,and vagrants on the property. I have no judgment but it definitely spoke to my feelings of safety for my family. The front desk clerk tried her best to make it right, but it just couldn't. After being there an hour I asked for a refund. The clerk said it would happen and I will be watching to see if it does.

People who worked there were great. Very helpful in many ways on the first night. On the second night the people who were put in the room that was connected to mine, were drunk, loud, and perverted. At one point when I was in the shower, I believe they even came into my room, somehow getting the lock off the top of the door. I believe one of the house maids was a friend of theirs. So maybe a key was used. I put my phone on video late on my last night there. I have very close to 2 hours on the recording of a no picture video. A recording of what some would call a party, the coming and going of that 2 hours. The next morning I did so again as I got into the shower. That is when I believe they were able to get into my room. I am a 69 year old woman who often has an overnight stay in the Airway Heights area and am alone. I no longer feel safe there and so will not be back.

Air conditioning did not work, TV had two channels, not enough towels or pillows, ice machine out of order, laundry facilities out of order, internet down.

If you are curious on the depravity of the world and want to see the drug epidemic in full swing this is the tourist experience for you. If you want to feel safe and clean do yourself a favour and do not stay here. It surprises me that a business such as this can operate, how a health inspector has not condemned this motel is absolutely beyond me. Not only should they refund my payment they should pay me for the horrid experience of staying here.

Cockroaches, dirty smelly hallways, garbage all over parking lot. They offer laundry on-site but are broken and ice machine is also h broken. Talking to other tenants been broken over a months time with no sign of them being fixed.

Very nice and understanding employee I didn’t like how when we got into the building the whole place smelt like cigarette smoke. Including in the room. Along with other questionable smells the bed sheet and blankets were also covered in cigarette burns. Also, when we were doing a sweep through of the room to make sure our toddler wouldn’t find anything small to put in his mouth we came across what we were later told was methamphetamine in the AC unit where he could have reached it and put in his mouth if we hadn’t found it first.

TV did not work, no secure outside doors with night access for everyone, downstairs units noisy with kids and jumping from upstairs units, amenities? What is that? Quite run down so price reflects that.

It was very loud . The staff was super friendly and fast check in. Bed was ok. Limited amounts of linen. No toiletries except for hand soap. Water pressure was just a trickle in shower. No in room coffee. Coin laundry was out of order. Reasonably close to the airport.

The guy at the front desk tried his best to help me out, I think the property manager should inspect each room to make sure everything is working before people start spending their hard working money.. The TV wasn't working. I saw lots of homeless people hanging outside.

Standard Room, 1 Queen Bed, Non Smoking, Refrigerator & Microwave. there was a queen bed. The bedspread had cigarette burn holes. There was a large television, but it was not connected. It would turn on, but was not connected to the provider. There was not a refrigerator there was not a microwave. There was charging access to charge phones. I booked the room around 4 PM previous day knowing we wouldn’t be there until around 3:45 AM. When we arrived via Uber to check in to our room, I was told they had canceled my reservation because I did not notify them that I would be there later than 2 AM. They did finally provide a room for us, and the person at the reservation desk was friendly, however, that does not make up for what was it provided and I would like my money back.

No laundry: looks to have been out of service for some time No food nearby: and vending machine only has chips and chocolate. Should sell microwave meals. Hotel is in a state of disrepair, as if the owner gave up and does not care I liked the staff. I don't expect much in a hotel, except that it is clean and cared for. I would not stay here again, in fact I would not stay in any Motel 6, as the chain is either not checking their assets, or they just don't care.

The property felt extremely unsafe. There were people clearly living out of their cars in the parking lot, and multiple individuals appeared to be under the influence—wandering around and lingering near guest rooms. It created a very uncomfortable and concerning environment. The cleanliness was completely unacceptable. Trash bins were overflowing, and there was litter scattered all over the parking lot. Inside, the hallways had a strange residue all over the carpets that made it feel dirty and poorly maintained. The room itself was in terrible condition. There were patched holes throughout, including a massive hole in the bathroom door that looked like it had been hastily covered—it was about a third of the door. It gave the impression of serious damage that was never properly repaired. The only positive part of this stay was the staff—they were very kind despite the condition of the property. Overall, this location felt neglected, unsanitary, and unsafe. I would not recommend staying here, especially for families or anyone looking for a clean, secure environment.

The television service didnt work. They failed to supply towels or change the trash forcour second day. The wiring was faulty.

The property is pet friendly but obviously people live there that don't care about anything. Lots of garbage around and had some gang bangers thumping their stereo in the vehicle at very early hours of the night. The back door to hotel was propped open permanently. No door knob on the bathroom door inside. And the pipe for the shower you could roll your ankle in. The beds were moderately comfy and the tv worked.

We booked a non smoking double room, door handle fell off and my daughter was locked in the room, we got switched to another room that smelled like an ash tray and had burn marks in the bedding. We had to leave the window open all night and day to air the room out for the two days we were there because it was so gross. Bathroom exhaust fan didn’t work either. Also housekeeping never come to change out towels/linens, good thing we brought our own towels since house keeping couldn’t seem to do their job. There was mold along shower walls that needed bleached. Brown skidmark streaks in toilet when we arrived too. Pictures online of rooms show fridge and microwave in room. That is a lie/false advertising. There is a microwave by the laundry/vending room downstairs that a sketchy looking man was sitting next to and said you had to pay him to use it, he was not hotel staff just a crackhead looking to make money. We also had to deal with crack/methheads knocking on our door looking for drugs all night long while we were trying to sleep. This was the WORST hotel I’ve ever experienced in my life. Will NEVER stay at a Motel 6 again!!! *****DO NOT STAY HERE*****

The room was non-smoking, there were several cigarette burns all over the bed spread. The hallway reeked of pot. We will never stay at the Spokane Motel 6 again.

I requested non-smoking but it clearly had been smoked in. The room smelled terrible. The bed linen looked used and dirty luckily I travel with my own blankets. The floors looked like they don’t get mopped regularly. The bathroom counter was dirty and had tobacco sprinkled around the sink. There were people walking around the parking lot and hanging around the entrance late at night when I checked in at midnight. It was noisy, I heard people yelling. It appeared people live there. I don’t recommend. Spend your money somewhere else.

The facility would benefit of new installations, I would suggest a new building (non smoking preferably) the halls were loud, you could hear couples fighting, yelling on the parking lot, etc. kind of a Waffle House on steroids (if you know what this means …)

Checkin was quick and easy, but, the bath towels were dirty. The top sheet on the bed had holes. Other people who stay dont have respect for quiet hours.

Now it is almost midnight and is colder than hell in our room. Fed up we checked out and had to find another room somewhere in Spokane at midnight with basketball tournaments this weekend. Long story short I will never stay at motel 6 again.

The room was clean. But the water in the shower fluctuated from ice cold to steamy hot, without warning, every 10 or 20 seconds... To the point where we had to stand out of the water and use a wash rag to get clean. I had to have my room key remagmitized EVERYTIME that we went out. The neiborhood was so sketchy that I was worried for my car every night.

Upon going back to the front desk, we were given another room, and found that none of the lights worked in that room. We went BACK to the front desk and asked for a refund. We were told that the front desk person could not provide a refund, that I had to contact management the next day. We left and found another hotel. Upon contacting management we were told that if the “room was that bad, we would expect a refund to have been issued…” and a week later they’re still refusing to provide a refund. In addition, the environment at the hotel and other guests there did not feel clean or safe. I was traveling with my teen daughter and did not feel comfortable staying there with her.

Had to move rooms twice due to cleanliness. We even had a cockroach run across the floor! Absolutely disgusting. And management wouldn't even refund us our money. Despicable case of handling paying customers. We will never be coming back

CHECK THE MATTRESS!!! we got a room, checked the mattress for bugs and instead found what looked like blood stains? like several large spots and it didn’t look cleaned at all or covered at all. the mattress had dirt on it and was just nasty. there was burn holes in the blankets, used gloves in the hallways, the fire alarm went off twice the night we stayed. the staff wasn’t too bad, we had a nice guy help u change rooms after the bloody mattress. overall just horrible experience overall. in the morning when we were leaving there was someone playing a guitar behind the dumpster? never staying at a motel 6 again but if you do, check. the. mattress.

The upkeep of the property could be better but I think that the owners are currently working on that. The price is right for the stay. The rooms are comfortable and the linens are clean. Some cleaner than others are. I will stay again. It’s not the Hilton but then again you get what you pay for.

The room was pretty clean, the bed was comfortable. The noise from the neighbors upstairs was ridiculous. Shower was super small. The counter check in lasy was so nice and helpful.

I did not stay here. The binding is highly unsecured. As I drove around the building and each back door was propped open. Don’t think that should be the case for security reasons. Also, there was an individual sleeping in his car behind the building. I don’t recommend this location for a night let alone long term. I could say more but I’ll leave it at that.

Staff was not helpful, and very rude. They couldn’t find my check in info and didn’t try very hard to help. I showed all my confirmation/payment. Ended the night with the employee walking out on me, not checking me in. Took my money and didn’t let me check in. Ended up going to a different hotel and will NEVER go to motel 6 again, especially this one. I hope NO ONE EVER goes here.

I purchased a three night stay for a friend and by the second day he had started noticing all these bites turns out his room was infested with bed bugs he went to management and showed them the bites and photos and they said they would refund my money but I have not seen the refund yet now his car and all his items are infested would not recommend

Room was clean and staff was nice. The only issue was the people above us. It sounded like they were rearranging furniture from about 2am until we check out the day after. Woke us up quite a few times. Even recorded the noise. Didn’t tell staff due to the last time I had to inform the night front desk about a year before, it never stopped after reporting it several times then the person above me had the nerve to call my room and lie about him being a single dad with 2 kids. Didn’t make much sense considering it went on from 11pm to 4am. Found out the next day it was a couple with 1 kid and the front desk didn’t offer a solution for the next night and we dealt with the exact same thing.

the halls have not been vacuumed in a long time. The ice machine did not work and there was not hot water in the bathroom sink. The guest across the hall had small dogs that barked for hours. the room itself was clean the comforter had holes, but I guess that is what you get for the price I paid.

Our room had cigarette holes burned into the bed cover, dirty sheets and the mattress had ALOT of blood and urine stains. We requested a room change and the second wasn’t much better. Dirty walls, doors, chipping paint, dirty shower, graffiti on the shower door, hairs on the toilet and in the bed. A/C heat unit was broken. Just disgusting. The gentleman at the check in desk didn’t hesitate to switch rooms for us. He was the only positive about this motel

When we woke up in the morning we had multiple bites all over our skin!

When i arrived the worker behind the counter ignored me for a moment then tokd me to wait a moment. He did nothing but stand there for a few minutes and waited for another person to come in and clock on and then he left. The new worker was quiet didnt talk and also made me wait a moment with out saying anything. Eventually after checking in we drive around the building to where our room was. While passing the side of the building, the side door looked smashed by bullet holes. Upon arriving to the door we would go into the building through, the handle was busted and the door was able to open without key. Unfortunately we had the room next to this door and it slammed all night long. Along with the neighbor upstairs running around til 5am nonstop, my family didnt get any sleep. Once we were all up and getting ready for the day, THERE WAS A COCAROACH NEXT TO OUR FOOD, ALIVE! We immediately booied a different hotel and packed everything up and went to the front desk to ask for a refund. I even have a photo of the bug! The same man from the night before was there, the 1st worker, and he was ver dismissive and had no feedback and was basically ignoring us as he stared at his computer screen. The front desk guy, #2, was clueless and didnt know what to do in the situation and kept looking at the man, #1, while #1 just kept looking at his computer. Eventually he said hotels com needs to refund us to get our $ back.

We saw two cockroaches but the room wasn't terrible for what I paid. Super hot Water. No bed bugs in that room. But no shampoo or conditioner, no ashtrays in the smoking room. U get what u pay for. It's definitely a tweaker location but if u lock your doors and go back and forth u are good.

Cockroaches on the wall stayed at property before never seen roaches. And they was a homeless lady outside the backdoor holding a cardboard sign there Metro security vehicles two of them drive by her didn't stop or ask her to leave the property

Bedspread was filthy with fresh spots. The blanket underneath had stains 12” in diameter the sheet had spots. We switched rooms. In the next room, the TV was off off of the wall bracket setting on the desk. And none of the channels worked. After three trips up and down the stairs to the office, I came back to the room to hear a dog barking in the room directly opposite hours across the hallway. And then at 2:45 AM I woke up and the adjacent room had the TV on loudly.

It's a trap with a bed. Nice counter person prostitutes everywhere. Door handle was broke and could hardly sit the door. I mean if you got 60$ and don't mind the smell of drugs and piss this is just right for you!

While I think the staff (like Alex) try to do their best, the condition and clientele of this hotel are unsafe.

We were on first floor, quiet hours are from 10pm-8am but sounded like a herd of elephants above us so could not sleep. Shower was barely big enough to use and the towels were the size of hand towels

Walked into the lobby, it smelled like weed. The room numbers are so confusing. One side says room 101 the other side of the hall is 143, our room smelled fruity, I’m still itching from sleeping in the bed. The shower was dirty. The bedding had a cigarette burn in it. Just dirty. And you can hear everything everywhere.

We pulled into the parking lot, went to our room and immediately turned around and left. Parking lot full of cars that it looks like people lived in, vomit in the carpeted hallway, and hair in the bed. We ended up moving immediately to the Best Western by the airport. I requested a refund from the hotel and they will not do it. Chain lock on our door was broken and airvent pulled off of the wall in the bathroom.

And there was nothing around the building, food was a drive, not a walk. Not even a nearby convenience store.

I stayed here for one night. The area was sketchy even though close to the airport. The room was not very nice, in fact, i slept with my clothes on because I didn't dare uncover.

There was a strong smell of dog urine on the carpet on the first floor. The security latch on the door of my first room was completely broken and in my second room it looked like the screws would pull out with one hard shove. Turned around and saw a cockroach on the floor Immediately. Sink in the bathroom wouldn’t drain.

Once you are inside your room it’s ok, but there are many transients living in, on and around the property. Obvious drug use. Just spend $10 more and stay somewhere safer. The outside and halls are dirty and unkept. God only knows what goes on in those rooms.

The staff was nice enough. The place looks decent in the day light. There was broken down cars and garbage in the parking lot. Room was not clean; there were fingerprints on the light switches that could have been easily wiped off and the bed cover had a stain on it. I took for granted basic amenities like a coffee maker, mini-fridge, microwave and hair dryer-they were not supplied. The night life is active with people fighting in their rooms people dancing in the parking lot. Very uncomfortable and I would not suggest staying there with your family.

Found someone elses unwashed blood on the sheet under my pillow, baby roaches in the bathroom, my fiance woke up with a line of roach bites on her butt. Hotel did NOTHING.

Woke up in the morning & moved the pillow to find blood on the sheet that kbvioualy hadnt been cleaned that wasnt mine or my fiances. Saw a baby roach crawling around the bathroom. My fiance had a line of bites on her butt when we woke up in the morning. Motel did NOTHING about it.

Ordered a single king got a double full with a headboard lamp that didn't work. The shower stall was gross and headed to be pulled and reculked. There was hair still on the shower walls and on the bathroom sink from previous occupants. Nothing else of real note. 😅 But um... Do better y'all.

Still waiting on my PARTIAL refund even though i didnt even sleep there 1 night.. the staff apparently knows about the roach problem but dont seem to care. It became night and roaches literally started crawling from the bathroom walls and out of the room next to us. Needless to say i shook out all my stuff packed up and left at 1130 pm and had to drive 4 and a half hours home ending my vacation the day it started worst anniversary ever.. if you like roaches book here other wise book elsewhere

The outside door did not lock and it smelt like something died inside near the backdoor. My room door was so hard to get into that I had to go back to the office on the other side of the building and have the guy come and open it for me. It took FOREVER for the water to get hot in the shower. The bed was fine but the two pillows were sad. The worst part was all of the people hanging around outside, it felt a bit unsafe.

Staff was terrible!! They checked me out after I asked multiple times how to fix the tv. I was able to connect with a very helpful lady at hotels.com and she helped me get my refund and a new room

Not a family location multiple people looking through cars , people were throwing things out of hotel/motel windows when first arriving. Our hotel window was hit multiple times by ignorant people walking by outside. I used my credits to stay here and should of never wasted credits or even my own money it was completely awful

You get what you pay for! The stay was cheap, but will not be going back. The staff were nice enough. The door lock going outside the hotel was broken, nothing was actually clean, dumpster and garbages were full.

Hotel was dirty and security door to interior hallway was broken and didn't lock. Phone in the room was broken. Cable was out for a few hours when we got there. Stray cats around the hotel, broke down cars in the parking lot. I was less worried about cosmetic issues, broken fixtures in the bathroom, holes in bed covers, dirty walls, no working exhaust in the bathroom.

It was good just had some things that made the property feel less safe.

The room had blood on the ceiling. The bathroom door was off the hinges, the sink had cotton stuffed in it so the drain didnt work. The hallway was filled with cigarette smoke from across the hall. The toilet seat needs to be replaced. Mold in the shower. There was a hole in the ceiling. It was the most disgusting stay in a hotel. Heard nothing but bad things from people we met. Never ever stay here again.

Lots of people coming in and out late at night creating a lot of noise. Lots of non guests hanging out in the parking lot making noise late at night.

The bedsheet was dirty. Got a bit of blood stains on the edges of the bed. They didn’t provide any toiletries ( shampoo, conditioner ). Only 2 pieces of tiny soap. No hair dryer. The exhaust fan was way too loud and it connected with the light.

There are no elevators however. It was hard for us to get up the stairs with our dogs and luggage....not the properties fault. I also ordered a room with a fridge and microwave paid through Expedia but when I got there there were none available according to the front desk gentleman...who said I hadnt ordered that...even though my receipt said I had...he said it didnt come through from Expedia that way. Over all, most of the staff were very nice, and tye place is really getting cleaned up.

If you like a hot/cold fluctuating shower, this is the place for you! Found cigarette butts in our bathroom, so attention to cleaning isn't top priority. Bed was decently comfortable. Pictures show a pool, but it's drained and dirty and probably hasn't been in use for a couple years. I've stayed in worse, but would not stay here again.

No hot water to shower

There was not Hot water the first night and morning. The AC did not work very well, the room was hot, no ice, no fridge. If it wasn't hoopfest, I would have just found something else. $200 a night, one would at least expect hot water.

Double bed room was too small

No hot water in the rooms. Had to use a shower in a room that hadn’t been cleaned yet. No working TV in my room. Asked twice for it to be fixed and it never was. Holes in blankets.

Close to the Qlispe Raceway

The motel smelled moldy, the bathroom fan sounded like a airplane taking off. Not all accessible outside doors worked. For the money to stay they should have refrigerators in the rooms.

Issues with got water heaters. Two sitting out front door in crates, ready to be installed. At check in, a lady came in who'd already been in before. Very upset about the water situation, asking why the manager hadn't called her back. The poor man at the desk just looked defeated after having a hard day of got water issues and dealing with this woman. He was apologetic. He explained the situation to me and my options. He was good to me. I tried to give him an encouraging look as I knew he'd be dealing with her again. The room was ok. Nothing great. Older. Thin walls. Small towels. But we were able to get some rest

I still have not got my deposit back.They had no hot water.They had to transfer me after being in one room for an hour to another room which was not smoking.Had cigarette holburn's in all the comforters.The room looked like it needed to be remodeled.It was terrible.I don't recommend it and believe me.I don't like writing.I get a previous but it is what it is

We had bed bugs in one of the beds and promptly left the property.

Music playing outside my window intil 10pm. I asked staff at around 8pm to pit stop to it. It didnt happen. Wasnt able to take shower in morning because no hot water. Had to wash face with cold water and get on the road, tired.

Our room that they gave us originally had all the sheets/ covers thrown on floor, trash in room and looked like they meant to start but left. Went to exchange and was given another room. Beds were made, but still not the cleanest. Had an event to go to so left luggage and left to event, came back went to sleep. Woke went to go shower and no hot water! Neither sink or shower. Very upset. Called front desk to no one answering. Never got help, never got a shower. Very disappointed.

It was not clean

The room is not particularly clean so my friend brought in her camping mattress and slept on the floor, afraid there might be bed bugs. Tried to watch TV and could not operate it or get to any channels. On the first floor and it appears there was no way to open a window. No screen and possibly no way to exit in an emergency.

During my stay, the second day, I woke up with unexplained bug bite marks that left me bruised in spots. I saw a bug on my towel and instantly scare and noticed where the bites came from. I tried to explain to Riz but they ignored me. I went out to buy bug spray to spray around the bed and still had bugs and cockroaches on my bed. I couldn’t sleep in the bed and end up sleeping on the chair near the A/C hoping they would stay away from the cold. Overall, I wouldn’t stay here ever again. No pool, no coffee maker to make hot water, no microwave, no fridge. I was on a travel nursing assignment and was hoping it would be decent like the other one in Downto

No breakfast. No microwaves fridges or coffee pots in rooms. Bath towels are too small.

Didn’t inform me that the water heaters were not working. Replacements were outside. They could have at least acknowledge/mentioned it at check in.

I wasn't even able to stay because of the grudge the front desk guy and the housekeeper Rosa have against me. They called the Red lobster they can have the property after they just talk to me and I told them I was on the way with my new reservation and I already paid. There if you just look at the reservation even though they just called me and my friend's room and I said it's paid I'll be there in a minute to show you I got to the front office and the guy at the front desk led the water heater repairment outside let me standing in there alone and then all the sudden the cops walking and say I'm kicked off the property. Then said I broke a door handle that was already broken when I got there go look in room 251 and 258 both handles are broken, I broke absolutely nothing. I killed a cockroach on the ceiling with a two layer bottle of soda it had some left in it and it spilled and got the ground all sticky so I was being escorted out of my room the Metro officer told the front desk guy be sure to write that down that the floor is sticky with soda as if it was intentional!! I had an issue with Rosa and the front desk guy a couple weeks back and your general manager told them to let it go clearly they did not because they came after me again this time and got me trespassed for a year for nothing!!! They specifically told me two separate times that I had more time to pay!!! They said I had till noon and then they said I have another 15 minutes and then another 15 minutes! But nope

Stains on pillow and mattress

We waited 20 minutes before someone showed up to the reservation desk to check in. Lot of noise from the other guests in the hallway.

The first night of my stay there was NO hot water. Not even lukewarm water, just cold. I called the front desk and he offered to give me a key to another room but it was only to be used to shower in. Ummm what? I asked to be moved to a room with hot water, so he moved me to the opposite side of the hotel where the building had hot water. The next day I saw something out of the corner of my eye. It was about the size of a quarter and it went underneath the door to the adjoining room next to me. Later that night while getting ready to take a shower, a cockroach crawled out from behind the light fixture above the mirror! While laying in bed later the same night, I found a bedbug crawling across the white sheets! Needless to say this place is horrible and has really gone downhill in the past couple of years. Beware of this motel!

No telephone in our room, bathroom door was difficult to close, no room card needed to enter the side door of the building, moisture bubbling in bathroom walls, outlet between beds didn’t work.

Lighting did not work in the room. Door lock was broken. No hot water…when asked front desk for a different room they told me we could not move rooms. Had to get a different hotel. Stay away from this place!!

My only complaint is that there was no hot water in the bathroom. I left the water running on hot for 10 minutes and the water was still cold.

The room was OK. However, the corridors smell terrible. The pool is a joke. It says it's closed for winter in June 6 and it's nowhere near operational with dirty green water. For a 2-day stay we had to visit the office twice for the room cards. The first day, the attendant mistakenly set the dates for a single-night stay as we figured out after a morning walk. The shower space is too small for a person with a large build.

I enjoyed the fact they accepted pets, clean sheets.

It was terrible there was a roach in the bathroom something brown smeared on the wall and the door handle literally came off of the door when I shut it behind me.

No phone in room. No fridge in room. Only 3 channels on the tv...pbs, cooking, kid shows...no hot water in AM...broken boiler...noisy neighbour at night.. just coffeemate for coffee...was cheap and now i know why

Managment front office is very respectful and always understandable he will work with you and make sure your needs are always taken care of if I can live in the property then I would he is very awesome

This was the worst hotel stay I've ever had. There was broken down cars in the parking lot. The room was absolutely disgusting, there was burn holes in the towels and in the comforter, the shower was disgusting. The front desk clerk said that there would be no smoking and the holes were filled with smoke. There was dogs barking all hours of the night. Even hotels.com tried to get some compensation back and they wouldn't even allow it. I tried to tell the front desk clerk when I checked out, and he didn't even know why I was checking out, but he didn't understand anything that I was saying. I had a major allergic reaction to the sheets even 12 hours after my eyes are still red and swollen

Arrived a day early hoed to check in. They were able to get me in but upon opening room door and light turned on we seen 3 cockroaches run and scurry onder bed. Then i decide well seen that i better check bed. No need as when light came on a bed bug dropped from corner bed of matress where we visibly seen it miving on floor. The hallway by front desk smelt of cat urine badly. I asked for refund and to cancel rest if stay.

Oh and internet connection was horrible as well as the cable tv.

The place smelled like marijuana throughout. There was a dog barking a few doors down from our room. When we asked for a refund, the staff refused it. I would not recommend this property to anyone.
