The person at the front counter was rude. When we asked for batteries for the remote thst did not work she said tou can come get them and in the middle if the conversation hung up on my wife. She was extremely rude.

The hotel was clean and well maintained. We booked an accessible room and were very disappointed in their idea of "accessible". The only thing accessible was the shower that had one grab bar. The toilet was way too low with no grab bar near and the bed was too high. I had difficulty getting in and out of bed. In fact, I had to have my husband help me get in bed. The bathroom was definitely not ADA compliant! Hampton, you can do better!

The pull out couch sheets were wet with what smelled like animal urine. We didn’t complain as this was the only room open for miles but we won’t be back. Cleaning staff should be checking the pull out couch every time they clean.

The room was in good condition. There was not enough hot water for a shower. The barn door for the bathroom is noisy & does not provide enough privacy.

Someone dropped the ball. Our Expedia confirmation was not registered at the Hampton. Had to pay again much more to get a room. Very disappointed.

Even though we were early the room was ready. Entry was clean and fresh hot water for cocoa available for guests.

Ajay who checked us in was fabulous, professional and friendly. Other staff had the same professional and friendly presence. Breakfast was great, loved how spotless the room and common areas were! Loved everything, very comfortable.

Sink was leaking in bathroom…. Booked for 2 nights and tried to extend for a third and there was absolutely no help or assistance so I checked out and am going to stay in another hotel which is extremely inconvenient and messed up my plans to spend the day with daughter…. I have stayed here multiple times through the years and will not be coming back

My son and family live in Spring Hill. This is my go-to hotel EVERY time. Hands down the best!! The staff is incredible, very safe area, near several restaurants and shopping.

I was happy to find a pet friendly hotel. We have not been able to travel with our furry friend much due to limited places. This place was very welcoming. I lived how they had treats at the front desk for the 4-legged companions. This place was very clean and tidy. I am not sure if we were the only one's there at the time with a pet, but if we weren't we did not hear a single bark or meow anywhere. I love how they give a door hanger to let staff know there is a pet in the room. I definitely recommend this place a million times over if you are travelingwith pets! There were so many options for breakfast, and a decent time window for it too. I can't say enough good things about this place.

Excellent location, clean, great staff, breakfast was great. The only complaints (minor at best) the rooms are a little on the small side but adequate, their toilet paper is like RV toilet paper(super thin, 1 ply, rough), bathroom faucet was odd handle and was unable to get good hot water. Over all a great place to stay.

The staff has completely changed. The current staff is friendly and efficient, but I do miss the folks that used to work there as they new me by name.

Bed creaked

After checking out on Sat. and driving several hours home I realized I had left a clothing bag hanging in the closet of my hotel room. I immediately called the front desk at the Hampton in Springhill to arrange for a relative to pick up this item as he was leaving Spring Hill on Sun. morning. The lady at the desk was not at all helpful and said I would have to call the next morning at 9am and talk to the housekeeping supervisor. I knew exactly where my item was but she was not willing to discuss it or help me. This is causing much inconvenience for my relative to have to wait until 9am or later to pick my item up. He had planned to leave Springhill early on Sun. and will now have to wait. This s NOT acceptable customer service.

Only place I stay while traveling on business in Columbia TN. The staff is always the best and the hotel is the best in the area. Clean, safe and absolutely wonderful!

Perfect for my family and incredibly safe area. Plenty of variety of dining and a shopping area as well. Only complaint is the door "chain" was loose, but the area was so safe we really didn't worry about it. Excellent food, very clean and fancy. Will be staying again in the future. thank you

Wonderful staff, especially the housekeepers and the front desk folks. Only stayed one night but will keep this one in my list of places to stay in the Nashville area. Had a problem with the door on first room and the housekeepers did their best to resolve it but it was a broken handle. Front desk upgraded me to a really super room. All in all, everyone at this Hampton Inn treats the guests like they're in a top tier Hilton property!

I have family that lives in the area, so this is the third time I had stayed at this particular Hampton Inn. The staff was friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, I would not hesitate to refer this hotel to a friend, or family member.

Room appeared to be recently renovated. Room and bed were very comfortable. What I did not like was thumping noise from room above us.

The rooms were comfortable and breakfast was good. It was nice to have hot drinks available all day. We were using this as a home base while we visited family. I would stay there again.

The breakfast service was a good variety that we wnjoyed

Three things ruined this stay for us: 1. I think there was a wedding or Christmas party staying there. Loud, drunk people until after 1am 2. Wall unit sounded like a semi winding up to speed every 15 minutes, then hissed. 3. Highway noise. My wife got 3 hours sleep, i got 2.5, we were afraid to drive. (But really wanted to leave)

Because we used Expedia and not directly with Hilton they moved us to Holiday Inn Express which was out of our way. Very disappointed with Hilton since we chose them because of loyalty. We are Diamond Hhonors plus HGV members. This made no difference to them since we used Expedia. Their excuse for moving us was because someone smoked in the room and they couldn’t contact us because they didn’t have the area code. Worst customer service we have had with Hilton. Very disappointed ☹️

The only problem with this hotel is that they don’t tell you there is a $75 pet fee! What? When you click pet friendly, the entire fee for the hotel should show up. It was a surprise fee. Never in a million years would have stayed there knowing that. Had to have my sister-in-law come get our dog. Hotels NEED to say if there will be an additional fee when you book.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was informative and friendly when we checked in. The quack challenge was cute for my 10 year old. The hotel was in the perfect location to shopping and restaurants. It was a busy night of travelers from spring breakers to a group working in the area for spectrum. The walls are a bit thin but pretty typical for Hampton hotels. Not a fan of the barn door bathrooms. Definitely a lack of privacy when you are sharing with other adults. Overall, id stay again if I was in the area!

Great from the moment we checked in. The young man that checked us in was very helpful in showing me how to change my address in the Hilton Rewards app, as we had moved since our last stay. Our room was wonderful and the bed, pillows and bed were wonderful. The only thing that was odd is that the TV was to the right of the bed so you had to sit at an angle to watch it. The only down was the shower was HOT, couldn't get it to be cool. Oh and the breakfast and coffee was wonderful.

We waited 40 min in the lobby to get checked in. Brandy was at the front desk but she didn’t know how to use the system and then when we asked if there’s a manager she respond by saying “check in is at 3pm” really now? We had a late flight and we just arrived. We plan on visiting TN often and this is NOT a hotel we revisit again.

I liked it but I am a smoker and there wasnt anywhere for smokers to hangout except at the very frint of th hotel. I paid just like everyone else and should be able to enjoy the outside patio just like those who do not. I am sick of being made to feel like a pariah because I smoke.
