The hotel was nice. Your basic hotel with the normal amenities. Our issues were with the plumbing (our toilet kept backing up) and the air conditioner didn’t work very well and made a loud noise. Other than that everything was fine. The employees were very friendly and accommodating

Cockroach in my room, door to my room was jammed, side door to enter building would not open when prompted with the key, ice machine was down.

The Rooms were very Clean, Staff went far & Beyond the Call of Duty to see if Everything was okay or do you need Anything. They had the Best Breakfast I have ever Had, Food was cooked to Perfection, A wide Variety of Food Everyday & The Cooks & Host were very Friendly & checked on us during Breakfast & after! Hats off to the Cooks! Annnd the Kitchen was Sooo Clean! We will definitely go back & Stay. Check them out & You can Thank Me later. There was plenty of Parking Spaces for Clients, Parking Lot was Clean & very inviting.

The front desk clerk did his best to help by taking out the trash and providing toilet paper and clean towels, which I appreciated. However, this should not replace proper housekeeping service. Cleanliness is a basic expectation, and unfortunately, it was not met.

Room clean, older property but has had updates. Breakfast is additional. IMO that should be a perk for all that stay.

A quiet location with easy access to freeway.

Hotel and staff were great, however we got placed beside some very, very loud younger guests who had no disregard for neighbors other guests. We had a 1 year old with us. We also called the front office to complain and although they mentioned they would take care of it, the noise still continued and I believe it was one of the adults with the guests who ended up talking to them, not the actual staff. This was also the night before my Ironman race which was not helpful for good rest.

The air conditioning did not work when I arrived. They did get me a new room after fussing a bit. The next room the AC vibrated so much that the walls shook. Worst two night of sleep I. A hotel in a long time.

My stay was what it needed to be. Was it 5 stars NO but was it horribly expensive or a “never stay again” NO. The hotel is on the older side and has room for improvement. The elevator floors were noticeably uneven and a little iffy but I made it to floor 2! My room was cleanly. Staff at check in/out were AMAZING 10/10. The bar tender was sweet as could be. I would stay again.

Dated hotel, but clean room with everything we needed.

Basic breakfast is charged, where other hotels have the same menu for free. We picked up whataburger instead of the hotel food. Pool was small.

For the most part our stay was ok but woke up with bites on my stomach and torso. I usually check the beds when staying at hotels but disappointed when arrived home I was itching like crazy.

The hot tub was broken, the shower head did not have any pressure, the keys don’t work on the room door, and the toilet didn’t flush.

we left the hotel 9 times during our 4 day stay, and 9 times we had to go get new keys made which just gets frustrating AF. Otherwise, people were good.

Room was nicely appointed, if a little dated. Clean, fresh and cool. The a.c. worked really well.

The staff was super nice, as always. My biggest complaint was the shower. The water fluctuated between blistering hot and freezing cold. Not a fun way to start the day. The elevators and hallway floors are a little concerning. Both elevator floors were bowed and felt mushy. The same with the hallway floors. The room was clean and amply supplied and the AC blew cold. This was my third stay at this hotel for work. Not sure there will be a fourth.

i was asked not to throw toilet paper down the toilet and place used toilet paper in the waste basket. At 11 am on Friday and Saturday i was asked to hurry and vacate the room so they could clean! on Sunday, the room was not cleaned at all , dirty towels not picked up and no clean towels were made available until we called the call person at the lobby. no management person was available for us to report to.

The cleaning staff never checked on me or cleaned my room. Not sure if that is policy for a two night visit. But they did give me clean towels upon request. Many of the fixtures are getting old and worn out especially the plumbing.

Not very impressed. Had to wait for housekeeping to get someone to work the front desk so we could check in. Room was for 4 we only had 3 towels. It was late and we were ready to shower so we made due. The plumbing made for some loud random knocking noises when turning off and on. Just overall not a very good experience.

The shower stall was out of body was so I had to use shampoo for my shower.

Bar had enough options. We did not have the breakfast. But everything else was very nice.

Waited almost an hour to get checked in. Also the guys in front of us got booked into a room where there was a ladies always sleeping in it. My family did not feel safe sleeping there. Also they over booked rooms causing all the confusion.

Breakfast was a fiasco. We purchased for two and a two year old but were charged $7 for some reason even when we told them we had purchased breakfast.

I travel a lot for business. The good about this place is, its clean, the employees are fantastic. The bed was comfortable. It wasn't loud. The bad: Small TV's.....in todays modern times there is no excuse to have a tv that small in a hotel room anywhere. The shower was terrible. It was super touchy. 1/8 of a turn to the right and it burned. 1/8 to the left and it was ice cold...but what was worse is the pressure was terrible. it barely came out of the shower head. I probably won't stay here anymore.

Your pictures and ratings helped me make my decision. They are deceiving. The pool was closed majority of our time there. We were distrub by family above us with playing kids. Which sounded like they were going to fall through upon us. Because I prepaid through Hotels.com I was told they could not adjust what I paid. Offered points and a drink to us. But only one of us got the points. I wasn’t able to get any and the stay is booked under me. Hotel was clean and beds comfortable. Breakfast could have also been better for price. Most hotels offer free breakfast.

It really needs an update, it’s very out dated, smells awful and there’s dips as you wake to the rooms in the hallways

Most Holiday Inn hotels provide free breakfast. This one reported they have made to order breakfast. No. The breakfast was the same stuff you get for free at other places but put on a plate fast and brought to your table for 14 dollars a plate. Not even warm.

The hotel room was beautiful. The staff were excellent. Not happy with Expedia as i booked with breakfast for 2, but hotel told me it wasn't booked. Seco d time this has happened with Expedia. Not happy.

When we arrived on Thursday, the woman at the desk, appeared to take pleasure in the fact that she could tell people that there were no rooms available at check-in. The water fountains did not work and the exterior doors did not work. Thursday night there were chicken bones and chicken wings all over the floor in the lobby. The water fountain in the gym didn’t work either. It was a bad experience for our group.

The hotel has no soundproofing — I could hear people walking above me and toilets flushing all night, making it impossible to sleep. The worst part came when my wife and I found bite marks on our bodies. We checked the mattress and found bed bugs. We were so worried about bringing them home that we left all our luggage behind, checked out immediately, and bought new clothes. This hotel is dirty and does not meet the standards you would expect from a Holiday Inn. Honestly, you would be better off sleeping in your car.

Check in guest service clerk was very unwelcoming. If I had to deal with her again, i’d rather spend my hard earned money at another hotel.

The staff was exceptional. I had interactions with five staff members and each was kind, personable and helpful. I was also shocked how quit the hotel was considering its proximity is next to a freeway. Great hotel especially for the price!

Stayed here as it was nearby our office. Pretty comfortable. The breakfast was so bad that I didn't even try. The rest of the place is good.

I had originally booked a king suite, but on arrival was given a double queen. When I asked, they said my reservation was bumped due to over booking. The next morning I was able to get a single king. I wasn’t offered anything to offset my cost of the lower room. I’m not hopeful on any of the difference being made up from Expedia either. Staff was great, just not the best experience.

We stayed for two nights for work. When we arrived at the room, we noticed that the toilet was stopped up, so we called the front desk. They sent someone up to take care of the problem. We left for dinner and came back to take showers there was no hot water it was lukewarm still was able to shower. The second night there was no hot water at all. When checking out I mentioned that and she stated that I wasn't the only one that said that. so I'm not sure what was the problem. but over all its a nice hotel.

The rooms were comfy! They had products for hair and body wash on the wall. The breakfast wasn’t as expected and we paid extra for just a continental breakfast but everything else was great!!!

Paint is peeling on the doors and several cracks in the bathroom. But the stay was nice, the beds were very comfy and the appearance of the lobby was nice.

I’ve stayed here prior and overall gave a 5 star rating, this weekend stay had lots of activities going on which was fine, but a lot of youngsters were very very noisy all night, but yet I enjoyed the stay!

To get to the place was inconvient building was older. Neighbor hood was decent.

We had no hot water both nights that we stayed there. Staff supposedly remedied it but nothing worked. We will not stay there again!

The hotel was tough to get into off of the interstate. Once I found the back entrance/exit, it was much easier, and there were a ton of dining and shopping options nearby.

We were only there overnight, the room was fine. The check in experience however was phenomenal. Gilbert was very fast and efficient especially considering how many people were trying to get checked in all at once. He was very polite and provided excellent service.

Our room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The check-in staff was kind and friendly but it was very understaffed so checking in was very slow and there was a long line in the lobby the entire afternoon. We also chose this property because it said there would be breakfast and we were looking for that convenience. When we arrived, we were given the key card that had breakfast times listed on the envelope. When we came down in the morning there was no breakfast and we were told they aren’t currently offering it- strange that this was never told to us and all written communication had breakfast on it. There was also a rather strange convention being held in the downstairs hallway that we had to walk through on the way to the elevator each time which was a little uncomfortable for me with a kid there. All in all, the room was good which is the most important but there we some other weird things happening that would give me pause to book here again.

This property is under construction. Parts of the floor feels like you are going to fall right through, but the stay was peaceful and the staff was awesome

I booked my reservation a week earlier me and my friend we’re going to be spending a couple days down there and when we got to the hotel lo and behold, our reservation was canceled. I asked why and the lady told me that they tried to run my card and it was declined. So she was helping somebody else and she said she’d be right with us and try to help me and we waited for 30 minutes for the lady at the front desk to help us and she never would so we just left. And tell me that they ran my card and it was declined was a lie because I get a notification every time my card is ran and I never got any notification that , nobody at the front desk wanted to help us so I give this a very bad review my card was ran. It’s like they didn’t even want to help.

The staff was friendly, the room was so nice and clean. Honestly the only issues we had here was the fire alarm went off twice during our visit, no idea what happened. The pool was great but the spa not operational. The other thing is i didn't know the food area was under construction until i got there. So the breakfast was not good. Frozen breakfast sandwiches, granola bars and fruit. My husband has an allergy so he could only eat the fruit and the kids don't really like the frozen sandwiches cause the bread gets soggy in the microwave so they ate a granola bar and juice. The coffee was good though. We mainly went out to eat. Im sure this place will be great for someone else when the construction is done.

I was in a suite and I am an IHG member, which apparently means nothing. Housekeeping would randomly invade room multiple times throughout the day and night even after being told not to disturb. The times I did request housekeeping, they wouldn’t come. The rooms are not cleaned very well. Graveyard shift black lady was very rude and unhelpful. Saying love and darling doesn’t cover any of that up. Only helpful and kind staff there was Gilbert, everybody else was complete trash.

Front desk person was not very friendly & many guests on our floor were loud which I would suggest quiet hours as hotel policy.

Hotel policies but still felt belittled a bit until i realized my id was in my jacket i used for work that i luckily brought. We had no hot water but didn't complain.

This hotel was nice, Staff was super friendly, and bed was firm just like I like it. Updated appliances in room was a plus. Surrounded by a lot of restaurants, shopping, and leisure activities.

The bed was comfortable and the AC unit worked well. The floors in the elevators were spongey and made it feel sketchy. We could hear the person walking around the room on the floor above and could hear the activity of our immediate neighbor at 1 in the morning. Usually hotels are built so there is a little more noise blocking between the rooms. Seems like the builder cheaped out, enough options in the area I won't stay here again.
