    The most frustrating check-in I have ever encountered. Upon check in, the clerk said my card was declined and tried it not once, not twice, but 3 times. Then, I tried another card. He tried it twice. It too was declined. Walking away from the desk back to my car, I called the first card company. They did not show the transaction at all. I kept the customer service representative on speaker, as I went back to the desk, and told him the transaction was not appearing on their end. The desk clerk looks at his screen and says, “Oh, I didn’t enter the amount.” Takes my card, swipes. It goes through, and said “enjoy your stay”. It felt a little like, “oh well”. He embarrassed me by saying , 5 times, your card is declined and NEVER apologized. The room was suggested by a wedding party. At least, two of the rooms of our friends, had NOT been cleaned. The pool was chained shut by order of the HEALTH DEPARTMENT. The halls wreaked of marajuania. When calling cooperate, we’re told La Quinta is run by the owner not the corporation.

    Great customer service but the air conditioned in cool. The room felt humid. The bed was not comfortable. Pills were flat. They need to replace pillows for sure.The ice machines didn’t work but one on the third floor pool was closed. Parking lot lighting was not good no security. The snack bar did not have many selections so it was a little inconvenient for us. breakfast needs improvement within an hour. Everything would run out and the lady in charge said that that was it for the day. so would I recommend this place to friends and family members maybe not. It was my first time staying there and was not very impressed.

    The staff was lovely! The building and lobby were nicely kept. The room may have seen better days. There was a large red stain in the corner of the room, fraying carpet at the edge of the entry and carpeted portion of the room, a decent sized clump of hair stuck to bottom of the curtains, and no back on the remote. We only stayed 1 night, but if our trip had been any longer we may have asked to change rooms.

    Good, hot breakfast. Nicely put out and nice cozy lobby area with double height ceiling with lots of air and enjoyable space. It has value for money.     The bed was comfortable. I requested a shower chair before ck in. None furnished. They did give me a room with a fold down chair but it was broken. Also, no luggage carts at hotel. ( they were stolen & never replaced). Room had musty smell to it. Ice macine on 1st floor not working but Kia ( desk attendant) did furnish ice for me.ck in & ck out was quick & efficient.

    The area around the front desk was neat and clean. The first room we were given smelled strongly of human urine so we were given a fourth floor room that smelled like someone vaped in the room, the bathroom floor had dirt and yellow grout. The overall condition of the bathroom grout indicated the floor hadn't been cleaned thoroughly in a while. We had to run the hot water continously for about thirty minutes before the water got warm and about forty minutes before the water was hot. We stayed at this location before and the room was much cleaner and the hot water worked fine. We will not be going back to this location.

    I got there and they told me that my TV “may be a little messed up”. It didn’t work. I went down to see about another room and they were all booked. What annoys me is that no one called to tell me my room had no tv until I drove 3 hours on a holiday weekend. Then they offered me a different room the following day and it smelled like marijuana. They then changed my room again and it was good. Not a fan. Not sure I’ll go back.

    First room could not stay in due to the smell. Received another room which was nice love the walk in shower. Would like for the shower to have a lower shower head or better yet a hand held shower. Being 5 feet it gets my hair wet. The only other problem was the room above us was making noise until 3 am.     Also, the bed was uncomfortable. I have allergies, and I had some allergic reactions during my stay, possibly because of the bedding or pillows. The pillows were too high and not comfortable at all. Overall, I think the hotel needs to improve both cleanliness and the quality of its amenities.

    This was our third time staying at the spring Texas location and the whole place smelled like mildew . The first room smelled like pure mildew and felt very damp , the young lady at the desk was awesome she went above and beyond to find us a room that wasn’t smelling like mildew . But as soon as you step out the elevator it smelled like mildew. will not be staying at that location again .

    The hallways smells extremely musty. The pool was clean enough to swim in for a kid but not clean, full of leaves and dirt on the bottom. Breakfast starts at 6 they have a waffle maker but they don’t serve waffles till 730 which is the biggest thing people tend to eat . One night stay it works but this is not someplace I would stay for a several day trip.

    Everything was overall good with our stay. The room just had a feel that it was always a little damp. We weren't sure it was because of the a/c or anything, but we made due.     Made a reservation for a wheelchair friendly room and then was told that they didn't have any of those rooms available upon arrival. Stayed in a regular room that definitely needs some upkeep: missing toilet cap with red grime, rusty hinges, random peeling doors and bed frames, seemingly no toilet paper holder.

    No extra pillows available for guests. The pool was dirty and green. The rooms were humid, hot, and smelled like stale water. The market in the lobby had zero items in it to purchase. All cold drinks weren’t available. The breakfast was not as described in the property details. It was missing a lot of food and drink items. They also used a large communal butter tub in the breakfast area. Gross.

    We had reserved a room a couple days prior. We showed up at 8pm. The clerk told us they had no room for us, several rooms were out of order and could not be rented. No notification at all during the entire day that we would not have a room. They waited until we got there to tell us. We had to shop around at 8pm on Memorial Day weekend to find a room. It took us an hour to fond anywhere with availability. Absolutely terrible experience!!!!

    The entire non-smoking hotel smelled like smoke. Worst hotel breakfast I have ever seen. It should not be advertised as a breakfast buffet. We stayed for 3 nights and requested our room be cleaned but it never happened Finally settled by going to the desk to get more towels. We had more important things to do but it was noticed and disappointing. La Quinta is too inconsistent to rely on to provide a good clean room and decent breakfast.

    The hotel lacks cleaning, the area pool has cigarettes on the floor the entire time, the room had dirt on the floor that wasn’t properly cleaned, they don’t change the towels so we had to ask in reception. The breakfast was good and the employees were friendly and nice.

    The property was clean and check in was easy. The only issue I had was breakfast. The choices offered were very very limited. They had white eggs and tater tots and no protein. They one have a Texas waffle maker with syrup. When I asked for butter, they told me they do not offer it. The fruit choices was oranges. Only they had small muffins and white bread. There was a toaster, but again no butter to add to the toast. Only two of the three cereal choices were filled, and they ran out of milk. They also ran out of yogurt by 8:30 AM (breakfast opened at 7AM). The juice machine was also broken. They said they served Sunny D and small bottles, but those were also gone and they would not refill. Even though the property was clean, I would not choose to stay here again because the breakfast was such a disappointment. I chose this place and part due to the hot breakfast that was advertised. I had to feed my family elsewhere.

    My room was dirty. The tiny shampoo and conditioner bottles were completely empty but they were arranged around the sink like they were new. Stains on the walls, shower curtain rod was broken, and there was no warm water at all! Unbelievable!

    None of the vending machines were stocked, the inn hotel market only had water bottles and laundry soap for a machine that was non-functional. The rooms as well as the hallways smell kind of musty, the pool is not open here and seems to have a bit of mold issue or something. The breakfast here don't even waste your time it is horrible as well as extremely limited

    When we got to our room, we only had 1 bath towel and no hand soap. Also, the air conditioner rattled. The breakfast was very limited and also very few items to purchase, no snacks and only water was available for purchase. The muffin was hard and the other food was not good as well. We were very disappointed with this hotel and we have stayed at many La Quinta's. We do not recommend this hotel.

    I had key issues every single day I was there (5days) very frustrating to have to go get new key after getting to third floor. Didn’t have simple handsoap to wash hands in room. Housekeeper offered me a small shampoo. Bathroom was moldy Staff was somewhat friendly It was hit or miss. Coffee was out both days I tried then I gave up trying and just left early to stop and get some.

    Horrible! We were staying at this hotel for my son’s baseball tournament. We got in about 8:45pm. My son went to get water from the water fountain and there was puke all over it! The staff said “yea it was there last night too” like what?!?!? Anyways, We left our soap at home on accident and there wasn’t any in the hotel bathroom and the pictures online show fully stocked snacks, drinks and other items you can buy up front at the desk. NONE. After 30 minutes someone finally came to the front desk and handed us hotel soap. The pictures show tons of snacks to be purchased. They had yellow Lays chips and bounce sheets to purchase. We got up to eat “hot breakfast” which was literally just cooked egg whites and waffles you make yourself. Orange juice was like syrup. Rewind, in the elevator on the way down to eat breakfast we smell something sour.. turned around and there was a huge pile of puke in the corner that was streaming down the wall of elevator. We told the staff and they said “yea it’s been there awhile”!!! They didn’t care. We didn’t even eat. An hour later we go to leave and it’s still there!!!

    The shower needs to be cleaned better you see some grime the grass needs cut at the pool and they kept running out of breakfast and the beds where a little hard and 3 little pillows was not enough. But the people were nice and the hotel was nice.

    By far the worst hotel I've ever stayed in I felt completely unwelcomed especially when I asked for a trolley to bring my stuff to my room and they told me it was broken. So it took me four trips to get to the fourth floor with a bad back and a torn ligament in my ankle carrying all my stuff to the fourth floor. This is my second night staying there due to underlying facts from the first night that I've already complained about but I had to stay there due to unforeseen circumstances. I thought this would be a nice hotel considering the price and I've also stayed there years before but this place is deteriorated and I will never go there again nor will I probably ever use Expedia. The morning manager Margaret was extremely rude accuse me of smoking marijuana which I do not and have not and will not ever do I'm extremely offended. She also burst into my room to tell me it was time to leave as I was walking out with about 15 bags in my hand due to them not having any trolleys. Also their business center is no business center it is one computer that says it is not working. I have a picture enclosed to prove this. They also have no laundromat which is the main reason why I went there so I had to go to a 24-hour laundromat that was very scary and once again carry my clothes up and down without a trolley .how does a hotel not have a laundromat a business center or trolleys?? I really like Expedia but I cannot believe you would represent this hotel

    I was kind of surprised since I know this property is new. The smell of the rooms were just outrageous, I had them change me into a different room because of pet smell and even after I got switched, the other room still smelled like smoke amongst other things. There was red sticky stains on the carpet and scraps of things in the edges of the walls. The cleanliness was just not up to par for spending 100$ per night. I probably won’t come back to this hotel since I had 2 experiences that weren’t good in my opinion.

    It is a great place to stay. The staff was not so friendly upon checking in and when I asked if there was coffee he saids it’s over there. I went to pour a cup and it was cold. I asked if he could make a fresh pot and his reply was “you have a coffee maker in your room.”
