The room was moldy. The bathroom had leaks in the walls that showed as discoloration and the AC could not get the wet smell out of the room. Very dissapointed for the price I paid for 2 nights.

The staff that checked me in was nice. The morning staff - I informed them I going to the hospital and would be back. Check out time is noon. at 11:15 I called for a late check ou and was informed they had already cleaned out my room for me and had all my belongings at the front desk. the room was filthy. Soap scum 1/2 inch deep in the shower. The coffee maker didn't work and was filthy as was the sink in the kitchenette.

Hotel and service was very good for the cost. Couch in the room was seriously stained, and other guests made the stay difficult. Multiple guests were frying foods that made the hotel smell bad, and one was playing very loud music you could hear from the first floor and beyond.

The room is great, and the desk person, H, was very helpful. This is a very nice place to stay. It’s exactly as advertised and all the appliances work!

The mnu was fresh and there were a lot of options to choose from. Parking is plentiful and safe.

The next day, we found that both treadmills were not working and there were issues with the elliptical. We were quite disappointed.

Breakfast was choice were okay. Overall it wasn’t bad for the price.

The hotel was just a couple of blocks from the hospital which was great because I had to be up so early. Will definitely stay here if or when we are back in town. Can not answer that.

Great staff, very nice room, great location to Fayetteville and Springdale. Will definitely book this one again.

The staff was friendly. We had a one bedroom suite for three people. We only had two towels and no bedding for the pull out. The heater didn’t work in the main room either.

Excellent hotel

They are a Marriott town place that’s old and not up-to-date and they are extremely rude. They are tailored to people who are coming in town to watch football games. That’s it. They are trash.

The location to the hospital makes this a prime location.

The room was clean, but had a strange smell in the kitchen area. Stayed here for 2 nights for dad's weekend and it was ok. Nothing fantastic, but it served it's purpose and was clean.

Always a favorite of ours. Well located right off of the interstate. Always clean as a whistle and friendly front desk staff.

They were overbooked and advised it was hotels.com’s fault. I was at the hotel for almost an hour while they were trying to locate another room miles away. And then went to the other hotel and they were unable to figure out how to use the letter from the first hotel to allow me to stay. I got in to my room just shortly before midnight. This was an awful experience.

The silverware in the kitchenette was dirty. The pots were awful, and the kitchen was not stocked very well. There was no bag in the trash, no Kleenex in the box cover. The room and bathroom were clean, but the bathroom could use an update. The surrounding area was very nice and it's easy access to hwy 49.

The room is very comfortable and spacious. Staff very friendly and helpful, well lit parking lot, easily anccessible from the Interstate. We would definitely stay there again!

Very dated and cleaning not great

We booked double beds on Hotels.com and when we arrived to hotel, they had us down for 1 King. We had the statement from the AP showing double beds but the Hotel had 1 King on their end. Did not have any doubles left. The Receptionist was very nice and found a King with a pull out couch for us. Overall, turned out ok. Minor inconvenience.

Room smelled like male cat urine. Brought it to the attention of the staff but no other room was available. The bushes outside the windows reeked of feral cat urine too so my guess was the smell was entering through the AC vents under the window. Worst experience ever! Rooms, kitchen area was clean and tidy. I will pass on staying again.

We always stay at this hotel when we come to the Fayetteville area. It is centrally located and right off the interstate. Close to food and rooms are always comfortable and clean.

The room was spacious, bed was not very comfortable & worn down. I liked the full kitchen, but we had an ant problem. The pool was nice & well maintained. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good on the front day, but not great on the second day. Overall I might stay here again.

Very nice hotel

Breakfast options was on the weaker side of other stays at other properties. The person taking care of the area was not restocking very well so choices were limited to eat. Bed was lumpy compared to many other Marriott properties we've stayed at. Hotel is older but maintained. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Pool was very small and a little murky, so if you’re looking to have a place for kids, this probably isn’t a good place!

The property is old and needs renovation.

Found dried blood stain on the fitted sheet. After laying in bed for a couple hours. Then found some on the pillowcase. Which means they didn't change the sheets. No chance they end up together after being laundered

Room was big and bed was really comfortable. Receptionists (night shift) were amazing. Good breakfast. Pool wasn't working. There were many dirty plates and cutlery on the cabinets. We had to wash them all when arrived. Cleaning service of the room was not good as described...

Didn't know the pool wasn't working until the day of arrival, then.. the next morning I found a bedbug on my clothing. My daughter in the other bedroom had bites on her and found bedbugs in her bed. They did comp the room, but I'm still out the money for the dryers, ruined a shirt and pair of shoes. I do know heat kills them, but wasn't thinking about it hurting my clothing. Just frustrated..very stressful. I'm just praying that none of them hitched a ride home with me!!

I do not think there is a better place to stay in NW ARK. Great facility. Centrally located. Can not go wrong staying here!

It was not the Marriott experience that I expected. It was like a Candlewood Suite with breakfast

Great proximity to the University, yet removed from the hustle and bustle. Easy access to the interstate. Front desk was most helpful. I booked this room because of the outdoor pool. I was extremely disappointed that the pool was not uncovered and open for summer despite my being there in June.

Appreciate the kitchenette and its convenience. Had a problem with the air conditioning that was solved right away by Zach. A big THANK YOU to Zach for his quick response.

There was only a $20.00 deposit! Room was very clean, modern, stove, refrigerator, microwave, cabinets, cookware, small walk-in closet basically a modern studio apartment . Bed was very clean and comfortable even the breakfast was great (bacon &eggs). Only 17 minutes from downtown Fayetteville. Location was great not a lot of traffic.

Trying to grab food and drinks for a party of 4 with two hands can be a challenge. The lady handling the breakfast offered my a small tray which was soo sweet!! Shout out to this employee and fellow mom!!

Very clean. Suites have everything you could need. Great floor plans, well thought out. Comfortable king bed. 2 elevators, close-in parking, very friendly staff, excellent dining and mall shopping nearby, residential setting, scenic area. Was going to stay for one night but decided to stay longer since it is so nice and comfortable here.

There had been a recent significant snow storm just prior to our stay in an area that doesn’t usually get such storms so the parking was a little tight and there was still snow on the walkways and the lobby floor was salt stained. All this was understandable though and fine.

My family and I were here for unfortunate circumstances, but the comfort and services of this hotel made our stay easier. The staff were courteous and helpful. The breakfast was excellent compared to what we have had elsewhere. The rooms are larges and well set up, including a small kitchen area. The hotel was clean. The only recommendation I would have would be to upgrade mattresses where needed. Mine was a bit lumpy, but otherwise, this was an excellent place to stay.

Staff were so friendly, rooms were very clean and really nice. It was pouring when we showed up to the hotel and staff came out with big umbrellas to help us each out of the car. They were soaked after helping three ladies out of the car. So very sweet.

Property not well kept. Pool was very dirty. Dust ruffle was hanging off bed. Bed spreads were wrinkled. Breakfast was inadequate. All around overpriced for the condition of property. Definitely will not return.

Located in Johnson - about halfway between Springdale and Fayetteville - this super new, clean and convenient hotel is a gem. Pricing fluctuates based on demand, but we got it on a great week - so the value was superb.

Only stayed one night but clean, friendly staff and quiet

Upon check in - First room had ants. Moved to second room, also ants. Moved to 3rd room, no ants, but a giant pee stain on the mattress that was practically glowing through the sheets. 4th room no ants or pee stains so we stayed (the furniture looks like something someone would leave on the curb.. stained.. old). Bed was a Queen in that room (we paid for King) but I was happy to have a half way decent room so we stayed in that one. Curtains were stained, appliance looked very old etc.. This place is in desperate need of updating. The staff was great though. They expressed embarrassment at the room situation which we appreciated. Breakfast was great. High points for the staff.. low points for the actual hotel. I didn't feel unsafe so that's also a plus. Maybe we just had bad luck but based on the other reviews we were surprised at the state of this place.

Staff was helpful and very friendly. I took my dogs with me and was not made aware of the fee of $75, but that was on booking not the hotel. I also did not get the room I requested because they had been overbooked by the booking agency. Once again, not the hotels fault. The hotel was clean and the room I got was clean and nice and fit what we needed. Overall it was a pleasant stay. Easy access to the back door for my puppies!

The location is convenient to the University of Arkansas. Several nearby restaurants too. It's definitely worth staying at again.

TV not working and when I reported it, I basically got a shrug…like oh well! No offer to change rooms or anything. There were lightbulbs out in bedside lights. Barking dogs and screaming kids after midnight. Maybe things will improve.

I really enjoyed my stay. We were only there for one night for the Razorback game, but it was very pleasant and conveniently located. The staff was also very nice. I most definitely would stay again.

We had an amazing stay at TownePlace Suites. Every single employee that we encountered was very friendly and seemed happy to see us, from the front desk employees to the cleaning staff. The hotel was clean and pleasant and had many amenities available for our use.

The staff was incredibly friendly and checked in throughout the stay to see how we were doing.

The hallway from the elevator to the room on second floor, has an unpleasant strong smell. Climate unit is a bit on the loud side. Otherwise, comfortable stay and great staff.

The night manager Zach was beyond amazing! Probably the best interaction I've ever had with a hotel employee. You could tell he truly enjoyed his job and wanted to help. He laughed and joked with me and my daughter. The lobby was clean and welcoming. It felt like you were going to stay at a friend's house in the best possible way.

Overall a good stay

Our bathroom wasn’t cleaned. Clumps of hair on shower, toilet covered in urine and poop and old food found on bathroom floor. Air wasn’t working and it was hot;although the manager brought us a fan. It was disgusting

We loved the bed and pillows. Everything was very nice. We had our dog with - pet friendly and non-smoking facility. Unfortunately, there are always people who "sneak" their smokes. I have migraines and cigarette smoke is a trigger. Horrible night - caused by inconsiderate guests. Also, not surprised at check-in that the Pet coverage was $75!!! We expected $25 - $50. That was too much.

The hotel was situated in the middle of nowhere, far from the city, and there was no place to walk around. No walkway leading out from the hotel. Housekeeping staff stole money from the wallet and did not come regularly. Room was dirty and had insects, including houseflies and ants crawling around. Staff did nothing about the issues despite several complaints. Breakfast was the same every morning. Many items like fruit, oat milk and omelettes were missing on many days.

This was the perfect place to stay while my wife and I were visiting Fayetteville for the cycling world championships. Loved the large refrigerator, stove microwave dishwasher and garbage disposal! We were not expecting that and it made us very comfortable.
