    The breakfast menu should change up. Every morning we had to eat the same thing. A vegetarian or turkey bacon should be included, instead of pork bacon every morning. Or a cook cereal would be nice also. The hotel is in a very good location.

    Can't complain about staff as everything needed to be done was on my phone app. Parking was ample and free which is a plus. Very very close to shopping which was good. Close to highways but did not hear any noise so no issues there. The original booking had us at a room right near the elevators which I thought was not cool considering there were many other options. Definitely try to upgrade if you are ding-averse. Room was a bit dated and lav was small. Spackle on wall so I assume they are doing some sort of upgrades. Breakfast was basic and egg dishes were sub-par. They need a healthy cereal option too. Coffee was good though. Two of 3 elevators not in service but really was not too impactful as the one elevator was pretty quick. Overall, a solid 3 star hotel.

    So i encountered a problem with an unruley group waking me up. The Hilton staff basically did not care. This is a transit hotel. The Embassy Suites nearby is a MUCH better experience, but it was full. This was the worst Hilton stay in my life, compounded by the fact they would not give any compensation for the broken AC, the riot in the 4th floor, the drilling the next morning because "you booked thru Expedia"

    I have stayed at this property many times when it was The Hilton Springfield. Today, although it is still listed as a Hilton Honors program and collects Hilton points, the affiliation with Hilton seems flimsy. Hotel Belvoir is no Hilton. Staff is wonderful, kind and helpful, but the room was dingy, often smelled, breakfast bar wasn't worth waking up for, and only one of three elevators were usually working. I am unlikely to return. There are better options at a similar price point.

    Room and hotel were generally clean. Daily breakfast was okay but not much variety day to day. Hotel smells older with a strange scent that tries to cover it up. Hotel was understaffed. Elevator broke and had to walk up 11 flights of stairs. Hotel staff told me there was no assistance for bringing bags down the 11 flights. Luckily, another guest told me about the service elevator. Works well as a safe place to stay but average stay.

    Parking was very good. Close to DC, very convenient. Did not get room cleaned one day, had to get items from after hour shift. Ice did not work the whole week we were there, had to get ice from front desk, some days they were out and that was inconvenient to wait.

    I checked into the room, and my 6-year-old daughter found a roach in the bathroom. The front desk clerk was helpful and immediately provided us with two new rooms on a separate floor, which I appreciated. However, my wife and I were unable to sleep afterward because we were concerned that a roach may have gotten into our luggage. The experience caused significant discomfort and stress during our stay.

    This property is very nice! The front desk personnel were friendly and prompt. Our room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. There is an attached restaurant that was very good as well. There was one person working the bar and restaurant area named Angie that was great. She was friendly and attentive, the drinks were awesome and the quesadillas were delicious! We spent two nights here and it was fantastic! This will be our default hotel location when we travel to this area. 10/10 experience!

    This is most certainly an aged hotel. It has potential because of its location, but it is well past it's prime. Furniture is very worn and the hallways are dated. Cleanliness was just ok and I found someone else's hair in my shower. I would choose a more updated hotel next time.

    In all honesty. Everything is dated in the hotel and the TV I had was nice but still dated! No Bluetooth capability. I woke up intending to take a shower and I turn the handle to the the left and it literally comes off. Water shooting from the shower body valve and the shower head. I couldn't turn the water off. I contacted the FD immediately and an engineer arrived and took his time back and firth which added to be a 1hr and ten mins. The FD gave me an extention until 12:30pm. May I mention that the late checkout wasn't offered due to the issue with the shower handle. I actually had to ask the young man if I could have a late checkout due to the issue. Idk maybe it's just me. I wish the best for this small hotel hoping a more significant increase on rev coming to get the capex line increase for R&M. PS... The beds are very very nice and the pillow feel like marshmallow.

    I spent alot of time choosing this hotel for our 3 day DC trip. I booked the junior suite for myself and daughter and the pictures on line did not match the room. The room however was comfortable and clean but I expected what I saw on-line. The breakfast was very good but we received a check each morning for the free breakfast along with a pen. So the check said zero but they wanted the tip.....Of course I left a tip each day but it was weird to get a check with the free buffet. The girl named GiGi at front desk was very pleasant and she is a star at your hotel. There was a very large group of young teens staying at hotel and trying to go in elevator was difficult but when I finally got on the teens were seeing how many of them could fit in one elevator and we were so squeezed in it was terrifying. Not the fault of the hotel obviously, but wish whichever adults were with them had a bit more supervision as they disrupted the lobby for other guests. Beds were wonderful and extremely comfortable!

    This facility is very nice, but not brand new. It has been well maintained. Staff is excellent. We were pleasantly surprised with the food at the restaurant, having dinner once in the bar and breakfast twice. We chose the facility because we needed parking for a trailer and we had no issues. It is just off I-95 so there is some road noise. We would not hesitate to stay again if in the area. The staff is a credit to this hotel.

    Second of all when we went to eat in the restaurant, they had nothing we wanted. The service was lousy at the bar. We had to go across the street and eat at a restaurant. The breakfast is horrible. I charge $36 for it which is not worth two dollars. How do I get my money back on this room? How do I speak to because I called that hotel and they’re not answering or helping me what do I do?

    The entire staff was extremely accommodating ! I had to stay there for several weeks due to me relocating and they were always polite and on top of maintenance requests. I didn’t think the area seemed to safe but the hotel has staffed security so I would definitively recommend anyone to stay here . If I need a place near the area I’ll be going back !

    The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable. Everyone there was very nice. They are still trying to get their act together with their restaurant bar area. They are not fully stocked at the bar with liquor and bar glasses. I ordered a Cosmo, which was not that great and very very small. The bartender kept telling us they’re waiting for supplies to come in.

    Overall, it was fine for what I needed, a stop overnight to split up a long drive. Easy parking and lots of stuff nearby at the mall.Staff were all very friendly. BUT...the A/C in the room was insanely noisy for producing a wildly underwhelming coolness (unless I was right near it or had it run all night...good luck sleeping with that racket). The pillows were both insanely soft and lumpy (it's 2025...we can stop doing this now, gang). And all the sheets and comforter were like being stuffed into a sack that didn't breathe at all. Small stuff like bedding is a simple upgrade that can make a place stand-out as opposed to just being one of many choices. Just sayin.

    I could honestly say that this is one of the best hotel I’ve had in a long time. The customer service was great from the beginning to the end no issues.Kay was very helpful and professional the gentleman that worked Saturday night I didn’t get his name because I really didn’t interact with him. It was my husband, but he was awesome too the waitress at the restaurant. She was great. I will definitely be staying there again.

    When I called the hotel to push us out one night as we were stuck in Denver, the hotel wouldn’t talk to us. We had to call Expedia , by contract, who canceled our total reservation and re-booked it for $600 more!!!! Never use online reservations with secondary booking to save money. Hotel is great and we’ll go back soon.

    Hotel is very clean. Rooms showed a little wear and tear, but very clean and comfortable. Hotel is right across from Springfield mall with lots of restaurants and shopping. I would stay here again.

    The wooden vanity was chipped in many place and paint had been rubbed off of it to the point that bare wood was overly visible. The change over from a Hilton property to the Springfield Belvoir Hotel was not explained either on the the website where reservations were made or by any signage at the hotel. I was confused as to what hotel I was checking into until I asked the receptionist.

    The hotel was very easy to get to off of interstate. All of the staff were very friendly and professional, and the restaurant food was excellent. My only complaint was with a few of the younger guests on my floor who were a little noisy, perhaps due to a special event. Things improved as the night progressed.

    My family and I only stayed at the property for one night, but overall our stay was very nice. The room was clean, spacious, and well decorated. Bathrooms were clean and large. The staff were pleasant during check-in and really helpful with identifying a few activities for my family to do (including a 5 year old) during our stay. The onsite breakfast buffet was fairly good, but a bit overpriced. Check-out was smooth. The area around the property was lacking a bit, but the mall/shopping and restaurant variety was surprising. Overall a great stay and would return if I was back in the area.

    Horrible. Checked in and was given a room right by a noisy ice machine. Went back to the same lady at the front desk and she gave us another room, did stay in that room but the ac was not working. WiFi not working . Ate in the hotel restaurant, asked for a coffee, no coffee. Wife was sick with diarrhea from the salmon she ate in the restaurant. Toilet hardly flushes its so dated. And who decided a spray tap was a good idea in the bathroom sink! Water just splashes everywhere. Terrible experience luckily was only one night we stayed .

    Will never stay here again. Very outdated for a Hilton, but the staff were very professional & welcoming; plus, the mall is right across the street. It was hard to sleep because the a/c unit made a loud continuous noise. I did love how the front desk called me to confirm my Uber eats delivery before letting him onto the floor.

    The staff during check in was very nonchalant when I asked for towels, and the digital key only worked for the elevator. The staff at 8pm est was notified during check in on 11/15/24 but was slow to respond. After 18 mins of waiting for the key, I was forced to go back downstairs to the front desk. Also housekeeping refused to clean when asked a few times. Definitely a waste of time and money.

    Staff is nice and hotel is clean. The rooms are dated. No plug in for phone on bedside table. I had to pull the bed out and unplug the lamp. carpet old. Elevator hinky. We stay here because its closest to my sisters house. It fine but weird location. Right across from the mall but you'd be taking your life into your hands to try to walk there. Walk to the subway is LONG. They always tell us that breakfast is included and then charge us for the breakfast. Annoying. Breakfast is good tho.
