Great little place. Could see the manatees from the dock. Super clean.
- 5/5
The motel was clean and the staff was great! I’d go back there.
- 3.5/5
During our stay, we saw only 1 other car in the parking lot. No one else stayed here, the place was deserted. Really a shame since the Inn is well appointed and maintained.
- 5/5
The location was also a huge plus—convenient to everything we needed, which made getting around simple and stress-free. We also really appreciated how safe we felt throughout our stay, both inside the hotel and in the surrounding area. Overall, a wonderful stay and we would absolutely come back again.
- 5/5
There’s manatees!!! We even saw a dolphin!!! This place is like heaven honestly. It’s so relaxing and perfect we booked an extra night because of it! The room are so clean you can smell how clean they are. The rooms are perfect size and right on the water. The pull out bed from the couch is even comfortable. Oh and let me tell you about Stephanie the property manager she is over the top AMAZING!!!! So accommodating personality is out of this world awesome and she’ll go above and beyond to make sure you’re happy! Just book it!!!!! You won’t be mad you did!!! There’s nothing to not like about this place!
- 5/5
second floor with the screened in porch was fabulous! Loved the hanging chair and we had a full view of all of the manatee's outback! Perfectly located, will stay here again for sure!~
- 3/5
Only connection with staff was by phone which we had to initiate because we didn’t have a key.
- 5/5
Absolutely wonderful stay. We decided to stay another night and we could but would have to move rooms. No big deal, The staff quickly turned the room over for us to move from our previous room to the new room. Everyone was so pleasant. Will definitely be returning! Nothing I can think of.
- 4/5
Excellent location- loved the outdoor seating/swings to sit and watch the manatees. My husband fished from the dock. The Kuerig water dispenser was filled with mold and not useable. The air vents on the ceiling with back with mold and dust.
- 5/5
What a great place! Completely enjoyed our 2 night stay. Rooms are updated and clean. We had a full kitchen with granite countertops and stainless appliances. Screened in balcony ( we stayed in the 2nd floor). Walking distance to Phuzzy's restaurant. Boat slip right outside the room, very convenient to load and unload as the boat ramp is right around the corner. All around great hidden gem!
- 4/5
The room was very clean. The outside was also nice - couches, hanging chairs, Adirondack chairs.
- 5/5
Beautiful property and very well maintained and clean. The room was spacious and comfortable. Only suggestion would be to add a pool!
- 5/5
Clean and cute, spacious and manatee hang out there everyday at 4 or 5
- 5/5
Clean room, great staff, and nice view from suite.
- 4.5/5
Contactless check-in. Walk right out of the patio into a tropical theme setting with canal views and great Manatee watching right from your patio. We booked a Queen Suite with sofa bed, when we checked in we had just the Double Queen and created a not so great sleeping arrangement for a night, but called office and they were able to provide another room the next day which made up for the room mix-up.
- 5/5
The place was nice and clean. The person who was in charge of the place was very nice to let us check in before our time for check-in, I appreciate that a lot. Location is good for people that has boat trips .
- 5/5
Piece of paradise. Absolutely stunning place.
- 5/5
Nice quiet clean room with fully equipped kitchen. Great for a small getaway. We could walk right out to the canal and watch the manatees and dolphins swim. Also saw an eagle flying over as well as several other species of birds. If you have a boat you can dock outside your door in the canal or rent a boat from nearby.
- 5/5
Clean and comfortable room.
- 5/5
Nice new rooms and great outdoor seating on the waterway, we saw lots of manatees
- 5/5
We have a great time to stay at this resort. The room was spacious, clean and quiet. The kitchen area had everything you needed for cooking with a big fridge, new stove and microwave. We loved this resort because we saw some manatees swimming around the boat dock at the time we stayed. There are some restaurants nearby with the best seafood just minutes of walking. There is always someone there answering the phone when we call. Stephanie was very sweet and answered all my questions politely. We’d recommend this place to anyone.
- 5/5
Very comfortable and good location!
- 4.5/5
Would like to see a pool added in the near future for those hot days
- 4/5
spacious. The staff over the phone were very accomodating.
- 4.5/5
It was quiet and peaceful. And you could walk around on the roads. It was my fault. I should’ve paid more attention to the beaches. Because there are none you had to go back onto the mainland to get over onto a beach.
- 5/5
Great little gem
- 5/5
The peace and quiet .the water view and how close it was to many nice restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable.
- 5/5
LOCATION WAS GREAT FOR WHAT WE NEEDED
- 5/5
Looking for an inexpensive place near the barrier islands. As the name implies it’s a bit off
- 5/5
Extremely clean and well appointed , safe , well lit and convenient to many restaurants.
- 5/5
Very quiet and relaxing for my husband and I to get away for our anniversary. Everything was clean and comfortable. Loved that you could walk right out and fish off of the dock. Will definitely book a trip there again!
- 4.5/5
It was peaceful and very well maintained. The location wasn't as good as I expected with a child.
- 5/5
We stayed for a long weekend, hired a boat for just down the street and had a very laid back and relaxing break. The inn has new fixtures and furnishings, it’s very nicely decorated and very clean. Everything worked and self check in no issues. Property management communicated well and always responded quickly. It was quiet and we loved fishing off the docks and lounging outside. There was nothing that we didn’t like.
- 5/5
It was a great place to stay. We were able to check in early due to our arrival time and an event we were attending. The staff was very nice and helpful. Our room was beautiful and clean, and we enjoyed a lovely screened-in patio with a great view.
- 5/5
great boutique hotel in an amazing area on Pine Island Fl. Great restaurants and bars walkable and great fishing.
- 5/5
Hotel was clean and located in a nice area. First time my wife and I had visited this area. This is a no conract hotel and we had no issues with that all. Would stay here again.
- 4.5/5
This was a great stop on our road trip. Clean, ample parking, good value. The place across the road had great food and live music!
- 5/5
Amazing Everything is perfect
- 5/5
Nice little patio area right on a canal with a hanging chair, easy walk to a restaurant/bar down the street.
- 5/5
Quiet and Nice. Clean.
- 5/5
This is one of the nicest places that we ever stayed in Florida. It was very relaxing and; athigh tide. The manatees would come in and swim around, just a very good excellent place to relax.
- 5/5
Just perfect 👌
- 5/5
Awesome spot
- 5/5
Great little property that's away from the hustle and bustle of Ft. Myers. It's very tastefully decorated and comfortable. My kids really enjoyed our stay. We'll be back!
- 5/5
When I am on Pine Island , this is the only place we stay .
- 5/5
Love this place. Always clean. Great location
- 4/5
This place was clean and the location on the island was good because walking distance to bars and boat ramp. Just know there is nobody from the hotel on site except when we checked in on Friday. We really didn't need anyone and I believe there was a contact phone number if we did. The place was clean and roomy. It would of been nice if my AC would of went lower or at least a fan in the room over bed as I like it cold at night but I will be coming back with wifey next time as this was a guys trip.
- 5/5
Great hang.
- 4/5
Nice hotel still under renovation...quiet, close to restaurants. Situated on a canal...manatees hung out close by... Would definitely stay here again.
- 5/5
It was perfect for us & our teenagers! Having a kitchen, large living area with the pull out couch, & being able to walk out to a beautiful sitting & canal area made our stay! Then the manatees showed up! This stay could not have been better!!
- 5/5
This is a great place to stay on Pine Island. Several places to eat and just a nice area. Staff was very helpful.
- 4/5
need to correct the bed foot board at the entrance to the bedroom. It would also be beneficial separate the light from the fan in the bathroom conditioning system cannot handle continuous bath exhaust
- 5/5
Beautiful place
- 5/5
Had a lovely stay! The suite exceeded my expectations. Newly redone , very clean, friendly staff. Will definitely visit again.
- 5/5
Very nice "off the charts" place. Close, walking distance to good food and drinks without all the annoying collage kids. Staff and owners are great people that will do pretty much anything to make the stay there more enjoyable. I highly recommend Off The Charts for a nice quite stay.
- 5/5
Close to restaurants
- 5/5
Lovely, newly refurbished property - very, very peaceful - daily manatee visitors - several good restaurants close by - just perfect!
- 5/5
Far enough from Fort Myers to be low key. Close enough to go to Fort Myers and beyond each day for activities. Room was large and spacious. Nice view of docks. Walked down the street to a good casual restaurant.
- 4/5
Property was clean and comfortable. The manatees were fun to watch also.
- 5/5
Loved having coffee in the morning with the manatees and herons! This place was fantastic and had everything we needed. Good vibes.
- 4/5
When asked for supplies, the staff responded promptly.
- 4/5
Love that I could sit by the canal and watch the manatees. I was upset that I specifically had multiple conversations with property about wheelchair accessibility and was assured that if the ADA room wasn’t ready that an another room would work. Bathroom didn’t have a shower chair which I had to insist they provide one which they did. The bathroom wasn’t large enough for my wheelchair. There was no handicap parking and we had to manager sidewalk and large door jams.
- 5/5
We had a great time! The owner and staff did a great job of renovating the property after Ian. Many sightings of manatees and a porpoise. Very relaxing and comfortable. We will definitely return!
- 5/5
I liked that the property was well maintained for an older property, was located at the end of a canal and that the property manager was polite and accommodating.
- 5/5
Sauber, ruhig, geräumig und sehr schön ausgestattet.
- 5/5
Highly recommended
- 5/5
Amazing clean place to stay with pups! Very friendly staff!!!!
- 5/5
Quaint Mom & Pop Inn on a little canal. Everything is new inside and out!
- 5/5
The property was clean and well run. It was very relaxing to sit outside and watch the manatees.
- 5/5
The property was clean and staff was helpful with an early checkin and when we needed help.
- 5/5
The property was clean and updated. We loved the outdoor area out back and saw a whole family of manatees right outside!
- 5/5
What a wonderful and magical location. Quiet beach environment with an inlet view on front with manatees each morning. Could have have been nicer. Thank you
- 5/5
The problem with staying here is you won’t want to leave. Quiet, peaceful area with very good restaurants. The suite was actually an apartment with bedroom, full kitchen, and a huge covered deck with outside dining table, couch, and chair. We ate breakfast there every day looking out at the manatees frolicking the n the canal below. A piece of old Florida.
- 5/5
We had such a great visit staying here. the room was spotless, and so well decorated. We loved the canal and the manatees we saw both days! We didn't need a thing everything was there in the unit. We will be back !
- 5/5
Exceptionally clean and newly renovated. Owner on the property and was so friendly and helpful. We would certainly stay here again if we visit this area again.
- 5/5
Quiet oasis!
- 5/5
Beautiful property. Loved our time there
- 5/5
Such a fine place to stay! Heaven in all respects. Definitely going back!
- 5/5
It’s just on the marina with manatees swimming , nice relaxing spacious stay and restaurants are in walking distance. People are so friendly and nice I will be back again for longer stay. This time me and my wife stayed for five nights next time targeting for 7-8 nights. It’s having full kitchen that’s a big plus also I could drive to siesta key and Marco both equal distance. So centrally located quiet nice place to relax. It’s five star plus to me
- 5/5
This property is a hidden gem- safe, clean, decent views, and walking distance to 2 bars. Can’t wait to come back!
- 5/5
Brad and Trinity were phenomenal! They made sure our stay was great! Excellent staff and very clean and spacious rooms. The view of the canal was great and there are plenty of manatees to see. I highly recommend and will be staying here whenever we are in the area.
- 5/5
Awesome place and the owners are great people. The mattresses were so so, but everything else was great.
- 5/5
It was amazing, comfortable and clean
- 5/5
My only complaint was we did not have seating outside like the other units. However we brought beach chairs so not a problem.
- 5/5
Very clean! Thank you, Trinity and Staff.
- 4/5
Hopping on the paddleboards was seemless from the hotel, so we were able to launch there and paddle out to the gulf / islands in less than about 20 mins. The views on the way were a random mix of homes and lots. The rooms are renovated and clean, with that fresh gray modern look that so many are doing. Great price, walked across to the Phuzzy's - definitely give it a go! Staff was genuine and helpful.
- 5/5
Feels like home and it's quiet, clean and they provide everything but of course you just have to buy your own groceries witch that wasn't a problem
- 5/5
Beautiful inn. They are working onbthe lower levels from the hurricane and was not an issue at all. Unit was well appointedand well stocked with everything you need. Kudos to the bath mat! The docks are now in use so bring your boat. We will be returning again. Owner was wonderful and communication great.
- 4/5
Even though it has damages the property and it’s owner are doing the best they can to give an excellent experience. The room was clean and spacious and overall was quiet. I definitely have plans on staying there again and hope to do so on even more trips.
- 5/5
The property was in the middle of a remodel so there were only 5 rooms available which made it very quiet. The unit was very clean. The amazing thing about the property was the canal in the back. The manatees were swimming around everyday. They were awesome to see. One evening there were dolphins playing in the canal. There was a great restaurant within walking distance that had great food, drinks and live music every night.
- 4/5
lovely property. amazing how the Manatees swim up to Dock.
- 4/5
It will very nice when construction is finished, and dust settles down. Would recommend.
- 5/5
We had a little trouble with a door lock but maintenance was called and quickly took care of the issue.
- 5/5
Super cute, clean and convenient location. We will be back
- 5/5
We loved the property we would recommend staying here.
- 4/5
We'd be terrible to even pick a little. Manatees! Nuff said.
- 5/5
Even though the office was not staffed our room was ready and a simple phone call facilitated check-in and any questions.
- 5/5
Quiet place to get away. Lovely room.
- 5/5
The manatees in the canal we're a real bonus. Other than that the place exceeded my expectations
- 5/5
Loved it
- 5/5
Pretty small town therefore we didnt know what to expect, however this place was fantastic.. great accommodations, excellent customer service.. it seemed to be the best in town. Tiki in the back has grills and a beautiful view of manatees.. very clean and would recommend to anyone!

Offers canal and docks. Great atmosphere. Restaurants in walking distance. Good parking. Nice owners. A great place!
- 5/5
Great spot. Nicely updated and clean. Close to the fun spots in town. Highly recommended
- 5/5
I loved Off the Charts Inn! Freshly remodeled, it seems. I arrived very late and owners were so helpful in making sure I had access to my room. The rooms are large, clean and beautiful. You have a full sized refrigerator (and dishwasher) if needed. Walk out the back door of your room and watch the manatees in the channel. Can't say enough about how pleased I was with this inn. Will definitely be back and highly recommend!
