This property is neat and tidy, and the staff is helpful. The one thing I noticed is the bed pillows are not great. The pillows in my room were all thin and lumpy not comfortable at all. Please replace the pillows

Convient stop friendly helpful staff

Four of us stayed here and had enough room. I liked the kitchen area and dedicated freezer and refrigerator unit. Space was clean. Breakfast was good and the staff did well restocking. Pool was salt water and area was well kept. No hot tub.

Honestly this place is great. The staff are so kind and helpful, the room was cleaned daily even though that wasn't the expectation, the suite is well laid out, and honestly the area is just really quiet. It is surrounded by green and backs up to Aquia Creek.... it really is just so peaceful

Great hotel, room with all amenities, helpful, friendly staff!

The only thing I would say is the bathroom area if you have small children, my room did not have a bathtub. It had only a shower which had some technical difficulties and also a lot of the drawers and shelves were level to small children being able to open and close them. They did have a great breakfast option and an option to be able to get tea and coffee throughout the day and a really nice sitting area.

We love Home2 Suites and this one lived up to our expectations. Near many restaurants and the highway. Small grassy area for pets with poop bags. Only thing was parking was tight. We were towing a cargo trailer, and it was quite difficult to get in and out of parking spaces with it. But would definitely stay again!

Stayed one night while driving throught the area. Property was clean, staff was nice, breakfast was good. Would stay again!

Home2suites is a great option for those traveling with pets. Very easy and stress free. There are good items for purchase in the lobby. The rooms are spacious, clean, and the bathroom is good. It’s our go to option on the way back and forth from Florida.

This hotel is pet friendly, so, for those people with animal allergies, check to see if they have designated pet free/restricted rooms before booking.

Rooms were very nice, with the mini kitchen plenty of space to sit down and have a conversation.

This is one of my favorite Hilton properties next to Homewood Suites. I have no complaints at all! Thank you for checking on us, Adriana. Thanks to the kitchen staff for a wonderful breakfast.

The "accessible" room had a standard height toilet and was not near the elevator. The standard room had no issues.

Front desk agent was welcoming. The breakfast and coffee was great. The staff always greeted us when we walked in and out of the lobby. The room was clean and so impressed we got service every day. Bed made and clean towels. Made our sons Marine graduation perfect. Cheers and see you soon

It was a fine property with the exception of the beds. It is past time to replace them. They are very uncomfortable due to large area of the sink hole in the middle of both beds. I asked about it, I was informed that the property is due for a refresh.

This is my second stay at this hotel, it has been great all the way around. Friendly staff , cleanliness is excellent in the rooms and common areas. Everything we need is there in the rooms. Hilton is top notch. I will stay here again. The parking area is tight , especially if you’re in a larger vehicle. Some parking areas could be better lit.

Location good, staff very friendly, room clean. Bed uncomfortable, sheets & pillowcases low quality. Maid service skipped our room one day. No, we did not have the “do not disturb” sign out—-staff asked us that twice. I’d rate 3 out of 5.

Clean, nice furnishings. When I did see staff they were very friendly. Fire alarm went off at 6 am two different days during our short stay. Both times there were no staff around giving instructions or telling people when the emergency was over. Was freezing outside. We saw someone in a wheelchair unable to exit and waiting alone by the elevator on the second floor because the elevators were not working. One day it went off was on Christmas. Apparently someone burnt something in the kitchen both times. Also the breakfast was poor quality, the bacon was thin as paper and the eggs looked strange.

Room wasn’t clean at all by housekeeping.

The barking dog at 6am. The whimpering actually began before that and woke me out of my sleep at about 5am. Also we were in a room right across from the ice maker which folks decided to use early in the am.

Very helpful and friendly staff

I enjoyed my stay, there was a minor issues with disruption with kids running in the hallway as 1am but other than that I would book again.

Room smelled like smoke was told it was “treated for bugs” got moved. Adjoining room was also ours came back from dinner and bugs were all over ceiling in corners. Moved that room and left in the morning for a different hotel!

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Suite was nice. WiFi is strong. Plenty of parking. Overall very impressed and will definitely be back.

Parking spaces not wide enough...difficult getting in and out of car. The juices at breakfast were terrible. Totally watered down. Very disappointing.

I highly recommend this hotel.

The room was great. Only complaint is the pool should have longer open hours or just be open 24hrs since there isn't a life guard on duty and adults do like to go for a swim after checking in which sometimes is late at night.

We liked everything, the only thing would be nice to have a safety box in the room.

It was a good hotel few problems the bed was not comfortable and the sign for the hotel is so small you can’t see it until the last minute. They need to fix there sign by either cutting down a few trees or put there sign on a pole so you can see it. Breakfast was not that great juice was amazing but not the food. Overall besides the breakfast bed and the hotel sign it was a great hotel

I have to say I was so impressed with so many things! The little extras that make it better! The set up of the room ... the curtain to separate beds from tv / couch area... the full size pull out table hidden under a desk ... all the lamp choices ! The DRAWERS in the bathroom!!! There's NEVER enough space in a bathroom for all your stuff... the drawers were awesome! Full size fridge... dishwasher / micro... cups /plates utensils... EVERYTHING. Also the breakfast!!!! SO many options. Healthy / not so healthy... and everything in between! Bacon / Turkey bacon / varieties of eggs / waffles / cereals / baked goods! Literally amazing ! My only regret is not staying longer!

The sign on the road could be improved. Not easy to spot.

This hotel was very nice. Great location. Beautiful room. My only complaint was we never received any towel service and they never cleaned our room for the new four nights we were there. The sign in the bathroom stated we would get service every other day – but I had to ask for clean towels every day. Front desk staff was very nice. When I requested towels, they were more than happy to hand them off to me. I have Hilton honors, and I was very disappointed in the service we received.

This hotel was perfect!!! We stayed here for my son’s graduation from Quantico base. It was super close and 5 min away from Starbucks, tjmaxx, target and probably 20 more stores. Plus all the places to eat! Absolutely perfect location we wish we had a reason to need to go again.

Arrived very late after a long day of driving. Poor signage. Lobby drive too narrow to navigate in large vehicle. Parking lot full, clerk yelled thru the locked door that we should use key to enter. I tried yelling back that we were trying to check in and concerned about parking. She said there was no check in after midnight and she’d have to cancel our room. I called from the car to try and clear up the confusion. She said Expedia (not hotels.com) would have to work it out, and hung up. Hotels.com told me she (same person) refused to refund my payment.

We have stayed here twice during moves with the Military and they have both been phenomenal. Very family friendly hotel and accommodating. Their staff is so friendly and makes for a more peaceful stay during a rough transition during moving season. Thank you Home2 Suites!

Very nice hotel & close to Quantico

Room is big and super clean, breakfast had a lot of option to eat, the staff on the lobby was nice. The only thing negative that I want to mention and only because this is something that easily they can do better is that went I arrived I want a cup of coffee but the coffee in the afternoon was cold, so I have yo wait until next morning to drink a hot coffee. Overall is a good hotel to stay. Thank you

Rooms and service were good, rooms clean, etc. But outside areas, tables and chairs were not particularly clean. Outside table area concept also needs up dating.

This review is hard to make because our room was extremely clean, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the front desk service was friendly and pleasant. The only problem was, when we got to our room it reeked of a mildew, moldy smell. We had rented two rooms and the other room smelled perfectly normal. We tried to change rooms, but the hotel was booked so they said there was nothing they could do. We suffered through the night and in the morning getting ready and they called us to say they were going to send someone up to check it out. No one came so we called back and they said oh no we changed our mind. We’re not sending anyone up. So when we came down to check out and they asked us how it was I said it’s really unfortunate because it was a lovely stay other than the fact that our room stunk miserably. She then went into a long explanation about how it’s not mold so we don’t have to worry. It’s their air-conditioning issue and problem and there’s nothing they can do about it, but it is going to get fixed. Refused to give us even a discount or any money back or anything so I probably will not be staying with Hilton again, unfortunately.

The air conditioning cools but does not remove humidity from air. The rooms are cool but clammy. This has been the case in every room I’ve stayed in, and I’ve stayed here a number of times. Also the pet fee is much too high.

Pleasantly surprised. Visited from NY for graduation weekend. The location is conveniant. Hotel is located near highway exits and shopping centers. The room was very clean and provided most of what you need for you to be comfortable. The staff were very friendly and provided decent customer service. Although, the hotel was near the highways the area was extremely quiet which was nice.

Very nice, clean, convenient hotel. Staff very nice and polite and helpful. I would recommend staying here. However, need a more visible sign to the street level entrance, hard to spot until right up on the property.

We enjoyed our stay with your hotel in Fredricksburg VA for the weekend. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and very clean for our whole family and comfortable beds. We picked one with a pool and it didn't disappoint. Our boys were happy and the pool was warm and lots of towels available. Great hot breakfast and a coffee /hot chocolate station open all day. Thank you for a wonderful stay which made our trip a memorable one.

The gal at the front desk was such a breath of fresh air! She was so genuine and happy.
