The rooms were very clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The room amenities were excellent. The breakfast was delicious and served hot. We were on a family trip, and we all enjoyed the place very much. This hotel deserves more than 5 stars. Thank you for keeping the property so pleasant and welcoming for your guests.

It was fairly clean There is no conditioner, the vending was all sold out the entire time, the breakfast had no juice or any other drink besides milk and coffee and some nasty orange juice that was labeled apple juice but there was no spa as quoted online, there was three machines in the exercise room one was broken and very tiny room. But the toiletries were really the most disappointing

The woman at check in was very nice. It was generally okay for a budget hotel. It was close to a lot of services. Good size room. Breakfast was pretty bad. Not even fruit. Okay if you just want a waffle. Other than that, just kind of old room and for some reason the cleaner didn't think he needed to clean the shower.

WRT the responsiveness of requests for additional pillows or servicing of our rooms - didn't happen. The furniture in the room was old and marred up. I will never stay there again and recommend others do the same.

Rooms—pillows and sheets are very clean, beds are comfy. Furniture is dated; fine if that’s your style. Employees are friendly and helpful. Breakfast consisted of rehydrated eggs and potatoes, ham, and toast and bagels. There was a waffle maker. When I squeezed my eggs, lots of liquid came out of them. Potatoes were very dry. Otherwise, tolerable. On the day of checking out, I noticed a $40 charge on my account—they charged for a dog I didn’t have and didn’t bother to let me know! If I didn’t see the charge, they would have gotten away with it. I do not recommend this place unless you want to save a few dollars.

Staff was AWESOME. It smelled and appeared clean from.check in to room. The room itself needed help. The ac/heating unit had cracks, the telephone was very dated missing parts and kinda scary to touch it looked loike it had food or something dried into the cracks of it, gross. There were also some obvious reairs that had neen made to the walls and caulking around the doors that looked less than professional. I saw no obvious signs of anything negative or unhealthy aside from the above. Staff was quiet personable would revisit just because of him. I cant speak to breakfast or pet policy

Even though I booked my room 2 months in advance , upon arrival found out my room had been canceled due to overbooking. Staff would not help finding another room for me. Asked to talk to a manager and was told one was not available until the morning. Left my name and number and was never contacted.

The place definitely has a particular odor. Smelled like curry. Everyday items like sheets and counters were clean but the walls were filthy in my room. Stayed here because it was a mid price hotel. I could have just gone the cheapest and saved some money.

It was convenient to where I needed to be. The outside of the property was very clean the hallways were clean In serious need of a renovation. Outdated furniture. The ceiling room window curtains were there branches of light coming through and in the bathtub the mat that was in there looked like it had either rust or blood stains. It also had long black hair in it when I changed the toilet paper roll out there was long black hair and fuzz behind the new role. Sink had a long black hair in it. No matter how low you turn the refrigerator it froze everything very outdated and the microwave is from like 20 years ago. No coffee maker in the room.

I recently stayed at the Quality Inn in the Garrisonville area of Stafford and had a very comfortable experience. The room was clean and cozy, the hot water worked perfectly, and the breakfast was convenient and satisfying. Most importantly, the staff was very kind and welcoming, which made the stay even better. Overall, a solid and comfortable place to stay in the area.

Rude staff, lobby smells like bad breath. Hotel reeks of smoke, rooms a bit are shabby and rundown. Staff member threatened a late fee because my wife was using the bathroom and we were 20 late leaving. There are 4 hotels all with in walking distance to the Quality inn all at or around the same price. I will choose one of them in the future.

We were 20 min late checking out because my wife needed to use the bathroom. We told the woman who came to clean the room we needed a few minutes. A man from the staff was came a basically started yelling at me when I told him my wife was in the bathroom and rudely threatened to charge us a late fee. That and the lobby smells like bad breath.

No the ac did not keep room cool! Also microwave wasent working was told to use one in kitchen front desk staff acted like i was putting him out to unlock door so i could make popcorn, food the 5 things there was discussing! Shower wasent clean and staff was extremely unfriendly!

The bed was super comfortable and I liked that we could open the window! The breakfast was mehhhh, the juice machine was broken so there was a pitcher that kept leaking, the potatoes were dried out and cold but otherwise everything was okay for a breakfast included with your stay.

Whole place smelled very strongly of cigarettes. Bed sheets and pillow cases were obviously not clean (there were lipstick impressions on my pillow case). Walls were disgusting. Mysterious stains in the bathtub. There was Kleenex shoved in the peep hole of the door.

We booked a single King bed but got 2 queens. Breakfast was horrible. Juice machine was broken but nothing as a substitute. No fruits no water. Toilet broken in our room and front desk didn’t even apologize they just said they would look at it. Worst Quality Inn we have ever been at

Air conditioning barely worked. Took hours to get room from 84 to 68. Pillows were flat, towels were thin. Bathroom had gross spots and substances on walls. Worst part— dead roaches in the tub in the morning.

We stayed in room 209. The beds were ok, pillows sucked they weren't regular pillows they were throw pillows. Also in the bathroom the wall inside the door had toothpaste all down the wall and therd was something else im not sure what it was. There were 2 dead bugs under the sink. The refrigerator has blk mold all around the seal the seal is ripped. The guys at the desk were nice but i dont think we will be returning to this establishment.

The room was clean and everything seemed to work fine. I had a chance to eat breakfast and it was as expected. The nice part was that the staff didn’t try to rush people out of the dining area, and they made sure that food was still available right up to the scheduled end time.

The hotel was quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was typical for the price. It’s convenient to shopping. It’s also convenient to the base if you’re visiting your soldiers.

got in late after a 10 hour drive, my room wasn’t available when i got here and they stuck me in a room that smelled like throw up. Breakfast Bar is open until 10am, I’m up by 9:15 to go check it out and it’s empty and no one is refilling the station not to mention it was very minimal.

Property was clean. My room was extremely warm when I entered. I turned on AC and fan was unbelievably loud. I cooled the room , but was unable to sleep with the clunking of the fan. I had to turn it off. Periodically overnight, I woke up and had to cool down room. I am certain that other rooms were disturbedby the noise. The breakfast was fine, but not refilled often enough. When I arrived, there were no eggs, oj, and only a spoonful of potatoes. As I was finished, they replenished everything, but I had been there for 1/2 hour. This has potential to be a very good place and I will try it again, but my recent visit left a lot to be desired.

The hotel offered what i needed, a clean place to lay my head while visiting family in Stafford. Staff was kind and inclusive. They didn't mind us doing a spontaneous picnic or smoke a cigar on their lawn. I would stay again for holidays with Stafford family. A Wawa is very close and a great Mexican restaurant, Panco Villa, has great cocktails and food.

Beware. 1st floor of this hotel is “pet stay” rooms and when the hotel is slow they like to put all guests on this floor - so unless you’re ok with a room that stinks of dogs - go elsewhere. I insisted on a 2nd floor room and it stunk if marijuana. Hotel staff doesn’t care - it’s all about the money for them

Met expectations for the money.

Took almost 10 min to check in. Bathroom smelled like sewer back up. And no fan was in there. The chair that was in the room had writings all over it. Lamp was broke and the remote had a bandaid on it for the battery to stay in. I’m almost sure the soap holder in the shower had mold in it.

Older property, but well-maintained enough for my needs. This is your basic, clean, no-frills hotel. If you're solo and just need a room for a few days, then this may do. Rates are low, and you get a free hot breakfast. The staff is friendly. Walking distances to restaurants, shopping, and easy on-off to main highways and fuel stations. Would stay again. This is about a 3-star hotel chain with a 4-star as my personal rating during my stay. The only issue I had in my room was that my bathroom sink drainage was pretty slow, but I didn't ask it to be fixed, and it wasn't bad enough for me to request a room change.

I found a roach in my room refrigerator…yuck!! The end of the hall door to outside did not close tightly so anyone could enter the property from the outside. When I told the manager about it, he told me “it’s no problem”! Really?? It was a big problem to me! I would select somewhere else.

If you can handle the lingering cigarette smell and don’t mind some tub rust it’s fine. If it weren’t for the smell I’d consider staying again for a short overnight layover but it was pretty strong. Dog friendly at least!

We had to swap rooms because the bedding was dirty. Got into 2nd room and there were many ants in the room and the AC was very loud. Room was average, one of the beds sagged as though it were broken. I chose this hotel because I needed somewhere not too expensive but nice still....after looking for a place I saw this hotel with a 8.7 star rating thinking it would be decent. It was "ok". There was nothing remarkable about it. The staff cooked their food somewhere close to the front desk and if you like the smell of ethnic food, not a problem, but if you don't then you are welcomed by a not so great smell. Also the breakfast was dissappointing. Not very many options and what was there was underwhelming. So if you want a place to stay that is cheap, but not much more than that, this is your place. If you want "more" then try another place.

The clerk charged me $20 (in cash) to check in early. The room smelled like smoke. Breakfast was horrible, day old bread and only one juice was available. Milk was in a gallon jug for everyone to use, unsafe!!! The breakfast area was unclean and unman. Never will I stay there again.

The door to the room looked as if had been jimmied open at some point. There were always different odors in the hallway. The hotel is obviously in need of repair.

We booked here based on the previous rating from guests as it was highly rated I would not say this hotel was higher than 7 at best. As soon as you walked in the place smelled like Marijuana. Room was ok bathroom could have been cleaned a little better.

The staff was rude. I received the wrong accommodation for the night. I reserved a 2 queen bedroom and received a nonsmoking king suite. I will never stay there again.

Nice clean hotel. The hotel was accommodated with a microwave & small fridge. The only thing that was sorta marginal was the breakfast - There were no boil eggs, no danishes or fruits.

Not very happy with this stat, the beds were not very comfortable, it is very noisy, the breakfast was a nice assortment but unfortunately it was cold, mirror in the bathroom is so high you can't see yourself, and there wasn't much hot water. It has potential but needs better management.

When I told the front desk about the soda machine issue I was told they would let management know only. When I expressed my frustration at checkout, I was told sorry, drive safe. This is my second review. As i stayed here 2 twice. But like the first review, everything was great.

I enjoyed my stay here. This property sits off from the main highway, making it very quiet place to rest. It's in walking distance of Walmart/WaWa and many restaurants and shopping center. Definitely a great choice for short and long term stays

Perfect place to stay with our 2 mini schnauzers. Tiled floor thru out the room, comfortable bed and couch complete with desk and comfortable desk chair. Air handler was super quiet making it easy to sleep. Plenty of tv options on very nice LG tv. Will definitely make this our top pick for overnight stays going forward. Room very clean and fresh. Love it

Do not book unless you don’t mind staying at the Super 8 motel up the road. We booked the Quality Inn well in advance and when we got there were told they overbooked and didn’t have a room for us. They gave us the option of a refund or staying at the Super 8 which they also own. They tried to say at no charge but what they meant was we got to stay at the Super 8 for the same price as the Quality Inn since we prepaid. An awful experience.

Opened a door I thought was the closet. It wasn’t attached to anything. Fell right off. The office chair was broken. The bathroom and bedroom doors would not stay open. The door at the end of the hall was inoperable. Would not come back here. I do not say that often.

This place is gross. Brown stains on bed. Smells heavily of cigarette smoke in the room. The floor is sticky, the walls are dirty and the couch is a combo of both.

My day was pleasant and wonderful. The staff are super friendly. I loved everything about the hotel. The only complaint I would have is the cleanliness. They charged me $36.00 and didn’t tell me, I called the front desk 3 times and they said they didn’t charge me when I have it through my bank. They also charged another lady $80 for a nights stay when she didn’t book with them, she booked at a different inn. On top of that, there was yellow stains on the lamp shades, the mini fridge was broken and the tub didn’t plug at all. The only good thing was room service did keep the towels topped up.

Great experience HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I use to be a front desk manager as well as a housekeeping supervisor at a hotel so I know what to look for and this room was cleaned VERY well. The front desk agent was very helpful and nice it was a quick and easy check-in process and me and my friend are traveling to Maine from Ms so we were exhausted and tired and he let us check into the room 6 hours early for only a $30 early check in fee and he was so nice and welcoming. If I ever pass through here again I most definitely be coming back to this hotel.

The AC Unit was not working in our room. They did come and check on it, but it was late and it could not be fixed until the morning. So the room was quite warm

Good for what I needed

Everything was honestly great! The only thing is the elevator was broken, which is difficult with a couple babies and all the luggage that comes with them, but changing to a bottom floor was a quick and easy fix with them! Thank you for being so accommodating!!

The location is convenient to 95, great when on the road. My room was clean and spacious and the hotel is kept in good condition. The free breakfast (or lack thereof) was a bit of a disappointment, pretty slim pickings, although the coffee was good.

The shower head had probably never been cleaned. Bathtub had chips in it and was overall nasty. I wouldn't recommend staying here. You can find something better for the price.

The room was in good condition. I did not relize it till my last day of 3 days that my door was not Locking when I was leaving the room. there was no light on the door green or red .the door shut but was not latching. I could only lock it from the inside door bolt and clasp. front deck notified when I left. The juice machine was out of order for breakfast all 3 days I was there.The powdered eggs looked like Ice cubes design.(no fruits at all )

Was an average hotel (get what you pay for) older rooms but not bad.
