The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast..... no thanks.. first day was biscuit, bacon, waffles, cereal, bread, water down juice and wanna be Folgers. Day 2 eggs, harden croissants, waffle, cereal. Day 3... eggs, biscuits, cereal, waffles. Nothing hardy about this. Sorry. Don't let others fool you by saying great breakfast. Staff was friendly.

Room was nice

This hotel is located in a pretty remote area of the state. There are no restaurants nearby. The carpet at the entrance of the room was worn away and the nail tacks were exposed. At the entrance of the room further in, there were stains on the carpet and a greasy handprint on the wall in the bathroom. On the plus side, the continental breakfast was decent.

Tub and curtain frayed and dirty. Floor rug in disrepair. Rm. 103.

Parking was easynand secure. The lady who attended us was exceptionally courteous and kind. The lobby and rooms werw very clean and well kept! We enjoyed our stay very much and will keep it at the top of our list of preferred hotels.

Room was clean

Very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Excellent value and easy access from I20. We will be staying here again when we come back to Stanton. They also had a very good snack area and didn’t overcharge for food and drinks. Overall an excellent place!!

The hotel was nice and quiet. Hotel had big truck parking which is a must for me, the room was nice, bed was comfortable but the shower was horrible had no water pressure, was barely enough pressure to wash off soap.

The room was very dirty. Blow dryer had an inch of dust and so did the AC unit

Staff was courteous. Room was not the best. The television did not work, the clock radio was out, we had nno Kleenex, and the shower was very sad.

It wasn’t even a stay. After registering and entering our assigned room, we found the beds unmade and used. Amazing that a hotel does not have an assigned person to check on the cleanliness of each room. This is not a good quality hotel by any means.

Plenty of parking, i was upset that the equipment in fitness area dudnt work. Upset they didn't sell beer, the hallways stunk, Not much of a variety of breakfast for the money i paid. The TV kept going in and out, internet surging. The bed was lumpy, i was so tired i just needed to lay down.

Safe and clean

Less than 5 minutes to the Equine Center via frontage rd.

Stopped at this hotel for the night as I was traveling through Texas. The hotel was conveniently located off the highway with ample parking. Check in was easy and the hotel was quiet. We slept and then continued our road trip in the morning. Breakfast was okay but the morning staff was super friendly. This is a budget hotel mainly for workers, but it served our purpose fine.

Very unfriendly check in and check out. First room toilet didnt work and water leaking from around toilet. 2nd room TV not set up to work properly. Person came and fixed it. They only positive thing was the house keeping lady wasvery helpful and friendly.

The free breakfast was terrible. They served waffles, but no butter and syrup. They serve cereal, but no milk.

Place was okay. Conveniently located right off the highway. Unfortunately the ac wasn’t working in the hotel hallways so they had some inadequate window units on that didn’t do anything to cool and just made the whole place feel more humid. The elevator felt like it was going to break down at any moment. The room itself was okay. Overall I’d say it was okay and would only recommend it if you’re on a tight budget.

Dirty towels and tub did not drain. The hotel has rooms on the backside, quiet side away from the highway traffic and we were put on the noisy side of the hotel. There were only 10 cars in the parking lot at 11pm so the hotel was not likey full, so why the noisy side of the hotel.

Poor personnel

The room is nice, not over the top but better than most for the price. The beds are comfortable, and the water is hot. The heating/cooling in the room works extremely well and quickly. Have not been to the pool yet but its nice to see ine in this area that is indoors.

Dirty dirty dirty and front desk person didn't seem polite at all. Sofa bed was terribly dirty! Just horrible

The stay was good and quiet. Didn’t seem to be much of anyone staying there though. The checkin was ehhh. The guy seemed bothered we were there, just checked me in and told me where my room was. No hi, welcome or anything. Just I need ur id and card. The breakfast guy and morning staff didn’t say anything and both disappeared so we just left our key on the counter after eating. But other than the awkward staff the stay was good and quiet

Nice hotel for Stanton Texas!! Only gripe was hot tub wasn’t real hot, and a bit over chlorinated…. But the room was great!!!

I booked A room there, through another booking service, with 2 beds because at time it was cheaper. The room i received was not in good shape, bad water flow in shower, some bad snells and the A/c was not working too well. So i booked again through Expedia a king bed room after i found out i had to stay a few more days. Only to find out the next day after work they put me in the sane room,and to add to it they didn't even clean the room. I was told they had no more rooms and was already checked into my old room.

Everything was excellent!

I should be refunded . Only abot 7 cars 8n the parking lot. Very disappointing.

It’s the best place to stay in Stanton, but you would expect the outside to cleaner and landscaped. Even in West Texas.

Room needs a good deep clean. You can tell all that was done was change the bed sheets ( I hope). We were passing through and just needed a safe place to stay. Beside the room not being clean overall the stay was great. Friendly staff and location is right off the main road.

The place was close enough to the interstate. The breakfast was mediocre and we never saw anyone that worked at the facility during our time.

Getting to property no good road. You can either take partially finished with gravel, or go by all the dumpsters. I-20 noise due to proximity. Difficult to get back on I-20 west.

Staying here for work in the area! Staff is SO friendly and helpful. It’s clean and it’s quiet!! I only wish the room had a relaxing chair not just an office chair.

The woman that checked us in at 3pm was great had great customer service. She informed us of all amenities and was all around a great front desk agent. The guy at night on the other hand was rude and seemed as if he didn’t want to be there. When asked for something that was needed like towels for the pool area or sheets for the room he gave a very poor attitude look to you. Pool area was ok but there was one major flaw. The hot tub had way too much chemical. Once we turned it on and the bubbles got to going to whole area filled with fumes that burned your eyes while you were in the area. The water also left my wife’s skin and face very red and itchy and she was in there for maybe 10 minutes. The breakfast was not a big breakfast. They had sausage and biscuits in a warmer, waffle Mix and waffle maker, and cereal. The room was decent one mattress was great and the other was more of a springy type mattress which was not comfortable at all.

The property was very well illuminated. Bed was comfortable. Very clean. Would give 5 star but little maintenance needed as . Hole in tub with tape over it and when turned heat on smelled.

Hole in the ceiling in the entrance. The pool and hot tub were dirty and very nasty the whole place smelled dank and musky. Rude service never will stay there again!!!!

Fortunately we did make it by three am. Hotel stay was fine just didn’t need the added anxiety to get there.

Room was clean, pool and hot tub were nice, beds were soft if you don’t mind a soft mattress. It was nice to have a smart TV in the room. Overall was an average one night, passing through stay.

It was a good trip. The hotel was just fine. The hot tub did not really work as expected, but warmed up a tiny bit on the 2nd run. Breakfast had sausage and biscuits, but the sausage was gone before we got down at 8, which was an hour before it was scheduled to close.

Check in was fine, however, the pool and the hot tub both were freezing cold and never warmed up, despite managers addition of water with a hose. The area around the pool was very Very dirty and had not been maintained at all. There were stains all over the mattress in the pull out sofa/bed, and there were no linens or pillows provided for that feature. In the morning there was no breakfast due to a death in the hotel, but no explanation was given to guests on whether safety was an issue or not. They allowed us to freely walk the hallways, while the police were investigating and bringing out the body bag. No, this is not a joke. When we asked staff, we were told it was being taken care of And that everything was fine, but we felt we were owed A better explanation than that. We still don't know if it was a murder, murder-suicide, overdose or just an accident. 10 out of 10 do not recommend.

Just what we needed at such a late hour. Price was good and the facility was clean and well kept.

The staff is great. We accidentally left our personal pillows behind. We called 3 days later to claim them and the consideration taken by the staff to launder them was greatly appreciated! Simply above & beyond exceptional care! Thank you

The hotel was super clean and the bed was comfortable. We were only there for one night but it was good for the night. The staff wasn't overly friendly but was perfectly fine and helpful.

Okay hotel

My first stay here was great I was in a room that smelt horrible.

Our room was clean and comfortable except the carpet needed better vacuuming. Bed very comfortable, linens nice.

Bath tub had a patch on the bottom which was curling up. Not sure why it was there but didn’t trust taking a bath/shower. I’ve stayed here before with a different experience

Showed up and was given a room. My wife and I went to the room and the door keys did not work. Went back downstairs and told the guy at the front counter about the key cards not working. He asked me if I wanted another room. This was odd as I hadn't even opened the door yet. Go back upstairs to the room and go inside. The door would not close all the way and had to be shoved to make it close. So we decided we better get a different room. I go back downstairs and tell the that same guy what's up with the door and we want another room. He said, " I tried to give you another room but you said you wanted that one". I said that was before I knew there was a problem. He then proceeds to tell me that it was the only room with a bad door. So basically he put me into a defective room and knew it. He then gave us a different room. That room only had 2 towel for 2 people for 2 nights. The next day I went down to grab a bite to eat but only find the self made waffles, fruit loops, corn flakes and a couple wheat bagels. The coffee machine didn't work either until a very grumpy employ unplugged and reset the machine. The next morning I had to unplug and reset the coffee machine and the waffle batter ran out. I guess you don't get to eat on the weekends.

I always enjoy staying at this property. The staff is always friendly and the rooms are big and clean. It is a place where I always feel safe and I choose this location over anything in Midland when I am traveling to Midland. Love the indoor pool. While it is a little confusing to get in and out of the property and traffic in the early morning can be heavy, once your learn the area and traffic patterns it is a comfortable location.

2nd time staying here. Always quiet and clean. No ine at the desk in the morning and there was no coffee. I think the machine was broken. I'll stay again.

Shower pressure wasn’t good

Overall it's okay. However... the TV didn't work even after someone came up to "fix" it. The wifi wouldn't work with my iPhone. Thankfully it worked on the iPad so I had something to watch. And finally, the water pressure is a bit low. I can't complain about the free breakfast. The biscuits and sausage gravy were very good, and there was the usual juice, cereal, waffles, fruit, toast and bagels.

Staff upon arrival didn’t welcome us in. No smile. Went to room I put my things on bed immediately felt pain. Looked down and blood was coming out of leg because there was a piece of metal sticking out of bottom of bed. Lamp didn’t work in room either. My daughter changed rooms checked the next room and it was good. Although, they leave the a/c off in all rooms until they are filled. I understand why. Staff didn’t come up to look at my leg didn’t sent first aid supplies. Next day went down to check out breakfast. No one in site. No smile no greeting. I did see the front desk person take her dogs outside. Still no one around. Breakfast looked sad. Teeny tiny cups for coffee. I wouldn’t stay there again.

It was a good size for a family of 5. The beds were quiet comfortable and had a nice sleep after a 6.5 hour drive. I just hope that they clean the room thoroughly like checking what was in the microwave. There was some left over food for who knows how long when we checked in. Over-all, our overnight stay was great.

Room was very clean. Checked in late but staff was friendly. Pool area was dated but the kids that were in the car 9 hours absolutely loved it. Enough breakfast options to please everyone.

Clean great hotel but someone has failed the outside of the property

Indoor pool

Had to stop for a rest driving across southwest so booked a room at this hotel. It is in a very small town so I wasn’t expecting much so I was wonderfully surprised at the quality of the hotel. It was very comfortable and quiet. I can’t think of a thing to complain about, it was a great stay.

House keeper was nice

Our room was very clean! Traveling with my family - including small kids. I picked a room by the picture (rookie mistake). Come to find out, no sofa bed. For the price, I would stay again and/or recommend this hotel!

When we checked in the guy was rude he saw us go in and took his time to greet us and the tv wasn’t working at all they also have just very limited breakfast.

Our stay was very comfortable and we liked it. I do wish there was another trash in the bathroom.

Arrived and checked sheets of bed. There were bed bugs, hair, stains, crumbs, etc. got out of there as fast as possible.

The door on the first room we had wouldn't lock. We let them know and they immediately moved us to a different room. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Will definitely stay there again.

Our only complaint was the water pressure fo rth third floor was almost nonexistent. I think the low pressure is a common problem throughout Stanton.

This property has great reviews. Looks clean, smells clean, but there was some sort of debris on the bed, like if someone had put a dirty bag or shoes on the bed. There weren’t enough towels and no shower curtain. There was a dirty coffee pod left in the coffee pot and the walls haven’t been cleaned or the furniture dusted. I’m not being over picky. I used to work for Homewood Suites and did suite keeping, laundry, front desk and team lead, so I see things rather quickly. And even those these were minor things, the staff here is fabulous and go above and beyond. So to us that made up for the minimal discrepancies. We WOULD stay here again. They do care and will fix things and we’re very apologetic.

The stopper has hair and moled substances in it. The toilet was stopped up and the door didn't close properly

I come down at 9:30am and see the front desk attendant, putting away the breakfast. I asked if there was still anything available for me to eat, and she told me nothing was left and there is no food available. I saw her carrying the breakfast foods and putting them away! I asked her what about the food she was putting away, she said breakfast has been shut down already and she couldn’t help me. The stay was nice except for this situation. Just don’t count on getting breakfast.
