There was mold in the bathroom, and a crack in the bathroom door

Front desk agent was SO pleasant. The price of the room was excellent. Room was clean and comfortable, lots of parking No coffee or water station and tv was outdated/unable to stream. The blanket on the bed was very thin and honestly I thought I was using the curtain because it’s the same texture and print as what’s hanging in the room!

Not much. We arrived at 2:30 a.m. and we were tired, otherwise we would have gone elsewhere. The desk was helpful but, the sink was almost useless being there wasn't sufficient pressure to rinse your toothbrush. The linens we're in dire need of replacement, the bed had stains on the blanket, the sheets and the pillow. See above.

This aside, it is VERY difficult to sleep at night with the lounge across the parking lot. The thumping of the music left for an unpleasant sleep even if the early morning hours. This is of no control of the hotel, however just warning potential visitors. If noise isn't an issue for you, then you shouldn't really have any issues; but don't heed the warning. Unless you're going to sleep with the TV on or headphones/ear pods, you likely won't get a good night's sleep especially if you're not used to noise.

Noisy. It’s 2am right now and kids are above me screaming and stomping. I asked management to address it but it got louder. Trying to avoid calling the police because this is outrageous.

Racist white guy on the property asked me to leave the premises because I pulled up and sat in my car on the phone. This is after seeing me there for a whole week

I went to pay for another night. I was told I get my same rate. She took my card/phone to pay an didn’t come back for a min. When she came back she told me my rate would go up to 75$. I ask why when I was told different. She says she did t know. That seem funny to me. I thought they over charged me. Then some guy came to my door an cursed me out and told me I had to leave and they wouldn’t give my money back for the room I pay.

Establishment was great and great customer service. However, the repairs should reflect the price of the room.

It's cheap but you get what you pay for, it was a bit dirty, no shampoo not even at the front desk, there's a nightclub of sorts across the street so they blasted music all night. Even when it stopped the room insulation is so poor you can hear most things right outside the door.

To start I paid for a Non-smoking room but for some reason the cover had a burn hole in it, the bathtub was run down, the sink was slightly clogged so the water went down slow, the blow dryer stopped working after 2 minutes, there were no free toiletries, & a staff member came banging on the door extremely hard 40 minutes before checkout time for what reason I’m not exactly sure because it wasn’t time to checkout yet & I was already in the process of gathering the last of my things also there’s a club right by it that plays extremely loud music I don’t see how anyone could get rest. I feel as though I paid a stretched amount for a hotel room that wasn’t even worth the price I’ve paid less for better will never book this hotel again honestly I should’ve taken pictures but I hadn’t planned on writing a review but I felt as though y’all should have honest reviews

The room was disgusting when I checked in I had booked The honeymoon suite with the hot tub and it was atrocious the mirrors around the bed were broken. The room had not been cleaned. There were brown stains on the floor tile from dirty things dripping dirty shoe prints in front of the toilet no toilet paper the mirrors around the bed work broken, and the comforter was covered in cigarette burns not one but like five there were cigarette butts and ashes covering the headboard. I wish I had taken more pictures. All that being said when I went back to the front desk to say something, the lady running the front desk was the nicest person , she immediately got housekeeping to come clean the room. If I could just rate her, I would give her five stars for the hotel overall I will not be staying there again. I did not reach out to management for a refund Nor to hotels.com, my advice when booking a hotel is to skip this place, but I would like to say again that the lady running the front desk was amazing

This is the second worst hotel room I've had in my entire life. Pretty sure I'll do a VRBO next time. Pros: No bugs yet...

Spaciousness of the room Room not clean. Had to ask for an iron; old washed out used towels; music very loud from club across the street ; floors weren't mop or swept well.

While the bed was comfortable, the air conditioner has seen better days, very noisy, the shower curtain was ripped and moldy, in a six night stay the room was cleaned once and not that good. The bathroom bent pulled in the smell of pot being smoked in other rooms and I had to ask for clean towels that I had to go pick up.

Booked a two 2 bed room for 5 nights and they only had 1 pillow the whole stay, comforter was dirty, rags and towels dirty, refrigerator doesn’t work, also had to spray room with Lysol because by mid second day I had a slight cough.

Nothing it was poorly kept up. The advertisement was very misleading and false. Very dirty and unclean. The towels and bedding were filthy.

Where do I start? Well… when I arrived to the room it was FILTHY!!! There were roaches EVERYWHERE- in the tub, one dead inside of the toilet, INSIDE OF THE MINI FRIDGE AND MICROWAVE, I mean they were literally crawling ALL OVER THE ROOM. I turned on the sink faucet and the water came out YELLOW; it took about 15 seconds for it to turn clear!!! I went to the front desk, told them about the issue, and clerk immediately moved me to another room (so I did appreciate that). The new room was insect-free BUT the bathtub could have been scrubbed a bit cleaner and the hardwood floor needs to be swept. I literally walked around with my shoes on my entire stay. I didn’t even feel comfortable walking around the room with my socks on. I’d suggest staying here only if you’re on a serious budget and NOT staying long. The only two great things about my stay is that the hotel is in a convenient area for food/shopping and the housekeeping lady was very prompt about keeping me stocked up on tissue and towels.

The room left much to be desired - inferior paper thin towels (2 bath, 1 hand, 1wash cloth), inferior children size pillows, bath tub slippery, ironing board just leaning against a wall in the middle of the room, no coffee maker, no coffee in lobby. Without a doubt the worst hotel I've ever stayed in, having stayed in many hotels in the northeast as a contractor working in the construction of new Home Depots

For the price it was not too bad. Could have been cleaner though.

at first was placed in a room with one king size not the one with 2 queens as requested and was charged a higher price when I went to get this corrected I was placed in the correct room but once again they tried to charge me a higher price and for 2 days not the 1 day, the clerk kept mixing up my reservation with another even after I showed him mine and he had a copy of it. The room was clean and you could tell that they had recently painted it and caulked the tub, however the commode was not completely bolted to the floor and would move when you sat down or got up. I would not stay here again
