Room was great, location was great and staff were great. Air condition worked very well. We have many neighbors surrounding us smoking weed! We got a contact with the smell several times due the stay.

The shower didn’t have water pressure. Rooms were not clean. Asked for extra pillows couldn’t get them so bought my own. Asked for more then 2 towels and wash cloths as there was 4 of us and that didn’t happen. Beds are hard. Ac is loud. Not worth the money they charge.

Like the ease of the checking in and the staff on duty was friendly. Shower had mold in it the toilet was loose the bathroom door knob was loose and didnt lock the beds made a weird noise when you rolled in it the room being a non smoking room smelled like someone was raping in it and the people upstairs sounded like they were fighting and jumping around most of the night and the office/lobby wasn't very inviting.

I had an issue when I first arrived, but they quickly.took care.of it.. definitely.recomend staying there.

The hotel was clean as expected. With all the money these hotels make it would seem that water should not be an issue. This location had one of the worst water pressure settings in the shower that I have experienced and I traveled 8 years for business. You could tell it was a setting and not the available pressure. I had to stand near the nozzle wall to get wet. Terrible. Also this hotel had the sink stopper un hooked so the sink fills as you run water, Thats just nasty. I know they think that is how you save money but rather its how you stop return visits. Especially mine.

Staff was friendly. Room was clean. Water pressure was very low and the shower never got truly hot. Not a terrible thing, but if you like HOT water and good water pressure you’re gonna be disappointed.

lots of space in thwe rooms there was a girl outside when i arrived with only a tee shirt on. no shorts, underwear, nothing and she looked at me and shook her butt with my kids in the car. no respect for the people in the world or herself

The A/C unit wasnt working well, the whole building is old amd needs to be renovated.

They had a room. Room dirty, sheets had stains, floor obviously not mopped (plank rubber). Wall switches not wiped, had dirt stains. Toilet had excrement stain from previous guest. Dirt on the walls. Pillows were folded and stuffed in cases, so they were like rock-hard squares. I had to use a sweatshirt for a pillow. But checking in and out a breeze. The proprietors were very nice.

The location, the bed was comfortable ,the room was clean as well This time the room we had there was no hot water in the shower. I ran the shower for 15 minutes to see . The water was still cold. I had to take a wash up instead of a shower.

Room was clean. Small fridge would have been nice in the room. Shower area and toilet area could have been remodeled a little better. I have seen worse. I am a contractor and I notice good craftsmanship.

Water pressure is low due to road construction. Hopefully that will be better when construction is done….if it’s ever done in the South!!!

Check in was quick. I found the room to be extremely clean and lthe overall maintenance of the property was well maintained. Would highly recommend.

The room was clean but there were no secondary lock for the door and a good inch gap between the door and frame, from the just below the handle down to the floor.

Said the rooms were no smoking yet the room stank of cigarette smoke. The heated lit mirror was a nice touch though.

The room was ok but the bed wasn’t very comfortable and it creaked every time you moved. The room door wasn’t sealed well, you could see light around the door and hear everything going on outside. The first night we were their it rained and afterwards the frogs came out and they went on for hours, they sounded like they were in the room with us.

Great stay

The bedding was not clean, we actually found a spot of blood on the side of the bed as we were getting packed up to leave, the toilet paper holder was broken, the handle to turn the shower on was loose, and we found a cockroach outside the building. The water had the smell and faint taste of swamp water, so it was unpleasant to shower in and we had to buy a case of water to be able to brush our teeth. We will not stay here again.

The surrounding areas were a little shady that time of night. People are coming and going. Receptionist was very unfriendly. The maintenance guy was really nice and reliable though fixing the TV. Really should only pay $50 to stay there.

Room was updated. Huge bathroom with modern amenities.

The first room we were given either had someone already in it or it hadn't been cleaned. The second room was fine. Breakfast was ok. The staff was not very helpful. The outside seemed dirty and dated. Wouldn't stay again.

The owners are fantastic and super friendly. I've stayed here on and off for the past few months for work and have never had a problem.

Nothing unique. Entrance was out of gas station or shopping center, no direct road access.

The room was nice and clean and bathroom and shower were spacious good. Maid service was disappointing. I don't think we got clean towels for the day or two after we had used up the towels. (We had a 3 night stay). The guy at the front desk told me he was going to get clean towels to me. Just give him 10 minutes. He never showed up.

I appreciate the kind staff. Anything we needed the front desk was on it. Lovely atmosphere and the rooms was more than i expected. Was clean and neat. Thank you for your hospitality and service Brentwood.

It was okay for what I needed. I barely was in the room only sleeping there. At first, I was a little skeptical because the outside gave me the old motel feel but when I opened the door I was surprised. The room was updated, no carpet on the floors. The only thing I didn't like was that the bed covering was wrinkled and did not fit the bed, but that's just me being critical. In a pinch, I would stay there again. Also, the hotel lady was nice; she told me her name, but I can't remember it.

The room was spacious. We had to ask for towels. The bathroom was nicely done, but had soap scum in the shower stall. No chairs in the room.

They are currently renovating which is fine. Everything is clean as possible and most things are brand new. However, there is MOLD in my refrigerator! It was so disgusting I couldn’t use it!

Front door guy was not very nice to us I think they need to approve and when we got to the room or cable was broke in the bathtub was not looking too good should be repaired the only thing we like was the house cleaning lady she was very nice so I give it a 3 out of a 10 we've stayed here before and I was disappointed so I think they need it improve I don't think I want to stay here anymore

Can’t complain, chose it for the price. Basically sufficient, but could use a renovation. Other hotels were 2-3x the price so you get what you pay for.

The property needs to be upgraded and the rooms definitely do not look like the picture that you guys posted

I booked a smoking room, when checked in I was informed that it was not available. Fine. No offer for my inconvenience of having to go and smoke in my car despite the availability of smoking rooms online. Fine. When asked to fix tv clerk made unappreciated comments to me and my guest. I am a grown woman and do not appreciate the judgement. I never smoked in the room but felt like clerk was stalking or watching me constantly. Creepy. Will not be back

I didn't even stay I had to go find a new, hotel walls was dirty and the room was really old... They should really close that hotel and start over

The first room that I requested I was not put in. Then moved to another room where the sink was broken in the bathtub was disgusting. So the manager gave me a room for free the next night. Very friendly family owned hotel they just need to work on their cleanliness and having their rooms up to par.
