    Nothing That they charged me over 15 times total of 1800 more than what I was supposed to pay ruined my entire trip for my daughter and I wiped my accounts clean and still haven’t released funds back and still want to charge me again

    This place was a tucked away pleasant surprise! It was cozy, clean, full of space and just about everything you could think of wanting in a room from the hair dryer to the dirty clothes basket. Although the room itself wasn’t very large it was so well arranged and so much cabinet and closet space that you really lack nothing. The staff were so nice and friendly I will definitely revisit this place again! And although they allow animals at this property I didn’t smell or see animals and the floors and surfaces at this place were very clean!

    Didn't really clean the room while we stayed. They only took our trash once. The shampoo & body wash bottles were completely empty when we arrived. The kitchen was very convenient & stocked with the basics. The pool wasn't overly chlorinated, which was nice! The continental breakfast was always good. They almost never had the same thing twice. Overall, we had a pleasant stay, just wish our room was vacuumed & our trash was taken out.

    We arrived at 7:30 pm after a very long day and missing entrance. Few things about person who checked us in. I asked if my Marriott rewards number was in computer. He said yes. Asked again. It wasn’t. I gave it to him. Misunderstanding of 20.00 incidental fee. Thought it was given and if not used returned to us. He explained incorrectly. Last thing. I ordered King Size bed, I thought. Bed was not and it was very high. My husband had to help me get into it as I’m short. Otherwise room was very nice as was everything else.

    Overall, my stay was nice and clean. It is a very busy hotel especially on the weekends. The walls are super thin, and you will definitely hear your neighbors. If you want some quiet time, then ask to be in a room away from others.

    They overbooked and canceled my two bedroom reservation when I arrived off of my flight. Putting us in a very bad situation as we were traveling with an elderly parent. They lied by contradicting in a cancellation letter that it was because of water damage. They offered no concession or refund or help in recovering our costs. They suggested Another hotel that was less than desirable, half the price, and not in the location we needed close to the Bickford assisted living facility that was in walking distance. We would have visited on a different day had we known ahead of time. They literally ruined our trip. The GM was no where to be found. The gal helping did not go the extra mile and was matter of fact about our displacement. But instead mentioned they were so full and overbooked from an apparent military convention. Yes Marriott put their profit over their people.

    We stayed nearly a WEEK and they NEVER cleaned the room! They are using "pandemic rules" that they "spot clean the room." We checked in on a Saturday and they stated the room would be cleaned on Monday. They didn't touch the room. There was tons of dust on top of the computer desk and behind the night stands. It was truly disgusting. Spring cleaning apparently isn't on the mind of this MARRIOTT branded hotel! It took them 2 days to clean a cranberry juice spill in the main hallway. The room had little micro bugs (looked like some sort of mosquito) in it. The air vents on the HVAC were dirty and the carpet was dirty. The carpet had not been cleaned of a pet crap stain. It is amazing to me that this property can keep the "MARRIOTT" branding when it is being so poorly managed. Truly pathetic. No daily maintenance on the swimming pool area. We have stayed at Marriott Hotels for 25 years. NO MORE! That's it. This hotel is epitomizing the MARRIOTT HOTEL BRAND'S "RACE TO THE BOTTOM." CONGRATULATIONS !!!!!!! We have stayed at MOTEL 6 chain hotels and ECONO LODGE hotels that were CLEANER than this property!!!!!

    The Hotel was nice but the true gem is the staff. They treated us like family. I was blown away how nice the staff was during our stay. They knew my family names and gave great recommendations for activities in the area. Bases on my experience, I would definitely stay there again.

    I think this hotel is used more for long term now, versus short term stays. We stayed here a couple of years ago and it was great, so that is why we booked again. This time unfortunately we had a hard time getting housekeeping to service our room. One woman at the front desk told me it is done every other day I was going to be hard, but ours was missed one day. So I specifically requested they knew it the next day and that lady at the front desk said they only service the rooms every seven days. I think there is some confusion going on. We just needed fresh towels maybe a vacuum, trash emptied and stuff like that, but never got it at all during our four night, five days day. Such a bummer!

    Everything was great except that First Lady with the bald gold hair she was very rude and did not acknowledge us as we walked in and when I asked her she was very cold and did not want to help with keeping my four year old cake cold while we waited to check in she is not professional I also filed a compliant about her if u don’t like ur job get a new one don’t take it out on guests that are spending their hard working dollars that’s plays a part in you being able to collect a pay check

    I Paid Travelocity for a room and when i arrived at the hotel the kind receptionist lady told me they were fully booked. Then a hour later the hotel calls me and said a room was now free. After my stay at the hotel i looked at my bank account and i was charged full price from Travelocity and full price from the hotel. I was charged TWICE. I called both Travelocity and the hotel about the problem and the hotel told me to call Travelocity and Travelocity said they would send me a email and give me my money back but no email no money!!!!!!!!!

    I had a reservation at Town Suites because it was pet friendly. Called around 11:30am prior to arrival hoping to check in around 12:30. Staff said housekeeping came in a 10:00 and the room would not be ready until 2:30 or 3:00. I ran errands and tried again at 1:30. Was told there were no rooms ready. Left and received a call around 2:30 that my room had mechanical issues and I was transferred to the Courtyard next door. Guess what? No pets allowed. I had to scramble to find someone to watch my dog at great inconvenience. The Courtyard was a smaller room and showed it’s age but was clean enough. The experience left me frustrated. I’ve never had this problem with any other Marriot I’ve stayed with. Oh well, I guess Covid and government handouts played heavily into it.

    The hotel is ok and very clean. However, an employee by the name of Sophia is rude, disrespectful, and seems to be annoyed at the thought of helping a cuatomer. I never agreed to an advance payment and gave a credit card for them to place a hold. The intention was to then pay the full amount with a different card as their front desk placard suggests.They ended up charging the advance payment and only allowed me to pay the second day with a different card. My annoyance is from the lack of communication and the unwillingness to help.

    Nicki and Cindy at the front desk were very nice and helpful. My room was clean and comfortable. There is no sponge at the sink though. BYOSponge. My only complaint (and this is pretty standard for a hotel) was my wall neighbor watched Forensic Files until 3am and despite the hosts very soothing voice, it kept me up. Probably solved 5 murders though.

    I guess you can bring your pets and drugs since we kept hearing barking in certain rooms and when went outside at night it smelled like weed and got a contact high. Customer service was okay. I asked if they had DVD hookups for their tv's and they said no even though I saw it on the back of the TV so not exactly sure. Batteries in remote need to be changed out since remote became a bit unresponsive. Overall not bad, somewhat quiet, but if you can put up with other rude customers then your okay. 200$ for one night seemed a bit much and breakfast seemed a bit limited.

    the hotel was very clean but when we checked in I ask was late check out was available and I was told yes and was given till 1:00pm to check out but at 12:30 a guy was trying to come in the room while I was getting dressed. I said something about it when I checked out but the guy at the front desk said he was not aware. I felt this was dangerous and very unsafe my overall stay was nice but this situation made me think twice.

    Check in was great. Only no one told me about hidden fee’s although the room waS paid for and booked. Room was clean and nice although the sheets on the bed didn’t appear to be clean. We didn’t get under them. Everything else was good!
