Hilton Garden Inn Summerville

Room was clean and comfy. Staff was friendly and helpful with my questions. Location was perfect for restaurants and general shopping. Walmart and Target close by. A great experience stay here.

My stay was for three nights. Housekeeping only cleaned my room once and only after I complained. Will not think of staying again at this property.

Pathetic location got locked out the next morning after eating breakfast could took maintenance 45 minutes to break the door in, we almost missed an important meeting came back later that day door still did not work they moved us to another room employee at the front desk was a total piece of garbage telling me we have to deal with it basically

The toilet way too low- shower was barely usable. A/C very noisy and hard to manage. Front desk was rude and my reservation was messed up. Charges for everything! Breakfast was not included!! Room was pricy enough but the breakfast was very expensive- will not stay there again

While the bar had a wide selection the barmaid was less than expected. She got irritated in asking to turn the music down a little, she was controlling on her personal phone. When an article of interst came on the TV we asked for her to turn the music off while we listened to the news. We were the only 2 at the bar and only 2 other guys sitting adjacent to the bar in the restaurant area. After the news brief was over we expected her to turn the music back on.

We asked for a toothbrush, they told us we had to come down to get it. The next day we were supposed to check out at 11. At 8:50AM house keeping knocked on the door. We were still asleep and confused. But came to the door nonetheless. As my friend walked to the door, the house keeper opened the door. So we said may we have some new towels? She just said, “no.” So wr can’t get a towel? She said, “no.” Then walked off. We were thoroughly confused. Paint droplets all over the table tops and light fixtures. Felt very uncomfortable there. Will not return. The best part was the area. It was in a really nice area.

My wife and I stayed here for a night after our wedding day. The property was very clean external and internal. The room was very well put together and after our night on the town we came back for a margarita at the bar in the lobby. Before leaving in the morning we enjoyed the breakfast which was delicious.Highly recommend staying here and the staff were very welcoming and helpful.

Only thing negative is the tea hot water container should be dedicated to hot water. There were actually coffee grounds in the cup of water and it tasted if coffee.

The room and hotel were nice. I understand that they don't offer free breakfest (and we didn't purchase breakfest} but I think it's ridiculous that they don't have a free coffee station for guests! I won't stay at a Garden Inn again for that reason.

This Hilton is nestled in a quiet community full of trees and walking trails. I had not been to South Carolina since my military days and being here reminded me how beautiful South Carolina is. The hotel is clean and staff are friendly and accommodating. My wife and I definitely enjoyed our time there.

The night light in the bathroom is a stand out as I’ve not seen that in other hotels so we carry our own for midnight trips to the bathroom. Not a huge deal but a great detail. The only critique was that the shower lacked pressure that I was expecting of this level of accommodation but other than that excellent

Upon arrival at the check desk we were asked if we had ever been to this hotel. I replied NO. We were then issued Room 225. When entering a nice room the first think that created very great disappointment we the view out the window. There was no decent view whatsoever. Oh we could see was air conditioning units heat exchangers a roof top. Very disappointed with this and disgusted with a view. We do not consider this the way to treat new customers dear Hilton Head Garden Inn in Somerville. Because of this I don't think I'll ever return to another Hilton head especially in Somerville.

Very nice hotel. This was our second stay here and we will stay again when visiting Summerville. The staff are very nice. Pet friendly! Nice walking trail behind the hotel was nice for walking our little dogs.

For medical appointment. Nice place for overnight/ business. No free breakfast- it is $17 per person and worth it but we should know that because it looks like a set up for free breakfast.

I have stayed at this hotel many times over the past years. Last time I was there out of the 3 elevators only one was working. Try getting on one during checkout.

Second my pillows were dirty, so i bought a blanket to put over it and covered it in disinfected. Third there were arguing on my floor alll night n when i left to take my brother to the hospital 4am they’re goes the cops. smh Lastly it smelled like dog in my room, i couldn’t stand it! I have a dog at home. And you wouldn’t be able to tell. Will not be coming back here.

New property already shows wear and tear needs. Some staff seemed indifferent, others(Marlene) over the top. House food was absolutely mediocre at best but priced higher.. Definitely not up to Hilton expectations.

When we arrived the safe was locked open. I asked the front desk to take care of it, and nobody showed. So we were unable to use the safe. Otherwise it was a good stay.

That was my first time in south Carolina, i have never search a great staff ready to acommendet any guest to that level, Great job over all. it was raining the gentelement find an umbrella and walk me to my car that was the best ever.

Very nice stay! Traveling with two little dogs and nothing in the hotel smells like a dog. There is a large area outside for dog breaks. Very clean and all of the staff was very nice. Room was great with large shower. Kerig coffee maker. We will be back!

Most importantly was that the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff was kind and professional. We ate at the hotel for breakfast and it was delicious-a bit pricey but everything is. There were 3 nice towels in our room, plenty of toilet paper and the shampoo, conditioner, soap bottles were full. Only thing missing was a shower cap and a view, but that can’t be helped. I would definitely stay there again.

It was great! A clean hotel, with all of the amenities, easy parking and we felt safe and secure. We will stay there again!

We overall had an ok stay - biggest issue was the in room air conditioning system that did not have a fan setting and dripped all over the carpet under the unit. Also there was a really bad fecal smell that came from the toilet randomly and filled the bathroom for a time. It went away but seemed like the toilet didn't have a proper p-trap.

The electric switches were not functioning properly and there was no water pressure to take a shower it was awful!

Once in the room, I noticed that the carpet had not been vacuumed and there appeared to be dog food on it. Additionally, there was a razor cover on the bathroom floor, and the light near the ironing board didn't work. Despite requesting a room cleaning, it was never cleaned during our three-night stay, which was very disappointing. The pool was also very dirty, with hair and bugs in it. Given it was a busy holiday weekend, one would expect more frequent cleaning. I would not book this location again.

My second time staying here. It’s close to the highway, safe, clean, and the staff is attentive.

The room was clean but with minimal upgrades. The water pressure in the shower was low and the water wasn’t hot enough. The sink drained slowly as if it was partially clogged. They do have a smart TV and being able to access Netflix was nice.
