    Was left without any communication from management when I was forced to change hotels due to an onsite issue. Booked hotel stay due to the proximity to Levi Stadium to watch World Cup. Booked months in advance and was informed of the need to change venues at 8pm upon check in. Sent emails and texts to management and have not had anyone reach out about the inconvenience. Would not recommend staying at this location. Poorly run hotel.

    Staff was super awesome and very helpful, the rooms were very nice very clean, love the kitchenette. The whole place was quiet no noisey neighbors. Love the location too its off the beaten path. Definitely stay here again

    It was clean, the front desk person was nice and helpful when I checked in. I called the front desk 15 times with no answer just to find out how to get on the wi-fi, I called the phone number on the phone but got a person not located there. I ended up figuring it out, but was 20 minutes late to a meeting. The toilet ran all night and prevented me from sleeping.

    Location - close to Google campus and highway. Everything that is needed is there, including a fridge, kitchen annex, table to sit at and work. Clean and comfortable. Good value/money ratio. Rather noisy (fridge, ventilation and plumbing in the adjacent apartments; AC was OK). I had to use earplugs to sleep. No indoor space to sit with others. (There is an outdoor table and benches.)

    Unfortunately, this was the worst uncleanly place i have ever stayed. It appeared that the room had not really been cleaned. There was toenails on the floor. I made the mistake of looking behind the roll away beds and found cookies, grime, and bottles piled underneath. There was sand all in one of the beds for some reason. I had to go to target and buy new sheets to sleep on because i was worried about the cleanliness of the bed. The bathroom fan did not work so theres of course mold growing in the bathroom. The cherry on top was the second/ final night of staying there in the middle of the night it was raining, and there was a leaking hole in the ceiling so the floor was completely wet! Upon checking out i went to the desk to complain about the room and was greeted to a note saying they were away and would return. After 10 minutes of waiting for no one i left. I have never felt so uncomfortable staying somewhere and wish i had left the minute i walked in but others in the group did not want to hassle finding a new hotel. I will never return to an extended stay if this is what they offer. I really hope they make some changes here for others well being.

    There was garbage EVERYWHERE. Each trash can was also beyond over flowing. The “free breakfast” is not a free breakfast, they have muffins in the main office on a small tiny shelf, that’s it. Very disappointing. The left dishes all over the floors. The room looked clean but had a terrible smell to it. Wish I could upload all the photos showing how dirty this place is.

    Contrary to Extended Stay marketing, kitchen pictured is NOT "stocked".Go to Residence inn for this, as will I.No coffee pot, kitchen tools, etc without a request/visit to the office.There were roaches/ants.CJ moved me to another that NOW has ants.

    The air vents were dirty. The water made a lot of noise as if it was going to blow up. The remote control was not working. The carpet was stained. The rooms look like they need a touch up on the paint and utilities. Not a good place to stay. I’ve stayed in better Extended Stay than this one. Very disappointed.

    you guys are wanting a room with an oven and dish washer, it aint this place. Our fridge never got cold enough to chill anything. Our AC looked like it had old blood on it. The lack of attention when cleaning is the number one reason we will never return to this place. I spilled water on the floor and when I wiped it up, my napkin was covered in dirt. SAVE YOUR MONEY & GO STAY SOME WHERE ELSE!

    Small room. Factually "functional" with a bed, bathroom, tv and mini kitchenette. But very small spaces for one and too cramped when both of us were there, so it made it all less usable. Plus, Tv had limited channels or options. Location is pretty but limited roads to access.

    Shower head was way too high and splattered waiter every where. Had to shower holding the shower head in our hands during the entire shower. Doors and remotes were sticky. There was hair in the refrigerator. Entry way into rooms were filthy! Plants in front of rooms were completely dead. We will not be staying here again and would not recommend this place for anyone to stay in.

    In room # 111 when I checked in we got there and we were getting ready to head out and stated smelling a bad odor like Mildew and Old smoke trapped. We left the hotel and came back around 2am and the smell was so bad I had to step out multiple times making my head and stomach hurt I told the after hour guy and he went to check the smell too and I was trying to move rooms and he said sorry system is down and he just brought me Fabreeze. I told the person in the front in the morning and returned the fabreeze and all she said she will let the manager know. I was trying to pack my car as quick as possible because I couldn’t handle that smell it was making feel sick.

    They gave us a dirty room it smelled so bad ! There were dirty used Qtips on the counter. Dirty towels on the floor, the bed was a mess of course because it was used. Then I called the front desk and all they said was sorry wrong room and gave us a new room. When entering the new room there were ants in the bath tub and on the ceiling it looked like they tried spraying the ants and just left them there. The tub looked disgusting. Everything about this stay was so Un sanitized !!!! Will never be staying there again

    I don't think I liked anything about this place. The air conditioner didn't work, the room was humid and musty, everything in the room looked like the cheapest piece of furniture available. The bed was like one step above. A couch pull out bed at your college buddy's house. Just about everything. The lobby was a dump, the room was a dump, the furniture was worn and beaten. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and cheap. The blankets on the bed had holes in them. This place was absolute disaster.

    I arrived for a weekend event and was very disappointed with the room. The room just felt very uncleanly and not welcoming. The carpets were stained and dirty, hair in the bed and restroom around the sink and in the bath tub and not the best customer service from the front desk. All-in-all, if you’re in a pinch and need somewhere to crash it wouldn’t be the worst options but I definitely couldn’t see myself staying there again unfortunately.

    The stay was quick and fast check in, the ladies in the front desk very nice and helpful. When we got to the room in the restroom, there was hair all over the shower. There was a bandaid stuck on the shower wall, we also found a flossing pick on the floor by the beds. It was just poorly cleaned the room. I gave 3 stars because the its was smooth and staff was friendly but the room was very disappointing.

    The room was clean. Remotes for the TV and AC were easy to find. It was well lit, The lobby was easy to find, and booking, plus check in was simple and fast. The TV remote did not work properly. The refrigerator was not cold enough, and the ice cream we brought actually melted over time. The front desk clerk could have showed us exactly where my room was, because I ended up walking around the entire hotel to get to my room 152 after reparking my car. Lastly, the room seemed to need a renovation. The cabinets were old, the stove looked worn out, and even the room and standing TV looked retro.

    I got there before check in and was told to go back. That’s fine. I knew it was a slim chance to check in. When I came back to check in, I had to wait such a long time. They definitely were not prepared for the amount of stays. Several guests had to wait due to no rooms available. I finally get my room. While I’m u loading there were a group of guys fighting (literally) in the parking lot. From the looks of it, they have long term guests that stay here. My key stopped working. Waited over an hour to get the fixed. Our restroom was leaking water from somewhere. Floor was all wet. The floor in the room was definitely not cleaned. Very unfortunate stay for my friends and I.

    In the end, if you want a suite-like room with a kitchen that feels home-ish for the night, this is not the place for you. I would compare this place to be more like a Motel 6, but those are almost better, at least you have a coffee machine option in your room before arrival and half the price if not more than that!.     Very dumpy place, especially for the price. The whole place has a very bad odor. Room was dirty and dingy and poorly maintained. Very, very slow check in process, waited a very long time. The employee checking in guests at counter was left with no help, clearly overwhelmed and stuck with a very long line full of irritated people. Each check in took a long time. Other employees came up to counter but did not assist. Mattress was very old and saggy especially on one side.

    The property was within a few miles of main attractions which was very convenient and we liked that. I didn’t like multiple things about this property. We’ve stayed at the extended stay close by and always have a great experience so we assumed this one would be fine also. When we got there for our 3pm check in we kept getting told the room would be ready in 15-20 minutes which it wasn’t any of the times we came back trying to get a key card for our room. Finally they gave us one to just go into while it was being cleaned. We didn’t need to use it right then since the cleaner was still finishing up when we were let in an hour and a half past check in time. We were late to a concert we spent a lot of money to be able to go to due to the poor timing and organization on their part and it got the trip off on a bad foot. Then when we returned after midnight to shower eat and go to bed our key card didn’t work and the office hours were over. We called the front desk as we knocked on housecleaning to take us over to front desk and let them know and they made us a new key that worked that night but said that we could speak to the manager in the morning about the issues. We didn’t shower or anything basically just slept and left because of how dirty it was. Not just a rush clean job dirty but we dropped something under the bed and it looked like it hadn’t been swept in months there was black around the outside of the shower and specs and what looked like black strands of hair on the sheets. If it wasn’t already so late and such a fiasco we would have tried finding another place to stay. The manager wasn’t there at check out so we did show pictures to the girl working the front desk and she wrote down our issues and said she would relay them to management tomorrow but overall this is the worst experience I’ve had at any hotel.

    Within an hour of checking in we saw a roach and a bunch of gnats. The room also had a weird odor. When I got into my bed for the night there was a dried booger. The sink had pubic hair in it when we first stepped into it too. We booked two nights and decided to leave the serving night instead of checking out in the morning due to how repulsed we were.

For some reason Hotels.com and Extended Stay had a system error which caused us to not have a reservation even though Hotels.com did confirm in April and 3 days prior to us staying in June. Extended Stay did work with us to get a room and didn't charge us more to set up a new reservation. The room was average at best and only had two double beds. Since it is an Extended Stay you have to ask for shampoo, soap, etc. This will not be my first choice in the future for a one or two night stay.

    Avoid if you can!! We had a studio with a kitchen (room 213): the kitchen and the kitchenware (that you have to get yourself at the reception) were dirty! Hopefully the bed linen and towels, the floor and bathroom were clean. You can hear the freeway all night and the neighbors... You don't feel safe with the neighbors (drugs...). And the receptionist was too chatty and not very helpful!

    I travel a lot for work. My main office for work is in Sunnyvale and I work long hours and have an atypical schedule so I stay at this Extended Stay often for over a year now. Never really had an issue accept the front desk girl seemed to knowingly give me a room where the bathroom light wasn’t working. I went back to this same front desk girl and told her the issue and she basically said oh they didn’t fix it yet? And that was the end of that convo. Didn’t care to maybe offer me a new room? It was dark when I showered and I couldn’t see…could have slipped and fell etc…I even kept the light on from the kitchen and left the bathroom door open to get some light…but it was still dark when I showered. Not sure what her deal is but I stay at Aloft now after that terrible customer service experience.

    Received notice they will conduct inspections, luckily again I wasn't there since I checked out. The room is below adequate for a business stay, they are beat up and I saw ants and roaches at night. I would only consider it for quick stays since room service is non existent, they lacked dishes, sponges and dish soap/soap/shampoo needs to be asked at the lobby. The service at the lobby is friendly and accommodating with what they have

    At this point, there are no dishes, pots & pans, or utensils in the room. You must request that at the front desk. The water does not get very hot and there is a low-flow shower head installed. The heat is NOT controlled by the thermostat on the wall. The door needs a flap to block light and prevent cold air from coming in under the door. You can also hear the ding of the liight rail constantly.

    We drove 5 hours to take our daughter and nephew to a football game. We booked here because we were told breakfast was included. “Breakfast” was coffee, oatmeal, and your choice of a muffin or granola bar. The room was very humid and moist. There is no shampoo/conditioner, pots/pans. You have to go to the office to request these things. There’s are questionable individuals hanging around the hotel at night. We had to keep getting our keys fixed because “they get demagnetized if you put them near other cards.” There are no restaurants or real stores around if you need anything. Definitely won’t be back.

    We stayed for 8 nights and they only offered to clean rhe room on the last day which did not make sense. A midweek cleaning would have been a better option. There were some bugs in the room. Dog excrement on the grounds and many cigarette buds. These things were not taking care of.

    The kitchen was very drawn out and there was no kitchenware in the room, so you need to ask for it one by one. Also no blinders or see through curtains so I need to keep the curtains closed.
