Our room had loose floor boards, so every time we walked pass the credenza to use the microwave or make coffee, it would make a fairly loud sound.

Great location, Good breakfast, clean pool and jacuzzi. Large gap around main door in room where I could almost fit my phone under. Large gap caused light to come in at night and noise as well. When brought up to front desk they mentioned all the rooms were that way and that there was nothing they could do about it. The gap made the stay uncomfortable as I had to put a pillow to cover the gap in order to block the light, noise, and possibly insects. A towel in bathroom also had black specs of some sort.

We loved the casual and fun decor of the hotel and particularly enjoyed having breakfast poolside. The bed was super comfortable and it was nice to have a little fridge in the room. The price was very reasonable, and exactly the California motel experience we were hoping for.

Beautiful hotel! The staff was helpful especially when we face certain challenges. Jonathan helped find us a better room that suited our needs after our flight got canceled and we missed 1 day of our reservation. Nathan helped me find a table to work online in my room. They went over and above to accommodate us and make us feel welcome. I would highly recommend this hotel to others.

This is our second stay at this hotel. The breakfast was wonderful, a variety items, great quality, and all day fruits, utensils are available. They have an outdoor pool, kids love it and you can hear their laughing and cheerful voice all the time. The bed is comfy and the room is clean, with a good size. I really enjoyed the uniqueness of the space, they also had a pool and game room, making it a wonderful space to enjoy with others! I would definitely come back!

Looks like an upgraded Holiday Inn. Lobby is nice, room was comfortable. Bathroom was decent. Matress was too soft. Breakfast was what you would expect at a Holiday Inn.

The staff at the property was really friendly and helpful, but the property itself is slightly outdated. My room seemed like it hadn't been updated in years. Fixtures were cracked and broken. It is also incredibly loud at that facility. You can hear all the cars and the Central Air unit was really loud. The beds aren't comfy. There is no covered parking either.

Overall excellent but if you are staying for longer than a few days the breakfast is monotonous. Especially the hot items. Also it would be nice to know when the noise from landscaping happens to avoid pool time then.

Everything is very tidy. The room, lobby, and fitness center are all very nice. Parking is convenient and free. The eggs at breakfast are not awesome, but they have hard boiled eggs, which Is nice. Oatmeal on the first day was very watery, but it was good on day two. They also have yogurt, tater tots, pancakes (not awesome either), and a toaster with bagels. A waffle maker would be cool.

I had expected issues based on other reviews but I thought this jotel was great. Clean, quiet and the rooms had all the space and amenities I could ask for.

Check in staff was not super helpful or accommodating when we asked for side by side rooms to be next to our children. The pool was nice but had trash around it and no one cleaning it. Found a bug in the bathroom. Had to call front desk at 3am because the room next door was playing loud music. Free breakfast was nice. You get what you pay for.

Old and moldy place

This is one of those old motels turned “new” but no real remodel of structure, paint and decor are holding it together. Cute and inexpensive for a quick trip. Pool and hot tub were clean. Bathrooms were clean but they need new carpet in the rooms. Breakfast was enough to hold us over with some fresh options. Check-in was not helpful, there is a map they hand you without explaining as the hotel is a little bit of a maze. Free parking was a plus in this area.

there was a $75 holding fee i didn't know about so it would've been a little bit better if i was notified about it ahead of time. and the room i was on the remote to the tv wasn't working well but other than all of that it was a nice stay the pool was nice the hot tub was nice, breakfast was great. 8/10 hotel!!!!

My husband is huge on staying somewhere with breakfast and this place was perfect! breakfast was yummy! front desk was nice! and the hotel itself is cute & bright! We stayed here for a weekend for the 49er game! Highly recommend! We are heading back this weekend and wish we could have booked this place again but the rooms we wanted were booked up! maybe next season.

It’s an older hotel but the remodel decor is very bright and inviting. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The pool and hot tub with a little waterfall was very relaxing. I would definitely recommend this hotel especially if you have children. The breakfast was an added plus. And they appreciate their hard working staff and even gave the crew the day off on New years. A wonderful experience!

The room they gave me had a non-functioning TV which they knew about. The mini frig was noisy. They gave me another room the next day. The reception staff person talked to fast for me to understand. There was no staff at the desk when I wanted to check out.

Stayed for work at a near by hospital. affordable, clean in a good area and most importantly quiet. Free breakfast with a good selection of items. Will stay again.

The staff was great, the property was cute with a retro theme, our room was comfortable and clean.

I arrived an hour before check-in and they were very nice to let me check in early as it wasn't busy. It was a mid-week reservation for a resort view room. On my reservation request and at the counter I explained I wanted a room that was quiet, away from stairways, elevators, ice machines, etc. I get to my 2nd floor resort-view room but it was right next to stairway with a large gap under the door so you could hear everything. There is no elevator so the stairway is constantly used for staff/guests going up to the 2nd floor from the parking lot with a metal gate that bangs every time it closes and people talking as they go up the metal stairs. Since it was early in the day I asked for a different room. This room was extremely dark, had a musty smell and the sheets did not smell freshly laundered. Feeling that I had already been a hassle with moving me, I decided to not complain and lay down to take a quick nap. Upon pulling back the sheets I saw what looked like toothpaste on the bottom sheet so then I decided to pull back the bottom sheet and mattress pad and found a bug on the mattress and on the lamp shade. I called the front desk and the maintenance man quickly arrived. He couldn't confirm or deny it was a bed bug so I moved rooms...again but this time no resort view. I paid for resort view but did not get it. Property is old, dirty and breakfast is not great. Best part is location, parking and staff. Hyatt needs to do a serious remodel to all the rooms.

The hotel was awesome , the amenities are super clean and super nice . There a lot of variety for the complimentary breakfast. The issue that I had was upon check in . I had booked and payed for a king size bed and they only had 2 double beds . So it made my stay a little uncomfortable for having such a small bed for my wife and I .

Super Funky hotel that had a great vibe! Loved the fun decor and canopy bed! The room hallways all open up to the outside atrium and pool which was nice to have fresh air as soon as you exited your room. The breakfast was subpar, could use more options and it was very crowded with many items gone. The front desk staff was always helpful and accommodating to our needs. Lots of parking and very quiet at night. Would definitely come back!

Meh. Rooms were okay. Nothing special. Our first room had a lot of issues: sink clogged, hairdryer broken, and the television didn't work. Front desk response was mediocre. My persistence at least got us a different room for the next day. We at the breakfast the first day, skipped the cheap microwaved frozen food the next day. Mattress was a spring mattress, noisy and could feel the springs. Traveled up for a 49er game. Next time I'll choose a different location.

I would definitely recommend this hotel. Pool is beautiful! Room was clean and we had a comfy bed! The breakfast could be better with more seating. But we had a good time and would definitely choose this hotel again!

My only complaint is they did not give me a receipt for my deposit and now I'm struggling to get my bank to refund it because I don't have a record of the transaction.

No where really for pets to stay if owners to go out should have a pet area day care separate from other dogs

They prioritized a wedding party over all other guests, allowing the party to blast music over the entire property and smoke anywhere they wanted. The beds were uncomfortable. The walls were thin. If you go during the week/quiet time it'd probably be ok, but don't bother on the weekend.

They need a map to show customers how to get to their rooms. A very nice young woman cleaning a room showed me how to find my room.

We were helped by Janelle when we arrived and she was amazing! When we got to our room, which we had booked for 5 nights, it was lacking much sunlight- so we asked to change rooms. She went above and beyond to find us a room with more sunlight and it worked out well.

The hotel itself, although older it was bright and vibrant. Which brought happiness to me. However, there were some things that my partner and I weren’t to happy about. One being the bed, it was a bit too lumpy for our liking. The breakfast was not appetizing at all. Light pealed through the door cracks a bit much. My partner wouldn’t stay there again but I would give it another shot.

Been 2 years now very convenient and easy going great pool area my only negative would be the lack of dining and bar facilities but not really a problem as there is some great restaurants and bars close by

Someone had left the heat on and the room was very warm. Not good, since it was over 92° outside. We discovered ants on the desktop and on the bathroom floor. This limited our usage of the desk. We also came to the conclusion that the bathroom fan wasn't working well. Steam built up considerably after just one shower. ALSO, they need to install grab bars for getting in and out of the shower/tub.

Almost ran out of food during breakfast though and there were a lot of people in line. It felt like a maze looking for our room. No elevator for our infant on a stroller supposedly for a room on the upper floor to avoid noise at our initial room; the room we stayed had minimal noise.

Amazing experience! Clean and comfortable rooms. The only downside is that the phones inside the rooms did not work but even then, we used our personal phones to call the front desk and they were not answering despite calling multiple times.

The guy working in the front desk was not helpful and the breakfast food ran out. The room was clean and it’s decent for the price.

I booked a room with a king-size bed but was given a room with two queens at check-in. When I went to the reception to correct the issue, the staff member who assisted me was not very friendly and made it feel like it was a big inconvenience to switch me to the room I had originally booked. I believe it’s important that the room reserved matches what is given at check-in, and that guests are treated with a welcoming attitude when issues like this come up. There was not hot water in the shower.

Amazing looking hotel, not the usual bland boring look. Very clean and well maintained. I would say however as the entire hotel is built around the pool it could get a bit noisy at times. If your a light sleeper I recommend getting a room on the outside facing rooms away from the pool

The staff was very helpful and the location was easy to get to. The noise of the traffic we could hear while in the room was horribly loud and would wake us up at night. The bed was also a little too soft and bouncy.

The stay was awesome. Only two small annoyances, the turkey sausage was dry on the days they served it. Also the bright hallway lights were nice but at night the lights would shine in thru the door edges. So overall, the day was wonderful me and my boys felt safe and had no major issues issues or concerns.

It was a decent place to stay. They had the minimum, which is all we were looking for. Breakfast was okay, but they had breakfast so we appreciated that! The staff were pretty friendly. We didn’t really interact too much with them, but check in and out was easy. The walls are paper thin! I could hear full on conversation going on outside and it with the people we shared a wall with. I’m not sure who was above us, but man did they love to stomp. It felt like the ceiling would cave in at moments. Other than that it was nice. Nothing bad at all. Exactly what you need for a landing pad.

After check in, We came back to our room with our 2 kids at 10:30 pm to find the sink completely black with dirt (disgusting). The staff tried to clean it to find it was actually clogged. They offered someone else’s room saying the guy hadn’t checked in yet and he wouldn’t get the room. That sounded like another issue. We decided to leave and they would issue a refund for the trouble. Now, they changed the story saying it is not refundable. Do not trust them . It is also my last time booking through Expedia. At least I could have had my refund in the spot.

Our AC unit did not work in our room. The hot tub and pool were very nice and enjoyable. There’s a small game room, which was nice. Vibrant, fun vibe. Social place. Lots of fun.

All the staff were friendly which made for pleasant interactions. They gave us a map to help find our room which I thought was an added step to the service. We didn’t take advantage of the breakfast available. We also didn’t utilize any of the eco-friendly services as we were only here for 1 night. Definitely would stay here again!

Ridiculously high rate for pets. We stayed 1 night and they tried to charge us $150. $30 more than the room itself. It is hidden in the fine print, beware!!

We loved our stay at Wild Palms! On our 3 week trip in many hotels, this was by far our favorite! The property is very well kept-up. The room was spacious, with nice bathroom, bed area & closet space. Everything was CLEAN!! The breakfast was plentiful including oatmeal, boiled and fried eggs, bagels, toast, pancakes etc. We had a wonderful stay!!

Clean, staffs were good. Breakfast was good. Con’s is we can hear footsteps of the occupants upstairs around 11pm when you want to rest for early flight.

The room has a smell when we opened the door, but it was bearable. It was quite stuffy. And the bed for double room is too short for me— I’m a short girl already. The staff was friendly but it was hard to reach them, and all the requests have to be done in the front desk — that means when you request toothpaste, you’ll need to go to the front desk to fetch them, and they won’t deliver it to your room. Also, they gave you a QR code which directs you to their WhatsApp but no one replied to the message actually. The amenities are ok. The gym is small but ok to use. The breakfast is free but not good at all.

This hotel is generally fine. Free breakfast was convenient but quite basic. Hot tub was mediocre. I found the bed way too soft, but that's probably a personal preference. The TV is mounted to the wall such that I wasn't able to plug in my computer via HDMI cable. I've stayed in other rooms at this hotel where I could. Self parking is plentiful and convenient.

I like the overall care and service at this property. There was one issue and it was promptly address in late evening; appreciated. I was tempted to give a 4-star review because the entry doors did not automatically open and closed but decided it would offset the retro theme. Breakfast good and appreciated bottled drinking dispenser being available to fill my water jar, coffee good and appreciated it being available 24 hours with from water dispenser or coffee counter. While I did not use --- appreciated they had adequate fitness center available 24 hours and heated pool. I will plan to come back when I am next in the area.

Everyone was lovely, service was great, room clean and comfy. Definitely will come back. Only complaint is that the continental breakfast was very much lacking. Not what we’re used to when we get a free breakfast. Otherwise, great place!

Need a little renovation

The hotel was great with all the amenities, the only issue I had was with the checkin. The person was preoccupied on the phone for 5 minutes though clearly not talking couldn’t even make eye contact or give a quick acknowledgment. When she did finish she was very blunt & rude.

This hotel was a lovely break from the regular motels within the price range. Its staff was cheerful and helpful and the room was comfortable and cozy. All round, a pleasant surprise!

Property was nice. Hot tub was great. My only dislike is the breakfast could have a few more options.

Could not open my window due to the odor. They did not want to call the fire dept (again) broken fridge with a rotting food smell.

The property is in a good central location in silicon valley and close to freeways. The property is quiet and staff is diligent.

Excellent location with helpful staff. Breakfast was adequate, but the thin walls and lack of soundproofing affected the overall experience

The hotel is interesting, the lobby was nice and toasty, the doors leading to the hall ways were cold making the rooms cold. However we had the heater set to 70 and it definitely kept warm. It was 5 minutes away from a cute little attraction called Golfland. And is about a good 15 min to the convention center. The staff were friendly and they had a complimentary breakfast however we didn’t get to enjoy due to other engagements. We would definitely come back the next time we are in the area.

The hallway was so dirty....used Qtips and other disgusting garbage...:I almost turned around before I went in! It was fine inside, but soured me to the place

Staff were very helpful. Some features seemed dated but clean. Included WiFi is very slow unless you pay for premium.
