The room was very clean and the staff were very friendly, but it was far from a smooth or relaxing experience. A budget hotel can still be consistent and hospitable in their amenities, imo.

We were in town for our nephew’s graduation. The front desk staff was very helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. We will stay there again.

It was an average hotel with average amenities. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was mid. Getting out of the hotel was probably the bigger issue. Very busy street.

Aside from infernal traffic and that it is part smoking, it is pretty good. The thing is. I was awakened at 330am by the stench of tar. I think they are redoing the highway here. For how long? It isn't just smelly. It burned my eyes and throat. I almost packed up and left. Thankfully it blew away at around 5am. The issue for them is that their doors arent sealed. It just blew in. A weird aside. It has all these Korean stores around it.

The room was clean, had extra towels, smelled good, the location was good, the other hotel guests were quite and respectful, and the bed was soft. Even though I didn't like the sound it made getting into the bed, when the metal hit together but once in it was lovely. The shower head was spraying water everywhere and the head pressure was very low.

Location was quiet and clean. We arrived after midnight but it seemed to be in a decent area. The room was nice and clean the bed was comfortable the only thing I would have liked to be different was we had to walk to the office twice because our key card didn't work. And the desk part kept telling us the rooms were next to each other when they were on opposite sides of the building so it was a lot of back and forth and it was very late. We were late for breakfast and they still accommodated us which was very nice. I would stay here again Directions from the night desk clerk we're not accurate and our key card did not work twice. Ended up switching rooms. And it was a nice room

Very clean. Good breakfast. The young woman at check in worked to make certain I did not have to deal with my smoke allergies being close to a smoking room. Overall, excellent property.

It was a very good location for my trip. I enjoyed the in room coffee maker. The breakfast was ok. The bed was harder than I like, but it did beat sleeping on the ground.

Room was decent. Bathroom area was dirty, specifically the toilet. It was not properly cleaned and looked like it hadn’t been in some time.

Everything great! No complaints! We spent the night before at a Motel 6 in South Carolina totally disappointed. Breakfast was toast and warm coffee. Quality Inn in Pennsylvania was excellent so we changed our Plans from another place here in Suwannee to Quality Inn here and glad we did! Highly recommend!

Blood stain was left on one of the towels. The rest was dingy. Human hair on bed sheets, the lock wouldn't work, didn't feel safe. Felt like the red roof Inn which i declined staying in based on appearance.

The hotel overall was decent for what we needed it for. The door to our room,was a bit hard to open and close. The curtains fell a bit short to be closed so we had to pin them with a safety pin. Everything else in the room was decent. The breakfast was good and replenished as needed. The morning that staff was very pleasant and accommodating. The pool area didn’t need to be clean, but it was debris from the nearby tree so that wasn’t too bad. There was full access. A good sleep for the two nights we went there.

I like location near by everything for dinning and shopping.

Neighborhood is rough

Everything was great and I could about walk to food or whatever if I wanted too. Pool 9am-9pm and breakfast 6am-9am, staff were nice. If I had anything bad to say it would be that you can hear a bit through the doors and my DoorDash had issues with the address because the hotel next to it have the same address location and I had problems with the other hotel about it other then that everything was great.

The property is in need off a upgrade beds are uncomfortable and for the high way price it was not worth it. Thr only good thing waffles

Staff is very friendly and attentive. Rooms are cleaned out pretty much every day; clean linen and towels are always provided. On my first night I thought I would be giving a bad review due to the room smelling like cigarettes, but by our second day the smell was out. It was probably due to guests not following the “NO SMOKING” policy. As for roaches… I saw none; there were beetles trying to come in the room, one came in but it was because my door was wide opened. The bathrooms are a little old fashioned, but still good with no issues. There is an amazing ice machine and laundry on site. Breakfast was 10/10!!! Location is perfect, it is near to major highways, back roads, and restaurants. I had a great experience, though I didn’t get a chance to try out the pool. Thank You!!!!

Hotel was in a good area, right off the interstate. It was decent hotel for the age of it. Convenient for the time i needed it.

Brought my dog and was very pet friendly. Had ample opportunities for walking. Clean hotel, budget friendly, great area with plenty around within short driving distance. Very family friendly. Would stay here again.

This is a really nice property with clean and comfortable rooms. I didn’t understand why the room clerk would want a credit card for ‘incidentals’ since the refrigerator wasn’t stocked with anything. The big problem with the location is that while it’s near I85 it can take as much as 10-15 min to get there from the highway due to intense traffic congestion.

Unfortunately it was an uncomfortable experience, found bugs on pillow case, stained as well like if the person in charge of cleaning just folded the linen back in without changing it. The MOTEL looks like it needs to be remodeled. Is OLD ! Instead of painting over old paint.. hire professionals invest some money and revamp the whole place for the love of business!!! Toilet with blood stains and a broken door arm. I wish owners invested more so people didn’t feel like they threw their money away. Is insulting.

Place is ok to stay one nigh if you dont have other option, smelly, dirty carpet, bathroon door would not close, caulckin with mildew in the shower, bathroom sink with mildew, weird pillows, broken ulpostery, very poor variety for breakfast, broken juice machine. On top of that, found empty beer bottles and trash under my car in the parking lot, like if people was eating and driking in the parking lot.

The name says Quality however, the smell of the room says dated and dusty. With that being said, I suggest upgrading, I know that could be costly, however, your customer base would increase if it was alot more up to date. Would I recommend someone to stay here not really.

The beds had hair all over them on the sheets and pillow cases the towels and wash cloths had what it looked to be pubic hair! The receptionist didn’t offer another room or new sheets & towels when I asked she said our stay is only for one night that she could not offer new room or sheets. The breakfast tastes expired the milk tasted spoiled! Overall DISGUSTING is the best way to describe the room and hotel overall I can’t believe this hotel is still open!

Ease of reservation on Expedia and simplicity at check in at hotel are the only reason this property received a 2 Carpets in room were old and felt dirty to the point where I did not take my shoes off the whole time I was there The room smelled musty and the AC unit would not run continuously, but would could come on and off, which made the room sticky and had an odor to it For the price was not expecting Hilton/Marriott level place but - I was in a first floor unit that had a crack in the ceiling from one side to the other The sink had a spider crack in it as well When the people next-door were turning on the light switches, I could hear the clicking The shower had mold in the grout- it went unused The toilet did not flush I arrived after 10:30 PM, or I likely would’ve tried to find another hotel - problem is with the storm that came through. Everything was sold out. If I had no other place to go, I might stay here, but it wasn’t a very good experience- not through the fault of the check in person, but the owners of this property, who obviously do not invest in it I rarely write negative reviews but it is shocking to me how others can give a 10 out of 10 for this hotel unless the room I stayed in was the only one that was this bad.

This was a friendly environment! The receptionist made it easy and smooth to check in. And i was comfortable for the price i paid!

The lady who checked me in was so kind, made me feel welcome. The room was great and comfy.

I always visit here, but for whatever reason, this visit, the tub was absolutely disgusting as if it wasn't properly cleaned; hair everywhere!

The room they gave me had roaches, and was dirty i asked to switch to another room and the other room didnt have no A/c. Terrible hotel very dirty will not stay here ever again.

**Stolen money** i booked online for a 4 night stay totaling xxx.xx I arrived on-site and the total changed to $xxxx.xx they said because of taxes but that was shown to be included online already. I paid anyways and got a notification that i was charged $431. We received our keys. On the way to the room the man came running after us yelling. Saying we have not paid. I tried to show him my phone where it showed it had come out of my account and he was so angry he did not even want to see what i was calmly trying to show him. I called the police as he said we could not stay but he had my money. They said wait until it comes back to your account. It now has been over 1 week and the charge is still pending because of the merchant is holding my money. We never stayed there and i have since stayed at 2 other hotels which have credited back my incidentals hold the next day with the same card. Please do not stay at this motel. It is falling apart and the man lives in one of the rooms scamming people. Me and my family learned a lesson that day for sure.

The room was filthy the curtains you saw before entering the room were yellow and stained. the deadbolt on the door didn’t work. the spreads had unidentifiable liquid stains on them. The phone didn’t work. The clerk had to swipe a t.v. remote from another room. There was a big black stain on the wall, the lamp bases were corroded with rust or dirt wasn’t about to touch it to find out. The tub had a permanent yellow stain. I felt trapped because it was late and my granddaughter needed a place to rest before another long day of driving. I will never again stay at a quality inn.

WE stayed last year and enjoyed it. Was going to be in Atlanta again this year so we stayed again.

Good service quiet room clean

The room suited our need to have some place to sleep. It was a little dated with dirty carpet, but no smell. There was another problem that I won't put on here to give a bad review. Our overall stay was good without interruptions or noise.

Checked in Friday and checked out Monday. My whole stay the room wasn’t cleaned the trash was filled, the iron wasn’t working called the desk waited for an hour no one came. Called again and complained then someone came

My stay was good. Had an issuevwith my first room, but the clerk handled it great and she was awsome. She was checking in people for 3 hotels and handled with professionalism.

The room was not properly cleaned before i checked in . There was trash on the floor next to the fridge and only 3 tissues in the box. As well as what appeared to be mold on the wall by the fridge .

The sheets were stained with nasty looking streaks. The walls are dirty and nasty as well. The door needs to be fixed at the bottom.

The toilet is too low; I had to grab the door handle in order to pull me up. Also, it was so low the body parts were in the "water". You should be notified at check in that maid service is only every other day.

The room was dirty and run down feeling, very out dated, sink cabinet was broken, hair dryer didn’t work, bathroom door didn’t lock, rust around the front door, sheets were old, rug was very worn down. It was very late and we did not have it in us to change hotels. We had a 2nd night booked which we did not keep, and we went to another hotel. Tried to get refunded for the 2nd night and we are still awaiting word and haven’t heard anything. Would commend not to stay here.

For the price it was a decent hotel. Needs a little work, but nothing that bothered me. Except the sink facet was loose. Beds were comfortable, room was clean. Nicely surprised that they cleaned the room after the 1st night. Most hotels now just clean every 2 - 3 days. Front desk staff was nice and helpful. Breakfast was OK. 2nd day we went out for breakfast.
