Not all that clean. The bathroom vanity in our room was broken. Tile and trim along floors was peeling or broken. Bathroom door would not close properly. Breakfast did not look appetizing. However, The lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful.

This place was a great price for a good stay! Me and my partner were just trying to stop somewhere for the night to sleep and this place is perfect for that scenario. We were greeted nicely when we arrived around 11:30pm and the room was nice and tidy and spacious! The only issue during the stay was that duvet was extremely thin for the summer - which is fine - however I wanted to use the extra blanket for warmth and it had not been cleaned for a while. It had stains and dirt on it. HOWEVER, the room and bed themselves were very clean. The breakfast in the morning was not what I was in the mood for but if you're not fussy then it's a great addition to have! There's also a dunkin and mcdonalds right next door for more options.

They were in the process of remodeling the front desk area. Otherwise, the stay was quiet and everything in the room worked well.

The hotel is suffering severely from a tyrant the likes I've never seen before named Kaleli Roy. She's I rude to staff often yelling in public in front of customers. She's the most unprofessional "leader" I've ever witnessed in my entire life. I've been a diamond concierge member since 2016 and traveled for business for over two decades. I have never seen such a human and I use that word loosely. I was asked to leave the hotel as Ms. Roy was having one of her manic episodes. I'm a paying good customer that was abused verbally with threats. I've since passed this information to law enforcement for further action. There is noticeable drug use, prostitution amongst other activities. Ms. Roy is aware and condones this activity if not participates. If you complain her very unprofessional evening staff will make up lies about the guest to simply get rid of them without merit. There's two individuals names Kwan and Elisia allow a total free for all to happen on their shifts. They contact Kaleli with endless stories as i was a threat knowing of the illegal activities. I was paid in full and asked to depart for no reason. There are msny guests actually living in this building some who owe thousands of dollars and are using drugs as Ms Roy is fully aware. Sadly new management is trying to improve the place, but Kaleli is doing everything and anything to prevent progress. She is one of the most evil human beings I've ever encountered and should be immediately removed from her position f

Needs a major update

I think the property is being renovated, which would explain some of the mess on the floors and elevator. But room was super clean, staff was super friendly, location was perfect for getting anywhere around town. Parking was great. It was a short walk to food and convenience store though we did not try them. Disappointed that the fitness room was not accessible, probably due to renovations again.

It was good for what we needed it (overnight stay before a flight) but I would've been upset if I was traveling for the area and picked this hotel for a few consecutive days.

Worst hotel I have stayed at in a long time. Specially since I got a king suite room. The hotel put a $100 hold on my room for a deposit. I stayed Wednesday night in to Thursday. Friday my $100 hold wasn’t released now Saturday no money returned. Hotel telling me that I have to wait till Monday. Bad business Very unfortunate I would have been a returning customer

There were cockroaches in our bathroom, and in the kitchen at breakfast, we booked a 3 noght stay and we stayed for 1. I dont mess with cockeoaches they will come back to your house. The beds were very uncomfortable, and the breakfast was not appealing to say the least

Low budget lodgings

Room was neglected, the room they first sent me to was torn apart and construction equipment was everywhere. They re assigned my room. It smelled like weed, and it was unkempt.

Parking was easy , the room was clean ... I always appreciate having a frig and microwave . I would prefer a coffee maker in the room but coffee was available in the lobby. I wish hotels would provide a channel guide and instruction for running the TV. The gal that checked us in was so friendly and welcoming . My only complaint was that out of the three lights in the room only one worked so it was a bit dark.

The hotel says it’s non smoking. I’m very sensitive to cigarettes smoke. As soon as the elevator doors opened on the 2nd floor the smell hit me. My entire room smelt of cigarette smoke. I didn’t complain to the desk being that the entire floor smelt that way. The bed and pillows were comfortable but the bathroom had pubic hairs all over it. I didn’t sleep well. Staff was nice. Was happy to leave and go home.

It was raining in the evening. I woke up in the morning. There was a pool of water would expose electrical waters right around the air conditioner heater unit. I will never stay at this property ever again. The rules were very dirty. The floor was never swept the room had a really bad, moldy odor very old style room just pleasant to be in not worth the value or state a waste of money.

The room had a very weird smell and the beds were of no help in that department sonce they smelled as of they hadnt been changed. The amount of insects in the room was also really off putting, lots of fruit flies and i swear i found a roach as i was going to bed the first night. Also, the sounds of children screaming and dogs barking along with loud music you could hear from down the hall were not it. The place did the job it was meant to do, but it was not pleasant, will not be using again

I checked out at 6:23am and I wanted to grab a bagel or something for the road. I turn on the light where the food is and the guy at the front service desk yells "No not yet. You got like 10 more minutes before it opens". Really? Lol. I thought that was ridiculous. I can't get a bagel when I'm in a hurry and you know I stayed the damn night lol. However, the black lady that checked me in the night before was very professional and friendly. I bet she would have let me get some breakfast 7 minutes early lol. Other than that the room was clean and at such a good price. Will come again.

Hotel was nice. Breakfast was terrible. Quality, selection and taste were poor. Second night, there was a confrontation in the hall that lasted over two hours. Swearing, banging on doors and an incredible stench of pot all through the hotel. Overall, a very disappointing stay. We will not be back to that site on our next trip to Syracuse.

It was filthy. Torn, ripped, dust ruffle, no working lightbulbs, liquid on the floor, fruit flies everywhere. Curtains did not cover the windows so everyone could see in. Crumbs on the floor. I paid for 2 nights and would have left the first night but there were no rooms available. I left the next morning and never went back.

This property is so run down I’m shocked that people stay here. The photos online look NOTHING like the interior. Everything looks chopped, stained and broken from molding to grout to paint. It is shocking that Wyndham owns this property. The staff is very nice and the cleaning people do the best they can but this property is scary bad it should be renovated or torn down.

I made a mistake booking here. Didn’t even sleep under the covers. The staff at the front were very nice so I think that deserves recognition.

Our bathroom door was shaved on the side (curved cut) because the toilet was too close to the door and wouldn't close properly.We literally would need to move the toilet slightly to close the door. The towels were also worn thin and did not smell freshly washed. Lastly, there was food/garbage bags outside in the hallway that had accumulated over multiple nights - not clean at all! I dont recomment, not even if for one night!

The shower was not working right and would fill the bathtub up really fast. The front desk person saw us walk in and went to the back and waited a few minutes before coming to check us in. The room itself was clean and the bed was comfy. The breakfast was alright.

There was no blanket in my room when I checked in. There was only a sheet, so I had to go back down and request one. The breakfast selection was horrible. The sausage was dry and the eggs were burnt on the bottom. The second morning that I went down to grab some breakfast they didn’t even have eggs or sausage available, and I am not allowed to eat carbs so I had absolutely no breakfast available to me. There was hair all over the shower, and the hot water didn’t even get warm until about 10 minutes into my shower. I tried to microwave food, and the microwave literally blew the circuit every single time the microwave surpassed a 30 second interval. So I had to microwave my food 30 seconds at a time. Thankfully, I only stayed for two nights because I was working a local event, but had I needed to stay there for a longer duration I would have lost my mind. I would never stay there again, unless it was only for an extremely short period to have a bed to rest my head. Would not recommend.

I got my room and someone else was in it. They didn’t do much but say sorry. I asked for a late checkout and they just said they would let me stay until the cleaner came to the room.. no time frame at all.

They have roaches!!! The place is actually decent if you need somewhere to crash the roaches was the worst part. They do have breakfast!

The staff was so friendly and wonderful. It’s getting renovated so obviously that takes a toll on some of the appearance but you can tell when it’s finished. It will be nice.

Issues: - Missing "Do not disturb" sign - called the desk, they never brought one. - Toilet valve running every 30 seconds because it needed a new flapper - Toilet barely attached to the floor - Curved shower bar bent downward and curtain wouldn't stay fully extended.

The bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly , hair in the shower and around the toilet. Using the TV was horrible. It was a Roku tv and the internet access was terrible. Had to connect multiple times.

Rooms smelled beyond horrible! Every bit of the room was in some state of disrepair, furniture had residue on it. Pictures online didn’t at all reflect the room we stayed in.

Staff were great! Room , not so much. Really needs some renovations. Something running around all night by the windows, the main lock would not latch from inside, shower rack loose so curtain slides off and got more water on the floor tiles than in the tub. One elevator that takes forever too. Overall, not terrible but not worth the money I paid for this stay

I get it. We booked a budget hotel. I wasn’t expecting the king sized bed to have a permanent U shape worn into the middle. My spouse and I are average sized people and had a hard time sleeping comfortably on this old worn mattress. There was no blanket anywhere in our room. If we were staying more than one night I would have requested another room- that’s how awful this bed was. Next time we’ll pick somewhere else.

We like the room, it was clean. The only complain we have is the complimentary breakfast. There was nothing except two jugs of orange and apple juice.

The hotel is smelly, dirty, sticky, the bedding is dirty, the cabinets are sticky, everything smells like burnt grass, don't come there, even Expedia didn't refund the costs because they wrote that they couldn't contact them, it's a disaster, not a hotel.

Property was outdated and even though they were in renovation process there were areas needing immediate improvement. I reserved two rooms and the rooms were not cleaned properly. The microwave was dirty on the outside, hair in tub and sink, dried blood stains on pillow, the entire hotel smelled old and musty. Breakfast options were not feasible. Microwave plugged in outlet box too many cords using extension cords. Microwave turned off automatically after 1 minute of use. The first room we got key to was under construction, no beds in room, tools and wood in room clearly under renovation, had to go back to front desk to get another room. Keys stopped working after 1 night had to get reactivated for second night. Not a good experience even for a cheap hotel, expected atleast cleanliness and smoother stay. Would not recommend.

Our bed smelt like it was soiled, peed in. They’re were tons of bugs, nat’s, in the room. The breakfast was very spars with bugs flying all around.

This was not only a downgrade from the room type I reserved and paid for, but the new room also had dirty bedding on arrival and extremely uncomfortable beds, making for a poor night’s sleep. The check-in process itself was frustrating. It took over 20 minutes to complete, even though I had a confirmed booking. The front desk associate, Ellesea (ell-ee-see-ya), was so nice and very professional. However, while she was checking us in, her co-worker beside her was rolling her eyes and making faces behind her back, something I found extremely unprofessional to witness as a guest. I also overheard this same co-worker say she had given room 100 (the king room I booked) to another guest, which directly contradicts the explanation I received from the manager the next morning, who claimed another patron had been “locked out of their room.” If that were the case, I do not understand why I was the one displaced rather than the other guest being given an equivalent or alternative accommodation or just a new key. Makes no sense. I paid for a specific room type, and I did not receive it. The downgrade, the state of the room provided, the time wasted at check-in, and the unprofessional conduct I observed are unacceptable.

No power. Do I had to go elsewhere

The Hotel was out of power and wasn’t accepting reservations at all, they said they would refund the cost but there was no communication before hand that there was an issue and no alternate plans were made, we drove 6 hours to find out that we still had to find a place to stay for the night! The front desk could really care less about helping out or that this was an inconvenience. Pretty much were told that “well we are refunding your stay but that all we are doing”. A little communication would have been nice and a little effort to help find another solution for us. The shrug your shoulders approach of not my problem was a really big piss off after driving that far!

Its cheap, and it shows. Room felt damp, had to clean ac filters immediately. Carpet felt gross, kept shoes on. Water pressure was non existant. Key card system failed on Friday, Monday it still wasnt working. You had to wait for front desk to come and open each door, everytime. Was overjoyed to leave.

We stayed only because it was so late at night. The manager did refund us 50% the next morning, but this place will go down in family road trip infamy and the worst in the 35 states we have visited.

I got two emails after I booked this room not one mention a deposit nor did it say anything about it on Expedia. After I got here not expecting to pay more I was told I would have to pay for a deposit and then almost got kicked out for arguing with the person about it then finally he waived it. The. When I get upstairs and call Expedia they weren't supposed to charge me anything anyway they were supposed to inform Expedia that they charge a deposit so they can put it on the website and lied about it like most foreign-owned hotel owners do so they tried to scam me at the front desk.

Old and dirty

The Safe in the room does not work, staff was aware that it does not work . Had to visit the front desk 3 times to activate the entry key. My reservation was for 2 nights, they deactivated the entry key after 1st night. Elevator not working, had to pick luggages 3 floors up and down. Staff is lacking the minimum skills to politely serve the customers. Avoid this hotel if you can.

The staff were nice, helpful. The breakfast was mediocre, at best. The building, furnishings, and public areas were just this side of shabby. Lots of issues with the front desk. I had to return to the desk several times and get a new card key for the room as they kept not working. There is no Fitness Center although one is advertised. The stink of marijuana was everywhere inside and outside the building. It wasn't a horrible stay, and it wasn't a very nice one either.
