Had centipedes, ants, and a cockroach. The jacuzzi tub leaked all over my entire room. When I was trying to clean it up I found tons of ants… and poop stains on the tile of the jacuzzi tub. This place was a wild ride. On the upside…the AC was nice and cold?

Room was clean. Property was close to restaurants/shops, but not too close. Parking in the back section was a bit tight, but doable. The rest of the parking lot was normal.

The worker and I went back to the room to investigate and for a couple mins… the worker’s demeanor changed completely and he refused to touch the drain plug, which leads me to believe this property knows of the broken tub but refuse to have it fixed. Still no refund. $137 down the drain. Don’t stay here

Room was Decent. Nice and quiet even having neighbors. Bedding was clean. Fridge and microwave were convenient. Staff was super friendly and inviting. Its location Is very convenient.

The room was horrible. Not clean. Everything outdated. Staff was nice. Holes in the bathroom door. Half the light didn’t work. Cigarette burns in the blankets.

Apon leaving one of the cleaning staff very agressivly asked me what I did to the room. He apparently had an issue with some light trash left on the floor, few empty amazon boxes and some food packaging. Mind you im disabled and had a three night stayin which the was never turned down. He kept being agressive and asking the same question. I decided and told him he was out line and i wasnt dealing with his attitude.Then he told me leave, which i was trying to (dead battery was waiting on AAA. After explain that he even more in anger threatend he was calling the cops on me for tresspassing and all before my 11 oclock checkout. Which they will not extend a minute and with out the breakfast said is included.

For the price, it was as expected. It was clean and tidy, upgraded floors and furniture. Microwave and fridge were great, tv was great. Bathroom was small and we had some extra “friends” in our bathroom in the morning when I turned the lights on. We didn’t like that. The door locks need upgraded also.

The room was fine and the bed was reasonably comfortable but you can hear every time the water was used in another room very loudly. You could even hear music that was playing in other rooms so not ideal.

Room smelled of smoke. Door handle to get in room was very loose. TV was on opposite wall of beds so inconvenient to watch TV.

This hotel is so run down the shower only gets to medium temp. The room was beyond dated. The staff not friendly at all. The hotel needs to close & be re habilitated. Until then do not stay here

Staff are very nice and helpful. Rooms are clean and well equipped. There’s a mini fridge, microwave, iron and ironing board. Bathrooms have a bathtub and hair dryer. Several restaurants and a variety of fast food places in the area. Shopping locations are also nearby.

The people is very was very nice. However they never did the room in 3 days. the towels were not good. the place is not very safe. the installations are very old. the bed covers were not good.

The up keep of the property needs improvement. Inside the bathroom needs to total renovation. The water pressure is very low. To get the water warm it pipe has to be turn all the way to max. The bed is subpar. At least the pillow was nice and soft.

The building is fairly outdated. To please have showed up three times during the two nice day that I know of

This place was gross. Staff was nice. However room was very bad. Honesty there's no doubt sex stains on the sheets. Very bad, smelled like smoke..

Took 30 min to get hot water

It’s not the nicest place but the bed and pillows were comfortable it was a good night sleep but the room did have a little bit of an odor to it

When we got there…I was already scared…one of the rooms smelled of cigarette smoke and both rooms had all kinds of bugs in them…crawling and flying…got a refund immediately afterwards since the front office said “that they can’t keep changing rooms” as if they offered that…which they didn’t.

We just stood for one night. But we felt a bit un safe. The other guests were smoking in front of the doors as if it was a lounge area. It smelled like cigarettes. It was a quick stay but a bit uncomfortable.

Wifi/internet was not working. Property would not fix after we kept insisting there was an issue as tv would connect to my hotspot but would not connect to their internet because tv kept saying there was an issue with the internet provider. Worst stay of my life.

Room was dirty and in disrepair. The bathroom door had big hole in it. On the plus side , I saw no cockroaches.

The water pressure in the shower was pretty low. It dribbled on my head and took forever to rinse out the shampoo in my hair. The air conditioner was pretty noisy, too. Aside from these things, the room was satisfactory.

Heater did not work well. Heater set quite high, but seemed to be blowing out cold air. Walls very thin. Neighbor woke us up at 2am swearing and talking loudly. Room itself was decent for the price, but probably would not recommend.

My girlfriend and I did not get any rest due to families on both sides of our room and screaming/crying children all night. I made a call to the front desk and asked for their help although any efforts they made were not successful. Additionally, the desk chair was disgusting and stained with what appeared to be bodily fluid and the blanked had a smoke burn (I had asked for a smoke free room.. although clearly it is/was a smoking room). I am requesting a full refund for my stay and I hope that Hotels.com will comply.

Front desk staff unhelpful and inadequate. Couldnt answer any of my questions without have toncall someone. Check in to a very long time. Also had tonreturn to the desk twice because my key stopped working. Our room was 2 buildings away so walking outside in the cold and in the dark to get to the desk was not ideal.also had to pay 100 deposit that took several days to release back to my card after i was told my card woukdnt be charged unless there were damages. There were also locals living at the motel screaming and fighting all hours of the day and night. .

Check in was a bit slow, as the clerk said they needed some time to input customer's information, which was a bit strange.

I found three flies and what I think was a stinkbug in the room over the course of a one-night stay. The bathroom had a strong chemical smell, possibly from industrial-strength adhesive of some sort. The shower head sprayed the ceiling, the sink and other parts of the bathroom. To boot, the water flow in the shower was weak. Also, the tub had no texture to prevent slips or falls. The staff was friendly, which of course is a plus. However, I do not expect to return to this property.

Convenient and friendly

The room was newly renovated and was quite nice with new furniture, a fridge and microwave. The renovation included the bathroom shower and complete tile works- the new fan was not working so moisture was a bit high in the room after our showers We relayed that info when we checked out.

On the bright side, the motel shares a strip with a ton of stores and takeout spots, including Starbucks, chili’s, a couple of pizza spots, Marshall’s, Barnes & Noble, Dick’s, etc. And for ~$85 a night, I could kind of forgive its shortcomings. TL;DR - An ok spot to lay your head for a night or two, but not great.

The bed was very uncomfortable. The air conditioner was very loud. The neighbors up all night being loud. Just was a bad night of sleep.

the room was petrifying. first of all, it’s more of a motel than a hotel. when we walked into the room, my shoes kept sticking to the floor with every step from how much chemical cleaner was used in an attempt to make this place look clean. the sheets had literal burn holes in them, the mattress was stained with what looked like blood, there were small hairs and stains on the pillows… but the bathroom may have been the worst part. the sink and shower curtain were stained with patches of yellow?? the ground has dead bugs and sticky dirt going up the wall, the shower head only trickled down water and the drain had hair in it. the phone in the room didn’t work. at night, people in the room next to us were screaming at each other for hours. we tried to call the front desk because he told us to press 0 for anything we needed - didn’t work. i could not wait to leave as it was our only option in the area at the time.

Just a Dirty property. Beds need replaced- pillows were old and lumpy. Crumbs dirt and hair on the floor. A/c was so loud I couldn’t even speak to my spouse at a normal volume

Clean, easy access to interstates

The room I had was in the back of a block of 8 rooms-4 on either side. There was little to no place to drive or park. There were woods on the right side of the small area to pull in to get to your room and little lighting. I felt very unsafe. The smell in the room was toxic-there was no way I could have stayed there for a night.

This place was a dump. It was old and super dirty. The mini fridge door was hanging on by a thread and was leaking water all over the floor, the bed linens were old, looked filthy and needed to be tossed! Next door Neighbors lived there and sat outside smoking weed, talking and choking on smoke until 3:30am!! I couldn’t sleep because I thought they would break into my car with all my daughter’s new door stuff!!! It was awful!!! Only stayed because we arrived at 11:30pm and didn’t have the energy to look for a new hotel in the middle of the night.. do not stay here!

The family that runs the property are very friendly and professional...the property is a bit dated and needs to continue to be renovated but it is very clean and excellent value.

I booked this last minute because I needed to stay in Syracuse an extra night, most of my regular places were booked, and the price was right. I just needed a safe clean place to sleep. I arrived around 11pm and the people behind the desk asserted that I had requested a smoking room. When I told them that I had not, and would prefer a non-smoking room, they asked me to wait 10 minutes until their relative could come check if they had any non-smoking rooms. I waited about 15 minutes and when he arrived he told me that they had no rooms available at all. I told him that I had made a reservation; how could that be. At that point he told me they only had smoking rooms. It was so late, I was tired, and at that point I just wanted to sleep, so I took one. I was instructed to drive around the building to the back. When I parked in the spot outside my room, the room next door had items on the window sill which looked like someone lived there. They peered out from behind the curtain which was a little creepy so late at night. I quickly entered my room and locked the door. The stench of cigarette smoke was almost as strong as the smell of the room "freshener" trying to cover it up. In addition, the AC was blasting. I was unable to adjust it, so I tried calling the front desk. No answer, so I unplugged it. Bathroom was pretty clean but had half-used toiletries. Overall, not a pleasant experience. I guess you get what you pay for ($99.)

This was a good stay, next to a very noisy road. Not enough blankets for the room. Tissues were empty. I would recommend this place.

The room was clean. Bed was comfortable. It worked for one night. However, you can hear everyone around you flushing the toilet and talking outside.

Stay was ok for the cost. Room was clean , Bed and pillows not great but for an overnight it was fine. Staff was helpful and helped me get my prescription glasses back after I left without them and returned a few hours later.

Arrived for a Graduation that turned into a funeral. Had to extend our stay, after explaining our situation the Manager extended my stay till we were ready to leave. No, problems, unlike the Red Roof in in Staunton.

Served the purpose for my trip down the Empire State Trail.

The room was basic but clean. The bathroom had been remodeled with the exception of the toilet. Very poor ‘flushing’ ability. The parking area outside of my room , in the 300 series of buildings, was very tight. Otherwise, it was fine for a night

Next door banged on the walls, someone banged on the door at night the first night and it looked like people were living in the hotel rooms in other areas. Our sink was clogged and we had just enough towels for one night. The lighting in the room was very dim and there was a gross smell in the room.

The property was amazing nice folks and clean rooms.

We found bugs in our bed

We'd planned on riding the Erie Canalway from Rome, NY that day. But the weather was absolutely horrible. We changed plans and drove to the Econolodge to start from there the following day. Despite the early arrival they had a room for us and went out of their way to accommodate our bikes and gear. We were warm, dry, found dining and groceries withjn walking distance, and slept well.

This Econo Lodge was very clean but it is old and out-dated. The water in the sink went down slowly and the coffee in the office was blah. Other than that it was clean.

If it were advertised as a 4 or 5 start hotel, I would not have been happy. Given the price I paid, however, I feel like I got a great value. King bed, AC/heat worked, had an ironing board so I could press my shirt, bathroom was dated but clean, bedroom/common area looked refreshed within the last few years. Non smoking room didn't smell smoky (as I've often experienced at budget-minded hotels). Happy customer. Would/will stay here again!

Where should I begin... There is a long list of issues with this place, stains on their bedsheets, flat pillows, the place smells bad, the shower can be described as slow drip, etc... too many to list. In short, avoid it at all costs if possible.

The room was disgusting! The sheets were covered in mold and dirt there was blood on the mattress, I'm pretty certain my daughter found a bedbug and the curtains were falling down. When I asked for clean sheets the man came to my room and handed them to me, I said no you change the sheets, when changing the sheets he tried hiding what looked like a blood stain, when I pointed it out and started taking pictures I was told to leave and was pushed out by the man

Room was clean and staff were friendly. However sheets had burn holes in them. Air conditioner/ heater buttons were getting worn out. Washroom was very out dated. Toilet water system was rusted through and taped with duct tape and leaking. Lots of stuff bent and rusting. Definitely in need of renovation. Better maintenance and cleaning protocols!!!! Would choose different place to stay next time.

Excellent, I stay here regularly when I visit Syracuse. Always clean, comfortable, friendly staff and parking is included.

The room was another story. It smelled like someone was smoking weed in our room. Very strong smell of smoke. The shower and sink had hairs on them, and there was a used washcloth hanging over the shower curtain. It was gross and not clean. TLDR front desk staff good, cleaning staff bad.

Overall stay was pleasant I only stayed for two nights. The front desk person was very kind I had arrived a little bit early because of a business alteration so they allowed me to check in early which was great the room was in a great location. The only thing that was an issue is not that bad it sounds disgusting but it's not that bad I found two long strands of hair in my sink when I arrived. Which I am tossing up to my early check in. Other than that my stay was very pleasant.
