Location It's a non-smoking hotel, but the cigarette and weed throughout the hallways were nasty. No air conditioning working in rooms. Mold in bathrooms and shower curtains filthy. This hotel is not worth the money I had to pay for 4 rooms. My handicap mom had to walk down a long hallway to get to her room no ramp at doors besides at the main entrance. I do not recommend this hotel unless they only charge 50 a night.

This is an old and tired building. But you get what you pay for. Some staff is super helpful, and other staff act like they don’t want to be there.

Upgraded us to the suite but that room was kind of dirty to. T. V. in the sitting area didn't have any picture but one in the sleeping area worked so we just made due

Room was clean, However it did smell of smoke, but the courtious staff offered to put us in a new room at no charge. Great breakfast, lots to choose from. Comfy bed. If your looking for a good nights sleep after a long day of travel with no bells and whistles at a fair price, this would be the right fit.

The room was pet-friendly, which is fine, but the sofa was covered in dog hair and smelled terrible. Sitting on it made our clothes smell, and we had to change right away. It clearly hadn’t been cleaned before our stay. The breakfast area also looked unappealing and was not well-maintained — the whole place felt dark and unwelcoming. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel and definitely wouldn’t stay here again.

Staff was welcoming. Breakfast is simple but there is a decent variety. Only complaint is the noise of the trucks from the adjacent area just on one side of the building. I’ve stayed here a couple of times and I would stay again.

We paid $167 a night because there was a Syracuse home game and rooms were hard to find and all were jacked up in price. The building is old. There were holes in the window curtain liners. The shower/tub did not have a shower curtain, only a liner which was torn at the top with mildew at the bottom. The TV had a constant line down the screen. There was no kleenex in the kleenex holder. Outside, there was trash around and beer bottles. We left a day early and won't be staying there again.

1st sheets had yellow stains, pillow case had red stains and mattress had a sink hole in it..second room water went from hot to cold no in between, water would not run when switched faucet to the middle for warm water..no microwave..tried checking in at 2:30 women at desk said it was too busy and she couldn’t check us in..there was not a single soul except for us

The parking was fine. The front desk check in was not a comfortable experience. The girl was not friendly. The jacuzzi tub leaks, the room phone was broken. Carpet was wet around the jacuzzi. The housekeeping staff was not friendly at all and borderline rude. I do not think I will stay here again.

Jacuzzi room infested with black mold. Was shown 2 other rooms that were even worse where you could smell the mold in the air. We chose to stay elsewhere due to safety health concerns.Guy at the desk said he would have manger refund the next day and never did. Expedia could not contact hotel for a refund. Avoid this place like the plague. I would give it 0 stars if I could.

Did not like no elevator, no eating accommodations room was not fully clean initially hard to reach front desk, no phone number directly to hotel on website, non working number on hotel card, front desk argued about number until realized it didn't work. Hotel lack repairs of building by owner who took over property. I do not recommend this hotel. Too pricey for what was offered

The staff were very nice and helpful, no complaints there. The room seemed clean but outdated. The towels were fluffy but had strings hanging off them. The pool was closed down so that was a bummer. Didn’t hate our stay, but it could have been better.

Staff were extremely helpful, very nice, the room was just average. This place is old and could use an update. Breakfast was good. We did have one issue, when we got into the room I pulled back the covers and there were blood stains on the top cover. I immediately called down to the desk the employee apologized and within 20 minutes an employee brought up clean linen.

The breakfast was the bare minimum. Frozen breakfast sandwiches that took forever to warm in the antiquated microwave. Also, the was not a microwave in the room. We survived the one night we stayed but would never book here again.

The amenities described on your website was incorrect. There was no pool nor bar/ lounge. The pool was covered and filled with trash and sludge. One of the exit doors was shattered/ It appeared the glass was getting ready to fall out. Only positive thing I can say is the room was cleaned. However there was something wrong with the door, very hard to open. The shower was stuck in between shower / bath and the water was slow to drain. By the end of my shower I was standing in about 6 inches of water. Overall a very disappointing stay.

Will not be staying here again. I booked this hotel in part because it offered breakfast, which was not mentioned at check in. I ended up finding out on their website that they do, in fact, offer continental breakfast. Room was dirty, both the bathroom and walls in the main room. And there is no maid service on the weekends, so all outdoor trash cans were overflowing onto the ground with trash. Which smelled terrible & brought flies. I do not recommend this hotel.

Lots of construction workers staying here and hanging out in the parking lot at all hours of the night. The phone in our room kept ringing for no apparent reason and waking us up but no one on the other end of the line. Our room smelled like they had been trying to be covered up. Thank God, the bed was comfortable.

Place is very old there was no pool, beds and seating haven’t been replaced is 30 years no working vent in bathrooms. Breakfast just breads and apples. Will not stay here again

The room was filthy dirty. The whole room smelled of mold and there was mold growing up the head boards of both of the beds. There was animal toys and hair accessories left on the carpet from the prior stay. There was also about 20-25 people partying right out side my window on the sidewalk of the parking lot and at the entrance of the door I needed to use to enter the building. I felt very unsafe when walking in past them and having to ask them to slide over so I could walk up the stairs made me feel very uncomfortable. I also worried about my car being parked outside of my window because that's where they were hanging out and partying

I didn’t like that we couldn’t close the heavy curtains only the light curtains that let the light through in the morning

The room was not particularly clean, the fan/AC air coming in smelled moldy, the bathroom smelled of mold and the drain of the shower / tub was clogged. A couple of the pillowcases smelled as if they had not been washed after prior occupants of the room checked out.

Worse hotel, worse services and staff and management was very unhelpful, rude and confusing. They lied about our reservation and made us rebook another just to take our money, even though they said we’d get a refund.

£85 pounds for a 2/3 * hotel is diabolical.

When we got to the hotel, we went to our room but found out it was not ready or had been cleaned. We spoke to the manager and he immediately apologized and gave us a suite which worked out perfect for our stay.

The chair in our room was pushed against the wall, we moved it forward to sit in it and sat in it and it fell backwards one of the legs on the back of it was broke, it was pushed against the wall you couldn't see it was broke, thankfully no one got hurt when the chair fell! Room was ok , kind of dusty ,old furniture, outside of hotel had beer cans and overflowing ashtrays with garbage in them.

Room smelled like an old library, AC unit didn't work until a few hours later even though the room temperature wasn't what we set it at. Hot tub semi worked, drain wasn't plugging even with the lever switched up to block it so had to keep refilling it. Faucet was dripping so when we got in the tub was already filled with like still water. Breakfast was ok. Waffle batter was either old or just wasn't good tasting but the microwavable sandwiches and OJ were good but they're store bought so kudos somewhat. All around was a mediocre stay at best but the redeeming quality was the bed being extremely comfortable and good smelling. Which is weird that the room smelled but the bed didn't.

They need curtains on windows for privacy remote had no back smelled musty and people trying to break in other rooms when showering

The bed was great very comfortable. The toilet and bathroom was very small i felt like i was sitting almost on the floor. Couch was old but still comfy.

Where do I start? Couch was stained, Bed was stained, both contained many hairs and brown specks in sheets on arrival, curtains and chairs ripped, missing light shades, smelled musty and like old cigarettes even though it was non smoking , brown and white stains on bathroom wall no microwave, external door to hotel was not secure and did not lock. Did not feel safe, left without spending the night.

The rooms were dirty. First room we had the toliet made a screaming like noise when we flushed. The pull out bed in the couch was broken. The second room they put us in the door was falling off hinges, bedroom window had a huge crack with the glass splitting apart and was being pieced together with scotch tape. had to stop my 3 year old from touching it so he didnt cut his hand. The toilet was loose and moved when sat on. My fiance almost fell off at one point.

The rooms wasn’t properly cleaned. The desk chair legs were very dusty. The sink had residue dirt and the comforters were very old.

I wished that it was a bit closer to the fairgrounds. There were 2 live ants on the bathroom floor (that I killed). I did not really look around the property or the building. The breakfast was better than some hotels, not as great as others.

This owner cares ZERO about this place. It’s dilapidated and very old feeling. He had no night staff so when he checked us in he did not make eye contact, say hello or welcome us in any way. No instructions for wifi or breakfast. The check in guy was the worse I have seen in a while. I would not recommend this place to anyone. It also cost 200$. Save your money. Go elsewhere

This hotel was a little run down. Ceiling tiles are water stained and some are missing in the hallways. In the room we had the bathroom floor was dirty, we found 2 spiders in the shower, the outlet for the hairdryer didn’t work and every time we flushed the toilet I r washed our hands the water pipes made a squealing noise. Our main room the bedspread had yellow stains on both sides, the WiFi was terrible and the tv didn’t work very well.

The hotel is run-down. The rooms were like ovens when we walked in, and the air conditioning in our first room never worked. They did switch us to another room on request. The breakfast was terrible. Think typical nofrills motel breakfast, and then take it down a couple of notches.

Our room’s key didn’t work, a gentleman cleaning the hallway used his master key to gain access. I had to go back the lobby where I was told the key wasn’t scanned. Over all, this property is in much need of up dating, better cleaning practices and customer service training

Hotel is old, run down and in an industrial part of town. The ice bucket has some kind of liquid gel in it and no plastic liner. The door was hard to unlock to the room. The key didn’t open outside door C. When it was locked. I wouldn’t stay here again.

First of all, ALL exterior door locks have been REMOVED, deliberately. Management said " too many people get locked out) bathroom fan broken, bathroom bad odor, tv unusable, limited breakfast, no hot water for tea, only coffee urn to replace broken main machine. Few outlets in room, outlets on lamps mostly inoperable . WET dog pee on carpet in room. Detergent machine broken in laundry. ALL firedoors propped open next to signs requiring them to be closed. The staff was unfailingly nice and polite, but helpless and over whelmed. Property needs complete overhaul.

Not my usual type of hotel and without the fit and finish and conveniences I am used to. But for the night before the Eclipse I did not have much to choose from and this hotel was an acceptable solution.

It was good, only a few things. Duvet cover and a few other things were dirty (had streaks on them, a cigarette burn and black hairs on them) the fridge was nice size, but being a handicapped accessible it was not convenient to have an xtra cupboard door in front of it going opposite way. (Counterproductive)

The property is very run down and dated. It needs a serious updating and some TLC. The breakfast was a bit pathetic 😟
