It's a very nice airport hotel. They let us check in early and helped us get an airport shuttle very early in the morning. The room itself is pretty generic, but it serves it's purpose.

Most eelffectuvw and efficient check In I have ever experienced.

The bed and bathroom were clean but everything else was very sketchy. Limited food available but we were able to go to the store and buy our own food. Staff was really nice and extremely helpful.

The hotel Rooms were damaged and in need of renovation not worth the cost or stay!!

Waited 40 minutes for check-in. Clerk kept disappearing. Received an upgrade to a bigger bed because of it. The room also had a small kitchen devoid of any dishes or utensils but the literature said it could be ordered from the desk. Breakfast was coffee plus a "Grab and Go" which meant small fruit bars or muffins and packages of oat meal to make in a coffee cup with boiling water. Nothing cold, nothing healthy and only two seats available. You had to carry all these back to the room. The room had no bathroom safety bars, one roll of toilet paper, a kleenex box but no an alarm clock. You must have an I.D. to check in. Phone calls cost money whether completed or not. Internet was difficut to connect, had to call and get the password and the good internet cost more. Another strange feature is that there was only one door to get into the building and only one door leading to the back large, unlined parking lot. And it took a room key to drive into the parking lot. There were two chairs in the room, one desk chair and on soft chair. The telephone message lite blinked contiiuously for three nights even though there was no message. The bed was comfortable.

They had everything we needed pots pans, dishes, full size fridge and cupboard space up above and down below. They didn't have a cot, but other than that staff was really great and helpful, not rude and condesecending like the last couple places we stayed at 🙄 also it's cool that you use a key card to get into the parking area.

The staff is very helpful and accommodating.

This room was clean and perfect for a night's stay to watch a game at Cheney and not have to drive. Bathroom was clean, bed was clean, serviceable amenities, attentive front staff, quiet at night, and it was nice to park your car behind a gated area. Safer area of Tacoma, will definitely stay again.

Location was a center part of the experience. Right across from the mall easy access to food/entertainment during the stay.

Room was in decent shape and it was close to the mall. However I waited over 20mins to get checked in, had to double park while checking in because the main lot is behind a gate, and the elevator was out so had to take stairs to 3rd floor. Hotel lobby and hallways smelled of smoke and room key loses programming when in purse next to cell phone.

Elevators were down so walking up the stairs was a pain with suitcases and bags. The recliner in the room was broken and there were hairs in the shower and bathroom sink that hadn’t been cleaned and there was a lot of dust everywhere. The curtains were stained with a mysterious red substance as well. Staff was friendly though!

The only thing that was good there is a staff was outstandingly friendly the elevator was broken down we are both in our late 60s they put us on the top floor with two dogs your breakfast was a joke it was those tiny little mini muffins and a cup of coffee I'm talking a little tiny package things you had to walk around to the front door just to get in and your parking was out in the back for being a full kitchen there was no utensils plates anything that I asked for things and then they still never gave us any silverware or microwave was blowing Sparks and they said they'd have to change rooms for us to get a working microwave which they never did they never called back a horrible stay do not recommend it

All around bad. Police were there in the morning. It was very loud every night i stayed so i didnt get any sleep. There pretty much nothing in the room no coffee maker you have to request everything so that's very inconvenient especially if its busy and you cant reach the frint desk

Elevator not working and public spaces pretty darn dirty, but the staff was nice. Wouldn’t choose it again.

Room was clean. Staff was nice, getting to and from the gated parking lot is kinda a pain in the butt, but what stands out the most is the same couple ladies w their dog smoking right outside the main door. Sign says 25 ft from the entrance. It stinks and not everyone wants to smell it. If they are guests the staff should ask them to step away from the building.

The room was not good. The curtains were stained and nasty we didn’t touch them. The lobby was a mess, floor was filthy, elevator floor was visible dirty and sticky. We only stayed for less than 9 hours had we spent more time I would have made us move to a different hotel.

The staff here was completely amazing very personable Enjoyed my stay. I always enjoyed my stay here. Nikki has been very helpful with finding out things and helping me deal with issues …. Megan has been amazing with problem-solving for me so that is definitely an extreme plus.

Megan is so pleasant to work with extremely helpful as well. Courtney is amazing Tammy very pleasant as well. Christina always a delight. Matt is amazing at the front desk and amazing with the room service and I love the fact that anything that’s going on with your room day or night. They are always right there to make sure that you’re comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone to stay long term or short term. Niya

This place has the best staff. My son and I stayed here for a month as we transitioned to our new home. The place was kept clean, friendly staff, and excellent customer service. The rates were fair, and much lower then places that werent as safe. I would stay here again anyday over other options

Breakfast was very limited with mainly coffee/tea and basic items like toast/eggs were not there.

Lack of amenities, like towels (2 only provided) , pillows (2 only provided) , no internet and no breakfast as described on web site. Also, construction started 8 AM, not specified on web site. Very disappointing.

The staff were very nice. They do not have an ice machine or you cannot get a wake-up call. Some of the drywall is coming off.

I wouldn't recommend this place. The clientele is sketchy. The "free breakfast" isn't much of anything and they should've even bother. The front desk is empty 80% of the time. Check out the near by Holiday Inn instead.

I had the worst experience. I had to cancel after the first night. My room was filthy. Poop all in the toilet, floors filthy dirty with hair everywhere. Gum in sink. Stains on shower curtain. Stains on the walls/bathroom door with hair stuck to it.

Front desk ladies have been nothing short of friendly and always going the extra mile for myself and any others staying here. The manager has severe personality disorder issues.. one day you’re possibly dealing with the fakest nice guy and next day he’s a snake with a stick up his.. what you see is not always what you pay.. beware and take heed when giving him any sort of payment cards. If you disagree, he’ll just go in your room and start setting it for checkout or send a maid and call it the weekly stay over I never had while being there for almost 5 months. He’s great at picking and choosing his battles for the day.. usually every day. Just stay clear of Antonio’s path & you’re in safe hands here otherwise.. He’ll be sure to check you out promptly between 7-9am and cut your WiFi off too though checkout isn’t until 11am.. wanna dispute? He works “WEEKLY” (Mondays and Tuesdays usually..) 7-3! Good luck finding Waldo! Aside from all that - clean property for the most part, and the convenience of also being right next to the major freeway is a perk and the sound doesn’t affect your ability to sleep either! Their housekeeping and maintenance guy Viktor take great care of the property overall and ensure the rooms are comfortable and clean! I couldn’t be more thankful for the ladies at the front who made my stay a little bit enjoyable considering the circumstances! Thank you Joanna - Sheryl - Allie & maintenance/housekeeping!

The hallway to our room was cold to the point of needing a jacket. The hallway smelled like urine. Our room was dirty, dirty towel on counter, brown stain on comforter, and a crack pipe in the kitchen cabinet. We got another room and it stunk of urine.

It was average and kinda overpriced

I was not happy with the stay. I didn’t sleep for the two nights because the bed springs was all against my back and sides. Even my husband switched spots with me and same thing happened to him. The room smelled weird. The fridge was making a loud noise non stop the whole time. And sounded like water was constantly dripping down in the walls. The ac didn’t work, the room was stuffy inside. Even took us an hour to check in. It was our first time staying there. For what we paid we will not be staying there again.

Rooms and hallway smells terrible. Stay somewhere else if you can. There is a string stench all over the building. We were ready to leave as soon as possible but can’t get refund so we had to spend the night.

The staff was amazing! We really appreciated being able to use reusable cutlery and silverware. So when it comes to eco-friendly, having the kitchenette and having reusable bowls and spoons was great! That was the best hotel coffee I’ve ever had down in the lobby. The only reason I am not giving this trip five stars was less than ideal level of clean upon checking in.

The property was confusing to find. The drive into it should have signage and lighting.

The staff were great, very helpful and always willing to help with anything.

The staff was kind enough to give me cleaner for the Tub so I could to take a shower. After cleaning the tub, I hopped into the shower only to find that the mechanism needed to divert the water to the shower head was missing! After alerting the staff of the situation, she did give us another room. The second room was much better. The Staff did a good job at taking care of the situation but we should not have been put in a dirty room with a nonfunctioning shower in the first place.

Fast access to shopping, restaurants. The personnel were all very kind.

The area was very sketchy, homeless and transient around the hotel. The rooms were so dirty, the room floor was sticky, and wire white socks and they were black when left. The refrigerator door had food and dirt on handle. There were crud behind door. The elevator floor was filthy..

The property is run down, the staff were very nice and helpful. The room was clean, furniture is okay but the building itself needs some work. Also, there’s no way to get into the building from the parking besides the the front door so you have to drag your bags all the way from the back parking or leave them unattended on the front porch while you park.

The front desk is was amazing. They may be slightly short staffed as we asked for kitchen stuff multiple times and didn’t receive. But that’s ok we made do. Room was clean, hotel was quiet. They have a gated secured parking lot, that was nice. Would stay there again for sure!

Having a kitchen & large fridge was great. It appeared a haven for low imcome people needing housing. But everyone was nice & when available, accomodating. The floor was cleaner than other places we've stayed. Day to day housekeeping is not available. Very dog-friendly.

I went to check in and when I did they told me there was no rooms available even though I had a reservation. I was told I should have received a call earlier that day which I never got. Trying to find a room at midnight is almost impossible!!!

No housekeeping prior to arrival. The one employee on duty working front desk had to clean our room. Check in took 2 hours. No housekeeping available on day 2 but we did see a housekeeper. He said he isn't assigned to our room. He was only one who showed up for work and he only wanted to do his assigned bare minimum, obviously. We weren't able to get any service.

We didnt stay because Extended stay did NOT take our dorm of payment 2 differnt ways NO CASH AND NO CASHAPP.

The room wasn't very clean. There was small debris on the floor and M&M's in the corner of the closet area. The bathroom sink was very slow draining. The "grab and go" breakfast could use a little upgrade. The coffee was good. We will probably stay there again when in Spanaway

I thought that it may have been someone cooking, with spices that were unfamiliar to me. I got to my room and the smell was worst and everything looked as if the furniture

Location was great but our room had a pair of dirty socks from a previous visitor. There was hair all in our tub and on the wall. Carpets smell like they could use replacing.

My stay was okay - it was very reasonably priced which was good! The issue was my check in...the front desk person was very nice, but had watery eyes and a very red nose, was all congested and sniffling, rubbed her nose several times with her hand. After doing so she touched my id, credit card, and the two room keys. I immediately went to my room, washed all cards with soap and water, then washed my hands. Three days later I still came down with a very bad cold! Yuck!

For the amount of money that we spent on the room the room was needless to say mediocre had a weird odor was not thoroughly cleaned there were hair balls all over the floor from previous tenants dog hair and the hotel itself had an odd smell the elevator floors were disgustingly dirty

The room itself was beat up. And while the bedding seemed clean enough. Everything from the floors to the table surfaces and the bathroom felt grimey. It served its purpose. If youre younger and out going to a show or exploring/vacationing around, and looking for a cheapish place to stay. This might just work. Other then that. Pay the extra 60 a night and get somewhere a little more refreshed. The staff were nice enough though. So that was a plus.

Staff reported that there was only one cleaning person that day. Too many people were told to come back at the check in time (3:00) and still the rooms were not cleaned. The manager started to check in guests which was nice. When arrived to our room after midnight, only the bed was made up. We stayed two nights and the bathroom was never cleaned.

Hour long wait just to check in and rooms were not clean. They said it would be clean by the time my concert was over and it wasn’t. Staff were not very helpful and only got a 47 dollar refund. Would not recommend this hotel AT ALL

Took about an hour to check in with three people ahead of us. Looked like the place hadn’t been cleaned in days. Floor was disgusting throughout common areas. Room was also dirty and had a terrible smell. Lucky for us we did have clean sheets on our bed. Ran into another patron at 12am that found out her bed had dirty sheets. They gave her clean sheets to put on her bed herself. I understand the hotel was short staffed, but there should have been extra planning around high volume of check ins due to an event at the Tacoma Dome. We will never stay at another Extended Stay.

Although this is an older property it is clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. The only thing lacking is the advertised free breakfast is made up of coffee, packaged muffins and granola bars. The free wifi worked great.

while the exterior of the building is impressive, the interior of the rooms could use some improvements. The furniture, such as chairs, are worn out and in need of replacement. The rooms themselves could benefit from some upgrades and a fresh look. Despite the interior needing some attention, the staff at the hotel are outstanding. They are dedicated and friendly, always going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. Overall, this property has great potential, but would greatly benefit from some renovations to match the excellent service provided by the staff.

Did not have a shower curtain. Bathroom floor was filthy. Found wrapper pieces and "rocks" on carpet. Ended up allergic to pillows...soap or internal pillow stuffing.

Love the security staff is amazing, it’s quiet and simple no hidden fees.

We would have liked to know at check-in or posted in room The wifi code, the secure parking arrangement. The reasons and or how to get dishes, coffee pot etc. that we thought would be there. Make sure you walk your dog before dark around the area.

Everything else made me cringe. But I guess that’s what you get for a $115 hotel stay.

This property allowed another person to check in using my Expedia account. They did not check an ID or credit card to verify that the person who made the reservation was actually me. When I called, they refused to rectify the situation and even hung up on me.

The "free breakfast" was a granola bar and old coffee. Pictures are nicer than real life. This was not my top choice, not even top five, but happened to be in town on a weekend were everything else in the area was sold out.

Carpets and walls were extremely dirty, the room smelled of must and mold, and even the appliances looked banged up. There was dust all over the desk and lamp, and of course, there were the hideous yellow horror movie lights that were just blinding in that room. Absolutely terrible, and I’m so sick that I just paid that much for this. On top of that, the front desk woke me from my sleep just to call and ask if we would be extending…when I had only booked one night. I’m thinking NOT!!!!!

The rooms were okay, nothing special about them. I made a reservation at this location and put an accompany on the room. They told me I had to fill out an authorization form (which I had no problem doing) to authorize my card with a different person checking in. When my accompany came, immediately the MANAGER was rude and dismissive towards her. Dan continued to help other people who came AFTER her instead of checking her in first (since she got there first). Once I got there, when I went to talk to Dan, the manager, he didn't let me voice my concerns AND talked over me. He instead, started blaming my friend for being "rude and not knowing about third party and how the system works" THEN when my friend came next to me it was like a flip switch. He then started blaming the gal who worked there for making the mistake. While he was talking, I was trying to get a word out and he just talked louder.....it was truly awful!!!!!! Definitely NOT staying here again and would recommend you don't either! I work in customer service and that was absolutely NOT okay!!

Simple easy neighborhood area is decent right next to mall loved the free gated parking internet was fantastic all for the price I was in heaven. I travel allot and I hate extra fees and such this place does not do anything like that at all. No destination trip fee, nothing at all.
