Quick stay for ASU graduation. Really pleasant staff. Easy checkin! Room was clean and very comfortable. More amenities than we needed for a 1 night stay. Breakfast was decent. If we ever needed a hotel in Tempe again, first choice.

Close to shopping stores Room 214 door does not lock. It smelled and white spots on couch was told since we did third party reservation they couldn’t move us. Also my second room the put us in handicap and my understanding they had plenty of rooms available.

The property is wonderful! We stayed the weekend for soccer games and I loved everything about it. The location was great, it was super clean and the rooms were spacious and clean as well. They have a large outdoor space for socializing and great amenities for the kids (teenagers) to stay entertained.

Pet friendly at a price. It was $75 to have my dog there for one night. There was hair in the shower….gross…not mine. For the price I paid, it was not what I was hoping for. Overall nice and clean except for the shower but the pet charge was outrageous.

The cleanliness - the fan had a thick coat of dust on it , my 1 year old was walking around our room and his feet were black and there was a brown bug crawling in the bathroom not sure what kind of bug it was

Comfortable beds. Our room was worn. Cracks in walls. Loose tiles in bathroom floor. Top rack of dishwasher was stuck and wouldn't pull out.

The breakfast was good. The bed was very comfortable. The shower door was missing a handle on the inside so that made it difficult to slide the door when getting in and out of the shower.

A friend and I did an overnight girls' road trip from CA to AZ for spring training and this hotel was just the right fit for us! For one, the staff was incredibly welcoming and flexible. Halfway through our road trip, I got a text from the staff that basically asked if we needed any special accommodations prior to check-in. Initially, I thought it was going to be an automated/robotic response so i was hesitant to text back. But it turns out, they responded normally, an ACTUAL HUMAN for once. I texted back asking for an early check-in if possible and they made it happen! Mariela at the front desk was great and extremely welcoming. Sloan Park is a little less than a mile and half away, so we just walked to the stadium. The Tempe Marketplace is also conveniently nearby with tons of stores (if needed). Lastly the room layout was my favorite! Felt like a little cozy apartment with tons of space for just us two. 10/10 recommend and would return!

Someone came to spray the room. Temp. Improvement. We had to keep spraying Lysol to avoid from smelling the initial odor. Just felt uncomfortable.

Room wasn’t ready at noon which I knew check in was not til 3. However, an employee checked in on me at 2:40 I believe and got me into a room.

Great service commun areas were nice but room furniture and pool furniture were worn. The breakfast had variety and healthy choices.

It was awesome! It is a perfect place for someone to stay for extended periods of time. I felt like I was in an apartment not a hotel. I would definitely stay there again. The breakfast was great on both days. Super close to the event I was in town for. It was 5 minutes away. Super clean. Room as all get out.

Trash from previous guest(s) left in room, big bag of Canes under the sink. Only noticed the big bag of trash cause the toilet also didn't flush, plumbing issues. No maintenance on site to take care of it. Had to get up and leave at 4am. Not staying anywhere you can't use the bathroom, was going to let the trash slide cause all we needed was a place to sleep, shower, and poop for one night, if you can't do that what's the point. Paid way too much for that, will never stay here again.

Super spacious suite with separate sitting/dining/cooking area and a bedroom with 2 queen beds. SO much room and walking distance to an amazing outdoor shopping mall with great dining options. Will definitely remember this place the next time we are in town for a sports tournament.

The hotel appears to be fairly new and the rooms are large with a mini-kitchen with full-size refrigerator, microwave, along with eating utensils…

The window in our bedroom was broken and wouldn’t shut, which was very uncomfortable. Our room was supposed to be serviced on the second day of our stay, but it wasn’t. When we asked the front desk, they claimed we had the Do Not Disturb sign out, even though we removed it at 12:30 pm. The staff member said she would make a note for the room to be cleaned the following day. We made sure not to put the sign out at all the next day, yet the room was still not cleaned. Overall, this was very disappointing.

This was our second stay at this hotel. The suite is well suited for families or working from the room. The location is great since it’s near the freeways and the Tempe marketplace shops. I will stay again when visiting PHX on the future.

Location Needs updating. Our room had wallpaper peeling in the bathroom, dirty around that or mold, kitchen cabinets was chipping as well. Anytime we took a hot shower the fire alarm went off. Too close to bathroom and fan didn’t work at all. Layout was odd. Pool was like a motel and gate didn’t work. Had to have another patron let me in. Just overall not what I’d expect for what we paid.

Hotel is starting to show some age and needs some remodeling work and a deep cleaning. However, the staff members were very friendly and helpful. Overall, we would stay here again.

Staff was very friendly. One elevator was broken. Had to walk to other side of building to use the other then all the way back to other side when we reached our floor. Not much fun with all the luggage. Area was nice close to Tempe marketplace.

I like everything about this property. Close to the freeway, restaurants, shopping and more. The pool was clean and in the shade when the sun is beaming. My sons love the basketball court. The room was very spacious.

I really like the breakfast and the staffs were very friendly.

The two bedroom suite was perfect. The beds were very comfortable, had a great night’s sleep after a day of moving my son out. The breakfast wasn’t bad either and you can’t beat free. Overall I’m glad we stayed there vs a higher star hotel.

The perfect place for the mini-break I was looking for. What made me choose this one rather than another I looked at? The ceiling fan!! I always say that would make all the places I’ve stayed great. A really really comfortable place to stay!

I did notify the staff that the door that separates the bedroom and “living room” did not shut all the way. Also the bed make this aluminum sheet should when you roll over. Ac works great.

No indoor pool

Hilton changed their pet policy to allow for cats. I'm HIGHLY allergic. Woke up to my eyes swollen shut and massive headache. Chair and bedding looked like a cat sharpened its claws on it. We will no longer be Hilton patrons given their policy change.

Rooms are spacious. Front desk staff was very helpful and responded quickly to our questions and requests. Hotel is centrally located with a lot of options for food and shopping nearby. The kids loved the swimming pool. The onsite laundry was also very convenient for our stay. We enjoyed staying here.

My family enjoyed our stay at the Homewood Suites In Tempe. The Environment was calm and relax. The staff was very professional and really nice.

Loved my stay there.

The late-evening front desk attendant was not welcoming or helpful. I had to specifically ask her for our room number and directions on how to locate it in the large hotel. Access to the room was a very long walk, and elevators were slow; it was difficult with baggage for us with mobility issues. We did not request handicap accommodations but noted this room was designated as handicap accessible. The room itself would meet ADA requirements, but I can't imagine this long walk or lack of assistance for someone who had requested this type of room. I expected more from this hotel.

I will choose the property if I'm ever back in the area.

There was no staff at the registation desk...waited over 15 minutes. They (2) came ambling back in carrying beverages which were full to the top. Will not stay here in the future.

Great stay, good breakfast!

Cons: walls are THIN. I couldn’t hear the bed shake next door, but I certainly heard their lovemaking noises. Very uncomfortable when I was in a room with my teenage daughter. Breakfast meats were gone by 8:45 each day, but the rest of breakfast was good.

We extended our stay again and staff were all very helpful. Although the little “hiccup” in the beginning but they were nice enough to correct it.

I know I can count on the consistently great things the Hilton Homewood Suits offers us. It is in a safe area, all the personnel at every level are helpful and friendly, the workout room is well stocked with high quality equipment and the daily breakfast is healthy, offering a wide variety of quality items to select from and the area is appropriately staffed for replenishment and cleanup by helpful and friendly staff.

Had a family member medical emergency. Had to take daughter to hospital on the evening we were to check in. Not able to enjoy the hotel stay and reservation. Would be nice to receive a credit or refund, but I gues Expedia or hotel would never consider that even given the circumstances

We enjoyed our stay generally. The staff were nice and polite when we had to interact with them. Minor things that we noticed that were not really deal breakers included that the shower head was stuck and could not be adjusted, the top drain hole in the bathroom sink was gross although it was hidden so most people probably don't notice it, and the hardware cap on grab bar in the shower came off.

Wonderful stay! Construction going on in the back of the hotel where 2 room suites are. AC and white noise sound from my phone blocked out the sounds. So spacious!

The morning of our check out my friend used the hair dryer to dry anothers hair in the process her head was tingling and soon after ine side of her face was numble and it did smell the room like burning hair. We informed the front desk but he didnt seem concerned.

Homewood Suites in tempe offers a quaint and convenient experience.

the site was fine but, I had to call the front desk numerous times due to the room above me making so much noise that we could not enjoy our stay or get any sleep. The guests on top of us were up late and got up early every morning. They were running all around the room, sounded like they were jumping off the furniture constantly. There had to have been at least 6 or 7 individuals, we could hear their loud voices and the screaming of both adults and children. First the front desk said there was no one in that room, then they said the main person had checked out and the remaining guests stayed behind. I was horrible, it started at 6AM and would not end until well after midnight and nothing was done about it! We checked out on Monday at 11AM and the loudness was still going on. We are Hilton Honor members and have never experienced such a horrible and undesirable stay.

We had a great stay, it was clean and very spacious. I traveled with my children and they enjoyed the room, mostly because it had a small kitchen and living room type space. We also had enough towels and that's a good thing to have especially when you are traveling with kids under 10.

There was damaged flooring in the lobby and both elevators. Ceiling tiles were old and discolored. Room was old looking with old sheets. Not as advertised.

The first room we stayed had strange shower arrangements. Also no sheets in bed. Broken pots and broken ice box. Air Conditioning stopped working at night.
