If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. We arrived in after 9 hours of driving at 2 am, we just needed a place to stop for the night to get some rest for our continued travels in the morning. I called ahead of time notifying them that we would be arriving later in the night such as 1-2 am, the employee on the phone said it wasn’t an issue. When we arrived, there were numerous people outside, doing drugs. There were many homeless people nearby, as well. We walked in, to check in, the employee was rude stating “you’re lucky, I almost gave your room away.” I notified him that I called ahead and he continued to just tell me that we were lucky he didn’t give it away. After entering our non smoking room, we were immediately greeted by the smell of smoke. The room was dirty, in-fact, there was a small pile of white residue that appeared to be a form of drug on the bed side table. We laid down, and tried to power through but the people outside were ridiculously loud. We ended up sleeping in our car at a local grocery store and felt 10x more safe and comfortable. 10/10 would not recommend staying here. I have stayed in many Motel 6’s that are nice, clean, renovated, and affordable- but this isn’t one.

This was the absolute WORSE experience I have ever had at any motel. The lady who worked the desk was absolutely rude. I’m pretty positive they gave MY ROOM to someone else because I supposedly “checked in” around 8pm even though I was still on the road. This motel was SURROUNDED by crack heads, one even dropped their pipe in the lobby! DO NOT STAY HERE. DO NOT BOOK HERE! They WILL try and steal your money and probably your belongings

2nd room: Molded dirty rag in corner of filthy floor, no pillowcases, sink stopped-up floating dirty water, curtains falling off rod, bed sheets wet-stained, Refrigerator broken and smelled horrible. Under bed was dried feces. I took photos. Two women assaulted by man driving around parking lot. Police were there and stated this was the worst hotel ever.

Nothing The room was trashed like it was never even picked up, the ac didnt work, the toilet was clogged, and to top it off the tv didnt work either. Went to the office and waited for staff for a hour to come and change my room a whole hour even though the sign they put up said 15 minutes..

Unfortunately, I cannot identify any positive aspect of my experience at this property. My experience at this Motel 6 was extremely disappointing and humiliating. After waiting over 30 minutes at the front desk in a very hot lobby, I checked the room for only a few minutes and immediately realized it was not what I expected. I did not feel comfortable with the room, the environment, or the overall condition of the property. When I politely asked to leave and requested a refund of my $61 deposit, the front desk employee refused to help, refused to explain the cancellation process, and spoke to me in a disrespectful manner. Instead of trying to resolve the situation, he dismissed my concerns and used the fact that my partner had briefly used the restroom after a long drive as a reason to deny assistance. I left feeling embarrassed, disrespected, and completely let down by the customer service What made the experience even more upsetting was that the employee took out a camera and started recording me in front of other guests waiting in the lobby. This was embarrassing, unnecessary, and made me feel humiliated. I left feeling disrespected, embarrassed, and completely let down by the customer service. Additionally, I am requesting a full refund to my credit card. I did not actually use the room and was inside for only about 5–10 minutes before deciding to leave. The room was not used for an overnight stay, and I left immediately after determining that the property did not meet my expectations. Given the circumstances and the treatment I received, I believe a full refund is fair and justified.

Lots of homeless people wandering around the property, people passed out in the stairwell every day. Spoke to front desk, they won’t do anything about it. No towels, no washcloths, no soap or shampoo. We were asked to use our own. No place to store clothes.

I have nothing good to say. Random people kept knocking on our door, there was hair in my "clean" bed, the room smelled like cigarettes, and I didn't shower out of fear of a foot fungus.

Like how rude good thing I did have pictures and he said he couldn't refund me that I had to get it through who I booked through like I paid here so I should get refunded here

Disappointing

There were breaking the towels in my room where used and it looked as if someone had laid on bed also no remote for tv after it taking 2 hours to get remote realized cable were not attached to tv. Just went to sleep instead of it taking 3 or 4 hours to be able to watch anything anyway

When I check in the lady in the front desk didn’t even make eye contact and her appearance was completely inappropriate for the job, when I received the key to the room, the room wasn’t “clean” and had a heavy smell of tabaco and didn’t even have towels to take a shower. Check out in just 3 hours. Couldn’t handle it

The first room was super nasty and had bed bugs, and think they put me in there on purpose because the hotel had lots of open rooms yet put me in the nastiest room they had good thing my wife caught the bug problem before I got to the bed

I stay here quite a bit and I realize that it's under new MGMT but I hope they hire someone to fix up all the rooms so everything works finally. Plus, the entire hotel needs to have the ancient television replaced with new ones and new remotes that actually work and television that can do anything because these old TVs they have there with the crappy cable service they have their and broken remote and broken TV and everything is just really makes me feel like those rooms are not worth more than at the most $25 a night for single and $30 a night for double Max that's tax and everything included.

What did I NOT like 1. I did not like the fact that you advertise breakfast and don't actually serve it! 2. No shampoo, had to walk 700ft to the office, to get it. and the fart fan in the bathroom didn't work. Florescent light fixture above bathroom sink took apart the approximately 20 minutes to come on and be bright. Only 1 towel per person!

The staff was exce well the thing that mostly stood out was I lost my debit cards in front of the building's entrance and one of your staff I wish I remembered his name really nice guy with tattoos bigger guy he found my card save it for me in the next morning when I was checking out he had it ready to go for me that was very honest of themllent as a matter of fact I lost my debit card in front of the entrance and one of the staff members picked it up marked it and put it away for me in the next morning is when I realized it was gone it was in there in the office waiting for me that was pretty honest though

Bathroom floor was wet from leaking water from shower, (prior to showering), Lights did not work. No mini fridge and microwave as advertised.

The room was not like the picture in the ads. It was very run down. The shower leaked all over the floor. There were only 2 towels for the entire stay. When I tried twice to get them they said they were out. The noise level went all night every night as people were either loud in the next room or upstairs and people were constantly walking around all hours of the night.

Everyone is kind. I've been here 5 days and the cleaning service has changed since there is a new owner due to his overwhelming demands of them with minimum pay.

The staff is excellent. They didn't have a handicap room so they upgraded me. The next night they found me a room close by. I love that my cat is welcomed. I feel safe around here.

Very nice friendly front desk staff. Gave me great suggestion for dinner at a nearby restaurant. Looks like some remodeling was being done... Room was adequate...a/c was good...Commode lid was not totally secured and the whole commode rocked...it did flush well though. Well lit parking... not the worst I've stayed in ... for money it was adequate....

The folks working there were real nice! Rooms smelled like mold, things were broken, into the late hours of the night and into the morning theres a lot of foot traffic and you can hear everything everyone is doing. The price is fair, and theres a microwave and snack machine in the office so thats cool.

The clientele in the establishment was very loud past 3 a.m. on multiple days. Rooms are adequate; you get what you pay for, and I’m cheap.

My kids had lice , Expedia did not care told us contact properly but staff was on drugs clearly and did not care that we had complaints told us to find another hotel and sense we did not have the money they were not going to refund any of my money and no towels, 6 days I had to ask 4-5 times if they could bring us toilet paper and it never arrived 6 days and had the same towels / from the pool and my kids ended up with lice very disappointed and was never offered a remedy

Staff was very rude, online says there is breakfast, stayed 6 days we were told that they were short on clean towels and pool towels we had to shower with chlorine soaked towels for the entire time but I had kids and moving them to different hotel was very difficult, and to boot at the end of the 6 th day my kids were all three infested with lice and bed sores, tried to call Expedia but they were not wanting to at least offer some sort of remedy, never did they offer anything. Was not expecting that and the hotel told us that we had to call Expedia

I did not like the smell of cigarette smoke, the AC that didn't work, or the way the room cleaners were purposely making the front desk workers job harder by constantly interrupting her interactions with guests and refusing to write down information for her as she requested.

An okay place to stay just for overnight

Says they had breakfast they didn’t, no towels for 2 days, no lights in bathroom and was told the maintenance man left for the day and wouldn’t get fixed till the following day and never was fixed, no toilet paper, and I was walking out the room and had my vape in my hand and was stopped by the tweaker maintenance told me the facility was smoke free I tried explaining it was a vape and I didn’t smoke cigarettes he proceeded to yell and try and kick me off the property screaming at me around 3am I then called office to explain it to them that they should speak to the maintenance guy about him the entire week I was there was nothing short of unpleasant, unprofessional, staff , hateful, not helpful at all I had money stolen from me after begging for theee days to please have my bed sheets changed , immediately after my room beds were finally made clean of the 3day old dirty sheets myself and my children entered only to find our bag had been rifled thru and the maids were outside at the next room (in Spanish) talking about how my bag had all the towels in it and that they had now known where the towels went, these towels were mine I had moved back to Denver this week from Durango co after 5 month job. So yes my bag had everything I owned including a towels as well…. I thought things will get better but I knew that was not true, but I had no vehicle and I had 3 kids 4-5-6 and my hole apartment with me so moving to another hotel at that point was not an option, I told myself t woul

I had reserved a queen size bed through Expedia. I did NOT get a queen size bed. We were given a much smaller bed. We could NOT take a shower in the morning because the shower faucet was NOT working.

When I checked in the gal was great. However, my card never worked to get into my room, so I had to come to the desk to get the card reprogrammed every time I left and came back. Then there were homeless sleeping on the sidewalks. Then I asked to have a check out at noon and the rude gal told me that I would have to pay for another day.... she was very rude.... I won't stay there again.

It was a basic room for the price, the pool was open and clean. We didn't use it because of not having enough time. Quick and easy check in and check out

Room wasn’t the cleanest, small trash on the floor and near the sink. I mean I guess you get what you pay for. Front desk staff were all very friendly. Overall it was a comfortable stay other then the room not being super clean.

Old structure, old equipment

Although the day manager was a very nice man, my experience here wasn't the best. My room was very dirty, I found what looked like fecal stains on the covering of my toilet in bathroom. It smelled so strongly of feces it made me throw up the first few times I entered. My bed smelled dirty also, like feces. I took a nap first day and woke up with pink eye. In the morning I saw the reddish stains on the top covering of my bed, which was scary. Ive worked housekeeping before and I understand you don't always wash the duvet but you must if it's filthy. The bed was very smelly, I sprayed febreze and my perfume and it still smelled. I opened window as much as I could. I also saw a young woman cleaning the grounds looking inside my car the first day I arrived. Just got some weird vibes from 2 women working there, everyone else was very polite and nice. I just wish my room was a bit cleaner, but I appreciate the experience and the chance to get a room when I really needed one.

The pictures are not what the room looks like. Requested a microwave and refrigerator none there in fairness they did get me another room with those things however the shower was leaking and people just hanging out. Did not feel safe. Luckily didn't have a hard time getting my money back. I don't recommend staying here.

Motel is good but has a lot of fixing to be done. Our shower did not have cold water only hot. The toilet was not flushing correctly and the card to access the room only worked from time to time. Had to go and talk to the receptionist at least twice. The cleaning was not done either. Very disappointed, would not stay there again.

Cops. Drugs. Car accidents.. all of the things you don't want. I was pulled over coming out of the hotel. I get it. We are all trying to save a buck but unless you are like desperate... People do not stay here. Cops told me that. LOL.

A lot of people were roaming around the area and they weren't even guests. The rooms don't even have at least microwave and fridge unlike the motels Ive stayed before. So do yourself a favor not to stay in this place.

The room was dirty and the shower had hairs, it was uncomfortable sleeping in dirty and smelly beds, we had to leave the hotel the first night.

One of the lights in the room were not working. The toilet doesn't flush properly and the paint on the seat is peeled off.

The staff her really lovely, but the room itself was kind of terrible. When I first walked into the room, there was a terrible smell. The best way I can describe it is a mixture of mold and feet. When I tried to leave my room later, I couldn't get the deadbolt to disengage. I called the front desk and someone came right away (like i said the staff was lovely). Because the deadbolt was engaged he couldnt get in through the door. He tried getting in through the window but it was stuck and eventually he had to take the whole window out. Thankfully he was able to get the door open, but the deadlock was a no go and there were no other rooms available. Like I said the staff were amazing, but if there had been an emergency I would have been stuck. And even once the door was unlocked I couldnt use the deadbolt which wasn't great and made me feel extremely unsafe. Overall, the people were lovely, but the hotel itself was rather awful.

Terrible deplorable place to stay the staff is rude. He threw me out for no reason whatsoever said I had visitors staying overnight. I did not ask me to bring your ID if they come to visit I did that and they said they had complaints. Not once did they call my room or notify me of the complaint whatsoever I would not stay there. Was a good stay but bad area.

Our room was not cleaned other than a bed turnover. Our bathroom has blood on the walls and finger prints all over the bathroom door. There was also blood on the side of one of the beds. Our tv was damaged.

Told me I didn't have a reservation even when i gave her my receipt and confirmation plus said they had no vacancy but had rooms for people who were paying cash. Don't waste your time here. Plus there is people outside doing drugs. Not a good area.

It was tiny. Showed bath online but there was a tiny shower. Yellow spots on the wall that looked like pee. Bed was next to the air/heater not a safe space. Sunflower seed shells in the window. A lot of dirt in the window. The bathroom has nasty spots on the floor. Did not feel good about taking my sandals off. All around the worst hotel I have ever been to. It says free breakfast and there was not anything. We left at 6:30 am. Will not be going back there.

There was nothing my wife and I liked about this property. The room stunk like it had been smoked in for at least the last 50+ years, it was noisy not only from the freeway noise but the motel itself, the room was dirty, shower filthy, no coffee in the room, floor was sticky when you walked. I wouldn't even give this place 1 star, maybe a -3 stars. Avoid this place like the plaque.

I discovered that the mattress I slept on had a huge blood stain on it. The other mattress in the room was severely stained with god know's what and looked as if it was found behind a Goodwill. The room smelled of cigarettes and overall disappointing. I know it's a motel, but jeesh!!!! Where's the pride and integrity of Super 8???..... never again

The staff is really nice. They’re welcoming. Their pool is clean. Their rooms are affordable and it’s in a convenient location for anyone trying to stay in Colorado..

It wasn't what I was expecting. The only thing that bothered me and made me switch hotels was that I didn't have a mini-fridge or microwave which are only in 'deluxe suites'. If I didn't have a bunch of food from my road trip that needed stashed I probably would've stayed there. But I ended up leaving and cancelling my final two days with them and they were VERY helpful and kind about it all. Got refunded for the last two days.

They never gave me back my deposit and of course they are blaming my bank …why would my bank hold back a deposit from me

It was affordable it was clean now that it’s got new name/owners it’s more friendly hotel the staff is much friendlier than before but the cable extension didn’t work and not much I didnt get many tv channels the rooms air conditioner didn’t work and there was only one washcloth and no trash cans in the unit the vents are still a bit gross but it’s not as bad as before no bugs in the rooms ir not in the rooms s I was in

Thay gave me a room with a broken door I didn't realize it until the wind picked up and blew it open when I went to tell them they thought I was checking out I hope I didn't get charged for it but I ask before I checked out if I do get charged I'll be another review

Well showed up , look like homeless people were living there, a lot of different type people walking around all hours of night , barley sleep was worried about my truck, Dude keep staring his truck right out side, couple next door had tv up so loud, been in a lot of motels and hotels. That might of took the cake for the most uncomfortable place I have ever been. Would never stay there again, rather sleep in my nice clean truck😂

Staff was wonderful, helpful and courteous. Room was sub par, smelled like stale smoke, could have have been cleaner. Fan in bathroom cover missing, air conditioner vents were broken, not enough towels or wash cloths. Other hotel guests had someone knocking on their doors late in the night and talking loudly outside the door.

Horrible experience. I booked a room and was expecting to get a microwave and mini fridge. When i arrived in the room i noticed they were not in the room. When i tried to ask for an upgrade or a refund they refused. After several minutes they claimed i was harassing them and called the police. Police came to my room at 1230 am stating if i return to the office i will be renoved for tresspassing without a refund. Ridiculous that they treat paying guests like this

Unless you like staying in an old ass stinky ass hotel room I'll recommend this place for you but if you like something that's nice smells good you know it's clean well I recommend do not ever stay in this motel room

I had a great experience.

I had the worst experience at this Location i have ever had. It started when i arrived at the property and upon check in i was told my booking had been canceled and i no longer had a room there. I had to dig all through my luggage to produce proof of my reservation after pleading with the front desk clerk she was finally able to find my Paid in full booking and i was told it was a misunderstanding on her part and then allowed me to check in. So after about 30 mins i was finally able to check in. The next morning is when i really had a problem. i was so exhausted from working all day the day before and being in the hot sun i completely passed out. I was awaken by housekeeping knocking on my door which i quickly jumped up to answer the door. I tried to apologetically explain to the housekeeper that i had overslept and that i would quickly pack up my stuff and vacate the property asap. Tatianna the front desk clerk then called the room and rudely told me she was going to call the cops on me for checking out late. i told me exactly 15 mins to pack my stuff and leave the room and when i did the police where already there waiting for me. i never once argued or raised my voice to anyone i just packed my stuff and left as soon as in could and they had the officer alert me that i was tresspassed and they were putting me on the DNR list. I believe i was treated extremely unfair and will never return to another motel 6 ever again.

outdated, given only 1 room key for 3 adults, no tv remote, given only 2 bath towels for 3 adults, toilet paper holder broken, no extra toilet paper rolls given/partial roll sitting on back of toilet

The first room i was given had a 8in drip of blood on the wall, the second room none of the light worked and there was no comforters on the bed. And thr front desk lady was more interested in giving me a refund then getting me a room. If i booked a room i need a room not a refund

The AC wasn’t working for the entire time we were there. It got in the 90s in the rooms and there’s drug activity going on with the hotel employees and customers. Super shady spot.

The grounds were dirty. Tatiana was the best help there. The never mentioned that they didn’t clean your room unless we requested it.

Classico motel, purtroppo la piscina era chiusa, le condizioni della camera erano insufficienti, mobilio molto usato, dei 3 punti luce nella camera, non ne andava neanche uno, funzionavano solo i due nel bagno/lavandino. L'aria condizionata era di difficile regolazione, ampiezza della camera discreta. Il problema più grave riscontrato è che erano alloggiate molte persone disagiate, forse lì sistemate dal comune, tanto che all'ora dei pasti, passavano dei volontari per dare cibo gratis. Molte di queste avevano dei cani in stanza e nel complesso abbiamo soggiornato con un occhio sempre aperto.... Sconsigliatissimo, con pochi dollari in più si trova di meglio.

First of all was supposed to check in at 3 couldn't get a room till after 4 housekeeping knew we was waiting for her to clean our room she's took forever by taking smoking breaks and walking around had us waiting even longer in 95 degrees weather then our room was dirty shower had hair in it buggers on wall a/c blew hot hair in bed

Our room was dirty, ketchup on the floor, dirt on the shower floor. Bed was old, you could feel coils. Our room smelled. There were homeless people living around it and they were very noisy at night

I asked for a non smoking room and even though it was a “non smoking” room it smelled so bad like marijuana. Some crackheads just outside wandering around. Felt un safe

We booked the hotel for four nights but checked out after just 1 night. Couldn’t sleep because of the dusty mattress. Only one blanket was provided for 2 beds. Thermostat could not make the room comfortable. I had to stay awake almost all night because of cold and dust.

Once you were checked out, do not hang around do not want people hanging on the property that is not renting from them

They put me on the do not rent and didn’t even give me a reason why. I have two kids with me and we left completely find no issues checked out no issues came back later that day and they said I couldn’t book I asked why and she said she couldn’t tell me why. Didn’t even wanna stay here but when you got kids and no place to go you get desperate.

Front desk was very fast for check in.

The non smoking room had a weird smell to it. Possibly newish flooring giving off a fume. At 2a I had to call the front desk to help with an unruly guest that was having a party in their room blasting music. The front desk refused to help saying the manager is sleeping and they can’t leave the front desk. She asked me to wander around the property to figure out the room number and give it to her so she can call them. As a women the last thing I should be doing to do is wander around a strange motel at 2am to find out exactly who is the problem. The front desk continued to refuse to help so I eventually did wander around finding the room. Pleasant conversation but 20 min later the music was back up and disturbing everyone. 3:45 am the music finally stopped. Do not stay here. They will not provide a place for a decent night of sleep.

Not what I was expecting

Stayed 5 minutes before the smell of cigarettes and weed started an asthma attack. Immediately left and got a hotel room elsewhere. Supposed to be a non-smoking room. I get that it was a cheaper room rate, but being able to breathe should be included.

Terrible! When we arrived, the first room was so dirty we had to request a move. The second room was a little less dirty but still bad enough to where we had to go but bleach to clean before we moved our stuff in. The sheets and blanket had blood on them. The shower is ridiculous. The shower curtain has a burn hole probably from the crackheads that litter this place. Oh and the police have been here everyday of our stay and not to get a room! Horrible place! If I had $5 extra, I would have gone somewhere else!

Property hidden behind residential area right next to the highway but our room was on the opposite side of the hwy so, it was quiet. We really like the easy access to the parking lot,easy to go and come.
