room services staff are very friendly attentive asking if we need something all all time when we they see us.

They fixed and accepted to switch dates since i confused Thursday/ Friday lol thank you for that. Location and parking space. Noisy a/c

I have stayed at this hotel before because it is near the border, within walking distance to El Centro, and less noisy than staying in El Centro. The staff is terrific, from the front desk to the cleaning service. They helped me change from a room with an odor to a fresh room with better lighting. I was grateful. Used their recommended taxi service to go to the pedestrian crossing but alas, a bag with my diary/date book was left in the taxi. Am praying they will assist me in finding taxi driver Antonio who looked Asian so I ight retrieve my diary/datebook! My contact info is inside. Praying. Update: The amazing staff retrieved my diary/date book from the taxi they called, texted me photos, and we are arranging for a friend in San Diego to drive down and pick it up to mail to me. Bravo B My Hotel! With appreciation and gratitude!!

Clean and comfortable room. Free breakfast is a nice bonus.

Stairway lighting was pretty low. I left early due to unexpected political unrest in the country. Hope to return soon.

It does feel safe staying there if you plan to travel and know that where you are heading is near by which is why I stayed here. Highly recommend the staff is really nice and every one is welcoming

It's an okay place pretty clean and the breakfast is okay. One big problem is the location it's located in a very bad area I got stopped by the police when I was walking there I guess just because it was a bad neighborhood.

There is ample parking area when you have vehicle. Rooms are really huge and clean. Breakfast was good but the 1st day I came at past 8 and there is almost no food left and it is supposed to until 10am, anyhow, service was great.

Parking was great, they had parking attendant. The morning breakfast was ok not too bad. I got there alittle late so some ítems were missing. The staff was n all area was great. My only negative is that I asked for early check in and was denied. The front desk wasn’t that polite about my request either. And the location was alittle off in the distance yet walking accessible. Other then that it was an overall good experience.

Not the greatest location but it’s ok, furniture is on the cheap side of things but clean environment.

Facility overall was pretty hot! Taxi services were provided at the reception area (just ask) which was very convenient for tourism. Breakfast was supper yummy! No complaints what so ever! Just the hot

Giving this a five-star rating because as far for the category of hotel it's quite good. Somewhere else in the reviews someone wrote that they feel as though this hotel better qualifies as a motel, and I would agree, so this review is based on how it ranks among motels for me.

Great place. I have stayed here for 25 years.

The room was clean and spacious. The staff was nice. Safe parking with a security guard on duty. The only con was the AC unit was a little bit noisy but it was cool enough at night that i just turned it off. The bed was comfy. The included was pretty good too.

I expecting a king bed and I received a queen no dresser no mirror no chair no sofa just the bed and bathroom in a really poor conditions water faucet on the shower rrally hard to open and close no water pressure the floor was sticky and dirty also the breakfast was nasty and locations was around body paint car shop

The A/C is extremely loud and they need to replace them. Carpet will need to be replaced, it's been 10 years since new back in 2015. Continental breakfast is delicious. Location is actually very good for convenience and parking is safe and superior, even for a big pick up truck. Staff is extremely nice and courteous.

The toilet wasn't working very well

Its a clean and well kept hotel seems fairly new. Close to walk to restaurants and stores. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Beds, unfortunately, were uncomfortable.

The management doesn’t care about your comfort. I have proof of the awful loudness of their AC and bathroom that doesn’t flush and a cockroach crawling in the room and the breakfast room yet it does not matter. I had to cut my stay short and booked with a different hotel.

No mini fridge, no microwave, no hair dryer in your room. There's a ton of construction all around so its a bit noisy. The free breakfast was very good, but there was never any space to sit to eat because there were about 80 construction workers crammed in the eating area every morning, and we were all waiting on the food to be refilled. Honestly, I enjoyed my stay, was 100% comfortable, slept well, felt safe, so my goals were met. Just needed a mini fridge because I have a very restricted diet and brought a bunch of special food along with me that had to be thrown away on the second day.

It was our first time staying here. We had the two bed room and it was spacious. Friendly upon entry. Hotel overall was very clean. Location was convenient. Parking was easy. ONLY thing, i wish the bathroom had towel hooks. Would stay again.

Toilet pump was broken, no tv remote I have to call reception for one and to cam and check the toilet I’ll ask to change us to an other room but they said it was no available rooms we sleep with the noise of the water pump running we’re being stay at this hotel several times and this was our first time disappoint

For I don’t know what reason someone else have a key of my room and opened when I was on bed . I call the front desk and they have no answer to this problem , they just gave me a different key and no sorrys or explained what happened. This is a safety issue specially in Tijuana town of kidnapping and robbery. Super dissatisfied. The breakfast god like always . Best regards

Very easy to get to by car over US/MX border. Walking distance to downtown area. Staff was wonderful, amazing breakfast served late and underground parking.

Check in was good that cleanliness of the hotel was OK, the amenities in the room not that many,just too simple bed’s and the TV that didn’t work. They only really that part was someone making noise underneath of the hotel banging with a hammer on the wall or something that did stop only until 3:15 in the morning.
