Staff, very clean, safe, quiet, close to ave Revolución, shower has accommodation for those with disabilities. Beds were super uncomfortable. I wake up with back and neck pain and so did my partner. Furniture also seems outdated.

One block off Rev, less noisy. Next to medium priced good restaurant been there 60 years. Stayed there before and rooms were worn. Maybe I got a room in the newer wing or maybe they redid them but noticeable better. Good off street parking. “Good” neighborhood for TJ. On site security guard at night. Their onsite restaurant is closed.

I have stayed at this hotel manybtimes before, the first time being 25 years ago. Although this time around the room was much cleaner and relaxing in the beginning. While my partner and i tried to rest, the neighbor was talking a bit too loud. After he finished his loud conversation he began to scream, and sing out loud making super uncomfortable. While the neighbor was in the shower we could hear him shouting and screaming. We called the front desk and were dismissed and never did anyone show up. We decided to leave the premises and after explaining again why our sudden decision to leave the hotel nothing was done. The guard on the premises was of course useless. Too bad i used to like this hotel.

The lication is perfect, one block from Revolution. Close to restaurants, coffe shops. The hotel also has a restaurant. Staff is friendly, attentive and there's always someone onsite. The rooms are spacious comfortable, showers are perfect and most of all. The TV is huge and there's so many channels to enjoy movies and shows when relaxing in the room. Overall, we highly recommend this Hotel, see you in February. James and E.M

I always have a nice clean room and it's always quiet.

La Villa de Zaragoza is an older, but reliable hotel in Tijuana, that's a good option when on a budget, or for last minute trips. The location is ideal, and the hotel is quiet.

Went to check in the person told me I never made a reservation so had to find another hotel …. Saw the way he checks in people all by paper !! His system is prehistoric !!
- 3/5
The WIFI does not work, also HVAC system did not work. A TV guide would be helpful.

Safe area to walk to the "Revolución"
- 2/5
The rooms had a moldy smell so when I asked to change rooms I was showed a room but had left over cigarette smell so I had to pay for an upgraded room that was on the back building and although it didn’t have a bad smell the bathroom had mold. I would suggest looking at another hotel.
- 4/5
I liked the hotel because its affordable and I felt safe with a security outside. Its was also very close to a lot of restaurants and city life to enjoy.
- 5/5

It was my forst time staying and we stayed in the King room. It was clean and comfortable. It was recommended by another friend. Was close to Revolution St walking distance. Would stay again!

Zaragoza is a older hotel probably from the 70s. It is clean safe and reasonable price. Some rooms are remodeled but majority are not. On-site security for parking lot if you drive
- 3/5
It was near down town and didn’t like u need to pay extra for me more people when it says fits 4 people
- 3/5
The price was about the same as everywhere else . You get charged for everything and anything . The place is old and outdated. Needs a renovation
- 5/5
Location was clean and quiet there wasn't anthing i disliked
- 5/5
Very nice place to stay
- 3/5
Property needs rennovation. Specifically, the carpets are worn thin and stained. It used to be a good hotel for a good price. Now it's over priced and tired looking.
- 5/5
This is my go to place when I am in town. Its not a 5 star resort! but its close to everything and budget friendly. I will continue to stay here.
- 3/5
Necesita más mantenimiento y renovar habitaciones ya que todo está bastante desactualizado
- 3/5
Hotel básico, poco cómodo.
- 1/5
They charge and hustle to pay per person staying separate from your booking, on the side so they can make extra, complete scam. Don’t stay here
- 3/5
The place is nothing to rave about but its centrally located. The wifi sucks and it can get noisy at night. it's good for a one night stay.
- 5/5
Hotel was very private security, i felt very safe and was close to shopping and restaurants
- 5/5
great place to stay
- 5/5
My stay was very nice and comfortable. Room was clean. At check-in they give you remotes for TV and AC and take $20 deposit. My deposit was returned to me at checkout and everything was perfect!
- 5/5
I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The entire staff is SO friendly and helpful. They even called our taxi for us because we were unsure what number to call and then someone tried getting into our car and the staff yelled at them and went to us right away. I like that they have cameras everywhere and a guard. Also they are so friendly and made me feel comfortable. When I come back I will be booking with them again.

Decent Room.
- 5/5
Ive always stayed here when I visit Tijuana. Its in a safe and quiet location and walking distance from Revolucion. The hotel is a little dated but that does not deter me in the slightest. It is a good value and the staff is accomodating.
- 3/5
The staff and people working there are super nice. The room was clean, but so outdated. I was on the 3rd floor , it was hot outside, and AC worked only as ventilator. The towels were old. All cars parked there were from California. I guess it is a "to go" place if you need something cheap. Oh yeah, they do have an ice machine, but no way to take the ice back to the room.
