The place worked for a bed. I booked a room somewhere for the wrong dates and we needed a place. For the rate it was fine. It seemed clean, though the carpets were very stained. The only thing between us and the mattress was a sheet. I'm so glad I didn't see that until after we woke up. I would only stay there again if it was the only room anywhere available.

Stay was amazing. Clean rooms and quiet property. Check in was smooth. I’ll come back and stay again.

The parking lot was awesome had parking for semi trucks. The rooms were clean and decent. The down fall was that I was woken up by dawgs barking at 1030pm 430 am and again at 600am if you can sleep with a train passing by you’ll be alright but for me it was difficult that 1st floor hallway is amplified.

Bad experience! The area is really bad & ghetto it’s scary plus the lock on the door wasn’t working and the Worst is there was no cold water to shower! I don’t recommend this place specifically if your going with kids & family

There are only outlets on one wall of the room. No plugs by your bedside table. The bathtub had not been cleaned. There was hair in it that wasn’t mine. The mini fridge was cold and worked. The AC was good.

The AC worked but was noisy. I did not feel safe in the parking area and feared for my vehicle at night.

I ended up there because a family member forgot to hook us a room and these were the last two rooms avaliable that weren't $500 a night. I stay in simple motor lodges often and am ok with a simple room, but here I expected to find a chalk outline on the floor.

This is a pretty run-down hotel. The door was damaged, and the bathtub wasn't dirty, but it was falling apart, too. However, the staff was so friendly and professional! When we were having trouble getting into our room, a maintenance guy was called and he showed up right away!

This was the next motel after the screw up with premier inn, the room did not have hot water, tv did not work, and, the bed was uncomfortable, but, the ac did work. Kids were running up and down the halls around 1030 pm for about an hr. It was a room hut definitely, nit worth $175.

The room condition is horrible, the staff is ridiculous, the smell is awful, and I would not recommend anyone here

Tweakers in the parking lot and all over the hotel, rap music blasting from down the hall, reaked of cigarettes and dirty animals. Sketchy gang members all over as well. Check in and out within 5 minutes. If you enjoy life and living I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Walking into check in, first you are greeted with the smell of weed, cleaning solution, decrepitness and sadness. I would not recommend traveling as a single female. Check in was not comfortable nor efficient, not because of the staff, but because guests were having to run out to their vehicles for cash or ID. The facilities were run down, broken, or had just given up on life.

Room was clean, towels were nice, bathroom was clean and overall a great stay. The lady at the desk was nice and professional.

While it was ok I feel it was misrepresented. There were people that were clearly sex workers all around the property with others loitering in the parking lot at all times. While the room was decent the floor was very sticky and you could smell week and cigarette smoke most of the time. All vending was in a separate building and they have plexiglass in the lobby when you check in which told me what I had booked.

The property was ok but there was no upfront disclosure about a fifty dollar deposit fee when booking this property otherwise I would have selected another option also while not the fault per say of the property there were noisy people fighting over who knows what at 2am for over an hour staff did nothing eventually gave up and left to find another option so I could get much needed rest never again

The room was decent for the price. I think.it would be better if they pulled all carpets but it was ok. The price is very affordable and there honestly isn't a huge difference from the 250 a night hotel across the street...

Evening receptionist (Jeanette, Janet) is amazing, no long waits on getting our room key. On point.

Check in was fast and easy, room was clean and already pre cooled(95 outside) and the place was quiet, well lit and safe. The shower and bathroom floors were clean and no bugs evident. Truck parking was spacious and easy. Didn’t go to the pool, don’t know anything about it.

Clean rooms and friendly staff

IF YOU PAY IN CASH YOU WILL PAY TOO MUCH MONEY BUT ONLINE BOOKING IS A REALLY REASONABLE PRICE. The rooms are very nice for the amount of money especially. The majority of the staff is extremely accommodating and friendly. The drawback is that the general manager /owner is less than helpful and accommodating and in the main building there are staff children that are very loud in the hallway.. The main building smells like marijuana and the other building is quite nice but you cannot have dogs even service dogs in that building or we would have been over there. However they charge an additional $20 a night to stay in that building. Also they charge $20 per pet per night. Mine are service animals and so they were unable to do so. He tried to limit the number of animals I could have and I stood my ground based on the ADA. However they do allow me to have my animals here without a problem. The house keeping staff is very accommodating and nice and the desk staff is incredibly kind and helpful other than the elderly lady who works overnight although she does do her job. Overall I would rate my stay here as four and a half stars. Not fancy but nice and clean. The rooms are furnished comfortably and you feel at home here.

This is a trap motel, checked in then booked another hotel. I rather lose money than stay here. Stay if you love hookers and meth heads!!

Dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in. Filthy carpet. Not even vacuumed. Bathtub gross. Bed was ok. Just a gross, dirty place. 167 bucks to sleep in a room so filthy that I wore flip flops to avoid walking on the floor.

We did a late check in and waited 45 min for the guy to get off phone before he would even check us in when we got to the room the plug in bathroom had no electicity ran through it and the only way to charge are phones and tablets was by the lamp that had a plug in it took 13 hours to charge my phone left in the morning and my daughter calls there is no hot water to take a shower so i had to take her somewhere where she could shower they moved us from 1 room to another due to no hot water and still the 2nd room had no hot water either the bath tub was all rusty and if im going to pay 187 a night i at least want hot water or all the amities that come with a hotel the rmotes for both rooms were broken in half i will be contacting exspedia to talk about my exsperence with victory inn cause the pic show a nice place tell you spend the money and see what a slum it really is

The room looks like a setting for a 1970 B movie horror film. Half of the amenities were broken. I actually didn’t stay long. I ended up leaving and getting another hotel room. I couldn’t take it. #Trash.

Im from Phoenix and was driving home to see family and decided to get a room. Front desk wouldn't let me use a bathroom while I waited to check in after a long drive. No directions to my room other then pointing in a northern direction, good luck on a big hotel.

There was cockroaches in my room and under my sheets.

My rooms bed has a queen box spring with a smaller mattress on top. There were cigar wrappers, dead and live bugs on the floors and cigarette burns. Outside the hotel there were people drinking alcohol and just sitting around. I felt very unsafe. I regret ever even booking the place without checking into it. You should not let people stay here. It is not safe.

It was reasonable for one night. The bathroom was kind of nasty. Had unfinished walls and bugs crawling around. The rest of the room was fine. Loved that they had parking for semi trucks.

I love it because the smoking and non smoking rooms are in separate buildings. Ive tried both and they are both equally clean and nice. The best part is you pay your way and no one is bothering you for the rest of your stay, which seems to be a difficult thing for people these days no matter how much money you can throw at them. Anyways i enjoy going here to spend time with my boyfriend in the cool ac.

The room was nice and clean. No smell of cigarettes (as mentioned in earlier reviews). We were surprised at the lack of basic amenities (e.g., no coffee maker, no fridge, no closet for hanging clothes). It was a very busy weekend in Phoenix and Victory Inn was the cheapest play by far.

The TV did not work at all, shower was not getting hot it was barely warm. The bed was uncomfortable, the door to the room had a large crack letting light in. Towels are small with spots on them. I wouldn’t suggest this hotel.

In serious need of repairs. Bath tub had duct tape holding shower drain together, window had a stick in the frame to secure it but still was slightly open allowing critters in, baseboards cracked or missing.

Awful! Not even look like the picture they presented. All furnitures outdated, carpet dirty, comforter on bed stained and had cigarette burns. People running in and out, dog howling all night, sirens of cops going by all night. Horrible! Did not sleep all night. I do not recommend anyone sleeping here. It’s getto.

To noisy from the traffic up and down hallways and the smell of drugs in the air. Couldn’t sleep at all with the noise all hours of the night.

This basic motel is used by truckers, so there are no amenities in the rooms like coffee machines, hair dryers, a closet to hang up clothes…. The bottom sheet on the bed was too small for the bed and was not a fitted sheet.

Couldn’t rest properly too much noise, screaming and yelling, slamming doors. The smell of fentanyl being burned in the hallways totally disgusting my room the bathroom door was broken at the bottom. Shower didn’t work properly housekeeping did not clean the room or make the room after the first night of staying, they did bring towels at my request but we’re left on top of the table refrigerator was leaking. Water wasn’t plugged in freezer was completely full of water. It was a terrible experience.

The smell of smoke from the hallway kind of a turn off. Layover for the night is ok but longer stay i dont think im up for it.

There is a lot of homeless people around this location. Felt very unsafe walking to cafe next to hotel. Would not recommend.

Hotel is located off the main road no security measures worked the facility was run down and checking area had only ice machine. Check in lobby smelled of mildew and cigarettes. Staff was somewhat friendly but the odd random characters that were allowed to loiter and hang around made my spouse worry. Definitely a cheap place to stay in comparison to the surrounding areas but would not recommend this as a place to stay if possible

This was the worst place I’ve stayed at in a long time. The only reason I didn’t find another hotel was because I could not get a refund. The rooms are dirty the first room they gave me look like it had a blood stain in the shower tub and the hallways in the first building smelled like pee, the second room was not much better but at least the window locked and was not wide open. It looks like people live in the hotel rooms. The sheets and blanket looked like they were not washed in both rooms will never go back to that place again find somewhere more expensive in Phoenix .

Tv did not work, white paint coming up in the bathtub. No hot water at all. Smelled like marijuana in the halls & our room. Just overall disappointed & I rarely complain.

Instant creepy vibes from this place. The buildings were old and there were “no visitors” signs taped up everywhere. The sink had the last guest’s beard shavings and the bathtub was dirty. There was a gap between the wall and my door. Street noise was extremely loud and the AC didn’t work. I felt so sketched out that I had to leave and book another hotel at a chain hotel.

Staff was nice enough but the conditions were gross. Someone’s hair on toilet bowl, dripping water, stained bed and towels.

Absolutely the worst hotel we ever stayed. The nonsmoking room smelt smoke bad like someone had been smoking till a few minutes ago. My eyes and throat was started to hurt after 10 minutes. The hallway was dirty and looked like never paint or maintained for years. Trash and dirt all over the carpet. The room was the same way. Rusted bathroom fixtures, dust on the wall by the exhaust fan. Huge brown stain on the nightstand. The bed had a thin old blanket but no cover or duvet. No dryer, or coffee maker that the website stated. We were too tired to request to change rooms since probably all their rooms were the same. We checked out very early the next morning to find out the area was full of druggies, hookers, and homeless. Never ever stay there again especially if it charges us over a hundred dollars!

Worst experience ever!! Check in took over an hour. Extremely rude staff that didn’t know what they were talking about, trying to double charge my card. When we finally checked in we were given a room that wasn’t even clean. Hair on the bed and in the shower; no towels, no hand soap, nothing and there was make up all over the pillow cases and sheets. Front desk could care less when it was brought to their attention.

Room had an odor stains on the lamp shade, carpet, and floor. Bathtub didnt look like it had been cleaned in years. Front desk woman was very kind and professional.

I didn't like that the ceiling was leaking water. I'm so glad I had jumped in the shower before then and was on my way out when I saw water leaking from the ceiling down all over the toilet. And the door was cracked a little bit so if somebody was to look in the room they could from the doorway.

Disgusting, very dirty, room smelled like urine! DO NOT STAY HERE!

Was better than I expected.

They don’t have any of the amenities that they list having. They shut off our key card 3 hours earlier than check out time. Housekeeping came in and made the bed with our personal blanket but not with their blankets, didn’t empty the trash but took the tv remote. Their phone didn’t work. They were rude when we brought this to their attention and blamed it on new management. There was no noise control as there were parties happening during all hours of the night.

I don’t have a choice

We were not comfortable being there and did not stay. We checked out immediately. We would like to be refunded in full.

Terrible property smelled of cigarettes, very dirty and outdated rooms. And the people in the building were very clearly a bad crowd, and overall and unsafe feeling. Did not stay longer than 30 minutes, ended up canceling.
