This place is nice and family friendly. The food is really great. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are quite. The only thing is the refrigerators are a little small and no microwave.

Very nice hotel, all the things you need for a quick and lucky trip.

The staff were wonderful, i had a lot of stuff with me and required 2 carts and 2 of the staff assisted me to my room! The room itself was very clean and nice. The only downside was that there isn't microwaves in the rooms.

Asked for extra blanket the first night. They didn't have any. Asked for extra towels on the 2nd day twice. Nothing. This is a hotel that I have stayed in about 6 times. Very disappointed this time. Maybe just a one time thing. This just happened to be a family death and just seemed to be a bad time to not have blankets or towels.

The rest of the property is great, the outside pool could use a lil warmer water but it was great as well. The food was good and all the staff in the casino area as well as food stands were great. Thank you for the hospitality and we will be back again.

Management was absolutely terrible.We didn't even stay because we had a bottle of wine on our cart.And they said, we couldn't even have it on the property.We were not drinking at all. Then, we asked for a refund, and they said, no. I've been trying to get expedia to work with me on that.But I haven't gotten anywhere as of yet.

Downstairs the casino part it seemed like every casino was the same every board but different animals. I don’t know going to Reno and then going to that. It was kind of different and I wasn’t expecting to be ID every time you walk in and out of there I don’t know. It’s kind of an inconvenience in one hand honestly.

My biggest concern was no refrigerator, diabetics need to keep their insulin cold so we had to use the ice bucket and change out the melted ice frequently. Also the beds are extra firm and pillows are just a little uncomfortable as they are super thick. They're definitely good when you wanna sit up to watch TV, but to sleep with it hurts your neck. It otherwise it's Avery clean place, food is good and staff is polite.

This place is always an excellent place to stay, it now has the pool outside which is a plus.

We got to the facility super late but I called them to let them know we were delayed and they were able to keep our room for us. Nice clean room and comfy beds!

This was our 3rd time staying here and it always is a great experience. Reasonable price, clean facilities/ rooms and friendly professional staff.

The valet parking was an excellent service. The food was good at the coffee shop.

Upon arrival there was a very long wait to check in, staff members were standing around and lacking in helpfulness. Once checked in at 7pm, my husband and I went to the elevator and immediately the hotel lost powers and we remained stuck in a dark elevator for 5 mins, no emergency generators were connected to the elevator or phone. My husband was eventually able to pry the doors opened enough to get out and we see that all staff is just standing staring at the elevator and not helping. All the casino machines are functional on the backup generators. We were then told by 3 separate employees that there were no stairs in their 6 story building but learned quickly that they kept them locked and did not want patrons using them. Other people opened the doors to stairs which set off alarms, these alarms were still ringing at 7am the following morning. We made it into our room finally as the key pad on the door is battery operated. No power was in any room so we proceeded to sit in our dark room with our cell phone light until the power came back on around 9:30-10pm. All restaurants were closed, checking computers were shut down and no room lights but the gaming machines stayed running throughout. Out of 8 staff members I spoke with only 1 was kind and understanding of the situation and the elevator entrapment. I asked to speak to the manager and she left me know that the manager Alyssa would not be in until 9am and the shift supervisor did not come in until 5am. We will not return

THe hotel was nice. You can order off the buffet menu and most of us ordered the all you can eat fish, chips, clam chowder and chips on Friday

I only stayed one night and mostly just slept there. But the room was spacious and nice. Bed was comfortable. I do wish they had less bulky pillows or a variety - they were too big for me. I had breakfast at the food court and it was good.

I check in and I'm told I have to pay an additional charge per person for 2 people because the room is priced at 2 people and we had 4. I said I already paid for 4 people when I booked the room because it was a 2 queen beds room, made to hold up to 4 people. I asked them to show me where this says they can charge additional per person fees because it wasn't listed on my reservation. They couldn't. They ended up giving me a small credit. But then I was told they are putting a hold on my card for a deposit. Again, there was nothing in my reservation that said this. After the show, we gambled a little and went back up to our room to go to bed. We discovered the smoke detector was beeping. I had to Google the hotel number because there was no number listed on the phone itself. They said they couldn't do anything except change our room. I'm like can you just bring up a 9 volt battery? They said no. We didn't want to change rooms in the middle of the night, so we removed the smoke detector and put it in the hallway. It was a simple fix so I'm not sure why they needed maintenance or housekeeping to be there. Not super happy with our stay. Probably won't stay again.

The restaurant is usually pretty good, not so much this time. I ordered a side salad with my meal and was given an old looking salad, browned out lettuce and at the bottom, sort of hidden, was some slimy greens that were not edible. The rest of the meal was a little better, but still presented like the cook didn’t care that day. We stay there frequently, so it was a drag this was not their best showing anywhere in the casino.

Clean room, no smoke smell which is great for a casino there is no alcohol allowed on the property. They have an indoor and outdoor pool, splash pad and water slide. Good variety of food options.

We arrived during a power outage and couldn’t be checked in- even though the casino machines a few yards away were operating as normal.

Power went out for nearly two hours while the casino continued to operate and we were given no information.

The room was clean and the food in the buffet was great. Most of my family had the all you can eat fish, shrimp, chips and clam chowder and they really enjoyed it on Friday.

Had Little luck 2 days but made up for it on 3rd.

We loved our time there. Especially the water park! Everything was amazing and employees were helpful and kind.

The only thing that was disconcerting is my room wasn’t ready for me when I arrived.

Best place to stay in the area

Room was nice, staff was friendly. The ones who actually spoke to us that is, the others just stared with no interest in helping. Pool opens early & was fairly clean. Bathroom floor in pool area was very slippery wet & dark. I slipped & split my head open on the sink counter. Nothing too serious staff was not interested in the event when I shared so I checked out.

The toilet was plugged and we called the front desk. Even by the next day no one came to fix it.

Went to a show at Legends Casino and decided to get a hotel room for the night. Room was super clean. Check-in process was fairly straightforward. Overall great experience. No complaints.

Hotel staff were friendly and helpful facility was clean and inviting. The indoor pool was nice and indoor pool and new outdoor pool are fantastic kids enjoyed the big waterslide, water temp was to cold and couldn't enjoy the lazy river or outdoor pool. Would recommend it be warmer but the pool deck area was relaxing and we enjoyed watching our kids play on the waterslide.

Great value for room and food. It was just a one night stop over for us. The only negative was when we were waiting to ask a question at the front desk 2 of the staff ignored us for some reason. I think the supervisor stepped in and asked us if we had been helped. Then they helped us.

Check in was fabulous! I wish I would have gotten the gentleman’s name as he was so personable and pleasant to talk with while checking in. The people who got us our players card s were also very nice and engaging! Room was comfortable and clean with a beautiful view of the mountain and pool area. Food was fattening but delicious!

We did not use the indoor pool or spa. There is a new outdoor swim area geared for kids with a wading pool and lazy river and water slide. Hotel provides kids swim toys.

Really nice property. It felt safe for an older, single traveler. The bed was pretty firm, right on the edge of too firm but otherwise comfortable. The only negative I have to say is that the pillow situation was terrible. There are 4 pillows, all the same, which were overstuffed and firm. I woke up with a stiff neck in the morning. If they change out 2 of the pillows for something softer, it would be a home run!

Don't bother to sit to far left or right off stage on floor if too see a show. This was our 4th, and we learned the hard way the 1st show.

Couldn't have had a better experience. It's a little unusual being part of the casino and this was a huge night for them as their anniversary so it was jam-packed, but staff was great, the food options on site were amazing and open till the early morning, the pool is phenomenal and the room was as nice as you could ask for.

The room and casino were very clean. The amenities are wonderful! Checking in is a real hassle. Every time I’ve gone it takes an extremely long time to get checked in even with reservation. This last time it was an hour wait. Overall, the trip was nice other than check-in.

We came for a girl's trip and had so much fun! The double queen room was so spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable. The reception desk was so accommodating and friendly, we truly appreciated their helpfulness. We would come back here again and take advantage of the pool and hot tub next time.

Nice clean hotel. The room was typical of other casino hotels. However, I wish I could take the walk in shower home with us it was great, It was the best thing of our visit. No smoking inside anywhere, no alcohol allowed or served on premises, no garbage bags in cans in our room, restaurants were situated clear across the casino from the hotel elevator. And everything the hotel had to offer (spa, pool, etc) closed at 9pm. Not a vacation destination.

Every person that I interacted with during my week long stay was helpful, friendly and downright lovely. Whoever hires the workers is very talented with Human Resources. The hotel and my room were VERY clean and well maintained. The grounds were attractive and security was everywhere. Hot tub and pool were very enjoyable. I will definitely stay here again!

Your policy on the pool is "no children" between 9-12 isn't real. Went to the hot tub at 9:30 pm and since I was by myself I started reading the news on my phone. About 9:45 pm a family (with kids) came in. After about 5 minutes the male threatened me with bodily injury because I was supposedly filming his child. I told him I was reading the news but that just pissed him off more. Wanted to see my phone and I refused which pissed him off more. Kept threatening a 65 year old disabled veteran. I just left. Because of this, I won't be returning to this place. What a joke!!!

Absolutely beautiful property. Very clean. Super helpful staff. The hotel was priced well. The room was perfect. Excellent food at great prices. The salmon dinner was the best I've ever had. Try the huckleberry cheesecake, delicious. And best of all the property is super safe. You will need your i.d to re-enter the hotel/casino each time you leave. I've seen other reviews where people gripe about that. I don't know why. It's not a big deal. And it's their rule, so just do it. I 100 % recommend Legends. We will stay there again, for sure.

I was in town to see a relative at the hospital and just need a place to stay. I was overwhelmed by the cleanliness, hospitality and setting of this hotel. It is on the edge of town with a great view of Mount Adams. I was not familiar with the area but found everyone helpful to tell you where to eat and drive. I only gambled a little bit but Im sure serious gamblers would really enjoy this place. Did I mention the cleanliness- it was over the top.

Nice and clean..The room and the casino were clean.I just wish the slats in the women's restroom offered more privacy as you can walk past and see the person in the stall clear as day on the toilet.

I'm not a huge fan of the location. And it is a dry casino, meaning no alcohol. But the venue was fun for a concert. And the staff were quite nice.

The suite was spacious, well appointed and generally comfortable. The couch wasn't comfortable for me to sleep on, but it worked! My only other negative is the phones aren't connected to the hotel and reaching the front desk wasn't possible. Very clean, wonderful staff and again, the room(s) were beautiful! I look forward to staying again!

The casino was lively. Facility was clean, hotel room prices were unbelievable low, bed was comfortable, and staff were not just courteous, but friendly and engaging. The line to the Buffet was 60 minutes long, and one of the managers walked the line engaging patrons and sparking fun conversations which lessened the frustration over the wait. Event staff were helpful and security moved patrons quickly through purse checks. Overall, our stay was a very positive experience.

Room clean and comfortable and quiet ( we were on the 5th floor.) Staff friendly and helpful. Casino large and plenty of machines available for everyone. Plenty of staff keeping everything clean and tidy. Non-smoking was a super plus! We will definitely be back!

I often stay here for work purposes, and it always comes through. The staff is always great. The rooms are always very clean and everything I need is right there… would recommend to anyone.

First room they gave us wasn’t up to standards bed uncomfortable and rundown but they gave us a better room ground floor but charged us a little more 116$.

Nice big room

Nice rooms, USB charging ports didn't work their worn out. Clean, updated rooms. There were kids right next to us "unsupervised" loud, in/out of room all night, yelling banging on door. We went to front desk, they said there was no noise/or quite time and they could call security. However this didn't help. My 3rd time staying here and this is the only bad experience. I would suggest to stay here, just bad timing with our stay next to a loud room.

We have stayed in hotels that have been rated as four star that did not have rooms that are as well-appointed as those at Legends, especially the bathrooms. My husband, a retired builder, noted how clean the baths are in areas that are neglected in other places. We even saw a staff member cleaning the outside of a room door. The elevators are some of the fastest we've ever been in. However, this time checking in was a royal pain. We got in line at 3:30, and it took 50 minutes to get to the counter. I had to get out of line to rest because it was taking so long. My husband said he was told that they had to keep checking by radio to see if rooms were clean before assigning them.

The casino didn't seem to be paying out much at all. The room was nothing special, it was crowded and dirty.

The casino is very clean. The room was very clean. It was adequately staffed. We enjoy the soaking tub in the cedar suite. There’s been some improvements that are nice to see.

Room was good sized but it looked like the couch was put together with 3 different couches, so ugly and not luxury at all. No microwave and we were in the suite, so that was stupid. Asked for more pillows on three different occasions, and it took them about five hours to get them up to us. And they were only able to give us two even though there were four of us. The lighting in the rooms was absolutely horrible. The lamps were super old and didn't have any of the USB type connections on them. Isn't this supposed to be a newer hotel within like the last six years? I was disappointed. I was definitely expecting more.

The staff is the worst about the casino. They have zero customer service skills. Completely awkward people work here. It’s clean and worth the dollar just don’t go here needing anything extra because they’re so inconsiderate.

The property looked sad, like it needs some modernizing. The staff looked miserable and the machines were filthy. Didn't win anything and waited an hour for cold enchiladas.

The casino was nice, staff is friendly. Room was clean but the shower was slow in draining. Did have a good meal in the restaurant. Parking was fine, a bit of a walk during the evening.

Unreliable in that if you left something in the room don’t expect to get it back! Lost something of monetary value and now it’s suddenly not there when I have the location of it and know I left it in my room. I have left things in hotel rooms before and had them returned to me but don’t expect that here. So make sure to Triple check you room for your luggage and valuables because if you lose it here you will not get it back!!

Accidentally left something of value in my room. I checked out and called about getting it back. Called the staff and claimed it wasn't there when I know Ieft it there. So, please double-triple check your rooms before checking out, because if you leave something of monetary value, you will not get it back.

It’s always something with them. Last time I stayed with them I called multiple times and spoke with different representatives. I called at least 5 times. To inquire about adding a pull out couch as my reservation was for 5 people. Not a single soul mentioned I would be charged for every person after the first two.. when I arrived they told me (they told you about the extra fees for each person right?) I recognized the voice and told them that every time I have called not a single person mentioned it. I paid almost an additional $40. This most recent time I also called to inquire about a late check out and they didn’t mentioned that the pool and hot tub where under construction. When I checked in before they checked me in they say (before we check you in the pool and hot tub are under maintenance) very deceptive practices and please train your staff.

Everything was great except for the lack of room service. Understandable since it is a casino establishment and the food service is another draw to the casino floor. Great selection of food, convenient gift shop and the staff is great.

The room was spacious, but a little outdated. No microwave in room. For a suite you would think there would be one. Frig was very small. Must have been replaced. The cutout was for a bigger one.

I booked the hotel for 3 adults and one child and payed in advance. But when I got there to check in they told me I had to pay $64 more for the third adult which was not mentioned in the booking I hope Expedia does something with the Legends casino in Toppenish Washington to correct any additional charges unexpected when arrival that was a setback for my finances when I traveled from California to Washington State. Also when asked to clean room all they did was make up beds and throw living room trash did not clean toilet did not give us clean towels they're not vacuum had to go to the front and beg them to give us towels they did not want to clean the restroom because it was towards the afternoon. Also casino was under construction so there was no parking for the people who was staying at the hotel when asked to use a card to take to my car they told me I had to drive up to get to use a cart for my stuff I told them I did not want to lose my parking spot that was the first night second night I came back in the afternoon to find no parking so was going to use the valet and pay for that because there was no parking but when it came up to valet and asked how much it was they told me it was free for the people who were staying at the hotel it would have been nice when I asked for the car the first night they could have offered the free valet if I wanted to use and not lose my spot. So basically through the 5 days and five nights I stayed there I had to figure things out on my

The room was very clean. The food was very good. It's just every time we go there to park and we're trying to get our luggage out of the car. So the valley can take the car and park it, the one female valley was very rude and it was the same one this time. We've seen a few soso reviews for Legends and were concerned on our first visit. Now we've been back many times and love it.

We arrived after 5pm and our room was not available (check in is at 3pm). We checked in after 6pm and there was a stain on the couch, asked housekeeping to look at it. Furniture is scuffed up and dated for a newer property. The bed was extremely hard. I couldn't wait to go home and sleep in my own bed. Checked out the hot tub, not hot and had black moldy residue in the filter area and outer rim. Absolutely disgusting. Really wasnt much to do besides lose money gambling, overall not a fun experience and wont book again. I would rather go to Vegas, cheaper rooms, more comfortable beds, free drinks while gambling and tons of activities to do.

Consistently clean and the best deal you can get anywhere in the US for a beautiful suite. Staff is very friendly. Only problem was with late 🌆 evening coffee barista who is a young kid but ignored me for 15 minutes

Kids activity room really needed, we traveled with grandchildren and the pool was always full; so more options for kids needed. Overall great stay and can't wait to visit again! Gambling was very good and consistent payoffs. Staff was very helpful except for one that was a bit grumpy but I'm sure she would have rather been at home on New Year's and not passing out New Years hats & horns.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. They put me in a handicap room even though I didn’t ask, and they didn’t have any extra blankets. However, they found me one. The staff was slow during the check-in process.

Stay was excellent, we needed an extra blanket though because weather and room were a bit cold.(they were out of extra blankets due to the demand though) Rooms were very clean, as was the casino. I wish there were a few more dining options. I do think the casino area could use a few more tv's in order to keep up with sports games. Overall though I will continue to book stays here as it was very welcoming and the machines were paying out consistantly! Room rates were very reasonable too. Keep up the good work!

We reserved the Cedar suite and it was incredible, very large two bathrooms, kitchen table, separate bedroom and living area and best of all it was only $20 more than their standard room!!! I don't know if we just got a great special price or if this was their standard pricing either way WOW what a great room. Very clean and fresh and updated.

I love this property and the casino. Nice variety of games and shows to see. Plus, I love the fact that it is non smoking and non alcohol. It's nice not to have to deal with drunks and cigarette smoke. It makes the concert audiences much more pleasant and I don't choke when I'm gaming.

I would say that there was no vent in the bathroom, no microwave, but overall the room was great!

We were extremely disappointed to learn that the Casino has ended the Saturday morning breakfast buffet. That buffet was our reason for getting a hotel room with Friday concerts or other events in the area. Now, we have no reason to stay, and we are very sad about that. With all the other buffets closed down, we looked forward to theirs. We don't eat out on Sundays and their brunch prices went up to $35????

Cannot match more bang for your $ for very nice rrooms for your "stay and play" trips, events, or stay cation for locals.

I rented 2 rooms each with 2 Queen Beds and was told after I saw 2 extra charges and questioned the charges that their policy states each room could only accommodate 2 people so I was charged for 2 family members that were included in my reservation. Not to mention their were what looked like bed bugs. To anyone getting a room here be careful and the pool and hot tub were not maintained well with way too much chlorine in them.

Room was absolutely fine, nice staff. Very disappointed that when we got up at 6am to get good coffee at the coffee bar it was closed until 7am & also the casino was closed until 8am so nothing to do but wait 2 hrs for everything to open up. A lot of people are early risers so don’t understand why everything opens so late. Will not stay at hotel again for this reason.

We showed up at 4:00 pm for check and room wasn’t ready. Came back at 7:00 pm….still not ready. Family member complained and found out there were rooms available to check in, but not for us. Not coming back

Hard to find parking

The staff is fantastic! We love the suites, they’re big with a large bedroom, two bathrooms ands a living room. Our room has been spotless every time we’ve stayed. I have asthma, so the no smoking policy is great for me. I don’t drink when I gamble, so being a dry property is fine for me too.

We have stayed here for three years in a row. This year I reserved the Huckleberry Suite. It said “Sleeos 3”, but there was only one king size bed. No other bed. No hide away bed. Nothing. I went to the front desk and asked the staff if a sofa/couch is considered a sleeping arrangement and both staff members said “I’m not sure.” No explanation or clarification given. We asked for extra bedding and my daughter slept on the couch. Construction in the lobby area also forced us to have to use an alternate exit on our second morning and walk around the outside of the casino, in the rain, to our parking lot.

There is no information on the Expedia site indicating this is a 100% alcohol free casino and hotel. You have to sign a waiver indicating you are not in possession of alcohol. The pool is also incredibly small, but they do have an expansion planned that they have started construction on. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable.

I liked the casino! Not to crowded and games were paying well. I do however have a few complaints...when I booked online it said we'd have comfy robes in our suite to wear yet I didn't see not one! Also, no microwave in mini kitchen?! This was also expected being a suite and all. Not really handicap friendly but we got by. All in all Legends was a nice get away! I appreciated all the staff and their willingness to help! We will probably consider another mini vacation in the future at Legends.

Worst place ever.

Had to show ID each time we entered the facility...hotel or casino. There is one checkpoint at each so you can image what that is like at check in time. Food was ok in the food court but nothing super amazing. We did try the buffet and that was awful, which is super dissapointing since we only booked a second night because i love brunch...we didn't even go after we had the seafood buffet Friday night. Thats the other thing...we were there for an event and they had changed the pricing and selection from their standard Friday buffet for the event but never posted it on their website or Facebook. Here's the good news i know they dont need my money so i wont worry about giving them any!

This is a great casino with excellent food and staff….but not being able to have a glass of wine with dinner or a drink at a show is a deal breaker. Zero alcohol is allowed in the hotel or casino….

We enjoy staying at Legends! We miss the buffet and hope it’s coming back. The food that we ordered from the menu was good but took a long time to get to the table and arrived WITH our appetizers even though there was staff standing around. We had to ask for drink refills. The grounds, casino and hotel are always perfect. My only complaints have to do handicap accessibility. The button for the automatic opening accessible door is broken so I had to wait for someone to hold the doors for me, there isn’t an automatic accessible door to the smoking area and the handicap accessible room is the farthest room away from the elevators. One would think they would be the closest to the elevators so a person with mobility issues doesn’t have to walk all the way to the end of the hallway! The staff is very friendly and we like that the parking lot is patrolled throughout the night so our vehicle is safe.

Very customer oriented. Great staff and lovely rooms. If you like to gamble it's there for you. I stay there about 8 times a year for 3 days each time. Really love it, be generous with tips. Even without tipping they will take care of you. I prefer to tip and have enjoyed first class service.

Worked well for us. We weren’t gambling and only wanted a room and we were actually supprised at how big and nice the room was.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The facilities were excellent, with high-quality, fresh renovations. The rooms were absolutely clean. We also liked the casino and the spa area — although it was small, we still had a great time there.

Beds and staff are wonderful. But after staying a few times in the last year, I have to say the cleanliness of the room has really dropped off. The nightstand and lamp hadn't been dusted, I found a candy wrapper on the window ceil, and the coffee maker hadn't been cleaned. I'll stay again because it's still the nicest hotel in the area, but I was disappointed this time around.

The no alcohol was kind of a bummer, but even more so when I wanted to watch Thursday Night Football (Seahawks) there were no TV's in the casino (probably because of no bars), but no way to watch the game even in the room. Couldn't get a decent dinner as restaurant closes at 3 PM then reopens with a seafood buffet for $60 per person. Not a seafood person (maybe sushi which I would have eaten). Settled for a hamburger made with frozen patty. Will not come back. Side note staff was friendly.

There seemed to have been some technical issues. None of the ATMs worked and I was not able to call the front desk from the room phone. I kept getting a busy signal. I ended up having to call from my cell phone. Also, the room was very warm when I got there, and I couldn’t figure out the thermostat, which is why I was calling for help. The gentleman that eventually came and helped me lower The temperature was very Kind and helpful.

This is a dry reservation. Which is fine. But my wife and I were unaware of this. So because I carried a 6 pack in. I was pulled aside by security. They took the beer away, which would have been fine but then we were told we could not gamble because "nobody intoxicated is allowed to gamble". I assure you. Neither one of us had been drinking. We just got into town and bought a 6 pack at the gas station on the corner. So to be treated as though we were criminala was extremely offensive

This casino hotel has activity (gambling, spa, etc) and dining options on site. The hotel rooms are very generous in size and are very comfortable. I wish the AC unit fan was a bit quieter, but it beats being too hot or cold.

The hotel was part of the dry casino, which i didn't pay attention to. And they check ID everytime you enter, and will check your cooler. No alcohol is allowed on the premises, so if you do go to wineries and buy bottles of wine you have to leave them in your car, and it can get very hot here. There is not a separate parking lot for hotel guests, so if you come in late you have to hunt for a spot. That being said, we would consider staying again. The room was clean and well maintained.And it's a good location overall. Gas is cheap too.

The entire hotel and casino had a weird smell throughout it. Also had no idea it was a dry casino. Didn't even know those existed in Washington. We tried to order food 3 times, once we waited 15 minutes in a line that did not move so we left, a second time we were told the cook was at lunch so no food now. 3rd time we got food, but it was just ok. I would not stay here again

I booked a room for 4 adults and was given a price and was happy with it. Once I got to the property, they charged me an extra $32.10 for the 2 extra adults. There were no extra towels and nothing else extra. Not a happy customer.

Only issue was bathroom smelled like cat pee which some say comes from somebody smoking meth in there.

First, a shout out to Edwin, the valet who was outstanding in happily attending to a request (parking for a motorcycle). Security at the door, however, was a mixed bag. I was treated to either a smile or an almost scowl. The room was nice. Not "wow" but certainly not "meh". Quiet, comfortable, and rather spacious. Dinner was taken at their restaurant. Buffet Soup & Salad was offered M-Fs; I was told only Thursdays. General buffet was also not available(?). The smoked salmon salad I did have was not all that good. The salmon was overcooked and dry; the salad dressing watery and unimpressive. Lastly, I placed a $100 cash deposit on the room. While a deposit is pretty much standard, that I could use my cash was unusual but I had the moolah and so paid upfront. No big deal. I left the next morning w/o checking out as, again, it's become routine that patrons leave w/o checking out. In my haste to get back on the road, I forgot to request my $100 in cash back. Later in the day and a State away, I receive a call from the front desk asking if I had left or checked out. (Odd question to ask in the afternoon.) "Yes, I left." I was then told that I forgot my deposit. 'Shoot', I think, and ask how they could forward me my deposit, say via Venmo or a check stamped out by Accounting. No biggie, right? I am informed that I may only get my deposit back in person. I live on the OR Coast... :(

The property would be A LOT nicer if the town felt safer. Immediately when entering the town, I got a bad feeling, and that has only happened one other time when I took a wrong turn and entered a very bad neighborhood in a large city. Right when we entered, the security was really nice, but I wish they would have removed the two people Methed out of their minds. SUPER obviously Methed Out. Maybe with the Casino profits, they can help the town out? The only thing that I didn’t like about the actual hotel was the beds were hard and the pillows were too thick and hard. Also, we should have known this, but were unaware it’s a dry town. Our fault for not asking, knowing that not all native communities allow alcohol. Overall, really nice place in a not so nice town.

The distance from the highway

Very quiet, wasn't loud, rooms were very clean, some wear and tear that is typical of a hotel room. Buffet was awesome! did not realize it was a dry casino but we still had a great time at dinner and at the concert. Would like to see better breakfast options, but the food we had from the food court was satisfactory.

First of all, you have to show your I.D. (driver's license) every time enter the hotel which is a pain in the you-know-what. Second, it's a "dry" hotel. Meaning, no alcohol allowed! And this is a CASINO hotel! lol. Oh yean, and back to the no-alcohol thing.. they have a sign saying they can search your bag at anytime without your consent! Preposterous. This is 100% complete invasion of privacy. The whole experience was like staying at a prison. I will never stay there again and I highly recommend you avoid it all costs, unless you feel like being strip searched every time you have to go to your car for something. Can't believe they get away with it.

The hotel looks nice and is fairly clean. Bedside lamp broken , towels were rough and child size. The pillows were hard you can feel the springs in the "pillow top" mattress. Egyptian cotton sheets I don't think so they are rough and single ply toilet paper. The pipe the shower head attached too was loose and I'm sure leaking in the wall. Bring back the small seafood forks for the crab please. Otherwise quiet except for the kids screening in the halls after 10 pm.

Overall another good stay at the property. It always does the job and at a good price. Only suggest that I have made in the past and is still true especially in the suite rooms is to provide a microwave. Other than that its always a great option to stay at either for work reasons or for a concert.
